Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite a...Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite advancements in intelligent and digital technologies,assembly process design still heavily relies on manual knowledge reuse,and inefficiencies and inconsistent quality in process documentation are caused.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes a knowledge push method of complex product assembly process design based on distillation model-based dynamically enhanced graph and Bayesian network.First,an initial knowledge graph is constructed using a BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model trained with integrated human expertise and a fine-tuned large language model.Then,a confidence-based dynamic weighted fusion strategy is employed to achieve dynamic incremental construction of the knowledge graph with low resource consumption.Subsequently,a Bayesian network model is constructed based on the relationships between assembly components,assembly features,and operations.Bayesian network reasoning is used to push assembly process knowledge under different design requirements.Finally,the feasibility of the Bayesian network construction method and the effectiveness of Bayesian network reasoning are verified through a specific example,significantly improving the utilization of assembly process knowledge and the efficiency of assembly process design.展开更多
Understanding plant community assembly is crucial for effective ecosystem conservation and restoration.The ecological filter framework describes community assembly as a process shaped by dispersal,environmental,and bi...Understanding plant community assembly is crucial for effective ecosystem conservation and restoration.The ecological filter framework describes community assembly as a process shaped by dispersal,environmental,and biotic filters.Additionally,functional traits and phylogenetic relationships are increasingly recognized as important factors influencing species coexistence and community structure.However,both the ecological filter framework and the roles of functional traits and phylogeny in community assembly remain underexplored in the Algerian steppes—particularly in the El Bayadh region,where ongoing vegetation degradation threatens ecosystem stability.This study applied Hierarchical Modeling of Species Communities(HMSC)as an integrative approach to assess how ecological filters influence plant community assembly in the El Bayadh steppe and to evaluate the roles of functional traits and phylogenetic relationships in this process.Environmental data—including soil properties,topography,precipitation,and land use types(grazing and exclosure)—were collected across 50 plots in April and October,2023,along with functional traits from 24 species.These traits include root length,leaf area,specific leaf area,clonality,life history,and seed mass.HMSC results revealed that soil properties and precipitation were the primary drivers of community structure,while sand height and elevation had a moderate influence.In contrast,competition and grazing played relatively minor roles.Species responses to environmental covariates were heterogeneous:soil fertility and texture had mixed effects,benefiting some species while limiting others;sand encroachment and precipitation variability generally had negative impacts,whereas grazing exclusion favored many species.A weak phylogenetic signal was recorded,indicating that community assembly was driven more by environmental filtering than by shared evolutionary history.Functional trait responses to environmental variation reflected plant strategies that balanced resource acquisition and conservation.Specifically,seed mass,leaf area,and root length increased under higher soil moisture and nutrient availability but declined in response to salinity,precipitation variability,and sand height.Clonality and perennial life history traits enhanced the survival of plant species under harsh conditions.Overall,this study provides a holistic understanding of community assembly processes in the El Bayadh steppe and offers valuable insights for ecosystem management and restoration in arid and degraded ecosystem environments.展开更多

Error modeling for these robots generally simplifies the parallelogram structures included by the robots as a link. As the established error model fails to reflect the error feature of the parallelogram structures, the effect of accuracy design and kinematic calibration based on the error model come to be undermined. An error modeling methodology is proposed to establish an error model of parallel robots with parallelogram structures. The error model can embody the geometric errors of all joints, including the joints of parallelogram structures. Thus it can contain more exhaustively the factors that reduce the accuracy of the robot. Based on the error model and some sensitivity indices defined in the sense of statistics, sensitivity analysis is carried out. Accordingly, some atlases are depicted to express each geometric error’s influence on the moving platform’s pose errors. From these atlases, the geometric errors that have greater impact on the accuracy of the moving platform are identified, and some sensitive areas where the pose errors of the moving platform are extremely sensitive to the geometric errors are also figured out. By taking into account the error factors which are generally neglected in all existing modeling methods, the proposed modeling method can thoroughly disclose the process of error transmission and enhance the efficacy of accuracy design and calibration.展开更多

However, most simulation systems have n...Motion simulation and performance analysis of mechanism are important methods for analyzing assembly quality after finishing assembly simulation in virtual assembly environment. However, most simulation systems have no function of mechanism motion simulation due to the randomicity of mechanism and lack of universal mechanism modeling method. In order to realize the simulation of any mechanism after finishing assembly simulation in a virtual environment, a new universal mechanism modeling method is presented. Two main models are contained in the mechanism model: information model and mathematical model. Firstly, the information model of mechanism is proposed to describe the data structure of mechanism which contains bottom geometry data, information of constraint, link, kinematic pair and physical data. Because the object of mechanism simulation is the assembly, which is assembled during the process of assembly simulation, the information of mechanism can be obtained automatically through mechanism automatic search method. Secondly, mathematical model of mechanism is presented. The mathematical model uses mathematical method to express the mechanism. In order to realize the automatic expression of any random mechanism, basic constraint library is presented, consequently random mechanism can be described based on the basic constraint library. Finally, two examples are introduced to validate the method in the prototype system named VAPP(Virtual Assembly Process Planning). The validation result shows that the mechanism modeling provides a universal modeling method for mechanism motion simulation in virtual assembly environment. This research has important effect on the development both of mechanism motion simulation and virtual assembly.展开更多
The assembly process of aerospace products such as satellites and rockets has the characteristics of single-or small-batch production,a long development period,high reliability,and frequent disturbances.How to predict...The assembly process of aerospace products such as satellites and rockets has the characteristics of single-or small-batch production,a long development period,high reliability,and frequent disturbances.How to predict and avoid quality abnormalities,quickly locate their causes,and improve product assembly quality and efficiency are urgent engineering issues.As the core technology to realize the integration of virtual and physical space,digital twin(DT)technology can make full use of the low cost,high efficiency,and predictable advantages of digital space to provide a feasible solution to such problems.Hence,a quality management method for the assembly process of aerospace products based on DT is proposed.Given that traditional quality control methods for the assembly process of aerospace products are mostly post-inspection,the Grey-Markov model and T-K control chart are used with a small sample of assembly quality data to predict the value of quality data and the status of an assembly system.The Apriori algorithm is applied to mine the strong association rules related to quality data anomalies and uncontrolled assembly systems so as to solve the issue that the causes of abnormal quality are complicated and difficult to trace.The implementation of the proposed approach is described,taking the collected centroid data of an aerospace product’s cabin,one of the key quality data in the assembly process of aerospace products,as an example.A DT-based quality management system for the assembly process of aerospace products is developed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of quality management for the assembly process of aerospace products and reduce quality abnormalities.展开更多

Biological nitrogen fixation(BNF)is a crucial process that provides bioavailable nitrogen and supports primary production in freshwater lake ecosystems.However,the characteristics of diazotrophic community and nitroge...Biological nitrogen fixation(BNF)is a crucial process that provides bioavailable nitrogen and supports primary production in freshwater lake ecosystems.However,the characteristics of diazotrophic community and nitrogenase activity in freshwater lake sediments remain poorly understood.Here,we investigated the diazotrophic communities and nitrogenase activities in the sediments of three large river-connected freshwater lakes in eastern China using 15N-isotope tracing and nifH sequencing.The sediments in these lakes contained diverse nitrogenase genes that were phylogenetically grouped into Clusters I and III.The diazotrophic communities in the sedimentswere dominated by stochastic processes in Hongze Lake and Taihu Lake,which had heterogeneous habitats and shallower water depths,while in Poyang Lake,which had deeper water and a shorter hydraulic retention time,the assembly of the diazotrophic community in the sediments was dominated by homogeneous selection processes.Temperature and water depth were also found the key environmental factors affecting the sediment diazotrophic communities.Sediment nitrogenase activities varied in the three lakes and within distinct regions of an individual lake,ranging from 0 to 14.58 nmol/(kg·hr).Nitrogenase activity was significantly correlated with ferric iron,total phosphorus,and organic matter contents.Our results suggested that freshwater lake sediment contain high diversity of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms with potential metabolic diversity,and the community assembly patterns and nitrogenase activities varied with the lake habitat.展开更多

However,the multi-objective sequencing problem of MMAL is an non-deterministic polynomial hard( NP-hard) problem and the shortcomings are slow convergence rate and low precision. To solve the shortcomings for optimization objectives of minimizing total utility time and keeping average consumption rate of parts, a chaos differential evolution SFLA( CDESFLA) is proposed in this study. Because SFLA is easy to fall into local optimum,the evolution operator of differential evolution algorithms is introduced in SFLA as a local search strategy,and differential mutation operator is introduced in chaotic sequence to prevent premature convergence. With the application of this database, the information of ship three-dimensional design, construction planning, and virtual assembly can be integrated into one system. The dynamic performance of a nozzle-flapper servo valve can be affected by several factors such as the disturbance of the input signal,the motion of the armature assembly and the oscillation of the jet force.As the pa...The dynamic performance of a nozzle-flapper servo valve can be affected by several factors such as the disturbance of the input signal,the motion of the armature assembly and the oscillation of the jet force.As the part of vibrating at high frequency,the armature assembly plays a vital role during the operation of the servo valve.In order to accurately predict the transient response of the armature assembly during the vibration,a mathematical model of armature assembly is established based on the distributed parameters method(DPM)and Hamilton principle.The new mathematical model is composed of three main parts,the modal eigenfunction,modal mechanical response expressions of the spring tube and the motion equation of the other armature assembly.After programing,the purpose of using the DPM to predict the dynamic response of different positions located on the armature assembly is achieved.For verifying the validity of the mathematical model,the finite element method(FEM)and classic model(CM)of armature assembly are applicated by commercial software under the same condition.The comparison results prove that the DPM can effectively predict the axial and tangential deflection of the armature assembly different positions which the CM can’t duing to its over-simplification.A certain error is generated when predicting the axial deformation at different heights by DPM,which is caused by an approximate method to simulate the torsion of the spring tube.The comparison results of the spring tube deflection at different vibration frequencies shows that the adaptability of DPM is significantly higher than the classic model,which verify the model is more adaptable for predicting the dynamic response of the armature assembly.展开更多

The method involves screening out non-relevant assembly parameters using IV-optimal designs and the preload of the joints is chosen as the input features and modal frequency is the only response feature. Emphasis is placed on the construction of response surface models including the interactions between the bolted joints by which the non-linear relationship between the assembly variation caused by the changes ofpreload and the output frequency variation is established. By achieving an optimal process of selected variables in the model, assembly variation can be identified. With a case study of the laboratory bolted disks as an example, the proposed method is verified and it gives enough accuracy in variation identification. It has been observed that the first-order response surface models considering the interactions between the bolted joints based on the IV-optimal criterion are adequate for assembly purposes.展开更多

Then,the feature parameters which influence variation propagation and accumulation in multi-station assembly processes are found to evaluate quality characteristic of the assembly system. Through the derivation of equation on dimension variation propagation,station coefficient matrices which are combined and conversed to determine the max eigenvalue are educed. The max eigenvalue is multiplied by the weight coefficient to establish the quality evaluation model in multi-station assembly processes. Furthermore,assembly variation indexes are proposed to judge of the assembly technology process. Accordingly, some atlases are depicted to express each geometric error’s influence on the moving platform’s pose errors. From these atlases, the geometric errors that have greater impact on the accuracy of the moving platform are identified, and some sensitive areas where the pose errors of the moving platform are extremely sensitive to the geometric errors are also figured out. By taking into account the error factors which are generally neglected in all existing modeling methods, the proposed modeling method can thoroughly disclose the process of error transmission and enhance the efficacy of accuracy design and calibration.

文摘Motion simulation and performance analysis of mechanism are important methods for analyzing assembly quality after finishing assembly simulation in virtual assembly environment. However, most simulation systems have no function of mechanism motion simulation due to the randomicity of mechanism and lack of universal mechanism modeling method. In order to realize the simulation of any mechanism after finishing assembly simulation in a virtual environment, a new universal mechanism modeling method is presented. Two main models are contained in the mechanism model: information model and mathematical model. Firstly, the information model of mechanism is proposed to describe the data structure of mechanism which contains bottom geometry data, information of constraint, link, kinematic pair and physical data. Because the object of mechanism simulation is the assembly, which is assembled during the process of assembly simulation, the information of mechanism can be obtained automatically through mechanism automatic search method. Secondly, mathematical model of mechanism is presented. The mathematical model uses mathematical method to express the mechanism. In order to realize the automatic expression of any random mechanism, basic constraint library is presented, consequently random mechanism can be described based on the basic constraint library. Finally, two examples are introduced to validate the method in the prototype system named VAPP(Virtual Assembly Process Planning). The validation result shows that the mechanism modeling provides a universal modeling method for mechanism motion simulation in virtual assembly environment. This research has important effect on the development both of mechanism motion simulation and virtual assembly.

文摘The assembly process of aerospace products such as satellites and rockets has the characteristics of single-or small-batch production,a long development period,high reliability,and frequent disturbances.How to predict and avoid quality abnormalities,quickly locate their causes,and improve product assembly quality and efficiency are urgent engineering issues.As the core technology to realize the integration of virtual and physical space,digital twin(DT)technology can make full use of the low cost,high efficiency,and predictable advantages of digital space to provide a feasible solution to such problems.Hence,a quality management method for the assembly process of aerospace products based on DT is proposed.Given that traditional quality control methods for the assembly process of aerospace products are mostly post-inspection,the Grey-Markov model and T-K control chart are used with a small sample of assembly quality data to predict the value of quality data and the status of an assembly system.The Apriori algorithm is applied to mine the strong association rules related to quality data anomalies and uncontrolled assembly systems so as to solve the issue that the causes of abnormal quality are complicated and difficult to trace.The implementation of the proposed approach is described,taking the collected centroid data of an aerospace product’s cabin,one of the key quality data in the assembly process of aerospace products,as an example.A DT-based quality management system for the assembly process of aerospace products is developed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of quality management for the assembly process of aerospace products and reduce quality abnormalities.
文摘Assembly model plans an important role in assembly sequence planning.Flexible assembly system (FAS) is a dis- crete event system (DES),so Petri net,as an important analytical tool for the DES,is used for modeling of an FAS.All of the feasible assembly sequences can be obtained by firing the Petri net model.In order to enhancing the efficiency of the assembly sequence planning,knowledge-based Petri net,combining an usual Petri net with expert’s knowledge and experiences,is proposed to con- struct the assembly model.So the feasible assembly sequences can be reduced greatly,and the optimum assembly sequence could be generated without the combinatorial explosion of solutions.

文摘Biological nitrogen fixation(BNF)is a crucial process that provides bioavailable nitrogen and supports primary production in freshwater lake ecosystems.However,the characteristics of diazotrophic community and nitrogenase activity in freshwater lake sediments remain poorly understood.Here,we investigated the diazotrophic communities and nitrogenase activities in the sediments of three large river-connected freshwater lakes in eastern China using 15N-isotope tracing and nifH sequencing.The sediments in these lakes contained diverse nitrogenase genes that were phylogenetically grouped into Clusters I and III.The diazotrophic communities in the sedimentswere dominated by stochastic processes in Hongze Lake and Taihu Lake,which had heterogeneous habitats and shallower water depths,while in Poyang Lake,which had deeper water and a shorter hydraulic retention time,the assembly of the diazotrophic community in the sediments was dominated by homogeneous selection processes.Temperature and water depth were also found the key environmental factors affecting the sediment diazotrophic communities.Sediment nitrogenase activities varied in the three lakes and within distinct regions of an individual lake,ranging from 0 to 14.58 nmol/(kg·hr).Nitrogenase activity was significantly correlated with ferric iron,total phosphorus,and organic matter contents.Our results suggested that freshwater lake sediment contain high diversity of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms with potential metabolic diversity,and the community assembly patterns and nitrogenase activities varied with the lake habitat.

文摘Cloud manufacturing is one of the three key technologies that enable intelligent manufacturing.This paper presents a novel attribute-based encryption(ABE)approach for computer-aided design(CAD)assembly models to effectively support hierarchical access control,integrity verification,and deformation protection for co-design scenarios in cloud manufacturing.An assembly hierarchy access tree(AHAT)is designed as the hierarchical access structure.Attribute-related ciphertext elements,which are contained in an assembly ciphertext(ACT)file,are adapted for content keys decryption instead of CAD component files.We modify the original Merkle tree(MT)and reconstruct an assembly MT.The proposed ABE framework has the ability to combine the deformation protection method with a content privacy of CAD models.The proposed encryption scheme is demonstrated to be secure under the standard assumption.Experimental simulation on typical CAD assembly models demonstrates that the proposed approach is feasible in applications.

文摘There are heterogeneous problems between the CAD model and the assembly process document.In the planning stage of assembly process,these heterogeneous problems can decrease the efficiency of information interaction.Based on knowledge graph,this paper proposes an assembly information model(KGAM)to integrate geometric information from CAD model,non-geometric information and semantic information from assembly process document.KGAM describes the integrated assembly process information as a knowledge graph in the form of“entity-relationship-entity”and“entity-attribute-value”,which can improve the efficiency of information interaction.Taking the trial assembly stage of a certain type of aeroengine compressor rotor component as an example,KGAM is used to get its assembly process knowledge graph.The trial data show the query and update rate of assembly attribute information is improved by more than once.And the query and update rate of assembly semantic information is improved by more than twice.In conclusion,KGAM can solve the heterogeneous problems between the CAD model and the assembly process document and improve the information interaction efficiency.

文摘Shuffled frog leaping algorithm( SFLA) was used to solve multi-objective sequencing problem of mixed model assembly line( MMAL). Local convergence can be avoided and optimal solution can be obtained to a certain extent. However,the multi-objective sequencing problem of MMAL is an non-deterministic polynomial hard( NP-hard) problem and the shortcomings are slow convergence rate and low precision. To solve the shortcomings for optimization objectives of minimizing total utility time and keeping average consumption rate of parts, a chaos differential evolution SFLA( CDESFLA) is proposed in this study. Because SFLA is easy to fall into local optimum,the evolution operator of differential evolution algorithms is introduced in SFLA as a local search strategy,and differential mutation operator is introduced in chaotic sequence to prevent premature convergence. The examples show that the proposed CDESFLA is better for convergence accuracy than SFLA,genetic algorithm( GA) and particle swarm optimization( PSO)

文摘A new method of virtual ship assembly modeling which integrates ship three-dimensional design and ship construction planning was described in this paper. A workflow model of simulation modeling based on the virtual ship assembly process was also established; furthermore, a method of information transformation between the ship three-dimensional design and ship construction plan was formulated. To meet the requirements of information sharing between different systems in the ship virtual assembly, a simulation database was created by using the software engineering design method and the relational data model. With the application of this database, the information of ship three-dimensional design, construction planning, and virtual assembly can be integrated into one system. Subsequently, this new method was applied as a tool to simulate the virtual assembly of a ship, and the results guarantee its rationality and reliability.
文摘Models for the design of assembly processes are considered. Various models for the voice control of an industrial robot are considered: a logical model, semantic networks, a frame model and Petri nets. It is shown that this set of models allows describing the process of designing the technological process for an industrial robot. The logical model of the technological process allows you to define logical relationships. A model based on semantic networks describes the relationship between assembly units in a detail. This allows you to determine the order and method of registration, as well as the mutual orientation of assembly units in the product. The frame model provides the ability to streamline the execution of the build process. A model based on Petri nets allows one to describe the type and sequence of technological transitions. Based on the proposed models, a method of voice control for an industrial robot is developed. The basic principles of voice control for an industrial robot are considered.

文摘The dynamic performance of a nozzle-flapper servo valve can be affected by several factors such as the disturbance of the input signal,the motion of the armature assembly and the oscillation of the jet force.As the part of vibrating at high frequency,the armature assembly plays a vital role during the operation of the servo valve.In order to accurately predict the transient response of the armature assembly during the vibration,a mathematical model of armature assembly is established based on the distributed parameters method(DPM)and Hamilton principle.The new mathematical model is composed of three main parts,the modal eigenfunction,modal mechanical response expressions of the spring tube and the motion equation of the other armature assembly.After programing,the purpose of using the DPM to predict the dynamic response of different positions located on the armature assembly is achieved.For verifying the validity of the mathematical model,the finite element method(FEM)and classic model(CM)of armature assembly are applicated by commercial software under the same condition.The comparison results prove that the DPM can effectively predict the axial and tangential deflection of the armature assembly different positions which the CM can’t duing to its over-simplification.A certain error is generated when predicting the axial deformation at different heights by DPM,which is caused by an approximate method to simulate the torsion of the spring tube.The comparison results of the spring tube deflection at different vibration frequencies shows that the adaptability of DPM is significantly higher than the classic model,which verify the model is more adaptable for predicting the dynamic response of the armature assembly.
文摘To support modular fixture assembly design in virtual environment,a multi-view based modular fixture virtual assembly model is proposed.Instead of squeezing all assembly related information into a single model,three complementary views of assembly model,element information,function and structure,and assembly relationship are proposed to be used.The first view contains the detailed element information,while the other two explicitly capture the hierarchical function relationships and mating relationships respectively.These views are complementary in the sense that each view only contains a specific aspect of assembly related information while together they include required assembly related information.The proposed assembly model is specialized to accommodate the features of modular fixture virtual assembly design and applied in our developed prototype system.

文摘To address the challenges of insufficient visualization in the industrial robot assembly operation system and the limitation of visualizing only geometric attributes of physical properties,a method is proposed for constructing an industrial robot assembly system based on virtual reality technology.Focusing on the shaft hole assembly,the mechanical characteristics of the industrial robot shaft hole assembly process are analyzed and a dynamic model is established for shaft hole assembly operations.The key elements of virtual assembly operations for industrial robots are summarized and a five-dimensional model is proposed for industrial robot virtual operations.Utilizing the Unity3D engine based on the 5-D model for industrial robot virtual operations,an industrial robot shaft hole assembly system is developed.This system enables virtual assembly operations,displays physical attributes,and provides valuable references for the research of virtual systems.

In addition, the models are proposed for operating assembly lineunder dynamic process environment in mass customization. A genetic approach is developed to providethe optimal solution to the models. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is evaluated with anindustrial application.
文摘This article, in order to improve the assembly of the high-pressure spool, presents an assembly variation identification method achieved by response surface method (RSM)-based model updating using IV-optimal designs. The method involves screening out non-relevant assembly parameters using IV-optimal designs and the preload of the joints is chosen as the input features and modal frequency is the only response feature. Emphasis is placed on the construction of response surface models including the interactions between the bolted joints by which the non-linear relationship between the assembly variation caused by the changes ofpreload and the output frequency variation is established. By achieving an optimal process of selected variables in the model, assembly variation can be identified. With a case study of the laboratory bolted disks as an example, the proposed method is verified and it gives enough accuracy in variation identification. It has been observed that the first-order response surface models considering the interactions between the bolted joints based on the IV-optimal criterion are adequate for assembly purposes.

文摘Based on features of dimension variation propagation in multi-station assembly processes,a new quality evaluation model of assembly processes is established. Firstly,the error source of multi-station assembly system is analyzed,the relationship of dimension variation propagation in multi-station assembly processes is studied and the state equation for variation propagation is constructed too. Then,the feature parameters which influence variation propagation and accumulation in multi-station assembly processes are found to evaluate quality characteristic of the assembly system. Through the derivation of equation on dimension variation propagation,station coefficient matrices which are combined and conversed to determine the max eigenvalue are educed. The max eigenvalue is multiplied by the weight coefficient to establish the quality evaluation model in multi-station assembly processes. Furthermore,assembly variation indexes are proposed to judge of the assembly technology process. Finally,through the practical example,the application of the model and assembly variation indexes are presented.

In this direction, the consideration of mixed-model assembly line balancing problem and implementing in industries plays a major role in improving organizational productivity. In this paper, the mixed model assembly line balancing problem with deterministic task times is considered. The authors made an attempt to develop a genetic algorithm for realistic design of the mixed-model assembly line balancing problem. The design is made using the originnal task times of the models, which is a realistic approach. Then, it is compared with the generally perceived design of the mixed-model assembly line balancing problem.
