This paper optimizes the route location and arranges the scheme, balances the main factors that affect the project investment, construction risk and operation risk, such as the horizontal and vertical design index of the route, geological conditions and project scale, comprehensively compares the various route schemes of Guanwen reservoir area, and puts forward the reasonable and optimal scheme.展开更多
