Then, the 140 inbred lines obtained above and their parents Luhui 8258 and Yanghui 34 were crossed with three different types of cyto-plasmic male sterile(CMS) lines(Gang 46 A, Ⅱ-32 A and Lu 98A) according to NCⅡ design. The resulting 426 combinations were planted at Deyang and Suining bases to test the combining ability and inheritance of five yield traits: yield per plant, panicle number per plant, filled grain number per panicle, seed setting rate and 1 000-grain weight. The results showed that the variances of both general and specific combining abilities of the five traits all reached a significant or extremely significant level at the two sites. The broad and narrow heritability of the yield traits(except 1 000-grain weight whose broad and narrow heritability were both over70%) were all below 50% at the two experimental bases, suggesting that the four traits were easily subjected to environment influence. Very significant positive correlation of general combining ability was found between yield per plant and other traits except 1 000-grain weight. The general combining ability variance showed a normal distribution among the recombinant inbred lines at two sites, right in line with inheritance of quantitative traits. So, the genes controlling rice general combining ability can be targeted by QTL mapping.展开更多

文摘This paper solves the problem of model-free dual-arm space robot maneuvering after non-cooperative target capture under high control quality requirements. The explicit system model is unavailable, and the maneuvering mission is disturbed by the measurement noise and the target adversarial behavior. To address these problems,a model-free Combined Adaptive-length Datadriven Predictive Controller(CADPC)is proposed. It consists of a separated subsystem identification method and a combined predictive control strategy. The subsystem identification method is composed of an adaptive data length, thereby reducing sensitivity to undetermined measurement noises and disturbances.Based on the subsystem identification, the combined predictive controller is established, reducing calculating resource. The stability of the CADPC is rigorously proven using the Input-to-State Stable(ISS)theorem and the small-gain theorem.Simulations demonstrate that CADPC effectively handles the model-free space robot post operation in the presence of significant disturbances, state measurement noise, and control input errors. It achieves improved steady-state accuracy, reduced steady-state control consumption, and minimized control input chattering.

文摘Blood-brain barrier disruption and the neuroinflammatory response are significant pathological features that critically influence disease progression and treatment outcomes. This review systematically analyzes the current understanding of the bidirectional relationship between blood-brain barrier disruption and neuroinflammation in traumatic brain injury, along with emerging combination therapeutic strategies.Literature review indicates that blood-brain barrier disruption and neuroinflammatory responses are key pathological features following traumatic brain injury. In the acute phase after traumatic brain injury, the pathological characteristics include primary blood-brain barrier disruption and the activation of inflammatory cascades. In the subacute phase, the pathological features are characterized by repair mechanisms and inflammatory modulation. In the chronic phase, the pathological features show persistent low-grade inflammation and incomplete recovery of the blood-brain barrier.Various physiological changes, such as structural alterations of the blood-brain barrier, inflammatory cascades, and extracellular matrix remodeling, interact with each other and are influenced by genetic, age, sex, and environmental factors. The dynamic balance between blood-brain barrier permeability and neuroinflammation is regulated by hormones, particularly sex hormones and stress-related hormones.Additionally, the role of gastrointestinal hormones is receiving increasing attention.Current treatment strategies for traumatic brain injury include various methods such as conventional drug combinations, multimodality neuromonitoring, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and non-invasive brain stimulation.Artificial intelligence also shows potential in treatment decision-making and personalized therapy.Emerging sequential combination strategies and precision medicine approaches can help improve treatment outcomes;however, challenges remain, such as inadequate research on the mechanisms of the chronic phase traumatic brain injury and difficulties with technology integration.Future research on traumatic brain injury should focus on personalized treatment strategies, the standardization of techniques, costeffectiveness evaluations, and addressing the needs of patients with comorbidities.A multidisciplinary approach should be used to enhance treatment and improve patient outcomes.

文摘Background:Human skin is affected by ultraviolet rays on a daily basis, and excessive ultraviolet radiation(UVR)can lead to sunburn erythema, tanning, photoaging, and skin tumors. The combination of Astragali Radix(AR)and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma(AAR)is a common pairing in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to earlier studies, they possess properties capable of alleviating the adverse impacts of UVR on the skin. However, the specific actions and underlying mechanisms require further investigation. The study aims to analyze the efficacy of AR-AAR in preventing UVR-induced skin damage and to clarify the associated molecular mechanisms. Methods:Potential signaling pathways by which AR and AAR may protect against UVR-induced skin damage were identified with network pharmacology, molecular docking techniques and molecular dynamics(MD)simulation.Except the normal group, the back skin of SD rats was exposed to 1.1 mW/cm^(2) UVA combined with 0.1 mW/cm^(2) UVB daily, and the UVR skin damage model was established.Morphological features of skin tissues of different groups were discovered through Hematoxylin and Eosin(HE)staining,Masson staining,Weigert staining.ELISA was utilized to measure the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS),Interleukin 6(IL-6),Interleukin 1β(IL-1β)and Tumor necrosis factos-α(TNF-α)in skin tissues.RT-PCR and Western blot were employed to quantify the mRNA and protein contents of PI3K,AKT,and MMP-9.Results:Network pharmacology analysis predicts that AR-AAR may improve skin damage induced by UVR through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.Histological staining shows that AR-AAR can significantly reduce inflammatory infiltration and fibrosis in damaged skin.Treatment with AR-AAR(2:1)significantly reduced the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αand ROS in UVR-damaged rat skin. After treatment with AR-AAR(2:1),not only did the relative mRNA expression levels of PI3K and AKT and the protein expression levels of PI3K,AKT,P-PI3K,and P-AKT increase, but the mRNA and protein expression levels of MMP-9 decreased. Conclusion:The study indicate that the AR-AAR combination and its active components may mitigate UVR skin damage by modulating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

文摘Persistent overcast rain was an essential limiting factor for summer maize production,of which immediate impact was the dual pressure of waterlogging and shading. However, the mechanisms underlying independent and combined effects of waterlogging and shading on maize yield losses remain understudied, particularly across different growth stages.Denghai 605(DH605)was selected to be subjected shading, waterlogging, and their combined stress at the 3rd leaf stage(V3),the 6th leaf stage(V6),and tasseling stage(VT).Results showed that shading, waterlogging and their combination significantly restricted leaf area expansion, reduced leaf net photosynthetic rate(P_(n))and net assimilation rate(NAR),thereby decreasing the crop growth rate(CGR)and biomass accumulation.Additionally, compared to control, the process of lignin synthesis was inhibited under stressed treatment, resulting in diminished stem mechanical strength and impaired vascular system development, which substantially reduced assimilate remobilization efficiency to the ear and ultimate grain yield.Waterlogging and combined stresses exhibited maximum impact at the V3 stage, followed by V6 and VT stages, while shading effects were most pronounced at the VT stage, followed by V6 and V3 stages. Moreover, the compound stress exacerbated the damage brought about by a single stress. As climate change is projected to increase the frequency of multiple abiotic stress occurrences, these findings provide valuable insights for future summer maize breeding research under persistent rainfall conditions.

文摘When the vehicle is on a split-μramp and is restricted by the differential's torque-equalizing characteristic,a sig-nificant functional conflict may occur between the driving force limitation requirement of the acceleration slip regulation(ASR)control strategy for low-adhesion side wheels and the driving force enhancement demand of the entire vehicle during hill starting.Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes an ASR control strategy for the start-up of the electric vehicle on the split-μramp based on the combined control architecture of the service brake system and the parking brake system.First, the relationship between the driving force, braking force, and road adhesion at the slip moment is analyzed, and the ground adhesion estimation algorithm based on the dynamic equation of the driving wheel slip moment is proposed.Second,a service braking torque control model is constructed, and an ASR controller method based on the super-twisting sliding mode control(STSMC)algorithm is proposed to study the hill start assist(HSA)control strategy of electric vehicles on split-μroads.Finally,the proposed control strategy is si-mulated in this paper. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can accurately estimate the ground adhesion of the driving wheel on the low-adhesion side effectively preventing the vehicle from slipping back, and improving the dynamic performance of the vehicle under harsh conditions.

文摘Atrazine,a persistent triazine herbicide, poses environmental and health risks. This study examines the synergis-tic remediation of atrazine-contaminated soil using green manure plant(GMP)hairy vetch(Vicia villosa Roth,VV)and the exogenous atrazine-degrading bacterium Arthrobacter sp.ATR1.Soil samples contaminated with atrazine at 5 and 20 mg/kg were treated with control(CK),ATR1(CKatr),hairy vetch(VV),and combined hairy vetch and ATR1 remediation(VVatr). The results indicated that the VVatr treatment exhibited the most effective atrazine removal, achieving enhancements of 56.12%at 5 mg/kg and 54.51%at 20 mg/kg compared to CK after 28 days.Soil enzyme activities, including urease, sucrase, and alkaline phosphatase, were significantly elevated in the VV and VVatr treatments, contributing to improved soil quality.Additionally, the CKatr,VV,and VVatr treat-ments enhanced bacterial diversity and richness while altering the microbial community structure. The VV and VVatr treatments notably enriched indigenous atrazine-degrading bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the rhizosphere. This microbial enrichment upregulated the Atrazine degradation and Nitrogen metabolism pathways, facilitating both atrazine removal and nitrogen cycling in the soil. And VVatr treatment promoted the stability of the microbial network and enhanced the cooperative relationship between key indigenous atrazine-degrading and nitrogen-fixing bacteria. These findings explain the mechanism of plantmicrobe combined remediation of atrazine-contaminated soil from the perspective of rhizosphere microorganisms and offer a theoretical basis for the practical application of this method.

文摘Constructing nanofibers with specific therapeutic effects against cancer is a challenge. Here,we present the synthesis approach and application prospects of supramolecular nanofibers, which are based on cucurbit[8]uril(CB[8])as the host and terpyridine lanthanum ions metal complex as the vip, constructed by layer-by-layer self-assembly through supramolecular interaction. Moreover, nanofibers with lanthanide luminescence properties exhibit surprising pH-responsive deformation properties and antibacterial behavior. In the tumor micro-environment,the dramatic reduction in the size of the nanofibers enables specific and hierarchical release of anticancer drugs in tumor cells to exert an advanced therapeutic effect. In addition, the synergistic therapeutic efficacy was achieved by reducing the excess of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria surrounding tumor cells. The novel supramolecular nanofibers with sequential drug release and combined therapeutic mode provide new guidance for the synthesis of drug carrier materials and direction for the promotion of nanomaterial-mediated cancer therapy.

文摘Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)are driven by intricate and multifactorial pathophysiological mechanisms, presenting substantial challenges for the development of effective therapeutic strategies.Recent studies have highlighted the therapeutic potential of various traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs),which exert vasodilatory,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant effects that may alleviate clinical symptoms and slow CVD progression.Ziziphora clinopodioides,a traditional herbal medicine, contains primarily flavonoids, phenolic acids, and essential oils. These compounds contribute to its pharmacological activities, including inhibition of apoptosis inhibition, inflammation reduction, oxidative stress mitigation, mitochondrial function improvement, and vasodilation promotion, all of which are relevant to CVD treatment. This review comprehensively examines the pathophysiological basis of CVDs,elucidates the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways involved in the cardioprotective actions of Ziziphora clinopodioides, and summarizes its emerging clinical applications in cardiovascular therapy. The findings aim to inform future research and promote the rational development of this medicinal plant as a complementary or adjunctive treatment for CVDs.
文摘Radiofrequency ablation(RFA),particularly endoscopic ultrasound-guided RFA(EUS-RFA),has emerged as a promising minimally invasive approach for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, especially in patients with locally advanced or unresectable disease. This review outlines recent technological developments in EUS-RFA,including innovations in energy delivery systems, probe design, and real-time thermal monitoring, which have improved the precision and safety of the procedure.Clinical studies combining EUS-RFA with chemotherapy have demonstrated encouraging outcomes, with improvements in overall survival,progression-free survival, tumor necrosis, and symptom control compared to chemotherapy alone.Additionally,RFA-induced tumor antigen release and modulation of the tumor microenvironment suggest a potential synergistic role with immunotherapy.Despite its promise, the widespread adoption of EUS-RFA is limited by a lack of large-scale randomized controlled trials and standardized treatment protocols.

文摘Polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)have emerged as persistent environmental contaminants because of their chemical stability,degradation-resistance and bioaccumulation potential. However, current studies mainly focus on the toxicity of single PFAS such as perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and perfluorobutanoic acid(PFBA),the knowledge of their combined effects is relatively limited. In this study,we explored the immune response of the gut in large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)under the combined stress of PFOA and PFBA.Histologicalanalyses revealed that the combined effect induced intestinal vacuolization and decreased the length of intestinal villi. And it significantly activated pro-inflammatory pathways with marked upregulation of tnfα,il1β,il6 and myd88 expressions, particularly after 14 days of exposure.Gut microbiota analysis revealed substantial dysbiosis, including 1)reduced alpha diversity,2)increased abundance of potential pathogenic taxa(Proteobacteria and Spirochaetota),and 3)depletion of beneficial Firmicutes.PICRUSt-based functional prediction indicated temporal metabolic shifts, with upregulation of DNA repair pathways at day 3 and enhanced bacterial motility protein activity at days 7 and 14 of post-exposure.The Pearson correlation analysis further indicated that these immune genes had significant positive correlations with Vibrio and Brevinema, and negative correlations with Streptococcus. Our present study will provide novel insights into the microbiome-mediated immunomodulation in the larger yellow croaker exposed to combined PFAS,which will be helpful for healthy farming of economically important marine species.

文摘Modern battlefields exhibit high dynamism, where traditional static weighting methods in combat effectiveness assessment fail to capture real-time changes in indicator values, leading to limited assessment accuracy—especially critical in scenarios like sudden electronic warfare or degraded command, where static weights cannot reflect the operational value decay or surge of key indicators. To address this issue, this study proposes a dynamic adaptive weightingmethod for evaluation indicators based onG1-CRITIC-PIVW.First,theG1(Sequential Relationship Analysis Method)subjective weighting method—translates expert knowledge into indicator importance rankings—leverages expert knowledge to quantify the relative importance of indicators via sequential relationship ranking, while the CRITIC(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation)objective weighting method—derives weights from data characteristics by integrating variability and inter-correlations—calculates weights by integrating indicator variability and inter-indicator correlations, ensuring data-driven objectivity. These two sets of weights are then fused using a deviation coefficient optimization model, minimizing the squared deviation from a reference weight and adjusting the fusion coefficient via Spearman’s rank correlation to resolve potential conflicts between subjective and objective judgments.Subsequently, the PIVW(Punishment-Incentive VariableWeight)theory—adapts weights to realtime indicator performance via penalty/incentive rules—is applied for dynamic adjustment.Scenario-specific penalty λ_(1) and incentive λ_(2) thresholds are set based on operational priorities and indicator volatility, penalizing indicators with values below λ_(1) and incentivizing those exceeding λ_(2) to reflect real-time indicator performance.Experimental validation was conducted using an Air Defense and Anti-Missile(ADAM)system effectiveness assessment framework, with data covering 7 indicators across 3 combat scenarios. Results show that compared to static weighting methods, the proposed method reduces MAE(Mean Absolute Error)by 15%-20% and weighted decision error rate by 84.2%,effectively reducing overestimation/underestimation of combat effectiveness in dynamic scenarios;compared to Entropy-TOPSIS,it lowers MAE by 12% while achieving a weighted Kendall’sτconsistency coefficient of 0.85,ensuring higher alignment with expert judgment. This method enhances the accuracy and scenario adaptability of effectiveness assessment, providing reliable decision support for dynamic battlefield environments.

文摘This paper presents the results of free-jet experiments conducted on an internal injection oblique detonation engine in a large-scale hypersonic shock tunnel. To overcome the challenges of non-uniform mixing and the failure of oblique detonation wave initiation when using liquid fuel,a combined strut-wall injection configuration was employed.Initiation was achieved by introducing a bump structure on the wedge. The results demonstrate that this strategy for mixing and initiation effectively establishes the oblique detonation wave combustion flow field. To further investigate the fuel mixing and initiation processes in the oblique detonation engine,three-dimensional numerical simulations consistent with the experimental conditions were carried out using the ReynoldsAveraged Navier-Stokes(RANS)method.The simulation results reveal that the high-speed gas flow generates shock waves as it passes through the central strut and transverse fuel jets. These shock waves are reflected by the wall, forming a series of shocks in the mixing section. The kerosene injected from the strut injectors does not react during the mixing phase. However, due to the influence of the high-temperature boundary layer, the kerosene injected through the wall undergoes precombustion. The separation zone upstream of the bump generates separation shock waves, allowing the multi-wave point to stabilize at a short distance from the leading edge of the wedge.

文摘To achieve the goals of sustainable development of the energy system and the construction of a lowcarbon society, this study proposes a multi-energy storage collaborative optimization strategy for industrial park that integrates the laddered carbon trading mechanism with demand response.Firstly,a dual dimensional DR model is constructed based on the characteristics of load elasticity. The alternativeDRenables flexible substitution of energy loads through complementary conversion of electricity/heat/cold multi-energy sources, while the price DR relies on timeof-use electricity price signals to guide load spatiotemporal migration;Secondly, the LCT mechanism is introduced to achieve optimal carbon emission costs through a tiered carbon quota allocation mechanism. On this basis,an optimization decision model is established with the core objective of maximizing the annual net profit of the park. The objective function takes into account energy sales revenue, generator unit costs, and investment and operation costs of multiple types of energy storage facilities.Themodel constraint system covers three key dimensions:dynamic operation constraints of power generation units, including unit output limits, ramping capability, and minimum start-stop time;the physical boundary of an electric/hot/cold multi-energy storage system involves energy storage capacity and charge/discharge efficiency; The multi-energy network coupling balance equation ensures that the energy conversion and transmission process satisfies the law of conservation of energy.Using CPLEX mathematical programming solver for simulation verification, construct an energy storage capacity configuration decision process that includes LCT-DR synergistic effect. The research results show that compared with the traditional single energy storage configuration mode, this strategy effectively enhances the economic feasibility and engineering practicality of industrial park operation by coordinating demand side resource scheduling and finely controlling carbon costs, while maintaining stable system operation. Its methodological framework provides a technical path that combines theoretical rigor and practical operability for the low-carbon transformation of regional integrated energy systems.
