Methods: 85 patients with colpitis mycotica in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the number table method. 42 cases in the control group were treated with conventional medication (jieeryin lotion and fluconazole), and 43 cases in the observation group were treated with ozone therapeutic apparatus. The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: the total curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the data between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The remission time of symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the ozone therapeutic apparatus is effective in the treatment of colpitis mycotica, which can shorten the treatment time and has high safety. It can also effectively improve the patient's satisfaction and help to improve the treatment compliance of patients, which is worthy of application.展开更多
