Assembly-type construction technology in construction engineering is generally used in the structural construction stage, less in the application of mechanical and electrical engineering. The installation period of mechanical and electrical engineering is generally in the construction of the structure after the completion of the decoration before the construction, the construction period is short. In order to ensure the construction quality of mechanical and electrical installation engineering, most large projects now adopt BIM comprehensive deepening technology to deepen the pipeline, and the construction is mainly based on on-site production and installation. For some projects with high layers and complex pipelines, the traditional construction technology will have the characteristics of low installation efficiency, difficult safety and quality management. Based on the analysis of the overall application of hoisting technology in the electromechanical pipeline engineering of Hunan Culture Square (Phase II) construction project, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of this technology. 展开更多
