Objective: to analyze the value of humanistic care in closed negative pressure technology of diabetic foot patients. Methods: 80 diabetic foot patients were selected as the study subjects. The 80 patients from June 20...Objective: to analyze the value of humanistic care in closed negative pressure technology of diabetic foot patients. Methods: 80 diabetic foot patients were selected as the study subjects. The 80 patients from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups (40 patients in each group) according to the "random sampling method". The control group received general care and the observation group received human care. Nursing effect, incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the wound healing, pain and dressing change were lower than the control group (P <0.05), the complication rate (20.00%) (4.114, P <0.05) and the quality of life was higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of diabetic foot patients with closed negative pressure technology can improve the pain degree and reduce the number of drug changes.展开更多
