Limited by serious heterogeneity both horizontally and vertically, water driving of low-permeability layers in Qiaokou oilfield appears to be very difficult. As the classⅠ layer reaches the stage of high water-content too early, the level of exploitation became worse with low-recovery. Regarding the serious heterogeneity and low recovery in layers class Ⅱand Ⅲ, composite fracturing technology suitable for this kind of reservoir was applied. Its basement was a lab study of indoor water driving efficiency and fracturing experiment. Perfect result has achieved by using the technology. 展开更多

Clinical Observation on the Restoration of Anterior Teeth Defect with Aesthetic Composite Resin Layered Stacking Plastic Technology

The control group was tre... Methods: 80 patients with anterior teeth defect (80 teeth) were selected from June 2018 to June 2020. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group (40 teeth). The control group was treated with conventional composite resin, while the observation group was treated with aesthetic composite resin layered plasticization. The success rate, satisfaction score, periodontal health status, pink aesthetic index (PES) score and complications occurred. Results: the success rate of repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (95%vs75%) (χ26.275, P 0.012 < 0.05). the satisfaction scores at the completion of repair and 3 months after repair were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Three months after restoration, the number of periodontal health related indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in PES scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). The PES scores of the two groups were significantly higher at 12 and 24 months after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.05). The PES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 12 and 24 months after treatment (P < 0.05). After 2 years of follow-up, the observation group had complications such as prosthesis cutting, prosthesis discoloration, exogenous coloring, tooth sensitivity, while the control group had complications such as filling loss, pulpitis, dental caries, prosthesis discoloration, exogenous coloring, etc. The incidence of complications in the observation group (20%vs25%) was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the aesthetic composite resin layered plasticizing technique has the advantages of high success rate, high satisfaction and good periodontal health. It is superior to the conventional composite resin restoration technique and is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

Mg matrix composites with SiC particles ranging from 5vol%-25vol% were prepared using stirring casting method. Die casting, squeezing casting, and extrusion were applied for inhibiting or eliminating the defects such as gas porosity and shrinkage void. Through die casting and squeezing casting, most of the defects in Mg matrix composites could be eliminated, but the mechanical properties were improved limitedly. On the other hand, after hot extrusion, not only most of the defects of as-cast composites ingots were eliminated, but also the mechanical properties were improved markedly. With the addition of SiC, the tensile strength, yield strength and elastic modulus of as extrusion SiCp/AZ61 composites increased remarkably, and the elongation decreased obviously. 展开更多

Emulsified asphalt/polymer is one of the most applied composite materials in pavement industry,which is also defined as emulsified polymer modified asphalt(PMA).PMA exhibits the transition behavior of multi-physical states with corresponding viscoelastic characteristics,and studies had focused on the application performances of PMA.However,few had paid proper attention to the morphological compatibility of PMA,which dominated its viscoelastic transition and failure probability directly.This paper aims to establish a graylevel co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)model with morphology theory to quantitatively describe the morphological compatibility of PMA,combined with fluorescent microscope.Furthermore,waterborne polymers with self-crosslinking characteristics are introduced to modify emulsified asphalt,including acrylate,epoxy resin,polyurethane and liquid rubber.The rheological characteristics of PMA are comprehensively evaluated through performance grade,steady shear viscosity,and master curve tests.Finally,a statistical analysis is conducted to establish the relationship between morphological compatibility and rheological characteristics of PMA.The approach introduced in this study could be a promising method to investigate the multi-physical transition behaviors and morphological compatibility of emulsified asphalt/polymer composite material. 展开更多
