Permeable roads generally exhibit inferior mechanical properties and shorter service life than traditional dense-graded/impermeable roads.Furthermore,the incorporation of recycled aggregates in their construction may exacerbate these limitations.To address these issues,this study introduced a novel cement-stabilized permeable recycled aggregate material.A total of 162 beam specimens prepared with nine different levels of cement-aggregate ratio were tested to evaluate their permeability,bending load,and bending fatigue life.The experimental results indicate that increasing the content of recycled aggregates led to a reduction in both permeability and bending load.Additionally,the inclusion of recycled aggregates diminished the energy dissipation capacity of the specimens.These findings were used to establish a robust relationship between the initial damage in cement-stabilized permeable recycled aggregate material specimens and their fatigue life,and to propose a predictive model for their fatigue performance.Further,a method for assessing fatigue damage based on the evolution of fatigue-induced strain and energy dissipation was developed.The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the mechanical behavior and fatigue performance of cement-stabilized permeable recycled aggregate materials,offering guidance for the design of low-carbon-emission,permeable,and durable roadways incorporating recycled aggregates. 展开更多

This study meticulously examined the compaction and sulfate erosion resistance of cement-stabilized materials incorporating recycled brick-concrete aggregate (RBCA).To explore the effects of recycled brick aggregate (RBA) with varying particle sizes,three size ranges (4.75-9.5 mm,9.5-19 mm and 19-31.5 mm) were used to replace 20% of the corresponding particle sizes of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) in cement-stabilized materials.The findings indicated that cement-stabilized materials utilizing RBA and RCA exhibited a lower maximum dry density and a higher optimum moisture content than natural aggregate cement-stabilized materials.The use of RBA with a particle size of 4.75-9.5 mm resulted in a lower maximum dry density and a higher optimum moisture content than 9.5-19 mm and 19-31.5 mm.Furthermore,the 7-day unconfined compressive strength of RBCA cement-stabilized materials with RBA of 4.75-9.5 mm demonstrated superior results compared to those with larger particle sizes.Regarding sulfate erosion resistance,the mass loss and unconfined compressive strength loss of the RBCA cement-stabilized materials at 56 days were highest for the 19-31.5 mm particle size of the RBA.In terms of compaction and sulfate resistance,it is recommended to use 4.75-19 mm RBA in RBCA cement-stabilized materials. 展开更多

The base layer constructed by cement-stabilized macadam(CSM)has been widely used in highway construction due to its low elasticity deformation and high carrying capacity.As a bearing layer,the CSM base is not exempt from fatigue cracking under cyclic loading in the service process.Cracks in the base will create irreversible structural and functional deficiencies,such as the potential for reflective cracking of subsequently placed asphalt concrete overlays.The fracture of the base will shorten the service life of the pavement.The quality of the CSM base is directly related to the bearing capacity and integrity of the whole pavement structure.It is of practical significance to further study the fatigue failure behavior of CSM material for the long-term performance of the pavement.The CSM material is a typical heterogeneous multiphase composite.On the mesoscale,CSM consists of aggregate,cement mortar,pores,and the interface transitional zone(ITZ).On the microscale,the hardened mortar contains a large number of capillary pores,unhydrated particles,hydrated crystals,etc.,which makes the spatial distribution of its material properties stochastic.In addition,cement hydration,dry shrinkage,and temperature shrinkage can also produce micro-crack defects in cement mortar.These microcracks will have crossscale evolution under load,resulting in structural fracture.Macroscopic complex deformation and mechanical response are the reflections of its microscopic and even mesoscale composition and structure.This study summarized the existing studies on the mesoscopic properties of CSM materials,respectively from the three aspects of mesostructure,structural characterization,and mesoscale fatigue damage analysis,to help the development of long-life pavement.The future research direction is to explore the mesoscale characteristics of CSM using multiscale representation and analysis methods,to establish the connection between mesoscale characteristics and macroscopic mechanical properties. 展开更多

The influence of curing temperature on the strength development of cement-stabilized mud has been well documented in terms of strength-increase rate and ultimate strength.However,the strength development model is not mature for the extremely early stages.In addition,there is a lack of studies on quality control methods based on early-stage strength development.This paper presents a strength model for cement-stabilized mud to address these gaps,considering various curing temperatures and early-stage behaviors.In this study,a series of laboratory experiments was conducted on two types of muds treated with Portland blast furnace cement and ordinary Portland cement under four different temperatures.The results indicate that elevated temperatures expedite strength development and lead to higher long-term strength.The proposed model,which combines a three-step conversion process and a hyperbolic model at the reference temperature,enables accurate estimate of the strength development for cement-treated mud with any proportions cured under various temperatures.With this model,a practical early quality control method is introduced for applying cement-stabilized mud in field projects.The back-analysis parameters obtained from a 36-h investigation at temperature of 60C demonstrated a sufficient accuracy in predicting strength levels in practical applications. 展开更多

为应对孟加拉国石料匮乏,依赖进口导致公路建设成本较高的问题,同时基于该国黏土烧结砖产量大、建筑固废量多的现状,研究利用砖渣骨料和再生骨料替代级配碎石对降低公路建设成本具有重要意义。该文采用生命周期分析方法,建立了级配碎石... 为应对孟加拉国石料匮乏,依赖进口导致公路建设成本较高的问题,同时基于该国黏土烧结砖产量大、建筑固废量多的现状,研究利用砖渣骨料和再生骨料替代级配碎石对降低公路建设成本具有重要意义。该文采用生命周期分析方法,建立了级配碎石、砖渣骨料和再生骨料的环境影响清单,应用BEPAS模型量化分析了两种替代方案的环境影响,综合评价了环境及经济效益。结果显示:砖渣骨料的环境收益代价比为0.017,而再生骨料为3.762,表明砖渣骨料的环境收益远低于其产生的环境代价,而再生骨料的环境收益明显高于环境代价,环境效益显著。经济效益方面,砖渣骨料替代方案的路面建设成本下降28.40%,而再生骨料成本可进一步降低至10%以下,经济效益更为显著。 展开更多

Performance evaluation and optimization of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures using dual-recycled RAP and RAI materials

In recent years,the amount of waste generated during milling has increased dramatically,and improper disposal poses a significant environmental challenge.To mitigate environmental pollution and enhance the road performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures(ECRM),this study employed recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)and reclaimed inorganic binder stabilized aggregate(RAI)as dual recycled materials for ECRM preparation.The blending ratios of reclaimed base and surface layer mixtures significantly influence ECRM's performance,with adjusted proportions substantially improving compressive strength and dynamic modulus.Firstly,three distinct proportioning options were developed for the recycled materials.Mix designs incorporating varying RAP/RAI ratios were used to determine the optimal mix parameters:moisture content,cement dosage,and emulsified asphalt content.Subsequently,comprehensive performance evaluations were conducted through high-temperature wheel tracking tests,freeze-thaw splitting tests,uniaxial compression tests,and dynamic modulus measurements to analyze the pavement characteristics of the three ECRM formulations.Experimental results demonstrate:Compared with ECRM with a blending ratio of RAP:RAI:new aggregate=30:50:20(Option 1),the dynamic stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,compressive strength,and compressive resilient modulus of ECRM under Option 3(RAP:RAI:new aggregate=50:30:20)decreased by 31.8%,5.2%,16.4%,and 13.1%,respectively.This indicates that increasing RAP content while reducing RAI proportion enhances the tensile strength of ECRM,yet adversely affects its high-temperature stability,moisture resistance,and compressive performance.This work not only addresses the challenge of jointly utilizing asphalt pavement waste and base waste,but also provides a cost-effective and sustainable method for the stable application of milling material resources in road engineering. 展开更多

A total of 26 myopic patients (52 eyes) underwent laser in situ keratomileusis. In vivo confocal microscopy revealed that most of the regenerated corneal subbasal nerve fibers in the comeal flap originated from the stump of corneal subbasal nerve fibers outside the ablation zone and extended towards the center of the cornea in all patients. Meanwhile, new fibers were also found to directly regenerate from deep in the stroma in some cases. Approximately 94% of regenerated corneal subbasal nerve fibers (73/78 eyes) regrew vertically into the peripheral central 6-mm circle area 1 month after surgery, 78% (28/36 eyes) grew into the central 3 6 mm area at 2 months, and 23% into the central 3-mm circle area at 3 months. In addition, there was no significant difference in corneal subbasal nerve fiber regenerative capacity between the basic fibroblast growth factor group and the 20% (vN) deproteinized extract of calf blood group. The majority of corneal subbasal nerve fiber regeneration occurred from the stump of corneal subbasal nerve fibers outside the corneal flap and the remaining growth occurred deep within the stroma. 展开更多

为了更高效地提升生物酶对红砂岩土的固化效果,本文优化了室内试验的制件过程,即将红砂岩土筛分出目标粒径范围,并将生物酶定向作用于目标粒径范围(P≤2.36、P 2.36~4.75、P≥4.75)的红砂岩土体,对生物酶水泥复合固化红砂岩土试件进行... 为了更高效地提升生物酶对红砂岩土的固化效果,本文优化了室内试验的制件过程,即将红砂岩土筛分出目标粒径范围,并将生物酶定向作用于目标粒径范围(P≤2.36、P 2.36~4.75、P≥4.75)的红砂岩土体,对生物酶水泥复合固化红砂岩土试件进行了无侧限抗压强度、静态压缩弹性模量、劈裂强度和抗冲刷性能试验。此外,为进一步研究生物酶固化作用的影响因素,对粒径0.075 mm以下颗粒质量占粒径2.36 mm及以下颗粒总质量不同比例的土体开展了SEM表征,结果表明,粒径2.36 mm以下是生物酶水泥复合固化红砂岩的高效粒径范围,与常规掺入生物酶的制件工艺相比,生物酶定向作用于红砂岩土的高效粒径范围可以进一步提升试件的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度以及静态压缩弹性模量,并大幅降低冲刷引起的质量损失。微观试验结果表明,黏土物质含量会显著影响生物酶固化效果,且0.075 mm以下土体占比对土体表面形貌影响明显,建议将生物酶应用于固化红砂岩土时改进其施工工艺,使生物酶只用于粒径2.36 mm以下土体。 展开更多

With the vigorous development of China's transportation industry,the mileage of high-grade highways based on semi rigid base layers has been increasing year by year.However,the commonly used material for semi rigid base layers,cement stabilized crushed stone mixture(hereinafter referred to as water stabilized mixture),often experiences segregation during mixing,transportation,and paving.Separation of water stabilized mixture can greatly reduce the service life of roads and cause damage to people's property,the traditional separation detection method that relies on manual experience has problems of low detection efficiency and low recognition accuracy.In order to solve these problems and assist in the modernization of road construction,this article proposes a separation recognition method for water stabilized mixtures based on deep learning.Firstly,a database of segregation diseases of water stabilized mixture was built.Secondly,the control tests were set up by standard fine-tuning and feature extraction,and four different optimizers were set up respectively.By comparing accuracy,loss,precision,recall and F1-score at the end of the pre-trained network,the overall recognition effect of ResNet-101 as the network model was better.Thirdly,the ResNet-101 model was optimized by SpotTune,replacing cross entropy loss with focus loss,adding PReLU to the pre-trained network and a BN layer to the top layer of the pre-trained network,and using 1×1.Convolutional replacement of the fully connected layer.Finally,build a web side water stabilized mixture segregation recognition platform,and its stability was verified in practical engineering. 展开更多

对比3种橡胶改性方式下的橡胶水稳碎石混合料,通过电镜扫描(scanning electron microscope,SEM)与能谱分析(energy dispersive spectrometry,EDS)选取最优的改性方法,对橡胶改性处理之后的水稳碎石混合料进行力学性能与收缩性能试验。... 对比3种橡胶改性方式下的橡胶水稳碎石混合料,通过电镜扫描(scanning electron microscope,SEM)与能谱分析(energy dispersive spectrometry,EDS)选取最优的改性方法,对橡胶改性处理之后的水稳碎石混合料进行力学性能与收缩性能试验。结果表明:经NaOH与硅烷偶联剂KH-570复合改性处理之后的橡胶水稳碎石混合料,其橡胶-水泥基体界面过渡区的平均裂缝宽度最小,水化硅酸钙凝胶生成比例最大,界面过渡区结构最为紧密。在水稳碎石混合料中掺入复合改性处理后的橡胶,能够大大减少因掺入橡胶颗粒对混合料带来的强度损失,材料的抗收缩性能也未因橡胶颗粒的改性处理而减弱。 展开更多

为评估黄金尾矿渣规模化应用于道路底基层的可行性,将水泥掺入黄金尾矿渣制备水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件,水泥的质量分数w分别为0、3%、5%、7%,对水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件分别进行直剪试验、固结试验、加州承载比(California bearing ration... 为评估黄金尾矿渣规模化应用于道路底基层的可行性,将水泥掺入黄金尾矿渣制备水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件,水泥的质量分数w分别为0、3%、5%、7%,对水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件分别进行直剪试验、固结试验、加州承载比(California bearing ration,CBR)试验、冻融循环试验,评估黄金尾矿渣作为道路底基层材料的可行性。结果表明:1)水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的正应力与抗剪强度均呈线性关系;w相同时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的抗剪强度随正应力的增大而线性增大;正应力相同时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的抗剪强度随w的增大先增大后减小;w=5%时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的抗剪强度最大。2)w相同时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的形变随固结时间的增加而缓慢增大;固结时间相同时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的形变随w的增大先减小后增大,w=5%时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的形变最小。3)压实度相同时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的加州承载比随w的增大先增大后减小;w相同时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的加州承载比随压实度的增大而增大;w=5%、压实度为95%时,加州承载比最大。4)冻融循环试验中,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的抗压强度和抗拉强度均随w的增大先增大后减小;在硫酸盐冻融条件下,未掺加水泥的黄金尾矿渣试件、w=5%的水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的抗压强度均随冻融循环次数的增大而减小,后者降幅明显减小;增大硫酸盐质量分数会加剧水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的受侵蚀程度,降低水泥改性黄金尾矿渣试件的抗压强度。w=5%时,水泥改性黄金尾矿渣可显著提高抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗变形和耐久性方面的性能,满足其在道路底基层的技术要求。 展开更多

顶管淤泥改良道路底基层材料配方机理研究

顶管施工中会产生大量淤泥,且这些淤泥具有含水率高、稳定性差、颗粒分布不均匀等特点。淤泥固化技术是解决工程施工废弃物再利用的重要手段,为提升淤泥固结体强度,探究稳定化药剂高效配方,采用胶砂强度试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、X射... 顶管施工中会产生大量淤泥,且这些淤泥具有含水率高、稳定性差、颗粒分布不均匀等特点。淤泥固化技术是解决工程施工废弃物再利用的重要手段,为提升淤泥固结体强度,探究稳定化药剂高效配方,采用胶砂强度试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、X射线衍射分析、比表面及孔径分析试验、FTIR傅里叶红外光谱分析,检测稳定化药剂和固结体强度,探究固结体物质组成变化规律、内部孔隙度变化和微观结构中分子键的变化。结果表明:以建筑垃圾、磷石膏和矿渣作为原料,选出满足国内固废基用于道路底基层材料强度要求的配比(顶管淤泥∶建筑垃圾∶磷石膏∶矿渣=0.40∶0.55∶0.015∶0.052),养护28 d后试样的含水率为1.32%~2.89%,抗压强度为3.3~6.6 MPa。 展开更多

“双碳”背景下建筑再生料固化稳定土在道路底基层中的应用研究

在国家“双碳”目标提出的大背景下,各行各业都在积极探寻实现绿色环保及可持续发展的创新路径。在工程建设行业,也都在竞相开展各项绿色创新技术,提升工程环保性和低碳性。以某公路项目为案例,尝试通过应用新材料、新工艺,对建筑再生... 在国家“双碳”目标提出的大背景下,各行各业都在积极探寻实现绿色环保及可持续发展的创新路径。在工程建设行业,也都在竞相开展各项绿色创新技术,提升工程环保性和低碳性。以某公路项目为案例,尝试通过应用新材料、新工艺,对建筑再生料固化稳定土底基层技术方案进行实践研究。试验结果显示:建筑再生料固化稳定土段的弯沉平均值为56.9(0.01 mm),远小于普通固化稳定土段弯沉的93.1(0.01 mm)。经济技术分析也表明建筑再生料固化稳定土底基层具有明显的价格优势,比水泥稳定碎石单价低30~40元/m^(3),不仅能大幅降低工程造价,而且还能简化施工程序、有效缩短工期,因此该技术是一项环保低碳、施工简便、经济可靠的技术方案,有一定的应用价值。研究成果望能为道路工程建设的绿色转型拓展思路,并积累经验。 展开更多
