克莱门茨"机体论"群落演替理论的提出是有其生态学的基础和社会机体论、哲学整体论的背景的。该理论所呈现出来的强的因果决定性、线性、单向进步性和稳定的顶极等,受到其他生态学家的质疑。20世纪40年代之前,质疑主要集中在... 克莱门茨"机体论"群落演替理论的提出是有其生态学的基础和社会机体论、哲学整体论的背景的。该理论所呈现出来的强的因果决定性、线性、单向进步性和稳定的顶极等,受到其他生态学家的质疑。20世纪40年代之前,质疑主要集中在群落演替理论的内部,包括演替的起因(动因)、路径(方式)、趋向(终点)等方面。这些质疑并未动摇该理论"机体论"范式,而是对该理论的完善。在此之后的50年代,马格列夫和奥德姆将演替研究扩展至生态系统,实现了从定性描述到定量分析的转变——"新克莱门茨主义"。紧接着,"新克莱门茨主义"受到其他学者的批判。这一批判涉及到生物能说原则、物种多样性结论以及演替进程有序性,动摇了机体论范式的核心,进而将演替研究引向了"个体论"。 展开更多

A numerical method capable is developed for handling steady laminar flow and heat trans-fer of a highly viscous power-law fluid whose density,viscosity,specific heat and thermalconductivity,vary with temperature.The governing equations are found to be continuity,monmentumand energy expressions.Important effects such as varying viscosity,natural convection and viscousdissipation are incorporated in the theoretical model.These equations are being attracted by employing a decoupled finite element method.Galerkin’sprinciple is used to handle the momentum and continuity equations.Consistent(SU/PG)andnon-consistent(SU)streamline upwind methods are employed for the energy equation.Comparisonof calculated results and experimental data shows good agreement.Similar results are obtained withSU and SU/PG methods.Velocity and temperature profiles which provide insights into the processare also given. 展开更多

In this paper we used finite element method(FEM)to prediet case furniture de-flection.We dispersed and analyzed furniture which made of particleboard by elastic plate elements.The corner joint of case furniture is a key problem during the calculation by FEM.We assumed thatsmall elements which located near corner joints were semi—rigid elements.Then we obtained the fab-ricated modulus of elasticity of the semi-rigid elements by individual corner joint experimcnts.Weused four kinds of particleboard and two kinds of corner joint t forms to make up eleven cases.Thedisplacement of some typical points under each load measured by the Furniture Strength Test Ma-chine.Then we compared the displacements of measurcments with that of calculations,the errorswere usually within 30 percent.Results of this study indicated that the deflection of case furniturecould be calculated by using FEM,and proved that the program could be used for predicting casefurniture deflection reliably. 展开更多

For reinforced concrete members subjected to high temperature,the degree of in-service loading,commonly expressed as the loading ratio,can be highly influential on the structural behavior.In particular,the loading ratio may be pivotal in relation to the phenomenon of load-induced thermal strain.Despite its potentially pivotal role,to date,the influence of the loading ratio on both material and structural behavior has not been explored in detail.In practice,real structures experience variation in imposed loading during their service life and it is important to understand the likely response at elevated temperatures across the loading envelope.In this paper,the effect of the loading ratio is numerically investigated at both material and structural level using a validated finite element model.The model incorporates a proposed constitutive model accounting for load-induced thermal strain and this is shown to outperform the existing Eurocode 2 model in terms of accuracy.Using the validated model,the specific case of flats slabs and the associated connections to supporting columns at various loading ratios are explored.For the cases examined,a marked difference in the structural behavior including displacement direction was captured from low to high loading ratios consistent with experimental observations. 展开更多
