[Objective] The aim was to study the development and application of operation in comprehensive platform of professional meteorological station.[Method] Taking the operation platform of professional meteorological station in Yantai City as an example,and by dint of VB language and Mysql database technology,the ideas of comprehensive platform development of operation in professional meteorological station,main contents of the platform and its main functions were introduced.[Result] The platform mainly used VB language and Mysql database technology.Gathering together the forecast making,forecast inventory and check,surveillance of data uploading and machine operation and records of shifts,the interface was simple,visual and easy to handle.It reduced reporters’ workload,improved their work efficiency and was the favorite of majority reporters.[Conclusion] The study provided reference for the improvement of work efficiency of each professional meteorological station. 展开更多

A comprehensive evaluation model based on improved set pair analysis is established. Considering the complexity in decision-making process, the model combines the certainties and uncertainties in the schemes, i.e., identical degree, different degree and opposite degree. The relations among different schemes are studied, and the traditional way of solving uncertainty problem is improved. By using the gray correlation to determine the difference degree, the problem of less evaluation indexes and inapparent linear relationship is solved. The difference between the evaluation parameters is smaller in both the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and fuzzy matter-element method, and the dipartite degree of the evaluation result is unobvious. However, the difference between each integrated connection degree is distinct in the improved set pair analysis. Results show that the proposed method is feasible and it obtains better effects than the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy matter-element method. 展开更多

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Operating Room on Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

Objective: to explore the effect and value of comprehensive nursing in operating room for laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. Methods: a total of 60 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected according to the research inclusion exclusion criteria, and all patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection. The patients were numbered in the computer system and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room, while patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention in the operating room. The indexes of hand surgery, intraoperative infection rate, quality of life, intraoperative complications and hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: after comprehensive medical intervention in the operating room, the operation preparation time and operation time of patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. At the same time, the frequency of intraoperative infection, the frequency of complications such as hypothermia and gastric relaxation were significantly reduced, and the postoperative quality of life was significantly improved in group A and group B;In the hospitalization index, the postoperative hospitalization time of the patients is shorter, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function is shorter, and the postoperative pain degree is lighter. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (p0.05). Conclusion: the whole-course nursing in the operating room of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can effectively shorten the preparation time of the operating room, improve the operation efficiency and help the clinic to perform the operation quickly. At the same time, comprehensive medical intervention during the operation can reduce the incidence of infection and complications during the operation, which is conducive to rapid postoperative rehabilitation. After comprehensive nursing, the postoperative quality of life of the patients was significantly improved, and the postoperative indicators were significantly improved.
