Methods: from December 2019 to December 2020, 120 orthopedic trauma patients were selected to carry out the study. They were divided into two groups according to odd and even method. The observation group and the control group were respectively treated with pain management intervention and general nursing intervention, and the outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: the postoperative complication rate and life quality score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: pain management intervention during orthopedic trauma treatment can reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.展开更多
