However, the centralized procurement mode of gas enterprises has gradually deepened from the simple bundle procurement to the standardized and scientific centralized procurement supply chain mode. Based on the summary and analysis of the material centralized purchase mode of a medium-sized city gas group in recent ten years, this paper further explores the idea of the construction of centralized purchase supply chain.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of quality nursing in the management of reusable instruments in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).Methods:Eleven nurses from the CSSD department were selected from Jan...Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of quality nursing in the management of reusable instruments in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).Methods:Eleven nurses from the CSSD department were selected from January to October 2024,and quality nursing activities were implemented in the management of reusable instruments.The completion of quality indicators was analyzed.The instrument quality management scores,department satisfaction,and nurses’professional ability scores before and after nursing management were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the qualified rates of initial cleaning and final cleaning of sterilization instruments were 99.66%and 100%,respectively.The qualified rate of packaging was 99.97%,the wet package rate was 0.1‰,the loading qualified rate was 99.88%,and the qualified rate of distribution was 99.99%.After nursing intervention,the nurses’instrument quality management scores,department satisfaction,and nurses’professional ability scores were all higher than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing activities can improve the cleaning,packaging,and sterilization qualified rates of reusable instruments in the CSSD,enhance the effect of instrument quality management,obtain higher department satisfaction from nurses,cultivate their professional abilities,and possess significant nursing management advantages.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle on the central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods:The control group and the observation group each consisted of 180 instruments received by the sterilizat...Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle on the central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods:The control group and the observation group each consisted of 180 instruments received by the sterilization supply center from January to March 2023 and 11 CSSD staff.The control group underwent routine management while quality control circle was implemented in the observation group.The quality of work,disinfection and sterilization qualification rates,disinfection and sterilization of various instruments,cleaning indicators,and management satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results:The observation group scored higher in terms of work quality,the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization in each link,the disinfection and sterilization of instruments,and cleaning indicators compared to the control group.Besides,the management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A quality control circle ensures the quality of work,improves the cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization of instruments of the CSSD,and improves the management satisfaction of the CSSD staff.展开更多
Supply chain management coordinates different strategies for the production system.The manufacturer requires some incentive schemes to motivate the retailer to change his policy,optimal for the whole system.This paper...Supply chain management coordinates different strategies for the production system.The manufacturer requires some incentive schemes to motivate the retailer to change his policy,optimal for the whole system.This paper suggests a discount mechanism by which companies can coordinate their ordering and pricing strategies throughout a supply chain model with a single manufacturer and single retailer.Also,the demand curve is iso-elastic price sensitive.Channel members have decided their selling price and order quantity jointly and independently to maximize the supply chain profit.A coordination mechanism is proposed based on quantity discounts to correlate pricing and ordering strategies simultaneously.The decentralized case is analyzed under the manufacturer-Stackelberg game approach.The result of numerical investigation shows that the suggested discount mechanism has improved the supply chain profit as well as each channel member’s profit in comparison with the centralized and decentralized decisions without discount.展开更多
