Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received d...Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the patients’psychological states before and after nursing.Patient satisfaction with nursing was analyzed using a nursing satisfaction survey scale.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation and control groups were 98.33%and 83.33%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary micro-nodules can effectively relieve their psychological pressure and improve nursing satisfaction,demonstrating clinical value.展开更多
Background:Accurate complication reporting in endourology remains challenging,with the Clavien-Dindo Classification and Comprehensive Complication Index being the most commonly used systems.This study aimed to compare...Background:Accurate complication reporting in endourology remains challenging,with the Clavien-Dindo Classification and Comprehensive Complication Index being the most commonly used systems.This study aimed to compare surgical outcomes and complication reporting in ureterolithotripsy(URL),percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL),and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)using both systems.Methods:This prospective,single-center,non-interventional study included 473 patients undergoing URL,PCNL,or ESWL from October 2022 to October 2024.Demographic,stone-related,and procedural variables were recorded.Complications were classified using the CDC,and cumulative morbidity was assessed using CCI.Statistical analyses,including univariate and multivariate regression,were performed to identify predictors of higher CCI scores.Results:PCNL was associated with the highest complication rates,including an 11%transfusion rate.ESWL had the lowest complication burden,while URL demonstrated intermediate risk.CCI scores correlated positively with length of stay(LOS;r=0.47),highlighting its ability to capture overall morbidity.Multivariate analysis identified stone size,operating time,and positive urine culture as significant predictors of higher CCI scores.The CCI provided a more comprehensive representation of morbidity compared to the CDC.Conclusions:CCI demonstrates superior sensitivity in evaluating postoperative morbidity compared to CDC,particularly in more invasive procedures such as PCNL.Standardized reporting frameworks incorporating CCI may enhance surgical outcome assessment in endourology.展开更多
BACKGROUND Detailed data on the relation of post-operative complications with clinical outcomes after simultaneous pancreas-kidney(SPK)transplantation is lacking.AIM To compare Clavien-Dindo classification(CDC)and com...BACKGROUND Detailed data on the relation of post-operative complications with clinical outcomes after simultaneous pancreas-kidney(SPK)transplantation is lacking.AIM To compare Clavien-Dindo classification(CDC)and comprehensive complication index(CCI)in predicting outcomes after SPK.METHODS Data for patients undergoing SPK between 1999-2019 were analyzed.Information on recipients’baseline characteristics,peri-operative management and postoperative complications were collated.Length of hospital stay(LOS)was the primary study outcome,and the associations with CDC and CCI were evaluated using Spearman’s(ρ)correlation coefficients.RESULTS In the study period,data were available for 128 patients(female n=44,34.4%).Sixty-nine patients had at least one complication with the highest CDC grade of I,II,III,and IV in 8(6.3%),22(17.2%),32(25%),and 7(5.5%)patients,respectively. The mean LOS was 21.4 ± 17.7 days. Both classification systems were correlated with LOS, yet CCI was stronger(Spearman’s ρ: 0.694 vs 0.602, P < 0.001). Female patients (P = 0.019) and patients with pre-transplant cardiovascularevents (P = 0.02) had longer LOS. After adjusted multivariable analysis, the link between LOS and both theCDC and CCI remained relevant. CCI had a superior fit compared to CDC (r2 = 0.729 vs r2 = 0.481), with every 10CCI points being associated with a 5.27 day (P < 0.001) increased LOS.CONCLUSIONThis study showed that the CCI was better linked with LOS compared to CDC and might represent a useful scoreto evaluate the overall burden of postoperative complications in patients undergoing SPK.展开更多
Natural gas hydrates(hereinafter referred to as hydrates)are a promising clean energy source.However,their current development is far from reaching commercial exploitation.Reservoir stimulation tech-nology provides ne...Natural gas hydrates(hereinafter referred to as hydrates)are a promising clean energy source.However,their current development is far from reaching commercial exploitation.Reservoir stimulation tech-nology provides new approaches to enhance hydrate development effectiveness.Addressing the current lack of quantitative and objective methods for evaluating the fracability of hydrate reservoirs,this study clarifies the relationship between geological and engineering fracability and proposes a comprehensive evaluation model for hydrate reservoir fracability based on grey relational analysis and the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation method.By integrating results from hydraulic fracturing experiments on hydrate sediments,the fracability of hydrate reservoirs is assessed.The concept of critical construction parameter curves for hydrate reservoirs is introduced for the first time.Additionally,two-dimensional fracability index evaluation charts and three-dimensional fracability construction condition discrimination charts are established.The results indicate that as the comprehensive fracability index increases,the feasibility of forming fractures in hydrate reservoirs improves,and the required normalized fracturing construction parameters gradually decrease.The accuracy rate of the charts in judging experimental results reached 89.74%,enabling quick evaluations of whether hydrate reservoirs are worth fracturing,easy to fracture,and capable of being fractured.This has significant engineering implications forthehydraulicfracturingof hydratereservoirs.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elde...Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion.展开更多

BACKGROUND Surgery is the gold standard for gallstone treatment.Nevertheless,the complications associated with the surgical procedure can exert diverse and adverse impacts on patients’health and quality of life to va...BACKGROUND Surgery is the gold standard for gallstone treatment.Nevertheless,the complications associated with the surgical procedure can exert diverse and adverse impacts on patients’health and quality of life to varying extents.Hence,it is essential to offer perioperative care to patients undergoing gallstone surgery.AIM To examine the impact of perioperative comprehensive nursing on pain intensity,complication rates,and patient comfort in individuals undergoing gallstone surgery.METHODS From February 2022 to February 2024,195 patients who underwent gallstone surgery at Sanmen People’s Hospital were selected and divided into two groups:A control group receiving routine nursing care(95 patients)and a research group receiving perioperative comprehensive nursing(100 patients).Key postoperative recovery indicators,including time to first postoperative anal exhaust,oral food intake,and ambulation,were observed,along with pain intensity(measured by the numeric rating scale),complication rate(bleeding,incision infection,recurrence),patient comfort(assessed using the visual analogue scale),and quality of life(measured by the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF).RESULTS The research group showed significantly shorter times to first postoperative anal exhaust,oral intake,and ambulation.Moreover,numeric rating scale pain scores in the research group were markedly lower post-nursing,and the total complication rate was significantly reduced compared to the control group.Furthermore,comfort levels improved considerably in the research group,and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF scores across the physical,psychological,social,and environmental domains were significantly higher compared to the control group following nursing care.CONCLUSION Perioperative comprehensive nursing effectively enhances postoperative recovery in patients undergoing gallstone surgery,reducing pain,lowering complications,and improving patient comfort and quality of life,which deserves clinical application.展开更多

Aeroengines,often regarded as the heart of aircraft,are crucial for flight safety and performance.Comprehensive performance evaluation of aeroengines supports Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)and aeroengine digit...Aeroengines,often regarded as the heart of aircraft,are crucial for flight safety and performance.Comprehensive performance evaluation of aeroengines supports Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)and aeroengine digital engineering.Due to their highly integrated nature,aeroengines present challenges in performance evaluation because their test-run data are high-dimensional,large-scale,and exhibit strong nonlinear correlations among test indicators.To solve this problem,this study proposes a unified framework of the comprehensive performance evaluation of aeroengines to assess performance objectively and globally.Specifically,the network model and the dynamics model of aeroengine performance are constructed driven by test-run data,which can explain the patterns of system state changes and the internal relationship,and depict the system accurately.Based on that,three perturbations in the model are used to simulate three fault modes of aeroengines.Moreover,the comprehensive performance evaluation indexes of aeroengines are proposed to evaluate the performance dynamically from two dimensions,the coupling performance and the activity performance.Thirteen test-run qualified and four test-run failed aeroengines are used to validate and establish the qualified ranges.The results demonstrate that the comprehensive evaluation indexes can distinguish test-run qualified and test-run failed aeroengines.By changing the dynamic parameters,the comprehensive performance under any thrust and inlet guide vanes(IGV)angle can be estimated,broadening the test-run scenarios beyond a few typical states.This novel approach offers significant advancements for the comprehensive performance evaluation and management of aeroengines,paving the way for future PHM and aeroengine digital engineering developments.展开更多
BACKGROUND Chronic pain and depression often coexist,severely affecting quality of life.Traditional treatments address these conditions separately,but comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing offers a holistic ap...BACKGROUND Chronic pain and depression often coexist,severely affecting quality of life.Traditional treatments address these conditions separately,but comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing offers a holistic approach.By combining cognitive-behavioral strategies and psychological support,it helps improve coping mechanisms,reduce distress,and enhance overall well-being in affected patients.AIM To investigate the impact of comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing on the patients with chronic pain and depression.METHODS From October 2022 to October 2024,171 patients with chronic pain and depression admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 85 patients in the control group and 86 patients in the observation group.The general data from both groups were compared.The control group received standard treatment.The observation group provided full psychological cognitive care in the same way as the control group did.The two groups of patients'psychological states,pain levels,quality of life,sleep quality,and nurse satisfaction were compared before to and during the intervention.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,selfrating depression scale(SDS)score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group significantly decreased after intervention,while the short-form 36(SF-36)score significantly increased(P<0.05).The SAS score decreased by 17.36%;SDS score decreased by 26.21%.The VAS scores decreased by 57.14%,63.43%,and 69.86%at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours,respectively.The SF-36 score indicators increased by 13.29%,13.24%,20.77%,and 19.41%,respectively;The PSQI score decreased by 54.66%.The observation group reported higher nurse satisfaction.CONCLUSION Comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing interventions can significantly reduce patients'pain and depression symptoms while boosting their confidence in managing the illness.展开更多
Purpose–This study is dedicated to systematically collating the distribution and utilization circumstances of geothermal resources in China.Moreover,it endeavors to formulate a comprehensive utilization scheme for ge...Purpose–This study is dedicated to systematically collating the distribution and utilization circumstances of geothermal resources in China.Moreover,it endeavors to formulate a comprehensive utilization scheme for geothermal resources during the construction and operation phases of the railway,thereby furnishing robust support and valuable reference for the holistic utilization of geothermal resources along the railway corridor.Design/methodology/approach–Through an in-depth analysis of the extant utilization of geothermal resources in China,it is discerned that the current utilization modalities are relatively rudimentary,bereft of rational planning and characterized by a low utilization rate.Concurrently,by integrating the practical requisites of railway construction and operation and conducting theoretical dissections,a comprehensive utilization plan for the construction and operation periods of railway is proffered.Findings–In light of the railway’s construction and operation characteristics,geothermal utilization models are categorized.During construction,comprehensive modalities include tunnel illumination power generation,construction area heating,tunnel antifreeze using shallow geothermal energy,tunnel pavement antifreeze and construction concrete maintenance.During operation,they comprise operation tunnel antifreeze,railway roadbed antifreeze,railway switch snow melting and deicing,geothermal power station establishment and railway hot spring health tourism planning.Originality/value–According to the characteristics and actual needs of railway construction and operation,it is of great significance to rationally utilize geothermal resources to promote the construction and operation of green railways.展开更多
The application of ecosystem services(ES)theories in land consolidation is a confusing issue that has long plagued scholars and government officials.As the upgraded version of traditional land consolidation,comprehens...The application of ecosystem services(ES)theories in land consolidation is a confusing issue that has long plagued scholars and government officials.As the upgraded version of traditional land consolidation,comprehensive land consolidation(CLC)emphasizes ecological benefits,but it does not achieve the expected effect during the pilot phase.This study first proposed a theoretical analysis framework based on ES knowledge to answer the three key questions of why,where,and how to implement CLC better.Taking mountainous counties as the study area,we found that ES trade-offs/synergies,bundles,and drivers were significantly affected by scale effects.ES knowledge can play a crucial role in designing multi-scale CLC strategies regarding the objective,zoning,intensity,and mode.Specifically,mitigating the significant trade-offs between recreational opportunities,food production,and other ES is the top priority of CLC.Land consolidation zoning based on the ES bundles analysis is more rational and can provide the scientific premise for designing locally adapted CLC measures.Land consolidation can be classified into high-intensity direct intervention and low-intensity indirect intervention modes,based on the major drivers of ES.These findings help narrow the gap between ES and CLC practices.展开更多

In this work, we have made a comprehensive evaluation of the performances of existingtop RNA secondary structure prediction methods, including five deep-learning (DL) based methods and five minimum freeenergy (MFE) based methods. First, we made a brief overview of these RNA secondary structure prediction methods.Afterwards, we built two rigorous test datasets consisting of RNAs with non-redundant sequences and comprehensivelyexamined the performances of the RNA secondary structure prediction methods through classifying the RNAs into differentlength ranges and different types. Our examination shows that the DL-based methods generally perform better thanthe MFE-based methods for RNAs with long lengths and complex structures, while the MFE-based methods can achievegood performance for small RNAs and some specialized MFE-based methods can achieve good prediction accuracy forpseudoknots. Finally, we provided some insights and perspectives in modeling RNA secondary structures.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the patients’psychological states before and after nursing.Patient satisfaction with nursing was analyzed using a nursing satisfaction survey scale.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation and control groups were 98.33%and 83.33%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary micro-nodules can effectively relieve their psychological pressure and improve nursing satisfaction,demonstrating clinical value.
文摘Background:Accurate complication reporting in endourology remains challenging,with the Clavien-Dindo Classification and Comprehensive Complication Index being the most commonly used systems.This study aimed to compare surgical outcomes and complication reporting in ureterolithotripsy(URL),percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL),and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)using both systems.Methods:This prospective,single-center,non-interventional study included 473 patients undergoing URL,PCNL,or ESWL from October 2022 to October 2024.Demographic,stone-related,and procedural variables were recorded.Complications were classified using the CDC,and cumulative morbidity was assessed using CCI.Statistical analyses,including univariate and multivariate regression,were performed to identify predictors of higher CCI scores.Results:PCNL was associated with the highest complication rates,including an 11%transfusion rate.ESWL had the lowest complication burden,while URL demonstrated intermediate risk.CCI scores correlated positively with length of stay(LOS;r=0.47),highlighting its ability to capture overall morbidity.Multivariate analysis identified stone size,operating time,and positive urine culture as significant predictors of higher CCI scores.The CCI provided a more comprehensive representation of morbidity compared to the CDC.Conclusions:CCI demonstrates superior sensitivity in evaluating postoperative morbidity compared to CDC,particularly in more invasive procedures such as PCNL.Standardized reporting frameworks incorporating CCI may enhance surgical outcome assessment in endourology.
文摘BACKGROUND Detailed data on the relation of post-operative complications with clinical outcomes after simultaneous pancreas-kidney(SPK)transplantation is lacking.AIM To compare Clavien-Dindo classification(CDC)and comprehensive complication index(CCI)in predicting outcomes after SPK.METHODS Data for patients undergoing SPK between 1999-2019 were analyzed.Information on recipients’baseline characteristics,peri-operative management and postoperative complications were collated.Length of hospital stay(LOS)was the primary study outcome,and the associations with CDC and CCI were evaluated using Spearman’s(ρ)correlation coefficients.RESULTS In the study period,data were available for 128 patients(female n=44,34.4%).Sixty-nine patients had at least one complication with the highest CDC grade of I,II,III,and IV in 8(6.3%),22(17.2%),32(25%),and 7(5.5%)patients,respectively. The mean LOS was 21.4 ± 17.7 days. Both classification systems were correlated with LOS, yet CCI was stronger(Spearman’s ρ: 0.694 vs 0.602, P < 0.001). Female patients (P = 0.019) and patients with pre-transplant cardiovascularevents (P = 0.02) had longer LOS. After adjusted multivariable analysis, the link between LOS and both theCDC and CCI remained relevant. CCI had a superior fit compared to CDC (r2 = 0.729 vs r2 = 0.481), with every 10CCI points being associated with a 5.27 day (P < 0.001) increased LOS.CONCLUSIONThis study showed that the CCI was better linked with LOS compared to CDC and might represent a useful scoreto evaluate the overall burden of postoperative complications in patients undergoing SPK.

文摘Natural gas hydrates(hereinafter referred to as hydrates)are a promising clean energy source.However,their current development is far from reaching commercial exploitation.Reservoir stimulation tech-nology provides new approaches to enhance hydrate development effectiveness.Addressing the current lack of quantitative and objective methods for evaluating the fracability of hydrate reservoirs,this study clarifies the relationship between geological and engineering fracability and proposes a comprehensive evaluation model for hydrate reservoir fracability based on grey relational analysis and the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation method.By integrating results from hydraulic fracturing experiments on hydrate sediments,the fracability of hydrate reservoirs is assessed.The concept of critical construction parameter curves for hydrate reservoirs is introduced for the first time.Additionally,two-dimensional fracability index evaluation charts and three-dimensional fracability construction condition discrimination charts are established.The results indicate that as the comprehensive fracability index increases,the feasibility of forming fractures in hydrate reservoirs improves,and the required normalized fracturing construction parameters gradually decrease.The accuracy rate of the charts in judging experimental results reached 89.74%,enabling quick evaluations of whether hydrate reservoirs are worth fracturing,easy to fracture,and capable of being fractured.This has significant engineering implications forthehydraulicfracturingof hydratereservoirs.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion.

文摘Objective:This study aimed to explore the strategies used by acute care hospitals in implementing a national standard for comprehensive care.Methods:A qualitative descriptive study was conducted with 28 care professionals(20 nurses,two doctors,and six allied health professionals)recruited from a broad range of Australian acute care hospitals.Data were collected using semi-structured interviews from March to August 2023.The interviews were audio-recorded,transcribed,and thematically analyzed.Results:Strategies for implementing the Comprehensive Care Standard(CCS)vary,even within a health service organization.We identifiedstrategies hospitals used regarding the implementation team and plan,communication,education and training,documentation system,patient care plan,networking,incentives and pressure,feedback,and reflectingand evaluating.Conclusions:This interview study sheds light on the various strategies adopted by hospitals in implementing the CCS,providing a practical foundation to inform implementation efforts both within Australia and internationally.

文摘Advanced geological prediction is a crucial means to ensure safety and efficiency in tunnel construction.However,diff erent advanced geological forecasting methods have their own limitations,resulting in poor detection accuracy.Using multiple methods to carry out a comprehensive evaluation can eff ectively improve the accuracy of advanced geological prediction results.In this study,geological information is combined with the detection results of geophysical methods,including transient electromagnetic,induced polarization,and tunnel seismic prediction,to establish a comprehensive analysis method of adverse geology.First,the possible main adverse geological problems are determined according to the geological information.Subsequently,various physical parameters of the rock mass in front of the tunnel face can then be derived on the basis of multisource geophysical data.Finally,based on the analysis results of geological information,the multisource data fusion algorithm is used to determine the type,location,and scale of adverse geology.The advanced geological prediction results that can provide eff ective guidance for tunnel construction can then be obtained.

文摘BACKGROUND Surgery is the gold standard for gallstone treatment.Nevertheless,the complications associated with the surgical procedure can exert diverse and adverse impacts on patients’health and quality of life to varying extents.Hence,it is essential to offer perioperative care to patients undergoing gallstone surgery.AIM To examine the impact of perioperative comprehensive nursing on pain intensity,complication rates,and patient comfort in individuals undergoing gallstone surgery.METHODS From February 2022 to February 2024,195 patients who underwent gallstone surgery at Sanmen People’s Hospital were selected and divided into two groups:A control group receiving routine nursing care(95 patients)and a research group receiving perioperative comprehensive nursing(100 patients).Key postoperative recovery indicators,including time to first postoperative anal exhaust,oral food intake,and ambulation,were observed,along with pain intensity(measured by the numeric rating scale),complication rate(bleeding,incision infection,recurrence),patient comfort(assessed using the visual analogue scale),and quality of life(measured by the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF).RESULTS The research group showed significantly shorter times to first postoperative anal exhaust,oral intake,and ambulation.Moreover,numeric rating scale pain scores in the research group were markedly lower post-nursing,and the total complication rate was significantly reduced compared to the control group.Furthermore,comfort levels improved considerably in the research group,and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF scores across the physical,psychological,social,and environmental domains were significantly higher compared to the control group following nursing care.CONCLUSION Perioperative comprehensive nursing effectively enhances postoperative recovery in patients undergoing gallstone surgery,reducing pain,lowering complications,and improving patient comfort and quality of life,which deserves clinical application.

文摘Moringa oleifera Lam.is a Moringa genus in the Moringaceae family that is high in nutrients and has a wide range of applications.Phenolic compounds are widely found in plants and have various health benefits for the human body.With its high content and wide variety of phenolic compounds,M.oleifera Lam.has been widely studied for its health benefits.The phenolic compounds in M.oleifera Lam.(MOPCs)can be a potential source of functional food ingredients in pharmaceutical and industrial applications.Numerous studies have shown that MOPCs have antioxidant,anti-obesity,anti-diabetic,and antibacterial effects.Although the research on MOPCs has been gradually increasing,the extraction,isolation,identification,biological activities,and comprehensive application of MOPCs need a more systematic summary and generalization.Therefore,this paper reviews the isolation and extraction methods,structure identification,biological activities,and comprehensive applications to provide a further reference for the research and application of MOPCs.

文摘To investigate the vibration response of the comprehensive transportation hub structure under multiple-source excitations,an on-site vibration measurement was carried out at Wuhan Railway Station in China.The characteristics of each floor vibration were obtained through the time domain and frequency domain analyses.Based on the vibration characteristic under multiple-source excitations,the proposed attenuation model was derived.In addition,a vibration comfort evaluation on the Wuhan Railway Station was conducted.The results show that the effect of the number of vibration sources on horizontal acceleration is more significant than that regarding vertical acceleration.When the structure is under the effects two vibration sources with different frequencies,a high-frequency vibration can amplify a low-frequency vibration.The derived attenuation model can precisely predict the vibration attenuation and reduce the subsequent vibration test workload.Based on the annoyance rate model result,the annoyance rate of Wuhan Railway Station is high,which is harmful to the staff of the station.

文摘The comprehensive treatment of river courses and their landscape environments have attracted more and more attention of the society.However,due to its wide coverage,technical difficulties and long restoration period,designers need to explore,research and design with a more comprehensive and longer-term planning perspective,and a more comprehensive professional strength.Taking the comprehensive regulation and landscape design of Mayuanxi River in Chongqing as an example,this paper integrated the regulation,ecological restoration,landscape construction,project planning and cultural display of the river,and systematically put forward ideas and strategies for the comprehensive regulation and landscape design of the river,with a view to making a beneficial exploration for the research in this field.Notably,the paper highlighted innovative techniques such as vegetation concrete for revetment and rainwater gardens for ecological rainwater management.

文摘Aeroengines,often regarded as the heart of aircraft,are crucial for flight safety and performance.Comprehensive performance evaluation of aeroengines supports Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)and aeroengine digital engineering.Due to their highly integrated nature,aeroengines present challenges in performance evaluation because their test-run data are high-dimensional,large-scale,and exhibit strong nonlinear correlations among test indicators.To solve this problem,this study proposes a unified framework of the comprehensive performance evaluation of aeroengines to assess performance objectively and globally.Specifically,the network model and the dynamics model of aeroengine performance are constructed driven by test-run data,which can explain the patterns of system state changes and the internal relationship,and depict the system accurately.Based on that,three perturbations in the model are used to simulate three fault modes of aeroengines.Moreover,the comprehensive performance evaluation indexes of aeroengines are proposed to evaluate the performance dynamically from two dimensions,the coupling performance and the activity performance.Thirteen test-run qualified and four test-run failed aeroengines are used to validate and establish the qualified ranges.The results demonstrate that the comprehensive evaluation indexes can distinguish test-run qualified and test-run failed aeroengines.By changing the dynamic parameters,the comprehensive performance under any thrust and inlet guide vanes(IGV)angle can be estimated,broadening the test-run scenarios beyond a few typical states.This novel approach offers significant advancements for the comprehensive performance evaluation and management of aeroengines,paving the way for future PHM and aeroengine digital engineering developments.
文摘BACKGROUND Chronic pain and depression often coexist,severely affecting quality of life.Traditional treatments address these conditions separately,but comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing offers a holistic approach.By combining cognitive-behavioral strategies and psychological support,it helps improve coping mechanisms,reduce distress,and enhance overall well-being in affected patients.AIM To investigate the impact of comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing on the patients with chronic pain and depression.METHODS From October 2022 to October 2024,171 patients with chronic pain and depression admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 85 patients in the control group and 86 patients in the observation group.The general data from both groups were compared.The control group received standard treatment.The observation group provided full psychological cognitive care in the same way as the control group did.The two groups of patients'psychological states,pain levels,quality of life,sleep quality,and nurse satisfaction were compared before to and during the intervention.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,selfrating depression scale(SDS)score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group significantly decreased after intervention,while the short-form 36(SF-36)score significantly increased(P<0.05).The SAS score decreased by 17.36%;SDS score decreased by 26.21%.The VAS scores decreased by 57.14%,63.43%,and 69.86%at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours,respectively.The SF-36 score indicators increased by 13.29%,13.24%,20.77%,and 19.41%,respectively;The PSQI score decreased by 54.66%.The observation group reported higher nurse satisfaction.CONCLUSION Comprehensive psychological cognitive nursing interventions can significantly reduce patients'pain and depression symptoms while boosting their confidence in managing the illness.
文摘Purpose–This study is dedicated to systematically collating the distribution and utilization circumstances of geothermal resources in China.Moreover,it endeavors to formulate a comprehensive utilization scheme for geothermal resources during the construction and operation phases of the railway,thereby furnishing robust support and valuable reference for the holistic utilization of geothermal resources along the railway corridor.Design/methodology/approach–Through an in-depth analysis of the extant utilization of geothermal resources in China,it is discerned that the current utilization modalities are relatively rudimentary,bereft of rational planning and characterized by a low utilization rate.Concurrently,by integrating the practical requisites of railway construction and operation and conducting theoretical dissections,a comprehensive utilization plan for the construction and operation periods of railway is proffered.Findings–In light of the railway’s construction and operation characteristics,geothermal utilization models are categorized.During construction,comprehensive modalities include tunnel illumination power generation,construction area heating,tunnel antifreeze using shallow geothermal energy,tunnel pavement antifreeze and construction concrete maintenance.During operation,they comprise operation tunnel antifreeze,railway roadbed antifreeze,railway switch snow melting and deicing,geothermal power station establishment and railway hot spring health tourism planning.Originality/value–According to the characteristics and actual needs of railway construction and operation,it is of great significance to rationally utilize geothermal resources to promote the construction and operation of green railways.

文摘The application of ecosystem services(ES)theories in land consolidation is a confusing issue that has long plagued scholars and government officials.As the upgraded version of traditional land consolidation,comprehensive land consolidation(CLC)emphasizes ecological benefits,but it does not achieve the expected effect during the pilot phase.This study first proposed a theoretical analysis framework based on ES knowledge to answer the three key questions of why,where,and how to implement CLC better.Taking mountainous counties as the study area,we found that ES trade-offs/synergies,bundles,and drivers were significantly affected by scale effects.ES knowledge can play a crucial role in designing multi-scale CLC strategies regarding the objective,zoning,intensity,and mode.Specifically,mitigating the significant trade-offs between recreational opportunities,food production,and other ES is the top priority of CLC.Land consolidation zoning based on the ES bundles analysis is more rational and can provide the scientific premise for designing locally adapted CLC measures.Land consolidation can be classified into high-intensity direct intervention and low-intensity indirect intervention modes,based on the major drivers of ES.These findings help narrow the gap between ES and CLC practices.

文摘RNAs have important biological functions and the functions of RNAs are generally coupled to their structures, especiallytheir secondary structures. In this work, we have made a comprehensive evaluation of the performances of existingtop RNA secondary structure prediction methods, including five deep-learning (DL) based methods and five minimum freeenergy (MFE) based methods. First, we made a brief overview of these RNA secondary structure prediction methods.Afterwards, we built two rigorous test datasets consisting of RNAs with non-redundant sequences and comprehensivelyexamined the performances of the RNA secondary structure prediction methods through classifying the RNAs into differentlength ranges and different types. Our examination shows that the DL-based methods generally perform better thanthe MFE-based methods for RNAs with long lengths and complex structures, while the MFE-based methods can achievegood performance for small RNAs and some specialized MFE-based methods can achieve good prediction accuracy forpseudoknots. Finally, we provided some insights and perspectives in modeling RNA secondary structures.

文摘With the global population aging,the care of elderly cancer patients has become increasingly complex and significant.Comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA),a multidimensional evaluation tool,has been widely implemented in oncology nursing to enhance the precision of treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.This review examines the application of CGA in oncology nursing,drawing on literature published between 2010 and 2024 in major databases using keywords such as“Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment”and“Oncology Nursing”.It highlights how CGA contributes to optimizing treatment selection,monitoring the treatment process,and improving patients’quality of life and long-term outcomes.CGA provides a comprehensive evaluation of elderly cancer patients,including physical,psychological,and social aspects,enabling the identification of high-risk patients and reducing treatment-related side effects and complications.It also offers a critical foundation for developing personalized care plans.The article discusses various practical examples of CGA implementation across different countries and regions,including multidisciplinary collaborative models in France,the United States,and Australia,demonstrating CGA’s flexible application in diverse healthcare settings.Although significant progress has been made in applying CGA in oncology nursing,numerous challenges remain in its implementation,such as resource limitations and insufficient personnel training.Future research will focus on integrating CGA with emerging technologies,such as artificial intelligence and precision medicine,to further improve the quality of care and treatment outcomes for elderly cancer patients.By summarizing the current status and challenges of CGA in oncology nursing,this review provides guidance for future research and clinical practice,emphasizing the importance of advancing CGA application to meet the growing demands of elderly oncology care.

文摘In response to concerns over the recent expansion of the scope and content of urban design and the potential for“loss of focus”,this study uses the comprehensive urban design of Pudong New Area as a case study,emphasizing a need to“refocus”urban design efforts.It traces the spatial evolution of Pudong New Area under national strategic guidance,addressing two primary issues from a“strategy-problem”perspective.Building on the link between municipal urban design and district-level master planning,the study proposes a key element system that integrates“significance,publicness,cultural relevance,and connectivity”and a control strategy based on unit typology and policy-guided zoning.By establishing a clear and concise district-level control framework focused on“element+scale”,the study aims to enhance Pudong’s modern spatial image and its holistic spatial order,reinforcing Pudong’s role as a“leading area for socialist modernization”.
