To address the recycling challenges posed by the global peak of wind turbine blade retirement,this study aims to establish a decision-making model for reverse logistics modes of decommissioned blades,resolving the multi-agent collaborative optimization problem under ultra-high logistics cost constraints.Based on the characteristics of centralized sourcing and determinable elements in blade reverse logistics,we developed three models dominated by wind power equipment manufacturers,operators,and third-party enterprises,respectively.The research analyzes influencing factors on reverse logistics mode selection and proposes a threshold decision mechanism for mode selection.Key findings reveal:technological strength serves as the core driver for manufacturer-dominated models;channel efficiency determines the applicability of operator-led models;insufficient economies of scale may hinder third-party model development.This study provides decision-making foundations for the resource utilization of decommissioned blades. 展开更多

To address this problem, this paper casts an optimal model of cold-chain logistics network and tackles it with genetic algorithms. This optimal model takes running total cost of logistics network as the objective, and embeds a nonlinear mixed integer programming including two assignment issues. The model determines optimal layout and logistics management for pre-cooling stations and logistics center for fresh agricultural products. Our main contribution is to consider construction cost and operation cost of cold chain logistics simultaneously. Case study illustrates the effectiveness of the model. 展开更多

Cold-chain logistics system(CCLS)plays the role of collecting and managing the logistics data of frozen food.However,there always exist problems of information loss,data tampering,and privacy leakage in traditional centralized systems,which influence frozen food security and people’s health.The centralized management form impedes the development of the cold-chain logistics industry and weakens logistics data availability.This paper first introduces a distributed CCLS based on blockchain technology to solve the centralized management problem.This system aggregates the production base,storage,transport,detection,processing,and consumer to form a cold-chain logistics union.The blockchain ledger guarantees that the logistics data cannot be tampered with and establishes a traceability mechanism for food safety incidents.Meanwhile,to improve the value of logistics data,a Stackelberg game-based resource allocation model has been proposed between the logistics data resource provider and the consumer.The competition between resource price and volume balances the resource supplement and consumption.This model can help to achieve an optimal resource price when the Stackelberg game obtains Nash equilibrium.The two participants also can maximize their revenues with the optimal resource price and volume by utilizing the backward induction method.Then,the performance evaluations of transaction throughput and latency show that the proposed distributed CCLS is more secure and stable.The simulations about the variation trend of data price and amount,optimal benefits,and total benefits comparison of different forms show that the resource allocation model is more efficient and practical.Moreover,the blockchain-based CCLS and Stackelberg game-based resource allocation model also can promote the value of logistic data and improve social benefits. 展开更多

Data security and user privacy are two main security concerns in the cold-chain logistics system(CCLS).Many security issues exist in traditional CCLS,destroying data security and user privacy.The digital signature can provide data verification and identity authentication based on the mathematical difficulty problem for logistics data sharing in CCLS.This paper first established a blockchain-enabled cold-chain logistics system(BCCLS)based on union blockchain technology,which can provide secure data sharing among different logistics nodes and guarantee logistics data security with the untampered blockchain ledger.Meanwhile,a lattice-based undeniable signature scheme is designed to strengthen the security of logistics data and user privacy against quantum attacks.This scheme is based on the lattice assumption,which can provide anti-quantum security for BCCLS in the future quantum computer age.It also establishes the undeniable mechanism that guarantees that the actual signer cannot deny a valid signature.Then,security proof shows that this undeniable signature scheme is correct and safe,and an efficiency comparison shows that it is more efficient than other schemes in similar literature.The performance evaluations of transaction throughput and latency show that the proposed BCCLS is efficient and practical.This work can improve the security and efficiency of logistics data management and promote the reform and development of the logistics industry. 展开更多

目的 探讨SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型食管胃结合部腺癌(adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction, AEG)根治术后早期复发的危险因素,构建可视化预测模型。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2021年3月兰州大学第二医院诊断为SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型AEG且接受... 目的 探讨SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型食管胃结合部腺癌(adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction, AEG)根治术后早期复发的危险因素,构建可视化预测模型。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2021年3月兰州大学第二医院诊断为SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型AEG且接受根治性切除术患者的临床病理资料,将样本以7∶3的比例随机分为建模组与验证组。采用LASSO-Logistic回归分析法筛选出预测SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型AEG早期复发的变量,并构建早期复发预测模型。基于Bootstrap法进行1000次重复抽样验证模型。绘制受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic, ROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积(area under curve, AUC),绘制校准曲线和决策曲线(decision curve analysis, DCA)对模型的稳定性进行评估。结果根据纳入与排除标准,共320例SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型AEG患者最终纳入分析,其中2年内复发者122例;LASSO-Logistic回归分析显示,AJCC分期、分化程度、糖类抗原199、癌胚抗原、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值及肿瘤长径是SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型AEG早期复发的独立预测因素,依此构建预测模型并绘制列线图。绘制ROC曲线得到建模组AUC为0.836(95%CI:0.785~0.887),灵敏度为81.4%,特异度为85.6%;验证组AUC为0.812(95%CI:0.711~0.912),灵敏度为80.6%,特异度为87.7%。建模组与验证组的校准曲线显示拟合曲线与参考曲线接近,表明模型具有较高稳定性。DCA曲线显示阈值概率在0.05~0.75时模型具有良好的净收益。结论 基于LASSO-Logistic回归分析法构建的预测SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型AEG早期复发的多因素模型,有助于判断患者临床预后,为术后病情监测与管理提供参考依据。 展开更多

Identifying the dependency pattern of daily rainfall of Dhaka station in Bangladesh using Markov chain and logistic regression model

Bangladesh is a subtropical monsoon climate characterized by wide seasonal variations in rainfall, moderately warm temperatures, and high humidity. Rainfall is the main source of irrigation water everywhere in the Bangladesh where the inhabitants derive their income primarily from farming. Stochastic rainfall models were concerned with the occurrence of wet day and depth of rainfall for different regions to model the daily occurrence of rainfall and achieved satisfactory results around the world. In connection to the Markov chain of different order, logistic regression is conducted to visualize the dependence of current rainfall upon the rainfall of previous two-time period. It had been shown that wet day of the previous two time period compared to the dry day of previous two time period influences positively the wet day of current time period, that is the dependency of dry-wet spell for the occurrence of rain in the rainy season from April to September in the study area. Daily data are collected from meteorological department of about 26 years on rainfall of Dhaka station during the period January 1985-August 2011 to conduct the study. The test result shows that the occurrence of rainfall follows a second order Markov chain and logistic regression also tells that dry followed by dry and wet followed by wet is more likely for the rainfall of Dhaka station and also the model could perform adequately for many applications of rainfall data satisfactorily. 展开更多

目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉切除术后息肉复发的影响因素,基于随机森林与Logistic回归构建息肉复发的预测模型,并进行两种模型的效能比较。方法:回顾性选取2021年12月—2022年11月在医院行子宫内膜息肉切除术的病人216例,根据1年内病人有无... 目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉切除术后息肉复发的影响因素,基于随机森林与Logistic回归构建息肉复发的预测模型,并进行两种模型的效能比较。方法:回顾性选取2021年12月—2022年11月在医院行子宫内膜息肉切除术的病人216例,根据1年内病人有无息肉复发分为复发组(n=41)和无复发组(n=175),通过单因素分析得出对应的影响因素,基于随机森林与Logistic回归模型构建子宫内膜息肉切除术后息肉复发的风险预测模型,同时采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic, ROC)曲线比较两种算法构建的模型对息肉复发的预测价值。结果:多因素Logistic回归分析显示,子宫内膜厚度、息肉数量、雌二醇水平、黄体生成素水平、子宫内膜息肉家族史、合并子宫内膜异位均是息肉复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。随机森林算法预测模型显示,前6位影响因素的重要性排序为雌二醇水平(GiNi=16.74)>子宫内膜厚度(GiNi=12.08)>息肉数量(GiNi=11.40)>黄体生成素水平(GiNi=11.11)>术后感染(GiNi=2.66)>手术方式(GiNi=2.50)。ROC比较结果显示,随机森林的预测效能较多因素Logistic回归更高,曲线下面积(area under curve, AUC)为0.912,敏感度为0.854,特异度为0.863。结论:行子宫内膜息肉切除术病人的息肉数量、术后感染情况等因素对术后息肉复发的预测具有重要意义,基于随机森林算法构建的风险预测模型具有较好的预测效能。 展开更多
