Objective:To investigate the preference characteristics and relative importance of each core factor in the teaching program for undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice,and to provide empirical support ...Objective:To investigate the preference characteristics and relative importance of each core factor in the teaching program for undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice,and to provide empirical support for the creation of a student-centered,formalized clinical teaching system that meets the actual needs of nursing students.Methods:The quantitative research method of discrete choice experiment was adopted,and the questionnaire was designed based on the random utility theory.Through a systematic literature review,semi-structured interviews,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,six core attributes of the instructor,namely educational qualifications,teaching methods,frequency of individualized guidance,operational practice opportunities,feedback timeliness,and instructor title,and their corresponding levels were determined.The study period was from January 2024 to January 2025,and 158 undergraduate nursing students who chose to intern at Deyang People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.A survey tool with 12 choice sets was created using Ngene software,and then statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data using the conditional Logit model to measure the impact of each attribute on the choice behavior of nursing students.Results:The results showed that the conditional Logit model fitted well(likelihood ratio chi-square=85.32,p<0.001).The analysis results indicated that the most important teaching attributes for undergraduate nursing students were,in order:the academic qualifications of the teaching instructor(master vs.Junior college,β=0.42,p<0.01),individualized guidance frequency(daily vs.Weekly,β=0.38,p<0.01),operational practice opportunities(more vs.less,β=0.31,p<0.05),and the timeliness of feedback(timely versus delayed,β=0.29,p<0.05).The influence of the title of the instructor was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Undergraduate nursing students show a clear and systematic preference structure for clinical teaching,with a high expectation of frequent personalized guidance from highly educated teachers,as well as sufficient operational opportunities and timely teaching feedback.展开更多

Purpose:To explore the feasibility of using graduate students as preceptors in the clinical education of medical nursing students.Methods:Five second-year graduate nursing students were recruited to participate in the...Purpose:To explore the feasibility of using graduate students as preceptors in the clinical education of medical nursing students.Methods:Five second-year graduate nursing students were recruited to participate in the clinical teaching of medical nursing for 38 undergraduates in the first semester of the 2010 e2011 academic year,divided into two groups.The first group first received clinical teaching in caring for respiratory diseases from graduate preceptors for six weeks followed by clinical teaching in caring for circulatory diseases from nurse preceptors for six weeks.The second group received clinical teaching in the reverse order,from the nurse preceptors followed by the graduate student preceptors.Following training,all students were examined with a written test and scores were compared.In addition,review meetings were held to evaluate the teaching outcomes.Results:No significant differences in test scores were observed between the two teaching groups.Undergraduate student feedback indicated that the training provided by the graduate students was satisfactory,and the medical nursing course leader was satisfied with the teaching outcome with a few exceptions.Conclusion:These data indicate that graduate students are capable of training undergraduates in medical nursing,although some areas can be improved.展开更多

Methods: from June 2018 to June 2021, a total of 86 interns who practiced in the department of endocrinology in our hospital were taken as observation objects, and 86 interns were divided into two groups with the same number. The interns who received routine clinical teaching methods were divided into the control group, and the interns who received clinical pathway teaching methods were divided into the observation group. During clinical teaching in the department of endocrinology, the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of interns were regularly examined. The clinical level of the two groups of interns was compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups of interns to the teaching teachers was investigated by questionnaire. Then, the clinical teaching mode and method of endocrinology department were innovated and optimized to improve the professional level of clinical interns and the clinical teaching level of medical teachers. Results: by comparing the theoretical knowledge, case handling ability and basic operation of the two groups of interns at different stages, it can be seen that the clinical interns in endocrinology department who received clinical pathway teaching method have more solid theoretical knowledge, and their case handling ability and basic operation skills have been obviously improved, which is higher than that of the control group interns who received routine teaching. From the results of the questionnaire survey, it can be seen that the scores of the interns in the observation group to the teachers in the control group are much higher, and the satisfaction of the teachers in the observation group to the interns in the observation group is higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction score of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: there is a huge talent gap in endocrinology department. In order to improve the medical and nursing quality of endocrinology department, it is necessary to speed up the training of interns. The clinical teaching method can effectively improve the professional level of medical interns in endocrinology department, and the clinical pathway teaching method can promote the balanced improvement of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of interns, strengthen the interns' case handling ability and basic operation skills, and effectively meet the demand of medical talents in endocrinology department of hospitals. In the nursing clinical belt teaching, 60 students in the control group gave the traditional teaching, and 60 students in the experimental group adopted the BOPPPS-based PBL teaching model. After the teaching, the hospital will give the medical students to participate in the internship, and compare the scores and scores of the two Self- -Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning (SRSSDL-CV).Results: SRSSDL-CV score [226.71 ± 21.33] was higher than control [204.32 ± 22.64] (P <0.05);92.19 ± 3.44], operational skills [94.45 ± 2.83], compared to 87.63 ± 5.24,91.38 ± 3.12], statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: PBL teaching based on BOPPPS helps to improve the self-learning ability and improve the clinical teaching quality of pancreatic surgery.展开更多

Methods: according to the internship time, 72 clinical interns in our department were divided into two groups: the control group (internship time: July 2020 to December 2020) and the observation group (internship time: January 2021 to June 2021), 36 in each of the two groups. The clinical interns in the two groups received routine instruction and PDCA circulation method instruction respectively. The results of the clinical interns in the two groups, their autonomous learning ability and their satisfaction with the instructors were compared and analyzed. Results: compared with the control students, the students in the observation group had significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical operation (P<0.05), significantly higher scores in self-study ability, target learning ability, problem learning ability and metacognitive ability (P<0.05), and significantly higher scores in professional knowledge, teaching methods, teaching attitude, communication and feedback satisfaction of teachers (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of PDCA circulation method in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching can improve the teaching level of the teaching teachers and the interns' autonomous learning ability, and improve the students' clinical comprehensive ability and practice quality.展开更多

Background:In recent years,with the gradual expansion of the scale of medical education,the shortage of medical teaching resources and the reluctance of patients to cooperate with teaching have become increasingly pro...Background:In recent years,with the gradual expansion of the scale of medical education,the shortage of medical teaching resources and the reluctance of patients to cooperate with teaching have become increasingly prominent.Objective:To explore the application effect of student standardized patient(SSP)in the clinical teaching of acute abdomen.Methods:Fifty-four fifth-year general medical students from class 1826 of the general department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 27 students in the experimental teaching group,and the remaining 27 students in the conventional teaching group.The experimental teaching group adopted the SSP teaching approach.The SSPs were generated from the training students of the hospital through the recruitment and training process of SSP.In this study,seven qualified SSPs were selected for the clinical teaching of acute abdomen.At the end of the course,a periodic assessment was held.The rank sum test was used to compare the excellent and good rates between the two groups,while t-test was used to compare the difference between the two groups.Results:The results showed that the excellent and good rate of the experimental teaching group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,in which the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of the assessment results,the theoretical scores and skills scores of the experimental teaching group were better than those of the conventional teaching group,in which the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Through the training of SSP for acute abdomen and its application in surgical teaching and examination,the superiority of SSP is emphasized.Although there are still some shortcomings in the application of SSP in clinical teaching,it is a relatively new and effective teaching method,and it will play an increasingly critical role in clinical skills training pertaining to the medical specialty.展开更多

Methods: 24 medical students in neurology department of our hospital were studied. During the clinical training period from March 2020 to March 2021, the students were randomly divided into two groups, 12 cases in each group. The control group was the traditional teaching mode. The observation group chose the clinical route combined with case teaching to observe the students' theoretical knowledge, clinical practice and operation assessment scores, as well as the teaching satisfaction of the medical students. Results: the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical evaluation of the medical students in the observation group were (89.55±2.26) and (92.36±1.75) respectively, while the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the medical students in the control group were (80.66±2.23) and (85.16±1.46) respectively. The scores of the medical students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with differences in scores (P < 0.05). The satisfactory rate of clinical teaching in the observation group was 100%, and that in the control group was 75%, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application effect of clinical pathway combined with case introduction teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology department is more obvious. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the clinical pathway combined with case introduction teaching method has more advantages, can stimulate the interest of medical students, improve their own theoretical assessment results and clinical practice assessment results, improve the satisfaction of teaching, and has good promotional significance.展开更多

Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine major of our school were selected as the research objects from March to June 2022. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers. Moreover, students satisfaction with the teaching mode is high, which is worth promoting.展开更多

Objective:To assess the teaching efficacy of clinical instructors for MNS postgraduates,this study aims to gather insights into clinical educators’perceptions concerning MNS postgraduate training and identify key com...Objective:To assess the teaching efficacy of clinical instructors for MNS postgraduates,this study aims to gather insights into clinical educators’perceptions concerning MNS postgraduate training and identify key competencies required for effective teaching.Methods:This study utilized a cross-sectional design.An online questionnaire survey was distributed among clinical faculty members engaged in the education of MNS postgraduates.The survey addressed 4 areas:general teaching conditions,perceptions regarding training for MNS postgraduates,core competencies expected from clinical teachers,and implementation strategies for delivering clinical instruction tailored to these graduates.Results:A total of 143 clinical teachers supervising MNS postgraduates completed the questionnaire.Of these respondents,101(70.62%)held a bachelor’s degree while 42(29.37%)possessed a master’s degree.Although these clinicians demonstrated certain core competencies,they exhibited lower proficiency in understanding trends related to scientific advancements and current research priorities along with limited research capabilities 4.00(3.00,4.00).Notably,>95.8%of teachers recognized differences between the 2 categories of postgraduate students;only 4.2%were completely unaware of such distinctions.There was no statistically significant relationship between the demographic data of clinical educators and their core competencies(P>0.05).Conclusions:This study revealed no significant correlation between the general characteristics of clinical teachers and the core competencies of MNS postgraduates.Additionally,we identified a lack of effective communication and collaboration between MNS postgraduate supervisors and clinical educators.The findings from this research offer valuable insights for further investigation into the factors that influence the core competencies of clinical teachers,as well as strategies to enhance the clinical teaching standards for MNS postgraduates.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate the preference characteristics and relative importance of each core factor in the teaching program for undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice,and to provide empirical support for the creation of a student-centered,formalized clinical teaching system that meets the actual needs of nursing students.Methods:The quantitative research method of discrete choice experiment was adopted,and the questionnaire was designed based on the random utility theory.Through a systematic literature review,semi-structured interviews,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,six core attributes of the instructor,namely educational qualifications,teaching methods,frequency of individualized guidance,operational practice opportunities,feedback timeliness,and instructor title,and their corresponding levels were determined.The study period was from January 2024 to January 2025,and 158 undergraduate nursing students who chose to intern at Deyang People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.A survey tool with 12 choice sets was created using Ngene software,and then statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data using the conditional Logit model to measure the impact of each attribute on the choice behavior of nursing students.Results:The results showed that the conditional Logit model fitted well(likelihood ratio chi-square=85.32,p<0.001).The analysis results indicated that the most important teaching attributes for undergraduate nursing students were,in order:the academic qualifications of the teaching instructor(master vs.Junior college,β=0.42,p<0.01),individualized guidance frequency(daily vs.Weekly,β=0.38,p<0.01),operational practice opportunities(more vs.less,β=0.31,p<0.05),and the timeliness of feedback(timely versus delayed,β=0.29,p<0.05).The influence of the title of the instructor was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Undergraduate nursing students show a clear and systematic preference structure for clinical teaching,with a high expectation of frequent personalized guidance from highly educated teachers,as well as sufficient operational opportunities and timely teaching feedback.
文摘With the shift in the definition of disease from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)to metabolism-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),as well as the rapid evolution of pathological classification and therapeutic targets,traditional clinical teaching models face challenges such as outdated guideline updates,disjointed translation of scientific research,and limited skill training.This study proposes a dynamic training model integrating“guidelines,clinical practice,and scientific research.”Through stratified case-based teaching(e.g.,FibroScan simulator and metabolic sand table),dynamic guideline analysis(comparing old and new evidence),and the integration of scientific thinking(visualization of CAND1 protein mechanism),a teaching system that integrates theory and practice is constructed.Innovatively developed smart assistant tools(AI decision support system,VR liver biopsy simulator)and a multi-dimensional evaluation system(deviation analysis of diagnosis and treatment pathways,milestone assessment)are used while emphasizing metabolic medicine integration(continuous glucose monitoring and digital therapy)and ethical privacy protection(federated learning framework).This model aims to cultivate students’evidence-based decision-making skills and scientific research transformation thinking through dynamic knowledge base construction and interdisciplinary collaboration,providing sustainable teaching solutions to cope with the rapid iteration of NAFLD diagnosis and treatment.
文摘Objective To explore a corresponding model that would bridge the gap between the practice of clinical teaching of nursing students in clinical settings in China and the clinical instructors' standard teaching of nursing students in clinical settings in the Philippines. Methods A phenomenological-qualitative,non-experimental type of research was utilized to recruit 27 staff nurses/clinical teachers in China. Data was collected by using audio-tapes and taking notes in the interviews. Results A content analysis was conducted and the sorted into four themes:(1) The things that they were able to teach their students;(2) The things that they were not able to teach their students;(3) The difficulties encountered in doing Clinical Teaching for their students;(4) Suggestions to improve Clinical Teaching. Conclusion According to the findings,the "CP's Proposed Nursing Clinical Teaching Model"should be introduced into the clinical set-up for staff nurses/clinical teachers handling nursing students in China.
文摘Objective:To study the clinical effect of applying clinical pathway teaching method in clinica1 teaching of cardiology.Methods:This paper verifies and calculates that 50 interns working in cardiology department in our hospita1 from October 2016 to October 2019 are divided into groups and comparea in the form of double-blind method.1he rererence group(n=25)uses traditional teachingmethods,and the experimental group(n=25)uses clinical pathway teaching method.The satisfaction degree,teaching quality,theoretical assessment results,operation assessment and comprehensive assessment results of interns in the experimental group and the reference group are compared.Results:The satisfaction degree,theoretical examination result,operation examinationt comprehensive examination result,improvement of team spirit,professiona1 quality,improvemen of professional ethics,standardized diagnosis and treatment,improvement of clinical problem handling ability,stimulation of learning interest and cultivation of clinical thinking of the interns in the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group(P<0.05),showing the value of statistica1 comparison and demonstration between data indexes.Conclusion:The application of clinical path-teaching method in clinical teaching of cardiology can improve the clinical teaching effect and teaching quality.

文摘Purpose:To explore the feasibility of using graduate students as preceptors in the clinical education of medical nursing students.Methods:Five second-year graduate nursing students were recruited to participate in the clinical teaching of medical nursing for 38 undergraduates in the first semester of the 2010 e2011 academic year,divided into two groups.The first group first received clinical teaching in caring for respiratory diseases from graduate preceptors for six weeks followed by clinical teaching in caring for circulatory diseases from nurse preceptors for six weeks.The second group received clinical teaching in the reverse order,from the nurse preceptors followed by the graduate student preceptors.Following training,all students were examined with a written test and scores were compared.In addition,review meetings were held to evaluate the teaching outcomes.Results:No significant differences in test scores were observed between the two teaching groups.Undergraduate student feedback indicated that the training provided by the graduate students was satisfactory,and the medical nursing course leader was satisfied with the teaching outcome with a few exceptions.Conclusion:These data indicate that graduate students are capable of training undergraduates in medical nursing,although some areas can be improved.
文摘Objective: to explore the specific application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of endocrinology department, improve the clinical teaching mode of endocrinology department, improve the clinical teaching effect, cultivate a large number of high-quality clinical medical talents of endocrinology department, and make contributions to the development of endocrinology nursing industry in China. Methods: from June 2018 to June 2021, a total of 86 interns who practiced in the department of endocrinology in our hospital were taken as observation objects, and 86 interns were divided into two groups with the same number. The interns who received routine clinical teaching methods were divided into the control group, and the interns who received clinical pathway teaching methods were divided into the observation group. During clinical teaching in the department of endocrinology, the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of interns were regularly examined. The clinical level of the two groups of interns was compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups of interns to the teaching teachers was investigated by questionnaire. Then, the clinical teaching mode and method of endocrinology department were innovated and optimized to improve the professional level of clinical interns and the clinical teaching level of medical teachers. Results: by comparing the theoretical knowledge, case handling ability and basic operation of the two groups of interns at different stages, it can be seen that the clinical interns in endocrinology department who received clinical pathway teaching method have more solid theoretical knowledge, and their case handling ability and basic operation skills have been obviously improved, which is higher than that of the control group interns who received routine teaching. From the results of the questionnaire survey, it can be seen that the scores of the interns in the observation group to the teachers in the control group are much higher, and the satisfaction of the teachers in the observation group to the interns in the observation group is higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction score of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: there is a huge talent gap in endocrinology department. In order to improve the medical and nursing quality of endocrinology department, it is necessary to speed up the training of interns. The clinical teaching method can effectively improve the professional level of medical interns in endocrinology department, and the clinical pathway teaching method can promote the balanced improvement of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of interns, strengthen the interns' case handling ability and basic operation skills, and effectively meet the demand of medical talents in endocrinology department of hospitals. It is suggested that clinical pathway teaching method should be used reasonably in future clinical teaching.
文摘Objective: to explore the application and effect of BOPPPS-based PBL in the clinical teaching of pancreatic biliary surgery. Methods: in order to facilitate the study and make the corresponding research results, 120 nursing nursing students in a third-grade hospital in Shanghai were selected as the research project, and 120 nursing students were divided into two groups. In the nursing clinical belt teaching, 60 students in the control group gave the traditional teaching, and 60 students in the experimental group adopted the BOPPPS-based PBL teaching model. After the teaching, the hospital will give the medical students to participate in the internship, and compare the scores and scores of the two Self- -Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning (SRSSDL-CV).Results: SRSSDL-CV score [226.71 ± 21.33] was higher than control [204.32 ± 22.64] (P <0.05);92.19 ± 3.44], operational skills [94.45 ± 2.83], compared to 87.63 ± 5.24,91.38 ± 3.12], statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: PBL teaching based on BOPPPS helps to improve the self-learning ability and improve the clinical teaching quality of pancreatic surgery.
文摘Objective: To explore the application of Deliberate Practice-based simulated teaching in clinical teaching of medical nursing. Methods: 160 undergraduate student nurses were divided into the experimental group (80) and the control group (80) by using the convenience sampling method. Both groups were exposed to staged nurse core competence training. In the control group, standardized patients were employed for training, after which group discussion and oral presentation were included;in the experimental group, teaching was designed based on Deliberate Practice, wherein high-fidelity simulation system was used and video-assisted guiding feedback after training was involved. Results: After four teaching cycles, the nurse core competence score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P Conclusion: Deliberate Practice-based simulated learning can effectively improve clinical teaching performance of medical nursing.
文摘Objective: to observe the effect of applying PDCA circulation method in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching on students' achievement, autonomous learning ability and teachers' satisfaction, and analyze the clinical value in the period. Methods: according to the internship time, 72 clinical interns in our department were divided into two groups: the control group (internship time: July 2020 to December 2020) and the observation group (internship time: January 2021 to June 2021), 36 in each of the two groups. The clinical interns in the two groups received routine instruction and PDCA circulation method instruction respectively. The results of the clinical interns in the two groups, their autonomous learning ability and their satisfaction with the instructors were compared and analyzed. Results: compared with the control students, the students in the observation group had significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical operation (P<0.05), significantly higher scores in self-study ability, target learning ability, problem learning ability and metacognitive ability (P<0.05), and significantly higher scores in professional knowledge, teaching methods, teaching attitude, communication and feedback satisfaction of teachers (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of PDCA circulation method in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching can improve the teaching level of the teaching teachers and the interns' autonomous learning ability, and improve the students' clinical comprehensive ability and practice quality.

文摘Background:In recent years,with the gradual expansion of the scale of medical education,the shortage of medical teaching resources and the reluctance of patients to cooperate with teaching have become increasingly prominent.Objective:To explore the application effect of student standardized patient(SSP)in the clinical teaching of acute abdomen.Methods:Fifty-four fifth-year general medical students from class 1826 of the general department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 27 students in the experimental teaching group,and the remaining 27 students in the conventional teaching group.The experimental teaching group adopted the SSP teaching approach.The SSPs were generated from the training students of the hospital through the recruitment and training process of SSP.In this study,seven qualified SSPs were selected for the clinical teaching of acute abdomen.At the end of the course,a periodic assessment was held.The rank sum test was used to compare the excellent and good rates between the two groups,while t-test was used to compare the difference between the two groups.Results:The results showed that the excellent and good rate of the experimental teaching group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,in which the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of the assessment results,the theoretical scores and skills scores of the experimental teaching group were better than those of the conventional teaching group,in which the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Through the training of SSP for acute abdomen and its application in surgical teaching and examination,the superiority of SSP is emphasized.Although there are still some shortcomings in the application of SSP in clinical teaching,it is a relatively new and effective teaching method,and it will play an increasingly critical role in clinical skills training pertaining to the medical specialty.
文摘Objective: to explore the application value of clinical pathway combined with case introduction teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology. Methods: 24 medical students in neurology department of our hospital were studied. During the clinical training period from March 2020 to March 2021, the students were randomly divided into two groups, 12 cases in each group. The control group was the traditional teaching mode. The observation group chose the clinical route combined with case teaching to observe the students' theoretical knowledge, clinical practice and operation assessment scores, as well as the teaching satisfaction of the medical students. Results: the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical evaluation of the medical students in the observation group were (89.55±2.26) and (92.36±1.75) respectively, while the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the medical students in the control group were (80.66±2.23) and (85.16±1.46) respectively. The scores of the medical students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with differences in scores (P < 0.05). The satisfactory rate of clinical teaching in the observation group was 100%, and that in the control group was 75%, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application effect of clinical pathway combined with case introduction teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology department is more obvious. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the clinical pathway combined with case introduction teaching method has more advantages, can stimulate the interest of medical students, improve their own theoretical assessment results and clinical practice assessment results, improve the satisfaction of teaching, and has good promotional significance.

文摘Objective: explore the application value of hierarchical and progressive case teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine major of our school were selected as the research objects from March to June 2022. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers. Moreover, students satisfaction with the teaching mode is high, which is worth promoting.

文摘Objective:To explore the impact of psychological counseling for underage medical students in clinical teaching.Methods:24 of the 48 underage medical students who were interned in our hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were randomly selected to adopt the teaching management method of one-on-one psychological guidance as the observation group;the remaining 24 adopted the traditional teaching management method as the control group.The observation of the effects of psychological detachment on various aspects of underage medical students allows the determination of whether psychological detachment impacts clinical teaching.Results:The observation group’s theoretical examination scores,skill assessment scores,and departmental performance evaluation scale score excellence rate were higher than the control group’s,with P<0.05 being statistically significant.At the same time,the clinical teaching and teaching management ability of the hospital was also improved.Conclusion:Psychological guidance for underage medical students can not only improve the comprehensive quality of medical students but also improve the teaching level,which is conducive to improving the teaching effect,and it is a clinical teaching mode worth promoting.

文摘The study was to analyze the application of PDCA cycle in the clinical teaching of respiratory department during the outbreak of COVID-19.The teaching content focused on the prevention,control,diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.Methods:Thirty clinical interns who entered the Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods and the experimental group adopted PDCA cycle.The teaching effect of the two group was compared.Results:The experimental group that used the PDCA cycle method had significantly higher theoretical knowledge,treatment skills,and comprehensive quality evaluation of COVID-19 than the traditional teaching method of the control group.Conclusion:The application of the PDCA cycle method in clinical teaching activities can improve the teaching process during the outbreak of COVID-19 and help improve the overall quality of clinical interns.

文摘Objective:To assess the teaching efficacy of clinical instructors for MNS postgraduates,this study aims to gather insights into clinical educators’perceptions concerning MNS postgraduate training and identify key competencies required for effective teaching.Methods:This study utilized a cross-sectional design.An online questionnaire survey was distributed among clinical faculty members engaged in the education of MNS postgraduates.The survey addressed 4 areas:general teaching conditions,perceptions regarding training for MNS postgraduates,core competencies expected from clinical teachers,and implementation strategies for delivering clinical instruction tailored to these graduates.Results:A total of 143 clinical teachers supervising MNS postgraduates completed the questionnaire.Of these respondents,101(70.62%)held a bachelor’s degree while 42(29.37%)possessed a master’s degree.Although these clinicians demonstrated certain core competencies,they exhibited lower proficiency in understanding trends related to scientific advancements and current research priorities along with limited research capabilities 4.00(3.00,4.00).Notably,>95.8%of teachers recognized differences between the 2 categories of postgraduate students;only 4.2%were completely unaware of such distinctions.There was no statistically significant relationship between the demographic data of clinical educators and their core competencies(P>0.05).Conclusions:This study revealed no significant correlation between the general characteristics of clinical teachers and the core competencies of MNS postgraduates.Additionally,we identified a lack of effective communication and collaboration between MNS postgraduate supervisors and clinical educators.The findings from this research offer valuable insights for further investigation into the factors that influence the core competencies of clinical teachers,as well as strategies to enhance the clinical teaching standards for MNS postgraduates.

文摘Objective:To study the application effect of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical anesthesia practice.Method:48 students assigned to clinical anesthesia in digestive endoscopy of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from July 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(PowerPoint presentation teaching group)and the observation group(short video combined with BOPPPS teaching group),with 24 students in each group.After the internship,the students’theoretical and technical scores were tested,the effects of the two teaching modes were compared,and the students’satisfaction was investigated.Results:The test scores of students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode can significantly improve students’learning interest,operation skills,and memory(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the application of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode has achieved great effect,which is worth further promotion and research.
