First, parametrization of the set of all stabilizing time-variant state feedback gains is given. Moreover, a diffeomorphic structure between the set of stabilizing time-variant state feedback gains and the Cartesian product of positive definite matrix and skew symmetric matrix satisfying certain algebraic conditions is constructed. This paper deals with the design of an observer-based nonlinear control for continuous stirred tank reactors(CSTR).A variable structure observer is constructed to estimate the whole process state variables.This observer is basically the conventional Luenberger observer with an additional switching term used to guarantee the robustness against modeling errors.The observer is coupled with a nonlinear controller,designed based on input-output linearization for controlling the reactor temperature.The asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system is shown by the Lyapunov stability theorem.Finally,computer simulations are developed for showing the performance of the proposed approach. 展开更多

This paper proposes a separated trajectory tracking controller for fishing ships at sea state level 6 to solve the trajectory tracking problem of a fishing ship in a 6-level sea state,and to adapt to different working environments and safety requirements.The nonlinear feedback method is used to improve the closed-loop gain shaping algorithm.By introducing the sine function,the problem of excessive control energy of the system can be effectively solved.Moreover,an integral separation design is used to solve the influence of the integral term in conventional PID controllers on the transient performance of the system.In this paper,a common 32.98 m large fiberglass reinforced plastic(FRP)trawler is adopted for simulation research at the winds scale of Beaufort No.7.The results show that the track error is smaller than 3.5 m.The method is safe,feasible,concise and effective and has popularization value in the direction of fishing ship trajectory tracking control.This method can be used to improve the level of informatization and intelligence of fishing ships. 展开更多

Quantum cascade lasers(QCLs) have broad application potentials in infrared countermeasure system,free-space optical communication and trace gas detection.Compared with traditional Fabry-Pérot(FP) cavity and external cavity,distributed feedback quantum cascade lasers(DFB-QCLs) can obtain narrower laser linewidth and higher integration.In this paper,the structure design,numerical simulation and optimization of the Bragg grating of DFB-QCLs are carried out to obtain the transmission spectrum with central wavelength at 4.6 μm.We analyze the relationship among the structure parameters,the central wavelength shift and transmission efficiency using coupled-wave theory and finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method.It is shown that the increase in the number of grating periods enhances the capabilities of mode selectivity,while the grating length of a single period adjustment directly determines the Bragg wavelength.Additionally,variations in etching depth and duty cycle lead to blue and red shifts in the central wavelength,respectively.Based on the numerical simulation results,the optimized design parameters for the upper buffer layer and the upper cladding grating are proposed,which gives an optional scheme for component fabrication and performance improvement in the future. 展开更多

The mathematical model of a transport aircraft would be subjected to a sudden change when heavy cargo is dropped off in airdropping, which exerts serious influences upon the safety of the aircraft. A variable structure controller is specially designed for handling the airdrop process. The nonlinear system is linearized by input-output feedback linearization using differential geometry theories. On this basis, an inner loop system for velocity and attitude tracking control is designed by using the exponentially approaching rule of the variable structure theory. The whole flight control system is integrated with the outer loop flight altitude control. Digital simulation evidences the applicability of the system to potentially catastrophic course in airdropping heavy cargo and provides robustness against system parameter perturbation. 展开更多

An analysis was conducted on the evolutional process of a mesoscale convective vortex (MCV) and associated heavy rainfall in the Dabie Mountain area on 21-22 June 2008,as well as their structural characteristics in different stages,by using the mesoscale reanalysis data with 3 km and 1 h resolution generated by the Local Analysis and Prediction System (LAPS) in the Southern China Heavy Rainfall Experiment.The results showed that the latent heat released by convection in the midtroposphere was the main energy source for the development of a low-level vortex.There was a positive feedback interaction between the convection and the vortex,and the evolution of the MCV was closely related to the strength of the positive interaction.The most typical characteristics of the thermal structure in different stages were that,there was a relatively thin diabatic heating layer in the midtroposphere in the formative stage;the thickness of diabatic heating layer significantly increased in the mature stage;and it almost disappeared in the decay stage.The characteristics of the dynamic structure were that,in the formative stage,there was no anticyclonic circulation at the high level;in the mature stage,an anticyclonic circulation with strong divergence was formed at the high level;in the decay stage,the anticyclonic circulation was damaged and the high-level atmosphere was in a disordered state of turbulence.Finally,the structural schematics of the MCV in the formative and mature stage were established respectively. 展开更多

This paper presents a robust H∞ output feedback control approach for structural systems with uncertainties in model parameters by using available acceleration measurements and proposes conditions for the existence of such a robust output feedback controller. The uncertainties of structural stiffness, damping and mass parameters are assumed to be norm-bounded. The proposed control approach is formulated within the framework of linear matrix inequalities, for which existing convex optimization techniques, such as the LM1 toolbox in MATLAB, can be used effectively and conveniently. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed robust H∞ strategy, a six-story building was subjected both to the 1940 E1 Centro earthquake record and to a suddenly applied Kanai-Tajimi filtered white noise random excitation. The results show that the proposed robust H∞ controller provides satisfactory results with or without variation of the structural stiffness, damping and mass parameters. 展开更多

In order to solve the problem of reliability modeling and the analysis of complex systems with multiple closed-loop feedbacks,a new reliability analysis method for repairable systems with multiple closed-loop feedbacks is proposed based on the goal-oriented(GO)methodology.Firstly,the basic theories and advantages of GO method are introduced.Secondly,a type-24B multiple closed-loop feedback structure operator is proposed through GO method with its operation formula given,which expands the types of GO method operators and the application scope of their reliability analysis.Finally,taking a certain type of diesel engine fuel supply system an example,the quantitative and qualitative analysis is carried out through GO method,Monte Carlo simulation as well as FTA respectively.The availability results verify the availability of the proposed type-24B operator in the reliability analysis of multiple closed-loop feedback systems.The qualitative analysis results indicate the accuracy and usability of the GO method as a qualitative analysis method. 展开更多

Goal oriented( GO) methodology is a kind of success oriented system reliability analysis method and has been used widely.The repairable system with dual input closed-loop feedback link( DICLFL) considering shutdown correlation didn't make reliability analysis accurately based on existing GO methodology. So, a reliability analysis method used to deal with DICLFL considering shutdown correlation is provided based on GO methodology.Firstly, a new operator, which is used to describe DICLFL considering shutdown correlation,whose number is 1,is created and named as Type 9C operator. And then,the formulas of type 9C operator are derived based on Markov process theory. Finally,the new method presented in this paper is adopted to conduct the reliability analysis of an electro-hydraulic servo speed control system. The analysis result is compared with those of Monte Carlo simulation and fault tree analysis( FTA). The comparison results show that this new reliability analysis method based on GO methodology is feasible and meaningful for reliability analysis of repairable systems with DICLFL considering shutdown correlation.Meantime,it will be useful for more other applications. 展开更多

This paper presented a hybrid control scheme to vibration reduction of flexible spacecraft during rotational maneuver by using variable structure output feedback control (VSOFC) and piezoelectric materials. The control configuration included the attitude controller based on VSOFC method and vibration attenuator designed by constant-gain negative velocity feedback control. The attitude controller consisted of a linear feedback term and a discontinuous feedback term. With the presence of this attitude controller, an additional flexible control system acting on the flexible parts can be designed for vibration control. Compared with conventional proportional-derivative (PD) control, the developed control scheme guarantees not only the stability of the closed-loop system, but also yields better performance and robustness in the presence of parametric uncertainties and externai disturbance. Simulation results are presented for the spacecraft model to show the effectiveness of the proposed control techniques. 展开更多

Deformable mirrors are essential dynamic wavefront compensation.Among the various types of deformable mirrors with different actuation mechanisms,the unimorph piezoelectric deformable mirror(UPDM)offers distinct advantages owing to its compact size and low cost.The two most critical challenges in UPDM are electrode fabrication and deformation control.This study proposes an integrated electrode fabrication and sensorless feedback control scheme for UPDM,which simplifies the manufacturing process and enhances its performance.The electrode array is created using silkscreen printing combined with flexible printed circuit board technology,integrating electrode fabrication and electrical connection into a single step.The desired mirror deformation is achieved by introducing a closed-loop direct deformation control method based on piezoelectric self-sensing.The feedback mechanism utilizes the local strain-induced charge generated by the piezoelectric plate,effectively addressing the nonlinear behavior of the piezoelectric material.Experimental results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method,with the maximum relative error in the steady state phase remaining below 2%. 展开更多

Pathological basal ganglia oscillations are associated with the hypokinetic motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.In this paper,a memoryless feedback control strategy is proposed to suppress pathological oscillations in the basal ganglia.In the most of closed-loop control strategies,the excitatory subthalamic nucleus populations are both monitored and stimulated targets,neglecting the important contribution of the external globus pallidus populations in suppressing pathological oscillations.To this end,we transform the original model into a time-delay system with a lower-triangular structure,and construct a memoryless state feedback controller utilizing the gain scaling method.It is proved by the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop system are bounded,and the system states converge to an adjustable region of the origin.In addition,the input delay in stimulating the target is considered and a corresponding controller is designed to achieve convergence of the states in the resulting closed-loop system with both state delays and input delay.Moreover,simulation tests are conducted to explore the performance of the control strategy.This paper further explores the intrinsic dynamics in the neural system,and provides an effective strategy for closed-loop deep brain stimulation control. 展开更多

三峡电站是世界上唯一采用3种蜗壳埋设方式的巨型电站,不同蜗壳埋设方式机组的运行状况及差异备受关注。结合真机性能试验监测资料,选择右岸电站3种蜗壳埋设方式的机组为研究对象,采用三维有限元法对相关监测参数进行反馈对比分析,总结... 三峡电站是世界上唯一采用3种蜗壳埋设方式的巨型电站,不同蜗壳埋设方式机组的运行状况及差异备受关注。结合真机性能试验监测资料,选择右岸电站3种蜗壳埋设方式的机组为研究对象,采用三维有限元法对相关监测参数进行反馈对比分析,总结不同埋设方式的结构承载规律及差异,综合评价结构的安全状态。研究表明:计算结果与实测数据规律一致,数值接近,验证了监测结果的可信度、设计研究及计算方法的合理性;直埋方案的混凝土承载比明显高于另两种方案,保压方案和垫层方案的混凝土及钢蜗壳应力总体处于同一水平;流道钢部件应力、钢筋应力及下机架基础相对上抬位移都在设计允许范围内;3种埋设方式下的结构混凝土及钢部件在运行期处于材料弹性阶段。综合分析认为,在运行期,3种蜗壳埋设方式的机组都在设计所预见的正常运行状况。 展开更多

随着航空装备复杂性的提升与运维模式的转型,结构数字孪生成为实现结构健康管理与预测性维护的关键技术。针对当前孪生建模中普遍存在的建模假设偏差、输入信息不确定与模型响应失配等难题,提出了一种基于多参数飞行实测的残差驱动模型... 随着航空装备复杂性的提升与运维模式的转型,结构数字孪生成为实现结构健康管理与预测性维护的关键技术。针对当前孪生建模中普遍存在的建模假设偏差、输入信息不确定与模型响应失配等难题,提出了一种基于多参数飞行实测的残差驱动模型优化机制。建立了数字孪生模型的“实测—校准—残差反馈—模型修正”动态闭环路径,系统证明了残差反馈闭环机制的理论收敛性,提出了误差上界的严格定量分析方法,并建立了多维度、可量化的模型自进化评价指标体系。以某型飞机尾翼为例的工程验证表明,所提方法可有效降低复杂工况下的模型预测误差,提升疲劳寿命预测的准确性和鲁棒性。研究成果为飞机结构健康管理的工程化应用和智能化提供了理论支撑与方法基础。 展开更多

为提升永磁电动悬浮动态稳定性及减小低速运行时的阻力,研究一种双边永磁电磁混合型电动悬浮系统.首先,基于麦克斯韦方程组推导系统电磁力2D解析式,对解析结果进行有限元数值计算验证,并对比单、双边结构电磁力特性;然后,建立系统悬浮... 为提升永磁电动悬浮动态稳定性及减小低速运行时的阻力,研究一种双边永磁电磁混合型电动悬浮系统.首先,基于麦克斯韦方程组推导系统电磁力2D解析式,对解析结果进行有限元数值计算验证,并对比单、双边结构电磁力特性;然后,建立系统悬浮动力学模型,并设计加速度反馈悬浮控制器;最后,利用Simulink仿真,对比分析在加速度反馈悬浮控制和气隙反馈PID控制下,系统受到轨道及载荷扰动时的气隙、加速度及电流波形.研究结果表明:双边结构可有效增加系统浮阻比,100 km/h运行时单、双边结构浮阻比分别为3.18和15.43;当系统受到±1 mm轨道扰动时,控制器能使系统振动加速度及悬浮气隙分别快速稳定于0和20 mm额定位置;当系统受到±2000 N载荷扰动时,加速度反馈悬浮控制器可使系统悬浮气隙分别快速稳定于19.05 mm和20.96 mm,而PID控制器则使得线圈电流分别稳定于4.43 A/mm^(2)和-4.66 A/mm^(2);当系统稳定运行时,加速度反馈悬浮控制下的线圈稳态电流均为0,而PID控制下的稳态悬浮气隙均为0,且当各种扰动消除后,系统均可快速恢复到初始额定运行状态. 展开更多

随着信息技术的不断发展,有线传输速率经历了从112 Gbit/s到224 Gbit/s的飞跃。数据速率的提升也对SerDes接收端均衡器的复杂度提出了更高的要求。针对复杂的均衡器结构带来了时序紧张等一系列问题,提出了一种基于前瞻结构的滑动块判决... 随着信息技术的不断发展,有线传输速率经历了从112 Gbit/s到224 Gbit/s的飞跃。数据速率的提升也对SerDes接收端均衡器的复杂度提出了更高的要求。针对复杂的均衡器结构带来了时序紧张等一系列问题,提出了一种基于前瞻结构的滑动块判决反馈均衡器。该设计采用了6抽头前馈均衡器和9抽头判决反馈均衡器对数字信号进行处理。通过MATLAB仿真建模对功能进行验证,结果表明数据传输速率为112 Gbit/s,在8 dB~35 dB的不同信道衰减下,这种采用最小均方算法自适应均衡的数字信号处理设计能有效降低数据误码率,其误码性能均能满足KP4前向纠错码的甄别要求,且相较于传统的均衡器结构有更佳的误码性能表现。 展开更多
