A compact laser plasma accelerator that is a novel accelerator based on the interaction of ultra-intense laser and plasmas is being built now at Peking University. According to the results of experiments and numerical simulations, a beam line combining the advantages of quadrupole and analyzing magnets is designed to deliver proton beams with energy ranging from 1 to 44MeV, energy spread within ±5% and 10^6-8 protons per pulse. It turns out that the existence of space charge force of protons can be ignored for the increase of transverse and longitudinal envelopes even in the case of 10^9 protons in one pulse. To cope with the challenge to obtain a uniform distribution of protons at the final experiment target in laser acceleration, we manipulate the envelope beam waist in the Y direction to a proper position and obtain a relatively good distribution uniformity of protons with an energy spread of 0-±5%0. 展开更多

MoM Analysis and Design of a Compact Coaxial-to-Microstrip Directional Coupler

In order to overcome the main drawbacks of coaxial, waveguide, and stripline couplers, the analysis and the design of a compact coaxial-to-microstrip directional coupler convenient for power and antenna control application, are presented using the method of moments (MoM) in two dimensions. This technique is adapted to study the complex configuration of the line’s system, which does not have a simple analytical solution. The modeling of this structure consists in analyzing the primary inductive and capacitive matrices ([L] and [C]). When these matrices are determined, it is possible to calculate the inductive and capacitive coupling coefficients (kL and kC) and estimate the resulting scattering parameters of the coupler using an adapted numerical model. The coupler can be integrated into a printed circuit board (PCB) and operates over 17 to 35 dB coupling coefficients and is always compensated. The compensation is achieved by the proper displacement of a tuning ground plane with respect to the edge of the PCB from 0.1 to 3.3 mm. As an application, we present the design of a compact coupler with 7.5 × 4.8 × 25.8 mm of size and having approximately 20 dB of coupling coefficient at 2 GHz and a minimum directivity of 23.3 dB in the frequency range [0.1 - 4] GHz. In order to check our numerical calculations by the MoM we made simulations in 3D by using CST MICROWAVE STUDIO software for the same geometrical and physical parameters of our designed coupler. The results obtained by the two numerical models (MoM and CST) show a good agreement of the frequency responses of the coaxial-to-microstrip directional coupler. The studied structure represents a great improvement for high power measurement systems, since it has broad-band, good directivity, and can be easily designed and fabricated. 展开更多

本文设计了一套内嵌式紧凑型2.45 GHz ECR离子源,包含微波馈入结构、等离子体腔室、引出电极的设计。该离子源的整体尺寸为Φ200 mm×178 mm,等离子体腔室尺寸为Φ30 mm×50 mm。设计引出电压参数为50 kV,氢等离子体束流为20 m... 本文设计了一套内嵌式紧凑型2.45 GHz ECR离子源,包含微波馈入结构、等离子体腔室、引出电极的设计。该离子源的整体尺寸为Φ200 mm×178 mm,等离子体腔室尺寸为Φ30 mm×50 mm。设计引出电压参数为50 kV,氢等离子体束流为20 mA。通过仿真验证设计的可行性,束流模拟结果显示,三电极引出结构可以在50 kV高压下实现20 mA束流引出,束流在传输路径中几乎没有损失,束散角不超过1.2×10^(-3)rad。在50 kV引出电压下,产生的电场模量最大4.17 kV/mm,小于击穿条件10 kV/mm。热模拟结果显示,在设计的水冷结构下,等离子体腔室的表面最高温度有明显降低,约92℃。仿真结果显示在真空环境下,氧化铝陶瓷腔室外部受大气压产生的最大应力为2.38 MPa,小于陶瓷材料的屈服强度160 MPa。基于以上设计,成功搭建了ECR离子源平台并开展了初步的实验研究。实验结果表明,在极限真空5.7×10^(-5)Pa下陶瓷腔室未发生破裂,系统耐压达到65 kV。目前,系统可以在25 kV高压下成功引出9 mA的氢等离子体束流。 展开更多

针对现有多输入多输出(MIMO)微带天线带宽较窄的问题,提出一种紧凑型宽带高隔离度MIMO微带天线及阵列设计。通过引入交叉式容性栅栏、开口槽和短路通孔,逐步提高端口之间的隔离度。为验证这一概念,对1×2微带天线和2×2阵列进... 针对现有多输入多输出(MIMO)微带天线带宽较窄的问题,提出一种紧凑型宽带高隔离度MIMO微带天线及阵列设计。通过引入交叉式容性栅栏、开口槽和短路通孔,逐步提高端口之间的隔离度。为验证这一概念,对1×2微带天线和2×2阵列进行加工实测。2×2阵列测试的阻抗带宽为44.9%,隔离度优于21.8 dB,测试与仿真结果一致性良好。基于2×2阵列,进一步验证所提出的解耦结构在大规模阵列中的适用性。仿真结果显示,2×6阵列的阻抗带宽为43.5%,在工作带宽内,隔离度至少达到20 dB。因此,所提出的解耦方案在宽带高隔离MIMO和天线阵列中具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

针对长焦距大口径红外成像系统体积大、重量大、成本高等问题,设计了一种折反式制冷型中波红外成像光学系统。首先,为了实现紧凑型和低拦光系数,对基于同轴两反的折反式制冷型中波红外光学系统的成像原理进行了理论分析和物理建模。然后... 针对长焦距大口径红外成像系统体积大、重量大、成本高等问题,设计了一种折反式制冷型中波红外成像光学系统。首先,为了实现紧凑型和低拦光系数,对基于同轴两反的折反式制冷型中波红外光学系统的成像原理进行了理论分析和物理建模。然后,根据拦光系数、主次镜间距和一次成像面的位置,解算出主镜、次镜和二次成像组的结构参数以作为光学系统的初始结构。最后,利用光学设计软件进行联合优化设计,完成了一款焦距为-600 mm、F数为2、成像视场为0.59°×0.59°的折反式制冷型中波红外光学系统,该系统的口径为310 mm,总长为320 mm,拦光系数为0.26,并且全视场的调制传递函数值在奈奎斯特频率42 lp/mm处均大于0.35。公差分析表明,该系统成像质量优异、满足实际应用需求。该红外光学系统在光学遥感卫星、光电经纬仪和机载光电系统等领域具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

针对现有多通道通信故障检测系统检测性能弱、效率低、比特误差率偏高的不足,提出一种基于Compact PCI总线的通信信号故障检测系统。给出Compact PCI总线通信故障检测机制,并基于此设计了检测系统的硬件平台及软件算法。通信故障检测系... 针对现有多通道通信故障检测系统检测性能弱、效率低、比特误差率偏高的不足,提出一种基于Compact PCI总线的通信信号故障检测系统。给出Compact PCI总线通信故障检测机制,并基于此设计了检测系统的硬件平台及软件算法。通信故障检测系统的硬件部分由Compact PCI总线架构、信号采集模块、主控芯片、总线控制器及部署在终端的网络工作站组成,分别介绍了各模块的特征及基础功能;在软件算法流程上选用了通用性更好的二次相关算法,能够在低信噪比的条件下准确预估出通信网络时延,并提取出多通道通信故障信号中所包含的异常信息。最终的测试结果显示,提出系统的检测效率更高,在同等测试条件下可以得到更低的比特误差率。 展开更多

Light emitting diode (LED) sources have been widely used for illumination. Optical design, especially freedom compact lens design is necessary to make LED sources applied in lighting industry, such as large-range interior lighting and small-range condensed lighting. For different lighting requirements, the size of target planes should be variable. In our paper we provide a method to design freedom lens according to the energy conservation law and Snell law through establishing energy mapping between the luminous flux emitted by a Lambertian LED source and a certain area of the target plane. The algorithm of our design can easily change the radius of each circular target plane, which makes the size of the target plane adjustable. Ray-tracing software Tracepro is used to validate the illuminance maps and polar-distribution maps. We design lenses for different sizes of target planes to meet specific lighting requirements. 展开更多

In mould design, it is necessary for a designer to ensure that the cylinder has enough intensity in both the prestressed and synthesis states. An individual layer cylindrical mould cannot withstand a very high pressure needed in polycrystalline diamond composite (PDC) production. So, multi-layer prepressure combination assemble moulds are often used. The analysis conducted here is to study the interaction of cylindrical layers and to explain how to obtain enough load capability with the lowest requirement of material performance. The ratio of the pressure cylinder radius of synthetic diamond is 3.27, which is close to the optimal value and can be used as structure size in a design for PDC bit compact die. There is a linear relationship between the internal and external pressures under a special tangent stress on the inner wall of the pressure cylinder. So, when two of the three parameters (the internal pressure, external pressure, and the requirement value of the tangent stress on the inner wall of the pressure cylinder) are given, the third can be obtained. The sleeve acts as a bridge?between the pressure cylinder and the steel belts. The optimum model developed in this paper can be used in PDC bit compact die design and other similar prestressed cold extrusion die design. 展开更多

An opti- mum method for the design of the PDC die is presented and demonstrated in detail, and software for the design and FEM analysis of the die is developed on the basis of the method. 多样性基准构型驱动的网格变形方法

因无需网格重剖分、操作简便等优势,网格变形方法被广泛应用于形状优化领域。但针对紧凑设计空间下的形状优化设计,传统单一基准构型驱动的网格变形方法易出现网格单元畸形、边界网格干涉等现象,进而导致网格变形失败,造成形状优化设计... 因无需网格重剖分、操作简便等优势,网格变形方法被广泛应用于形状优化领域。但针对紧凑设计空间下的形状优化设计,传统单一基准构型驱动的网格变形方法易出现网格单元畸形、边界网格干涉等现象,进而导致网格变形失败,造成形状优化设计中断。针对上述挑战,提出了一种多样性基准构型驱动的网格变形方法。首先,在设计空间中构造多个基准构型,获得各自对应的网格模型;然后,选择网格模型边界节点作为控制点,基于径向基函数插值方法使各个基准构型向着同一目标形状进行独立地网格变形;此外,通过制定网格单元质量指标对各个基准构型变形后的网格模型进行网格质量检查,选择网格变形后网格质量最优的网格模型进行分析,并开展后续的形状优化设计,其中控制点位移为输入,分析得到的结构应力为输出;最后,通过二维轴对称涡轮盘算例开展方法验证,结果表明,相比传统网格变形方法,新方法的网格变形失败率降低了59%,减重幅度提高了46%,验证了新方法有助于降低网格变形失败率,保障结构在紧凑设计空间下的形状优化顺利实施。 展开更多

针对轻量化AR眼镜对搭载摄像头的大视场与高紧凑性的需求,本文提出了结合弯曲像面的设计方法。首先,由高斯光学理论对弯曲像面成像系统进行理论分析,推导各光学系统Petzval像面曲率特性,并通过双系统仿真对比,重点分析弯曲像面的性能优... 针对轻量化AR眼镜对搭载摄像头的大视场与高紧凑性的需求,本文提出了结合弯曲像面的设计方法。首先,由高斯光学理论对弯曲像面成像系统进行理论分析,推导各光学系统Petzval像面曲率特性,并通过双系统仿真对比,重点分析弯曲像面的性能优势。然后,采用分段多目标优化策略,设计了一款大视场紧凑性的光学系统。最后,对光学系统进行像质评价和公差分析。该光学系统由5片非球面塑料透镜和一片后置滤光片组成,系统焦距为3.1 mm,视场角可达80°,系统总长仅4.07 mm。设计结果表明:在223 lp/mm处,各视场的调制传递函数均优于0.32,全视场最大RMS光斑半径为2.41μm,最大畸变为2.5%,相对照度均优于45%。研究成果可为曲面传感器的应用奠定基础,并为大视场紧凑型镜头的设计提供技术参考。 展开更多
