Genetic Diversity of Maturity Related Genes of Soybean During One Centurial Artificial Selection in Northeast China

Maturity period is a critical trait in soybean breeding and determines the particularly ecological region of a cultivar.In present study,118 soybean varieties spanning three artificial breeding periods(1923-1970,the early breeding period;1971-1990,the mid-breeding period;and 1991-2010,the current breeding period)in northeast China were selected.Fourteen DNA-specified markers including cleaved amplified polymorphic sequences(CAPS),derived CAPS(d CAPS)and fragment length polymorphism(FLP)markers were filtered to analyze the genetic diversity from E1 to E4.The results were as the followings:the soybean varieties with more gene frequencies showed more gene diversities.Among the E genes,E1 and E3 genes showed more allelic diversities than E2,and E4 only had diversity in the early breeding period.During the artificial process,some alleles of E genes disappeared and some new ones were generated.More gene diversities were observed in soybean germplasms,and new excellent germplasms could be explored to improve yield traits in artificial breeding programs.Furthermore,six different E gene combinations were observed in the early breeding period,five in the mid-breeding period and 11 in the current breeding period.Three elite genotypes were identified through a century artificial selection,while new genotypes were also found in different breeding periods.Of them,e1-nle2e3-tr E4 was a new soybean genotype of extremely early maturity in the current breeding period,which was widely suitable for planting in 00 and 000 maturity groups.Moreover,significant correlation was found between E2 and E3,suggesting that light length and light quality were two key factors for soybean maturity in northeast China.The understanding of the E genes variation underlying soybean maturity could facilitate the procession to breed elite varieties adapted for diverse regions. 展开更多

Soil organic carbon(SOC)depletion caused by changes in land use is one of the main causes of rising atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2))levels.As such,pedometric approaches are essential for understanding SOC dynamics in forest restoration,which is crucial for mitigating climate change and sustaining ecosystem services.This review summarizes methodologies and advancements in pedometric approaches,focusing on their application in predicting SOC changes across various environments.It highlights the integration of pedometric methods involving spatiotemporal and vertical modeling tools,such as spatially explicit models and geospatial models,to improve soil carbon(C)stock estimates.These methods utilize advanced statistical techniques and remote sensing technologies to model soil properties and predict soil C dynamics across different spatiotemporal scales.The Century model,noted for its effectiveness in simulating long-term SOC drivers under various restoration scenarios,provides critical insights into sustainable forest management.This review evaluates potential solutions for understanding how C evolves over time and under different forest management practices,including afforestation and selective logging.In addition,the review identifies knowledge gaps,such as the need for improved models to predict soil C stocks under diverse environmental conditions accurately.Addressing these gaps through enhanced pedometric models and evaluation efforts is crucial for informing effective soil management strategies and supporting global climate change mitigation initiatives through forest restoration.Integrating pedometric approaches with spatial modeling tools provides a robust framework for guiding forest restoration decision-making and enhancing ecosystem resilience against climate change. 展开更多

估算潜在地上净初级生产力(ANPP)可为草地适应性管理提供决策依据。基于气候、土壤和植被数据,采用CENTURY模型与因子分析法,探究2000-2020年祁连山草地ANPP动态变化及其对气候因子的响应。结果表明:植物生长最适与最高温度是模型敏感参... 估算潜在地上净初级生产力(ANPP)可为草地适应性管理提供决策依据。基于气候、土壤和植被数据,采用CENTURY模型与因子分析法,探究2000-2020年祁连山草地ANPP动态变化及其对气候因子的响应。结果表明:植物生长最适与最高温度是模型敏感参数,且ANPP对两种温度的响应相反。ANPP模拟值与实测值较为吻合,相关系数在高寒草甸、高寒草原、高寒荒漠、温性草原和温性荒漠分别为0.87、0.82、0.77、0.66和0.73,说明模型适用性较好。研究时段内,各草地类型ANPP均呈增加趋势,高寒草甸ANPP增加速率最高,为1.21g·(m^(2)·a)^(-1)。此外,研究区年均温和年降水量显著增加,年太阳辐射显著减少。ANPP与年均温和年降水量显著正相关,与年太阳辐射显著负相关。ANPP与气温的相关性略高于降水和太阳辐射。研究结果证实,暖湿化气候可能导致近20年来祁连山草地ANPP增加,各草地类型ANPP增加速率存在差异,应抢抓有利气候条件,以ANPP大小及其变化指导草地保护修复,筑牢祁连山生态屏障。 展开更多

目的探讨全身麻醉下实施腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者Century clot分析仪检测参数和常规凝血功能检测参数的相关性。方法回顾性选取2021年12月至2024年5月北京大学国际医院在全身麻醉下实施腹膜后肿瘤切除术的患者145例。记录患者入室时和手术... 目的探讨全身麻醉下实施腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者Century clot分析仪检测参数和常规凝血功能检测参数的相关性。方法回顾性选取2021年12月至2024年5月北京大学国际医院在全身麻醉下实施腹膜后肿瘤切除术的患者145例。记录患者入室时和手术结束时Century clot分析仪检测参数,即激活凝血时间(activated clotting time,ACT)、凝血速率(clot rate,CR)和血小板功能(platelet function,PF),术前和术后当日或第1天的常规凝血功能检测参数,即PT、APTT、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、FIB和PLT;采用Pearson相关性分析患者术前及术后Century clot分析仪检测参数与常规凝血功能检测参数的相关性及Century clot分析仪各指标之间的相关性。结果145例患者中,男50例、女95例,年龄24~78岁,平均(54.7±12.4)岁,身高平均(163.3±8.0)cm,体质量平均(63.6±13.2)kg,麻醉时间平均(331.4±89.6)min。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,术前及术后ACT与APTT呈正相关;CR与FIB和PLT呈正相关;PF与FIB和PLT呈正相关。术前及术后CR与PF呈正相关,与ACT呈负相关。结论在腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者中,Century clot分析仪检测参数与常规凝血功能检测参数具有显著相关性和一致性,能够对患者围术期出凝血功能做出较为快速、准确的检测,可用作目标导向性输血管理的辅助监测手段。 展开更多

Background:This essay examines how nineteenth-century Anglo-American physicians and scientists constructed racial hierarchies through theories of pain insensitivity,advancing the notion of“organic insensibility”to pathologize the bodies-particularly the crania,epidermis,and reproductive organs-of American Indians,African Americans,and East Asians.Methods:Drawing on medical texts,ethnographic accounts,and the writings of proslavery and colonial ideologues,the essay explores how perceptions of diminished pain sensitivity were used to justify settler colonialism,slavery,and imperialism from the period of Indian Removal to the expansion of the Cotton Kingdom and the Opium Wars.Results:Practices such as cranial deformation,parturient pain,surgical endurance,skin experiments,and foot binding,were racialized to support claims of biological inferiority and moral deficiency.Conclusion:Integrating insights from the history and philosophy of science and medicine,and phenomenology,the essay demonstrates how pain was not only a medical concern but a political feeling-central to the denial of full humanity to racialized populations. 展开更多

青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统土壤有机碳动态模拟研究 被引量:46

利用高寒草甸区植被、土壤和气候等资料,借助Century模型研究了青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统土壤有机碳的动态。以2003年7月-2005年7月逐月气象观测资料为输入变量,模拟了自然条件下高寒矮嵩草草甸0-20cm土壤微生物呼吸CO2-C通量季节变化... 利用高寒草甸区植被、土壤和气候等资料,借助Century模型研究了青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统土壤有机碳的动态。以2003年7月-2005年7月逐月气象观测资料为输入变量,模拟了自然条件下高寒矮嵩草草甸0-20cm土壤微生物呼吸CO2-C通量季节变化。模拟值与观测值进行的回归分析显示,二者具有较好的一致性(R2=0.89,P〈0.05)。土壤有机碳动态模拟表明:1)自然条件下高寒草甸土壤有机碳在经历了一个快速积累过程后,积累速率逐渐趋于缓和,最终达到并接近稳定状态。稳定状态下0-20 cm土壤总有机碳库约7 597.50-7 694.10g C/m2。其中活性、缓性和惰性土壤有机碳组分占土壤总有机碳储量的2.80%,58.50%和38.70%。2)过去45年(1960-2005)高寒草甸土壤有机碳呈振幅较为稳定的波动变化,但这种变化主要是土壤有机碳各组分波动变化的结果。气候波动对土壤有机碳影响主要与温度变化引起的惰性土壤有机碳库的变化有关,二者呈显著负相关(r=-0.548,P〈0.01)。降水量对土壤有机碳及有机碳各组分的影响不显著。 展开更多

火作为森林生态系统重要的自然干扰因子之一,对森林的碳动态有着不可忽视的影响.本研究使用CENTURY模型模拟了大兴安岭呼中林区兴安落叶松林的碳收支对不同强度火烧的响应.结果表明:在不同强度火烧后,土壤总碳库呈先升后降再逐渐恢复的... 火作为森林生态系统重要的自然干扰因子之一,对森林的碳动态有着不可忽视的影响.本研究使用CENTURY模型模拟了大兴安岭呼中林区兴安落叶松林的碳收支对不同强度火烧的响应.结果表明:在不同强度火烧后,土壤总碳库呈先升后降再逐渐恢复的变化趋势,而林分生物碳库则先降后升,其中,林分细小组分碳库的恢复速度明显快于大组分,各碳库的波动程度随火烧强度的增大而增大.森林植被的净初级生产力(NPP)和土壤异养呼吸在火后均先降后升,但NPP的恢复快于土壤异养呼吸,二者的动态变化改变了林分的碳源/汇作用.轻微火烧后,兴安落叶松林仍表现为弱碳汇,并很快恢复到火前水平;其他强度的火烧使兴安落叶松林在短期内(9"12年)表现为碳源,随后逐渐转为碳汇.较低强度的林火不仅可以促进落叶松林的更新、减少死可燃物,也不会对林分的碳汇功能造成太大影响;高强度的严重林火对土壤和林木碳库造成严重损失,延缓森林的恢复,并可使林分表现为较长时间的碳源. 展开更多
