However, conventional single-mode thermal management strategies(heating or cooling) fa...Nowadays, the global climate is constantly being destroyed and the fluctuations in ambient temperature are becoming more frequent. However, conventional single-mode thermal management strategies(heating or cooling) failed to resolve such dynamic temperature changes. Moreover, developing thermal management devices capable of accommodating these temperature variations while remaining simple to fabricate and durable has remained a formidable obstacle. To address these bottlenecks, we design and successfully fabricate a novel dual-mode hierarchical(DMH) composite film featuring a micronanofiber network structure, achieved through a straightforward two-step continuous electrospinning process. In cooling mode, it presents a high solar reflectivity of up to 97.7% and an excellent atmospheric transparent window(ATW) infrared emissivity of up to 98.9%. Noted that this DMH film could realize a cooling of 8.1 ℃ compared to the ambient temperature outdoors. In heating mode, it also exhibits a high solar absorptivity of 94.7% and heats up to 11.9 ℃ higher than black cotton fabric when utilized by individuals. In practical application scenarios, a seamless transition between efficient cooling and heating is achieved by simply flipping the film. More importantly, the DMH film combining the benefits of composites demonstrates portability, durability, and easy-cleaning, promising to achieve large-scale production and use of thermally managed textiles in the future. The energy savings offered by film applications provide a viable solution for the early realization of carbon neutrality.展开更多

Methods: the study period was from Novem...Objective: to analyze the effect of sports rehabilitation nursing combined with comfortable intervention on cardiac function for patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: the study period was from November 2019 to December 2020 (excluding January to February 2020). 80 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected by convenient sampling. They were divided into control group (routine care) and observation group (sports rehabilitation nursing) according to the order of admission. Cardiac function level, functional motor ability and quality of life were evaluated and compared between the two groups after intervention. Results: the indexes of heart function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The walking distance and walking speed of the observation group at 6min after intervention were longer and faster than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The exercise ability of the two groups after intervention was better than that before intervention. The quality of life assessment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with comfortable intervention (intermixed with muscle relaxation training) for patients with chronic congestive heart failure. It is helpful to improve cardiac function, enhance functional exercise ability, and improve life quality. It is suitable for routine implementation in cardiovascular medicine.展开更多

Methods: from January 20 to January 21, 92 cases were included in our hospital for digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment. They were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode. The number of cases included was 46. According to the nursing means, it is named as routine nursing group and comfort nursing group. In the nursing process, the nursing scheme adopted by the routine nursing group for patients is traditional routine nursing, and the nursing scheme adopted by the comfort nursing group for patients is comfort nursing intervention. Summarize and explore the effect of nursing implementation. Results: (1) after comparison, the score of comfort nursing in the routine group was lower and that in the comfort nursing group was higher. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). (2) By comparison, the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the routine nursing group and lower in the comfortable nursing group (P < 0.05). (3) By comparison, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was longer in the routine nursing group and shorter in the comfort nursing group (P < 0.05). Methods: 180 patients with hemorrhoids who were received in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (basic nursing intervention + comfort nursing intervention, n = 90 cases) and the control group (basic nursing intervention, n = 90 cases). The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. The corresponding evaluation indicators are mainly: The comfort and satisfaction of patients in physiology, psychology and environment. 文摘Tourism soundscape is a new field of tourism landscape research, soundscape designs offer new concepts for the landscape research and development. Taking China Dinosaur Land in Changzhou City for example, visitors' perception about soundscape comfort in theme parks was studied. The researches found that acoustic comfort was infl uenced by objective parameters of sound and subjective perception of visitors, and when the soundscape volume stayed at a certain threshold value, visitors would gain the most satisfi ed acoustic comfort experience, and they were most sensitive to sound elements that able to convey cultural connotations of the theme park. On this basis, this paper adopted positive design, negative design, and zero design, and proposed the concepts of optimizing theme park soundscapes.

文摘Objective: to consider the application value of choosing comfortable nursing mode during perioperative hemorrhoids. Methods: 180 patients with hemorrhoids who were received in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (basic nursing intervention + comfort nursing intervention, n = 90 cases) and the control group (basic nursing intervention, n = 90 cases). The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. The corresponding evaluation indicators are mainly: The comfort and satisfaction of patients in physiology, psychology and environment. Results: after nursing intervention, the comfort score of the observation group in physiological, psychological and environmental aspects significantly exceeded the control group;The clinical satisfaction was 95.56% and 83.33%, with significant data differences and statistical advantage (P <0.05).Conclusion: in implementing the comfortable nursing intervention mode before and after the hemorrhoids operation, it can help the patients to reduce their pain, change their anxiety and fear, and greatly improve the patients' satisfaction, and it is a nursing mode worthy of extensive implementation.
文摘To explore the application of comfortable nursing in appendicitis operation nursing. Methods: 50 cases of appendicitis surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received comfortable nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was counted. Results: the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the operation of appendicitis patients will cause trauma to the patient's body. Therefore, patients should be given comfort care in clinical practice. During the nursing process, patients should be asked for their opinions, and patients should be the main body in the nursing work, so as to enhance the patients' enthusiasm for nursing, improve the patient's body comfort during the nursing period, and avoid the occurrence of unexpected events in the nursing. It has high application value in clinical practice. In the process of operation, patients can obtain less bleeding rate and maintain the patient's body index. It is recommended to popularize.
文摘Objective: to study the value of comfort nursing in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 100 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Geriatrics, the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Zhejiang University from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into group A and group B by random computer table method. Comfort care was performed in group A, while routine care was performed in group B. The nursing effects of the two groups were mainly compared. Results: ① the nursing satisfaction of group A was higher than that of group B, the difference between the two groups was P < 0.05. ② there was significant difference in hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses between group A and group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of comfortable nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease is helpful to improve patients' satisfaction with nursing and reduce the actual hospitalization time and expenses of patients.
文摘Objective: to analyze the effect of comfort nursing combined with psychological intervention in rehabilitation nursing of spinal cord injury. Methods: 64 patients treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as samples, and were divided into groups according to nursing methods, taking routine nursing, combined comfort nursing and psychological intervention respectively. Patients compliance and SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing were compared. Results: the observation group had higher compliance. After nursing, SAS and SDS scores were significantly different. Conclusion: for the rehabilitation nursing of patients with spinal cord injury, the combination of comfort nursing and psychological intervention can help patients achieve the transformation of negative emotions, improve patients comfort in all aspects, and improve the degree of cooperation of patients, which is worth popularizing.
文摘Objective: to analyze the clinical value of comfort nursing in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: 90 elderly patients with hypertension were selected. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfort nursing. The changes of blood pressure indexes, psychological and emotional changes and nursing compliance were analyzed. Results: the observation group was superior to the control group in blood pressure index, psychological emotion and nursing compliance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfort nursing can improve patients' blood pressure index and psychological emotion, and patients' nursing compliance is higher.
文摘Objective: to study the clinical nursing effect of comfortable nursing on unstable pelvic fracture. Methods: forty-eight patients with unstable pelvic fractures received in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 participated in this study, and they were divided into routine group and research group by means of average distribution. Patients in routine group were given routine nursing mode, while patients in research group were given comfort nursing on this basis, and pelvic evaluation and emotional state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: by adopting comfortable nursing, the pelvic evaluation and emotional state of patients in the research group were better than those in the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the conventional group. Conclusion: the application of comfort nursing in the nursing process of patients with unstable pelvic fracture can effectively improve the recovery of patients and at the same time, reduce the degree of depression of patients and obtain good satisfaction.

文摘The fuzzy comfortability of a wind-sensitive super-high tower crane is critical to guarantee occupant health and improve construction efficiency.Therefore,the wind-resistant fuzzy comfortability of a super-high tower crane in the Ma’anshan Yangtze River(MYR)Bridge site is analyzed in this paper.First,the membership function model that represents fuzzy comfortability is introduced in the probability density evolution method(PDEM).Second,based on Fechner’s law,the membership function curves are constructed according to three acceleration thresholds in ISO 2631.Then,the fuzzy comfortability for the super-high tower crane under stochastic wind loads is assessed on the basis of different cut-set levelsλ.Results show that the comfortability is over 0.9 under the required maximum operating wind velocity.The low sensitivity toλcan be observed in the reliability curves of ISOⅡandⅢmembership functions.The reliability of the ISOⅠmembership function is not sensitive toλwhenλ<0.7,whereas it becomes sensitive toλwhenλ>0.7.
