However, these effects are poody understood. This study used NaOH-EDTA extraction and solution ^31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to determine soil P composition and phosphatase activities, including acid phosphomonoesterase (AcP), phosphodiesterase (PD) and inorganic pyrophosphatase (IPP), in the alpine tundra of the Changbai Mountains at seven different altitudinal gradients (i.e., 2000 m, 2100 m, 2200 m, 2300 m, 2400 m, 2500 m, and 2600 m). The results show that total P (TP), organic P (OP), OP/TP, NaOH-EDTA extracted P and AcP, PD, and IPP activities over the altitude range of 2500-2600 m are significantly lower than those below 2400 m. The dominant extracted form of P is OP (73%0-83%) with a large proportion of monoesters (65%0-72%), whereas inorganic P is present in lower proportions (17%-27%). The activity of AcP is significantly positively correlated with the contents of soil OP, total carbon (TC), total nitrogen (TN), and TP (P 〈 0.05), indicating that the AcP is a more sensitive index for responding P nutrient storage than PD and IPP. Soil properties, P composition, and phosphatase activities decrease with increased altitude and soil pH. Our results indicate that the distribution of soil P composition and phosphatase activities along altitude and AcP may play an important role in P hydrolysis as well as have the potential to be an indicator of soil quality.展开更多

On the contrary, the corrosion rate of the composite coating after heat treatment decreases with increasing HCl concentration. The corrosion rates of the composite coatings in as deposited state and after heat treatment in H 2SO 4 and H 3PO 4 solutions respectively decrease with the rise of H 2SO 4 and H 3PO 4 concentrations. The corrosion rate of the composite coating as deposited in FeCl 3 solutions decreases with increasing FeCl 3 concentration, while the rate of the composite coating after heat treatment increases with the rise of FeCl 3 concentration. The cutting force characteristics in ultrasonic vibration turning compared with that in com mon turning were studied. Through the single factor experiments and multiple fac tor orthogonal experiments, the influences of three kinds of cutting conditions such as cutting velocity, amount of feed and cutting depth on cutting force were analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, according to the experimental data, the empirica l formula of main cutting force in ultrasonic vibration turning was conclude d. According to the test results, the cutting force is direct proportion to cutt ing depth basically according to the relation between cutting force and other fa ctors, which is similar to that of common cutting, so is the feed rate, but the influence is not so big. The influence of cutting speed is larger than that of f eed rate on cutting force because the efficient cutting time increases in vibrat ion cycle with the increase of cutting speed, which causes cutting force to incr ease. The research results indicate: (1) Ultrasonic vibration turning possesses much lower main cutting force than that in common turning when adopting smaller cutting parameters. If using larger cutting parameters, the difference will inco nspicuous. (2) There are remarkable differences of cutting force-cutting veloci ty characteristics in ultrasonic vibration turning from that in common turning m ainly because built-up edge does not emerge in ultrasonic turning unlike common turning in corresponding velocity range. (3) In ultrasonic vibration cutting, t he influence of cutting velocity on cutting force is most obvious among thre e cutting parameters and the influence of feed is smallest. So adopting lower cu tting velocity and larger cutting depth not only can reduce cutting force effect ively but also can ensure cutting efficiency. (4) The conclusions are useful in precision and super precision manufacturing thin-wall pieces.展开更多

Great attention has been paid to the elements diffusion, the microstructure and formation of the interface between Zn-AI eutectic alloy and Al2O3p/6061AI composites. Experimental results show that Zn-AI eutectic alloy has a good wetting ability to Al2O3p/6061 Al composites and the wetting angle decreases with increasing the temperature in vacuum. After the interaction, an interaction layer forms between Zn-AI alloy and Al2O3p/6061 Al composites. The phases in the interaction layer mainly consist of α-AI(Zn), Al2O3 and CuZn5 resulted from the diffusion of elements from the Zn-AI alloy. Several porosities distribute in the region near the interface of the Zn-AI alloy/interaction layer. The amount of shrinkage voids in the interacting layer is relevant to the penetration of Zn element into Al2O3p/6061Al composites which is a function of temperature. So it is necessary to lower heating temperature in order to limit the Zn penetration.展开更多

Two different sizes CuO particles were used, and all the experiments were conducted under an argon atmosphere. To analyze the microstructural evolution during synthesis, the A1-20 wt% CuO samples were heated to the temperatures selected according to the differential scanning calorimetry curve and then immediately quenched with water. The phase composites and microstructure of the water-quenching samples were in- vestigated using X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectrometry. The results indicate that the CuO particle size has a significant effect on the microstructural evolution of the samples during the heating stage and on the microstructure of synthesized composites. Smaller CuO particles can decrease the reaction temperature, narrow the reaction temperature range at the different reaction stages during the heating stage and make the size and distribution of in situ A1203 particles more uniform. The reaction between A1 and CuO can be complete as the temperature rises to 900 ℃. The size of the in situ A1203 particles is approximately 5 μm when the size of the CuO particles is less than 6 μm. This sample has a relatively high Rockwell hardness of 60 HRB.展开更多

In the non-interlayer liquid phase diffusion welding, the key processing parameters affecting the strength of joint is welding temperature. When temperature rises beyond solidus temperature, the bonded line vanishes. The strength of joint reaches the maximum and becomes constant when welding temperature is close to liquid phase temperature. Oxide film in the interface is no longer detected by SEM in the welded joint. With this kind of technique, particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite Al2 O3p/6061Al is welded successfully, and the joint strength is about 80% of the strength of composite (as-casted). In the laser welding, results indicate that because of the huge specific surface area of the reinforcement, the interfacial reaction between the matrix and the reinforcement is restrained intensively at certain laser power and pulsed laser beam. The laser pulse frequency directly affects the reinforcement segregation and the reinforcement distribution in the weld, so that the weldability of the composite could be improved by increasing the laser pulse frequency. The maximum strength of the weld can reach 70% of the strength of the parent.展开更多

To develop a simple and effective method for improving the photodegradation efficiency of pollutants in surface water, we herein examined the preparation of a P25-TiO2 composite film on a cement substrate via a sol–gel method. In this case, Rhodamine B(Rh B)was employed as the target organic pollutant. The self-generated TiO2 film and the P25-TiO2 composite film were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N2 adsorption/desorption measurements, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS). The photodegradation efficiencies of the two films were studied by Rh B removal in water under UV(ultraviolet) irradiation. Over 4 day exposure, the P25-TiO2 composite film exhibited higher photocatalytic performance than the self-generated TiO2 film. The photodegradation rate indicated that the efficiency of the P25-TiO2 composite film was enhanced by the addition of the rutile phase Degussa P25 powder. As such, cooperation between the anatase TiO2 and rutile P25 nanoparticles was beneficial for separation of the photo-induced electrons and holes. In addition, the influence of P25 doping on the P25-TiO2 composite films was evaluated. We found that up to a certain saturation point, increased doping enhanced the photodegradation ability of the composite film. Thus, we herein demonstrated that the doping of P25 powders is a simple but effective strategy to prepare a P25-TiO2 composite film on a cement substrate, and the resulting film exhibits excellent removal efficiency in the degradation of organic pollutants.展开更多

文摘Alpine tundra ecosystems have specific vegetation and environmental conditions that may affect soil phosphorus (P) composition and phosphatase activities. Our results indicate that the distribution of soil P composition and phosphatase activities along altitude and AcP may play an important role in P hydrolysis as well as have the potential to be an indicator of soil quality.

文摘Studies on texture and microstructure evolution in hot extruded Al 6061 aluminium alloy reinforced with uncoated and nickel coated SiC p were carried out by electron backscattered diffraction technique.Textures of both the alloy and its composite with nickel coated SiC p do exhibit strong β fiber with its axis parallel to the direction of extrusion. In addition to the dominant cube texture(001) 100,fully recrystallized grains with partially equiaxed structure have been observed in the alloy reinforced with uncoated SiC p.The recrystallization texture of this composite can be attributed to the particle stimulated nucleation(PSN) due to the presence of SiC p with size less than 5 μm.Under these conditions, the low value of Zener-Hollomon,Z(~1012s-1) confirms that PSN is one of the dominant mechanisms for recrystallization and is governed by formation of deformation zone rather than stored energy.
文摘In this paper, turning experiments of machining particle reinforced metal matri x composites(PRMMCs) SiC p/Al with PCD tools have been carried out. (4) The conclusions are useful in precision and super precision manufacturing thin-wall pieces.
文摘In order to control the size and distribution of the high conductive Fe2P in LiFePO4/Fe2P composite, two different cooling rates (Fast: 15 ℃·min-1, Slow: 2 ℃·min-1) were employed after mechanical alloying. The discharge capacity of the fast cooled was 83 mAh·g-1 and the slow cooled 121 mAh·g-1. The particle size of the synthesized powder was examined by transmission electron microscopy and distribution of Fe2P was characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, two-step heat treatment was carried out for better distribution of Fe2P. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Rietveld refinement reveal that LiFePO4/Fe2P composite consists of 95.77% LiFePO4 and 4.33% of Fe2P.

文摘In this paper,we attempts to investigate cutting mechanisms in high-speed cutting of Al6061/Si C_(p)/15p composites using a semi-phenomenologically based damage model in the equivalent homogeneous material(EHM)framework.By combining macroscale EHM modeling and underlying microscale physical mechanisms,a feasible semi-phenomenological plastic model is proposed for prediction of cutting forces and chip morphology during high-speed turning Al6061/Si C_(p)/15p composites. This model incorporates the modified Weibull weakest-link effect to represent the strain-based damage evolution in large deformations. This proposed semi-phenomenological constitutive model is implemented by compiling material subroutines into cutting finite element(FE)codes. The effects of the critical shear stresses on chip formation that depend on the toolchip frictional coefficient are accounted for in the cutting FE model. The chip formation mechanism affecting material removal behaviors during high-speed turning is further investigated. The capabilities of the proposed constitutive model are evaluated by comparing cutting forces and chip morphologies between experiments and simulations at different cutting speeds associated with strain rates. The EHM-based and microstructure-based models are further compared in both computational efficiency and accuracy. The simulation results show that the developed semiphenomenological constitutive formalism and cutting model are promising and efficient tools for further investigation of dynamic mechanical and cutting behaviors of particle-reinforced composites with different volume fraction and particle size.

文摘A LiFePO4/(C+Fe2P) composite cathode material was prepared by a sol-gel method using Fe(NO3)3.9H20, LiAc·H2O), NHaH2PO4 and citric acid as raw materials, and the physical properties and electrochemical performance of the composite cathode material were investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electrochemical tests. The Fe2P content, morphology and electrochemical performance of LiFePOa/(C+Fe2P) composite depend on the calcination temperature. The optimized LiFePO4/(C+FeeP) composite is prepared at 650 ~C and the optimized composite exhibits sphere-like morphology with porous structure and Fe2P content of about 3.2% (mass fraction). The discharge capacity of the optimized LiFePO4/(C+FeRP) at 0.1C is 156 and 161 mA.h/g at 25 and 55 ℃, respectively, and the corresponding capacity retentions are 96% after 30 cycles; while the capacity at 1C is 142 and 149 mA.h/g at 25 and 55 ℃, respectively, and the capacity still remains 135 and 142 mA-h/g after 30 cycles at 25 and 55℃, respectively.

文摘The microstructural characteristic of 1070AI matrix composites reinforced by 0.15 祄 AI2O3 particles whose volume fraction was 40% was investigated by TEM and HREM. The results showed that the interface between the matrix and reinforcements was clean and bonded well, without any interfacial reaction products. There were some preferential crystallographic orientation relationships between Al matrix and AI2O3 particle because of the lattice imperfection on the surface of Al2O3 particles.

文摘The effect of particle deformation zone(PDZ) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites was studied.Meanwhile, the work hardening and so ftening behavior of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites influenced by PDZ size were analyzed and discussed using neutron diffraction under in-situ tensile deformation. The evolution of FWHM(full width at half maximum) extracted from the diffraction pattern of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites was used to interpret the modification of dislocation density during in-situ tension, which discovered the effect of dislocation on the work hardening behavior of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites. In addition, the tensile stress reduction(△P_i) values during in-situ tension test were calculated to analyze the effect of PDZ size on the softening behavior of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites. The results show that the work hardening rate of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites increased with the enlargement of PDZ size, which was attributed to the grain size of SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites increased with the enlargement of PDZ size. Moreover, the stress reduction(△P_i) values increased continuously during in-situ tensile for SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composites due to the increased stored energy produced during plastic deformation, which provided a driving force for the softening effect. However, the effect of grain size on the softening behavior is greater than that of the stored energy, which led to the tensile stress reduction(△P_i) values of P30(d_(PDZ)=30 μm)-SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composite were higher than that of P60(d_(PDZ)=60 μm)-SiC_(p)/Mg-5Zn composite when the ε_(ri) were 0.25,0.5,0.75 and 1,respectively.

文摘Ni-P-SiC_(P) coatings were deposited on 42CrMo steel by electroless plating. The surface morphologies and phase structures of the Ni-P-SiC_(P) coatings processed under different SiC_(P) concentrations at different heat treatment temperatures were analyzed. The microhardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the Ni-P-SiC_(P) coatings were studied. Results show that Ni-P-SiC_(P) coatings exhibit cauliflower-like morphology.Increasing the SiC_(P) concentration can reduce the size of cellular structure. The microhardness and corrosion resistance are initially increased and then decreased with the increase in SiC_(P) concentration. The maximum microhardness and corrosion potential are 7379 MPa and−0.363 V,respectively, when the SiC_(P) concentration is 5 g/L.The Ni-P-SiC_(P) coatings exhibit an amorphous structure, and the width of the diffuse diffraction peak becomes narrower with the increase in SiC_(P) concentration. It is suggested that SiC_(P) inhibits the deposition of P and promotes the microcrystalline transformation. After heat treatment at 350℃,the Ni-P-SiC_(P) coatings are crystallized, resulting in the precipitation of Ni3P phase.Heat treatment at 400℃ for 1 h maximizes the structure. The synergistic effect of the Ni3P precipitate phase and SiC_(P) dispersion phase promotes the densification of the cellular structure, leading to the optimal microhardness(13828 MPa),optimal corrosion resistance(−0.277 V),and excellent wear resistance. The wear mechanism is dominated by micro-cutting abrasive wear with slight adhesive and oxidative wear.
文摘The interaction between Zn-AI eutectic alloy and Al203p/6061AI composites in the vacuum furnace was investigated. So it is necessary to lower heating temperature in order to limit the Zn penetration.

文摘An A1203p/A1 composite was successfully synthesized using a displacement reaction between 80 wt% A1 and 20 wt% CuO powders at a heating rate of 5 ℃/min. This sample has a relatively high Rockwell hardness of 60 HRB.

文摘SiC_(p)/Al composites are difficult-to-cut materials. In recent years, electrical arc discharge machining has been developed to improve the machinability of these materials. However, there is a big challenge to build a satisfactory heat transfer model of SiC_(p)/Al composites in the arc machining. This is not only because of the material property difference between the reinforcement and matrix material but also because of the micro-dimension Si C reinforcements. This paper established a new heat conduction simulation model considering the Si C particle-Al matrix interface and the phase change effects in a single-pulsed arc discharge of SiC_(p)/Al composites.A novel Si C particle-Al matrix cell geometric model was designed firstly. Then, the temperature distribution at a different depth from the workpiece surface was analyzed, the influence of sic volume fraction on temperature field was studied, and the contribution of the interface thermal resistance and latent heat were explained. To demonstrate the validity of the new numerical model, comparisons and verifications were employed. Finally, the method of improving the model was proposed and the machining mechanism of arc discharge of SiC_(p)/Al matrix materials was discussed. It was found that high temperature is prone to concentrate on the surface layers of the workpiece especially when the Si C fraction is high, also, the temperature fluctuates respectively at the evaporation point of aluminum and Si C,and the Si C-Al resistance has less influence on temperature distribution compared to latent heat, etc. The model build in this work improves the simulation accuracy observably compared to the previous model, and the simulation work will help to acquire a detailed mechanism of material removal of SiC_(p)/Al composites in the arc discharge machining.

文摘Ni-P(-SiC)composite coatings were successfully deposited on 70 vol%SiC_(p)/Al composite by electroless plating. The surface microstructures and the phase structures of the Ni-P(-SiC)coatings were examined and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)before and after heat-treatment at200-400℃for 2 h.The thermal diffusivity of the deposited samples and the interface adhesion between the coating and the substrate were investigated. The experimental results show that SiC content in the coatings increases obviously and XRD peaks are enhanced with SiC content in the bath increasing from 3 to 9 g·L^(-1).After heat-treatment,the surface of the coating becomes smoother and no diffusion layer is produced at the interface.A new phase Ni3P forms in the coating during heat-treatment at 400℃.The critical load(L_(c))of Ni-P-SiC composite coating on SiC_(p)/Al composite reaches the maximum value of 84.9 N with SiC content of 3 g·L^(-1)after heat-treatment at 200℃and more or less decreases with the increase in SiC content and heat-treatment temperature. The thermal diffusivity of deposited samples gradually increases as the temperature increases;however,it reduces firstly and then climbs with the increase in SiC content.

文摘Non-interlayer liquid phase diffusion welding (China Patent) and laser welding methods for aluminum matrix composite are mainly described in this paper. The maximum strength of the weld can reach 70% of the strength of the parent.

文摘Al2O3p/Al composite coatings were prepared on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy by plasma spraying technology with mixed powders of Al and Al2O3. An orthogonal test containing six factors and five levels was carried out to acquire the optimum technical parameters. Mierostruetures and properties of the composite coatings were studied. The results show that the coatings consist of Al2O3 particulates distributed uniformly and Al matrix, and the interface between the particulate and matrix is continuous, compact and clean. With increasing the mass fraction of Al2O3 in the mixed powders, the volume fraction of Al2O3 in the coatings iacreases. The Al2O3p/Al composite coating with 14% Al2O3 volume fraction has more compact microstrueture and more satisfactory properties.

文摘TiO2 films have received increasing attention for the removal of organic pollutants via photocatalysis. Thus, we herein demonstrated that the doping of P25 powders is a simple but effective strategy to prepare a P25-TiO2 composite film on a cement substrate, and the resulting film exhibits excellent removal efficiency in the degradation of organic pollutants.
文摘Hardness, friction and wear characteristics of electrodeposited RE Ni W P B 4C PTFE composite coatings were studied, and the reason for these fine characteristics was explained in respect of structure. The results show that 1) the structure of RE Ni W P B 4C PTFE composite coatings experiences a transformation process from amorphous to mixture then to crystal as the heat treatment temperature rises; 2) incorporating of B 4C greatly increases the hardness of the coating; 3) the wear resistance of the coating is best with heat treatment for 1?h at 300?℃, which is greatly superior to that of the other traditional coatings.
