Objective: to explore the specific application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of endocrinology department, improve the clinical teaching mode of endocrinology department, improve the c...Objective: to explore the specific application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of endocrinology department, improve the clinical teaching mode of endocrinology department, improve the clinical teaching effect, cultivate a large number of high-quality clinical medical talents of endocrinology department, and make contributions to the development of endocrinology nursing industry in China. Methods: from June 2018 to June 2021, a total of 86 interns who practiced in the department of endocrinology in our hospital were taken as observation objects, and 86 interns were divided into two groups with the same number. The interns who received routine clinical teaching methods were divided into the control group, and the interns who received clinical pathway teaching methods were divided into the observation group. During clinical teaching in the department of endocrinology, the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of interns were regularly examined. The clinical level of the two groups of interns was compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups of interns to the teaching teachers was investigated by questionnaire. Then, the clinical teaching mode and method of endocrinology department were innovated and optimized to improve the professional level of clinical interns and the clinical teaching level of medical teachers. Results: by comparing the theoretical knowledge, case handling ability and basic operation of the two groups of interns at different stages, it can be seen that the clinical interns in endocrinology department who received clinical pathway teaching method have more solid theoretical knowledge, and their case handling ability and basic operation skills have been obviously improved, which is higher than that of the control group interns who received routine teaching. From the results of the questionnaire survey, it can be seen that the scores of the interns in the observation group to the teachers in the control group are much higher, and the satisfaction of the teachers in the observation group to the interns in the observation group is higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction score of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: there is a huge talent gap in endocrinology department. In order to improve the medical and nursing quality of endocrinology department, it is necessary to speed up the training of interns. The clinical teaching method can effectively improve the professional level of medical interns in endocrinology department, and the clinical pathway teaching method can promote the balanced improvement of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of interns, strengthen the interns' case handling ability and basic operation skills, and effectively meet the demand of medical talents in endocrinology department of hospitals. It is suggested that clinical pathway teaching method should be used reasonably in future clinical teaching.展开更多

METHODS: Clinical materials of a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type IV and a pedigree of 6 members within 4 generations were ...OBJECTIVE: To describe a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type IV and its pedigree in China. METHODS: Clinical materials of a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type IV and a pedigree of 6 members within 4 generations were analyzed. Dilated internal jugular vein in the proband was removed by operation. The diagnosis, surgical treatment, and postoperative complications were retrospectively reviewed. RESULTS: Vessels of the proband in the pedigree were crisp and easily lacinated during the procedure of removing his internal jugular vein. Repeating postoperative hematomas were found though complete stanching was achieved during the operation. The patient was successfully recovered by promptly debridgement and needle sucking. The other 5 members of the pedigree all had the triads of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. CONCLUSIONS: Though it was of extremely low morbidity rate, the high mortality rate and complication of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome deserve great attention during surgical management, especially in patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type IV. Surgeons should be aware of the ponderance of its complications and combined diseases to avoid fatal intraoperative vascular lascination and incontrollable hemorrhage.展开更多
Thrombus is a blood clot that forms in a blood vessel at the point of flaking.Thrombosis is closely associated with cardiovascular diseases caused by different sources and factors.However,the current clinical methods ...Thrombus is a blood clot that forms in a blood vessel at the point of flaking.Thrombosis is closely associated with cardiovascular diseases caused by different sources and factors.However,the current clinical methods of thrombus diagnosis and treatment still have problems with targeting,permeability,stability,and biosafety.Therefore,in recent years,based on the development of micro/nano technology,researchers have tried to develop some new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of thrombosis.Due to the unique structural characteristics,the micro-nano materials in physiological environments show excellent transport and delivery properties such as better in vivo circulation,longer life span,better targeting ability,and controllable cellular internalization.Especially,elasticity and stiffness are inherent mechanical properties of some well-designed micro-nano materials,which can make them better adapted to the needs of thrombosis diagnosis and treatment.Herein,this review first introduces the thrombotic microenvironment to characterize the thrombus development process.Then,to fine-tune the pathological occurrence and development of thrombosis,the role of elastic micro-nano materials for thrombus diagnosis and treatment is summarized.The properties,preparation methods,and biological fate of these materials have been discussed in detail.Following,the applications of elastic micro-nano materials in biomedical imaging,drug delivery,and therapy of thrombosis are highlighted.Last,the shortcomings and future design strategies of elastic micro-nano materials in diagnosis and treatment of clinical thrombosis are discussed.This review will provide new ideas for the use of nanotechnology in clinical diagnosis and treatment of thrombus in the future.展开更多
