Oncogenic Ras,Yki and Notch signals converge to confer clone competitiveness through Upd2

Cell competition is an evolutionarily ancient mechanism that functions to remove unfit or dangerous clonal cells in a multicellular community.A classical model is the removal of polarity-deficient clones,such as the precancerous scribble(scrib)mutant clones,in Drosophila imaginal discs.The activation of Ras,Yki,or Notch signaling robustly reverses the scrib mutant clonal fate from elimination to tumorous growth.Whether these signals converge to adopt a common mechanism to overcome the elimination pressure posed by cell competition remains unclear.Using single-cell transcriptomics,we find that a critical converging point downstream of Ras,Yki,and Notch signals is the upregulation of Upd2,an IL-6 family cytokine.Overexpression of Upd2 is sufficient to rescue the scrib mutant clones from elimination.Depletion of Upd2 blocks the growth of the scrib mutant clones with active Ras,Yki,and Notch signals.Moreover,Upd2 overexpression promotes robust intestinal stem cell(ISC)proliferation,while Upd2 is intrinsically required in ISCs for the growth of the adult intestine.Together,these results identify Upd2 as a crucial cell fitness factor that sustains tissue growth but can potentiate tumorigenesis when deregulated. 展开更多

Quantifying and mapping how ecosystem services impact agricultural competitiveness is crucial for attaining the Sustainable Development Goals of United Nations.However,few study quantified agricultural competitiveness and mapped the effects of ecosystem services on agricultural competitiveness using multiple models.In this study,multi-source data from 2000 to 2020 were utilized to establish the indicator system of agricultural competitiveness;five ecosystem services were quantified using computation models;Geographic Information System(GIS)spatial analysis was used to explore the spatial patterns of agricultural competitiveness and ecosystem services;geographic detector models were applied to investigate the effects and driving mechanisms of ecosystem services on agricultural competitiveness.Shandong Province of China was selected as the case study area.The results demonstrated that:1)there was a significant increase in agricultural competitiveness during the study period,with high levels observed mainly in the east region of the study area.2)The spatial distribution patterns of ecosystem services and agricultural competitiveness primarily exhibited High-High and Low-Low Cluster types.3)Habitat quality emerged as the main driving factor of agricultural competitiveness in 2000 and 2020,while water yield played a substantial role in 2010.4)The coupling of two ecosystem services exerted a greater effect on agricultural competitiveness compared to individual ecosystem service.The innovations of this study are constructing an indicator system to quantify agricultural competitiveness,and exploring the effects of ecosystem services on agricultural competitiveness.This study proposed an indicator system to quantify agricultural competitiveness,which can be applied in other regions,and explored the effects of ecosystem services on agricultural competitiveness.The findings of this study can serve as valuable insights for policymakers to formulate tailored agricultural development policies that take into account the synergistic effects of ecosystem services on agricultural competitiveness. 展开更多

With the rapid growth of the“Internet+Healthcare”model,pharmaceutical e-commerce has swiftly gained a substantial market share in China’s pharmaceutical retail sector,thanks to its competitive prices,convenient purchasing channels,and online consultation services.This has put considerable pressure on traditional retail chain pharmacies.This paper provides an overview of the current state of pharmaceutical e-commerce,and analyzes the main challenges faced by retail chain pharmacies,including intense price competition,changes in consumer habits,insufficient digitalization and severe homogenized competition.Drawing on industry practices and case studies,the paper proposes strategies to enhance competitiveness,such as promoting digital transformation and online-offline(O2O)integration,strengthening pharmacist services and health management capabilities,optimizing supply chain management,building differentiated brand advantages,and proactively responding to policy and regulatory requirements.The study argues that,while leveraging their advantages in specialization,community-based operations,service orientation and retail chain pharmacies,should actively embrace digitalization and industrial collaboration in order to achieve sustainable development in the context of e-commerce.This research provides theoretical references for the strategic transformation of retail chain pharmacies and offers practical significance for the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical retail industry. 展开更多

The biased allocation of emission reduction target constraints quantifies emission reduction responsibilities and reflects differences in pollutant reductions both across and within cities.This approach represents a systematic innovation aims to enhance China’s green competitiveness and facilitate its economic transformation through localized and precise policymaking.Using panel data from 275 Chinese cities spanning 2000-2022,this study applies the difference-in-differences method to estimate the impact of biased allocation of emission reduction target constraints on urban green competitiveness.The findings indicate that such constraints-whether based on chemical oxygen demand or sulfur dioxide targets-significantly improve urban green competitiveness,with both pollutant-specific constraints producing comparable effects.Furthermore,these constraints exhibit significant spatial spillover effects within a 200-km geographical radius.Heterogeneity analysis reveals stronger policy impacts in resource-based cities,eastern regions,and cities designated as key areas for pollution prevention and control.Mechanism analysis demonstrates that the constraints enhance green competitiveness primarily by fostering green technological innovation and optimizing industrial structures.These conclusions provide a practical foundation for addressing China’s enduring conflict between environmental protection and economic development. 展开更多

This paper takes global manufacturing listed companies from 2010 to 2022 as samples and uses the difference-in-differences(DID)method to empirically examine the impact of the internationalization of ESG standards on the trade competitiveness of multinational enterprises and their mechanisms.The research finds that the internationalization of ESG standards significantly enhances the trade competitiveness of multinational manufacturing enterprises,and this effect is dynamic and sustainable.The mechanism analysis indicates that the internationalization of ESG standards exerts its influence through three pathways:reducing enterprise financing costs,promoting technological innovation,and enhancing brand reputation.The heterogeneity analysis shows that this effect is more significant in enterprises from developed countries,high-pollution industries,and larger enterprises.This paper provides micro-level evidence for understanding the economic consequences of the internationalization of ESG standards and offers policy implications for multinational enterprises to cope with the global ESG rule changes and enhance their trade competitiveness. 展开更多

The global rise in CO_(2)concentration is having a profound impact on the structure and function of aquatic ecosystems.However,little information is available on the responses of odorproducing cyanobacteria to the increase in CO_(2)concentration.In this study,the effects of different CO_(2)concentrations on 2-methylisoborneol(MIB)-producing Pseudanabaena and non-2-MIB-producing Pseudanabaena under monoculture and co-culture conditions were investigated.Results show that the specific growth rate of Pseudanabaena gradually increased with the rise in CO_(2)concentration,and for the 2-MIB-producing strain,this increase was significantly higher than the non-2-MIB-producing strain.Under co-culture conditions,the proportion of non-2-MIB-producing Pseudanabaena was significantly higher than that of 2-MIB-producing Pseudanabaena,suggesting a superior competitive ability of non-2-MIB-producing Pseudanabaena over 2-MIB-producing Pseudanabaena.Under monoculture conditions,the total 2-MIB production at the 300-μg/g CO_(2)concentration was significantly higher than that at 600-and 1200-μg/g CO_(2)concentrations.The 2-MIB concentration produced by Pseudanabaena decreased with the increasing in CO_(2)concentration.Therefore,we believe that with the future increase in CO_(2)concentration,2-MIB concentration would be decreased and so would the risk of 2-MIB outbreaks. 展开更多

The index is useful in identifying the demarcation between comparative advantage and comparative disadvantage. The research indicates that some agro-products in China such as edible vegetables and tea have a comparative advantage, but the RCA values have been declining over the 24-year period, which has vast impacts on future reform in China’s agricultural structure. 展开更多

在加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局背景下,竞争政策被赋予新的历史定位,成为海南自贸港融入全国统一大市场、对接国际经贸规则的重要抓手。然而,当前海南自贸港竞争政策的落地仍面临多重掣肘,包括对单... 在加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局背景下,竞争政策被赋予新的历史定位,成为海南自贸港融入全国统一大市场、对接国际经贸规则的重要抓手。然而,当前海南自贸港竞争政策的落地仍面临多重掣肘,包括对单一产业结构的政策惯性、高标准经贸规则对接下的制度缺口、制度先行背景下的执行乏力以及制度高地目标下的竞争文化缺失等问题。为此,海南自贸港亟须从宏观政策层面推动产业政策由“选择性”向“竞争友好型”转型、强化国内外竞争规则的双向融合、提升公平竞争委员会的实体性职能、推进竞争文化的制度化培育,逐步形成以市场为主导的资源配置机制和公平有序的竞争环境。在此基础上,还需从微观层面开拓竞争政策的法治保障路径。通过拓展公平竞争审查制度的外部监督、优化制度激励与约束体系、探索公平竞争动态评价机制、基于反垄断公益诉讼实践设立竞争法庭等,确保竞争政策的法治化落地。这将为引领并推动全国竞争政策走深走实提供制度支撑。 展开更多

预测关键核心技术发展趋势,评估技术竞争态势,对低空经济产业实现技术突破和应用场景开发至关重要。首先,考虑知识流动的方向性和共现关系的权重性构建有向加权国际专利分类号共现网络,从地位垄断性、知识主导性和技术新颖性三个维度构... 预测关键核心技术发展趋势,评估技术竞争态势,对低空经济产业实现技术突破和应用场景开发至关重要。首先,考虑知识流动的方向性和共现关系的权重性构建有向加权国际专利分类号共现网络,从地位垄断性、知识主导性和技术新颖性三个维度构建指标体系识别低空经济产业关键核心技术;其次,结合技术生命周期理论预测关键核心技术发展潜力;最后,构建主体合作网络,通过专利持有与合作贡献两维度评估区域竞争力。围绕低空经济产业展开实证研究,预测并识别具备发展潜力的关键核心技术,涵盖B64U20/87(飞行器成像设备安装技术)、B64U60/40(可折叠起落架)、G06F17/10(电数字数据处理中的复杂数学运算方法)、H04W24/02(无线通信网络性能优化技术)、B64U10/14(四轴飞行器)和G06V20/17(飞行器拍摄装置或优化方法)。北京在上述技术领域综合实力位居全国第一,广东、江苏、浙江和陕西处于第二梯队。基于研究结论,提出以下政策建议:一是强化技术预见能力,建立低空经济专利大数据监测平台,定期开展技术扫描与竞争态势分析;二是完善产业链生态,推动数据处理、飞控系统、通信导航等重点技术领域协同发展;三是建立区域协同创新机制,形成以北京为引领、多省份协同分工的集群发展格局;四是推动差异化产品开发,依托地方优势打造低空物流、旅游等特色应用场景,避免同质竞争。研究结论为政府和企业把握低空经济产业技术发展路径、认识技术发展差距、制定发展战略提供了参考依据。 展开更多

牛筋草对棉花的密度竞争和防治临界期

牛筋草(Eleusine indica)是世界性恶性杂草,为安徽省沿江棉区优势杂草,而棉花(陆地棉,Gossypium hirsutum)对杂草竞争十分敏感。该研究旨在明确牛筋草对棉花的密度竞争作用及其防治临界期,为棉田牛筋草的综合防治提供理论依据。2010-201... 牛筋草(Eleusine indica)是世界性恶性杂草,为安徽省沿江棉区优势杂草,而棉花(陆地棉,Gossypium hirsutum)对杂草竞争十分敏感。该研究旨在明确牛筋草对棉花的密度竞争作用及其防治临界期,为棉田牛筋草的综合防治提供理论依据。2010-2012年在安徽省安庆市实验地,密度竞争实验采用添加系列实验方法,棉花密度保持不变,设置8个牛筋草密度(0、0.125、0.25、0.5、1、2、3、4株·m^(-1))与棉花全生育期竞争;防治临界期实验分别设置不同的牛筋草除草临界期和无杂草临界期(0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14、20周),研究不同牛筋草密度以及2.5株·m^(-1)密度下不同除草临界期和无杂草临界期对棉花生长、子棉产量及其构成因素的影响。随着牛筋草密度增加,牛筋草株高逐渐降低,分别在牛筋草密度为3株·m^(-1)(2011年)和0.25株·m^(-1)(2012年),较0.125株·m^(-1)显著降低。3年数据平均后,牛筋草生物量由715 kg·hm^(-2)(0.125株·m^(-1))逐渐增加到4148 kg·hm^(-2)(4株·m^(-1));在较高密度,牛筋草种内竞争明显。2012年随着牛筋草与棉花共生时间延长,牛筋草单株分蘖数和生物量逐渐增加;在共同竞争前12周,牛筋草株高均大于棉花。随着牛筋草密度增加,棉花株高和茎直径呈降低趋势,单株果枝数、铃数显著减少,较高密度牛筋草降低棉花单铃重,衣分没有明显变化。其中2012年2株·m^(-1)及以上密度的牛筋草显著降低棉花株高;2011年3株·m^(-1)及以上密度和2012年4株·m^(-1)牛筋草显著降低棉花茎直径。1株·m^(-1)的牛筋草密度导致棉花单株果枝数减少8.7%-11.6%,铃数减少18.6%-35.2%,单铃重减少0.1%-4.6%。引起子棉显著减产的牛筋草密度分别是0.125株·m^(-1)(2010和2012年)和0.25株·m^(-1)(2011年),导致子棉减产10%-18%;单株铃数及子棉产量损失率与牛筋草密度符合双曲线模型,由此预测导致单株铃数减少50%的牛筋草密度为2.3-3.7株·m^(-1),致使子棉减产率达5%的牛筋草密度为0.05-0.09株·m^(-1)。随着牛筋草与棉花竞争时间的延长,棉花株高、茎直径逐渐减少,单株果枝数、铃数显著降低,子棉产量显著降低;杂草竞争时间与子棉相对产量高度符合Logistic模型。无杂草时间延长则导致棉花株高、茎直径增加,单株果枝数、铃数和子棉产量显著增加;子棉相对产量随无杂草时间的变化趋势高度符合Gompertz模型。当设定子棉产量损失阈值为5%时,2.5株·m^(-1)密度下牛筋草防治临界期在棉花播种后35-83天。 展开更多

通过系统梳理国内外相关研究,提炼运动员长期发展规划(Long-Term Athlete Development,LTAD)中的科学问题,建立“概念界定—理论支撑—研究前瞻—本土模式”的学理链条,提出运动员长期发展规划兼具发展身体素养与竞技能力、关注全面发... 通过系统梳理国内外相关研究,提炼运动员长期发展规划(Long-Term Athlete Development,LTAD)中的科学问题,建立“概念界定—理论支撑—研究前瞻—本土模式”的学理链条,提出运动员长期发展规划兼具发展身体素养与竞技能力、关注全面发展与个体差异、融合人文学科与运动学科、注重整体规划与阶段递进的概念内涵,以及全面发展、阶段发展、个体发展、系统发展及终身发展等原则。从体育哲学、运动训练学、运动生理学、体育教育学和体育管理学等视角分析支撑青少年长期发展的理论基础。提出揭示运动员长期发展的内涵与成才规律、开展运动员长期发展的多元化循证研究、研制运动员长期发展的多类型规划指南等研究前瞻。基于此,我国竞技体育事业可持续发展应以运动员长期发展需求为导向,以树立德体双优的培养理念为引领,以构建选退并存的培养机制为保障,以形成精选精练的培养模式为支撑,以制定选训赛服的培养指南为指导,形成运动员长期发展规划的本土模式。 展开更多

厘清地方财政支出竞争的内在机制,对于优化财政制度安排、规范政府间竞争行为具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文基于2007—2019年中国277个地级市的面板数据,通过构建行政边界与制度变迁二维识别路径,分别采用多区制空间自回归模型与... 厘清地方财政支出竞争的内在机制,对于优化财政制度安排、规范政府间竞争行为具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文基于2007—2019年中国277个地级市的面板数据,通过构建行政边界与制度变迁二维识别路径,分别采用多区制空间自回归模型与双重差分方法开展实证分析,系统考察财政支出竞争的标尺竞争机制。得到以下研究发现:第一,省内城市间的财政支出竞争显著强于省际城市,体现出标尺竞争依附行政隶属关系的边界效应;第二,随着中央考核体系从“以GDP为核心”向“以高质量发展为导向”转型,地方政府社会性支出竞争显著增强,财政行为对制度变迁表现出高度敏感性。本文通过揭示财政支出竞争的制度根源与演化逻辑,丰富了财政分权理论的中国经验解释,并为完善官员考核机制与优化财政竞争行为提供了实证依据与政策启示。 展开更多

为抢占数字经济发展先机,各地争相围绕数据交易场所的设立、运营和配套政策展开激烈竞争,竞争过剩、同质竞争、竞争失序等乱象丛生。不同于一般的市场竞争,数据交易场所地方竞争具有鲜明的政府主导性特征。基于府际竞争视角,数据交易场... 为抢占数字经济发展先机,各地争相围绕数据交易场所的设立、运营和配套政策展开激烈竞争,竞争过剩、同质竞争、竞争失序等乱象丛生。不同于一般的市场竞争,数据交易场所地方竞争具有鲜明的政府主导性特征。基于府际竞争视角,数据交易场所的竞争乱象可被归因为地方间盲目竞争所致的市场失灵以及央地博弈中统一管制阙如所致的监管失灵。应遵循流动性集中与差异化竞争的市场逻辑,在中央统筹下有序推动数据交易场所建设,构建场所间有秩序、有节制、有差异以及有协作的竞争格局。建议明确国家数据局对数据交易场所的审批权和监管权,完善数据交易场所的动态评估、准入与退出机制,建立多元化的场所生态体系,推动形成场所间协同发展机制,探索数据交易场所良性竞争的制度纠偏方案。 展开更多

为明晰CH_(4)与CO_(2)在长焰煤中竞争吸附与扩散的微观动力学机理,基于固体核磁实验建立长焰煤中不同形状的纳米孔隙模型,采用分子模拟的方法探究孔隙形状以及摩尔比对长焰煤中CH_(4)与CO_(2)的竞争吸附与扩散特性的影响规律。研究表明... 为明晰CH_(4)与CO_(2)在长焰煤中竞争吸附与扩散的微观动力学机理,基于固体核磁实验建立长焰煤中不同形状的纳米孔隙模型,采用分子模拟的方法探究孔隙形状以及摩尔比对长焰煤中CH_(4)与CO_(2)的竞争吸附与扩散特性的影响规律。研究表明:在相同条件下,各孔隙形状中CH_(4)和CO_(2)的吸附能力为:狭缝形孔隙>方形孔隙>圆形孔隙,其中狭缝形孔隙CH_(4)和CO_(2)极限吸附量约为圆形孔隙的3倍。高浓度的CO_(2)和高吸附压力均对竞争吸附具有消极影响。在长焰煤中,CH_(4)的扩散能力远强于CO_(2),且在各形状孔隙中的扩散能力为狭缝形孔隙>圆形孔隙>方形孔隙。研究结果为煤层气强化抽采和二氧化碳地质封存提供了理论基础。 展开更多
