Following t...In the developing phase of typhoon formation, the spiral belt partly emerges in satellite cloud images. This research starts from images and moves on to graphics and then to representation and recognition. Following this route, local spiral cloud belt is segmented from the raw images using image segmentation, the spiral information is extracted using mathematic morphology, and local spiral curves are detected using Hough transformation. The problem of center locating of developing typhoon has finally been solved through a search algorithm of spiral curve. For No. 99082008 cloud image, the result produced by the algorithm in this paper is at 122..3 degree west longitude, 117.5 degree north latitude. The real typhoon center location was at 122.4 degree west longitude, 18 degree north latitude.展开更多
The railways have significantly contributed to the economic development of the city.However,with the evolution of the city and adjustments in the industrial structure,the relocation and rerouting of major railway trun...The railways have significantly contributed to the economic development of the city.However,with the evolution of the city and adjustments in the industrial structure,the relocation and rerouting of major railway trunk lines have resulted in the abandonment of numerous urban railways.The abandoned railways,resulting from inadequate management,have transformed into sites for waste disposal and are particularly vulnerable to environmental issues,including land pollution,degradation of vegetation cover,and a decline in ecological diversity.Abandoned railways in urban centers significantly hinder transportation connectivity and adversely influence the aesthetic appeal of the city.The landscape transformation of these abandoned railways is of paramount importance in the context of urban renewal.These railway sites possess significant potential for stock utilization as specialized,underutilized spaces.Through the processes of re-planning,integration,and renewal,previously underutilized spaces can be revitalized and incorporated into the urban landscape in innovative ways.This approach not only enhances the availability of green leisure areas for residents but also contributes to the realization of sustainable urban development.展开更多

The main solutions are obtained in covariant form: the gyrating particle and the guiding particle solutions, both in gyro-kinetic as in MHD orderings. Moreover, the presence of a gravitational field is also considered. The way to introduce the gravitational field is original and based on the Einstein conjecture on the feasibility to extend the general relativity theory to include electromagnetism by geometry, if applied to the extended phase space. In gyro-kinetic theory, some interesting novelties appear in a natural way, such as the exactness of the conservation of a magnetic moment, or the fact that the gyro-phase is treated as the non observable fifth dimension of the Kaluza-Klein model. Electrodynamics becomes non local, without the inconsistency of self-energy. Finally, the gyrocenter transformation is considered in the presence of stochastic e.m. fluctuations for explaining quantum behaviors via Nelson’s approach. Micron-scale face-centered cubic titanium phase(named as δ phase) were noticed in the re-melted zone of laser surface re-melted commercially pure titanium plate.The morphology,sub-structure,orientation and distribu...Micron-scale face-centered cubic titanium phase(named as δ phase) were noticed in the re-melted zone of laser surface re-melted commercially pure titanium plate.The morphology,sub-structure,orientation and distribution of δ phase were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,electron back-scattered diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.Three kind formation processes of δ phase were put forward based on the investigation.The first one is α'→δ transformation which takes place in single α'grains and leads to the orientation relationship {001}δ//{0001}α'〈 110 〉 δ//〈 112^-0 〉α'.The second one is β→α'+ δ transformation which takes place at α'/α'interfaces and leads to the orientation relationship{001}δ//{11^-0}β〈110〉 δ//〈111〉β.The third one is another kind of β→α'+ δ transformation that takes place at α'/α'interfaces and leads to the orientation relationship{11^-1}δ//{11^-0}β〈 110 〉 δ//〈 111 〈 β.It is believed that the transformations of δ phase are stress assistant ones and in the present investigation,the phase transformation stress of β→α'transformation acts as the assistant driving force for the formation of δ phase.展开更多
In order to extract the feature information of ultra wide-band (UWB) radio fuze target and give full play to the warhead's strike ability, a method based on polar Hough transform for scattering centers extraction ...In order to extract the feature information of ultra wide-band (UWB) radio fuze target and give full play to the warhead's strike ability, a method based on polar Hough transform for scattering centers extraction of the target was proposed in this paper. It firstly utilized the fuze scanning to obtain the distance and azimuth information of the target's main scattering centers at different times, i.e. the track information of scattering centers under the polar coordinates, then used the polar Hough transform to transform the track into the parameter space in order to accumulate the dots and drew 3-D parameter space diagram, in which the peak points corresponded to the target's scattering centers. The simulation results indicate that the method can not only extract scattering centers efficiently and accurately, but also has strong anti-noise performance, and the algorithm is simple and easy to be implemented in engineering.展开更多
