Sensitivity analysis of construction parameters is important for the design and optimization of dam construction duration. However, current research cannot fully consider the combined influences of multiple parameters on the total construction. To effectively analyze the duration of arch dam construction, this study proposes a global comprehensive sensitivity analysis method in view of the whole process of arch dam construction based on an orthogonal experiment. This method could comprehensively consider the influence of the construction parameters that may lead to the uncertainty of construction duration. In addition, this method is able to identify the key parameters that may have a significant effect on duration uncertainty and sums up the general rules of combined parameters’ interaction effect, which provides a scientific basis for reasonable optimization of the duration of dam construction. © 2017, Tianjin University and Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany. 展开更多

The Effect of Mixed Teaching Mode on Students' Comprehensive Quality in the Comprehensive Experimental Course of Histology and Embryology

Objective: to analyze the specific effect of mixed teaching model on students comprehensive quality in the process of comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology. Methods: from March to July 2021, 800 students who studied the comprehensive experimental courses of histology and embryology were randomly divided into the control group (conventional teaching mode) and the observation group (mixed teaching mode). The statistical differences in the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (learning interest, autonomy, professional belief, thinking ability and humanistic quality) of the two groups of students before and after teaching were compared, and the statistical differences in the satisfaction degree of the two groups of students and teachers with the teaching process were compared. Results: the scores of the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (interest in learning, humanistic quality, professional belief, thinking ability and autonomous learning) of the students in the two groups were increased. the scores of comprehensive quality of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after teaching, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (86.00%) was higher than that of the control group (71.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of mixed teaching model in the comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology can comprehensively improve students comprehensive quality and improve students satisfaction with the teaching process. 展开更多

Pharmaceutical comprehensive study(PCS) is a new system of experimental teaching in China, which integrates multidisciplinary pharmaceutical knowledge and covers the basic process of new drug discovery. To explore the feasibility of this experiment teaching system and mode, we developed PCS as an elective course. The PCS is designed with two sections: pharmaceutical comprehensive design(PCD) and pharmaceutical comprehensive experiment(PCE). The PCD section includes literature review, comprehensive project design and oral examination. PCE can be divided into four parts: synthesis, quantitative determination, pharmacodynamic evaluation, and formulation and quality determination. Course grade was determined by experimental performance, written report, literature review, new project design and oral examination. The learning interest, experimental ability, theoretical level and literature retrieval ability, team spirit and interpersonal skills have been all significantly improved among students taking this course. A survey was administered at the end of the semester to the enrolled students. The responses were reported as percentages, and the feedback was positive. The course was highly recommended by the teaching inspection committee. This new course plays an important role in developing students’ creativity and comprehensive ability. It could help students understand the focus and features of every secondary discipline, as well as establish scientific and reasonable knowledge system. Most students can better understand the process of drug research after this course. 展开更多

Land consolidation(LC) stands as a globally recognized strategy for rural development. In China, it has evolved towards comprehensive land consolidation(CLC) to support the rural revitalization initiative. However, there are ongoing challenges in understanding CLC's specific pathway and mechanism, particularly its role in stimulating rural endogenous development. This study aims to investigate the localization process of international experiences, examine the pathway of CLC, and scrutinize its mechanism in rural development from a novel perspective of neo-endogenous development. Field research and semi-structured interviews were conducted in Nanzhanglou village, renowned for its early adoption of CLC practices inspired by German experiences since 1988. Overall, key findings underscore the advantages of CLC in spatial restructuring, industrial development, and human capital enhancement in rural areas. Additionally, international experiences emerge as crucial exogenous forces, primarily by knowledge embedding, which catalyzes rural neo-endogenous development via the “resource-engagement-identity-endogenous” mechanism. Collectively, by introducing a neo-endogenous theoretical framework, this study offers valuable insights into the CLC implementation in China and beyond, and emphasizes the positive impact of knowledge embedding as an exogenous force in promoting rural neo-endogenous development to address existing research gaps. Recommendations for sustainable rural development involve enhancing rural planning practicality, governance capacity, and local leadership, while prioritizing agricultural modernization and increasing investments in education and vocational training to ensure that villagers benefit from industrial development. 展开更多

Under the basis of physiological data, a nonlinear and unsteady comprehensive mathematical model of microcirculatory dynamics with distributed parameters is developed. Hemodynamics, interstitium dynamics, lymph dynamics, dynamics of protein transport, oxygen dynamics, dynamics of heat transfer, and myogenic and metabolic regulation procedures are included. The interactions between these factors were comprehensively exhibited. The influences of arteriolar vasomotion and nonlinear viscoelasticity of blood in arteriole are considered. A simplified vessel network consisting of arteriole, open and reserved capillaries, venule, initial lymphatics and arteriole_venule anastomose is adopted as the geometrical model. This kind of comprehensive mathematical model is helpful in analyzing clinical data and developing a “numerical experiment method” in microcirculation research. 展开更多

为响应新工科与工程认证背景下材料类专业复合型创新人才培养的需求,设计并实施了一项以“纤维素基水凝胶传感器”为主题的跨学科综合实验。实验以“从分子到器件”为设计主线,融合材料化学、分析表征、结构设计与电子工程等多学科知识... 为响应新工科与工程认证背景下材料类专业复合型创新人才培养的需求,设计并实施了一项以“纤维素基水凝胶传感器”为主题的跨学科综合实验。实验以“从分子到器件”为设计主线,融合材料化学、分析表征、结构设计与电子工程等多学科知识,构建了涵盖碳点制备、水凝胶合成、多尺度表征到传感器集成与测试的24学时全流程教学体系。教学过程采用项目式学习(PBL)方式,通过角色分工、阶段评审、过程管控等机制,强化学生的工程实践能力、系统思维与团队协作素养。评价结果显示,学生学习成果总体达成度达86%,98%的学生认为实验挑战性高且收获显著,成功实现了从基础材料到功能器件的完整研发闭环。该实验为材料类专业开展高阶性、综合性、探究性实验教学提供了可复制的范式。 展开更多

为培养化学专业学生综合实验研究能力,基于前沿科学研究结果,设计了探究稀土离子修饰钼酸铋催化剂制备及光催化性能的创新性综合实验。采用溶剂热法分别制备了Y^(3+)和Ce^(3+)稀土离子修饰的钼酸铋催化剂,利用所学仪器分析、物理化学、... 为培养化学专业学生综合实验研究能力,基于前沿科学研究结果,设计了探究稀土离子修饰钼酸铋催化剂制备及光催化性能的创新性综合实验。采用溶剂热法分别制备了Y^(3+)和Ce^(3+)稀土离子修饰的钼酸铋催化剂,利用所学仪器分析、物理化学、电化学等知识对催化剂的晶体结构、微观形貌、比表面积、吸光性能、光电流响应等进行表征和分析,根据表征结果和光催化活性评价结果,综合分析了稀土离子修饰对钼酸铋光催化活性产生的影响。实验结果表明,与纯钼酸铋催化剂相比,Y^(3+)修饰钼酸铋催化剂不仅具有更大的比表面积和更小的带隙,还具有更高的光生电子和空穴分离效率,使其在可见光催化降解甲基橙和罗丹明B的反应中均表现出优异的活性。 展开更多

开设化学综合实验内容有利于本科生掌握化学前沿知识,对培养其科研兴趣和综合创新能力具有重要的作用。本新创实验以科研促教学为目的,结合学科前沿和基础化学知识,选择催化具有高毒性的水中主要污染物4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)加氢为重要的精... 开设化学综合实验内容有利于本科生掌握化学前沿知识,对培养其科研兴趣和综合创新能力具有重要的作用。本新创实验以科研促教学为目的,结合学科前沿和基础化学知识,选择催化具有高毒性的水中主要污染物4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)加氢为重要的精细化学品4-氨基苯酚(4-AP)为实验内容。利用绿色梓树果提取物(含有氨基酸、还原性糖、酮类、酚类)作为还原剂,制备了二氧化钛负载钯(0.8 wt%Pd/TiO_(2))和Mo_(2)N修饰的二氧化钛负载型钯(0.8 wt%Pd/Mo_(2)N-TiO_(2))催化剂,并测试其催化4-NP选择加氢的性能及反应动力学性质。将科研内容与实验教学渗透融合,进而从整体上提升本科生的综合创新能力。 展开更多

实验教学是培养药学复合型创新人才的关键环节。药学综合大实验教学是提高学生实践创新能力的重要手段。传统的药学实验内容缺乏创新性、课程体系设置不尽合理,难以满足培养综合型创新药学人才的需求。通过处方筛选实验方案,开展非布司... 实验教学是培养药学复合型创新人才的关键环节。药学综合大实验教学是提高学生实践创新能力的重要手段。传统的药学实验内容缺乏创新性、课程体系设置不尽合理,难以满足培养综合型创新药学人才的需求。通过处方筛选实验方案,开展非布司他纳米胶束的制备与表征的药学综合大实验。实验中采用激光粒径仪测定了纳米胶束的粒径、粒径分散指数、电位,利用紫外分光光度法测定其载药量,并通过透析法考察了药物的体外释放情况。该实验将药剂学科前沿研究、实验教学和专业人才培养结合起来,不但使学生掌握了制剂制备、药物分析、纳米性质表征等内容,而且提高学生对药学专业知识的综合运用,增强实践操作和综合创新能力。 展开更多

松辽盆地北部青山口组页岩孔隙分形特征及主控因素

为明确松辽盆地北部青山口组致密页岩储层的孔隙结构特征、孔隙非均质性,揭示分形特征的主控因素,笔者以松辽盆地北部青山口组致密页岩储层为研究对象,通过X-射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、总有机碳(total organic carbon,TOC)测试... 为明确松辽盆地北部青山口组致密页岩储层的孔隙结构特征、孔隙非均质性,揭示分形特征的主控因素,笔者以松辽盆地北部青山口组致密页岩储层为研究对象,通过X-射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、总有机碳(total organic carbon,TOC)测试、氮气吸附-脱附实验及压汞实验等多种分析手段系统分析了页岩样品的孔隙结构、有机碳质量分数及孔隙结构参数,采用分形理论计算不同孔径区间(微孔、介孔、大孔、宏孔)的分形维数及综合分形维数,深入探究孔隙分形特征与矿物组成、TOC质量分数、比表面积及平均孔径的相关性。结果表明:研究区页岩样品矿物组成以黏土矿物与长英质矿物为主,储集空间主要为黏土矿物粒间孔。孔隙具有分选好、细歪度的特征,主要发育孔径小于50 nm的微孔和介孔,仅发育少量宏孔。微孔对应的分形维数介于2.47~2.88,平均为2.71;介孔对应分形维数介于2.41~2.53,平均为2.46;大孔对应的分形维数介于2.07~2.88,平均为2.26;宏孔对应分形维数介于2.46~3.08,平均为2.75。综合分形维数Ds介于2.41~2.55,平均为2.47。总体而言,研究区页岩样品孔隙较为复杂,非均质性较强。且分形维数与黏土矿物质量分数、TOC质量分数、比表面积与平均孔径有着不同程度的相关性,其中与介孔对应分形维数相关性最高,说明介孔是研究区页岩样品储集空间的主要贡献者。 展开更多
