Structural elucidation of a new cembranoid diterpene from the Chinese soft coral Sarcophyton sp.

Repeatedly column chromatography was performed for the isolation and purification. The structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectral data (IR, MS, 1 D- and 2D-NMR) analysis by comparing with literature data. A new cembranoid diterpene namely sarcophyolide A (1), together with 7a, 8β-dihydroxydeepoxysarcophine (2) were isolated from this species. The cembranoid diterpenes with 7-1actone could be chemotaxonomic markers of Sarcophyton sp. 展开更多

Soft corals are well-known as excellent sources of marine-derived natural products.Among them,members of the genera Sar-cophyton,Sinularia,and Lobophytum are especially attractive targets for marine natural product research.In this review,we reported the marine-derived natural products called cembranoids isolated from soft corals,including the genera Sarcophyton,Sinularia,and Lobophytum.Here,we reviewed 72 reports published between 2016 and 2020,comprising 360 compounds,of which 260 are new compounds and 100 are previously known compounds with newly recognized activities.The novelty of the organic molecules and their relevant biological activities,delivered by the year of publication,are presented.Among the genera presented in this report,Sarcophyton spp.produce the most cembranoid diterpenes;thus,they are considered as the most important soft corals for marine natural product research.Cembranoids display diverse biological activities,includ-ing anti-cancer,anti-bacterial,and anti-inflammatory.As cembranoids have been credited with a broad range of biological activities,they present a huge potential for the development of various drugs with potential health and ecological benefits. 展开更多

Main observation and conclusion Four new cembranoids,6-oxo-cembrene-A(1),lobocrassins G-H(2-3),and 14-epi-lobophytolide B(4),along with eight known re-lated compounds(5-12),were isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Lobophytum crassum.Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis and by comparison of the spectral data with those reported in the literatures.The absolute stere-ochemistry of 14-epi-lobophytolide B(4)was established by time-dependent density functional theory electronic circular dichroism(TDDFT-ECD)calculations,whereas that of three known metabolites(6,11 and 12)was also determined,for the first time,by using modified Mosher's method and/or X-ray diffraction analyses.In bioassay,the cembranoids 6,7 and 12 showed significant an-ti-tumoral activity against A549,HT-29,SNU-398 and Capan-1 tumor cell lines with IC_(50) values ranging from 1.5 to 7.4μmol/L.A pre-liminary structure-activity relationship was also discussed. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents and biological activities of soft coral Lemnalia sp.from the South China Sea.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.The structures of all compounds were elucidated by using the modern spectrum analysis methods and comparison with the literature data.The antibacterial,immunosuppressive,and enzyme inhibitory activities of these compounds were evaluated.Results A new cembranoid diterpene,lemnaliaterpenoid A(1),and three known compounds,sinulaparvalide A(2),dihydrosinuflexolide(3),and capillolide(4)were isolated from the soft coral Lemnalia sp..Compound 1 showed antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli with minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)values of 16,16μg/mL,respectively.Compounds 1−3 displayed immunosuppressive activity against ConA-induced T cell(Jurkat cell)proliferation with inhibitory rates of 64.0%,67.8%,and 49.4%,respectively,at a concentration of 5μg/mL.Compounds 1−4 did not demonstrate enzyme inhibitory activity against the aldose reductase.Conclusion Four diterpenoid compounds were isolated from the soft coral Lemnalia sp.derived from the South China Sea,including one new cembranoid diterpene.Among them,the new compound 1 exhibitsed antibacterial and cytotoxic activities.The soft coral Lemnalia sp.from the South China Sea were prolific resources that produced structurally novel and biologically active secondary metabolites. 展开更多

中外烤烟烟叶中挥发性香气物质的对比分析 被引量:54

以河南、湖南、云南、贵州、吉林与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶为材料,采用美国HP5890Ⅱ-5972气质联用仪定性、内标定量法对国内不同香气风格烤烟与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中中性挥发性香气物质组成和含量进行了对比分析。结果表明:在所检测出的29种中... 以河南、湖南、云南、贵州、吉林与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶为材料,采用美国HP5890Ⅱ-5972气质联用仪定性、内标定量法对国内不同香气风格烤烟与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中中性挥发性香气物质组成和含量进行了对比分析。结果表明:在所检测出的29种中性挥发性致香物质中,津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中12种香气物质含量最高,其中11种明显高于国内烟叶,如3,4-二甲基-2,5-呋喃二酮、2-乙酰基吡咯、巨豆三烯酮(A、B、C、D)、2-壬烯醛、螺岩兰草酮等,其烤烟烟叶质量和风格表现出显著的焦甜香气息,香气浓郁。国内河南、湖南等浓香风格烤烟内茄酮、糠醛、糠醇、乙酰基呋喃、2-乙酰基吡咯等西柏烷类降解产物和棕色化反应产物含量较高;云南等清香型烤烟中β-大马酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯和3-羟基-β-二氢大马酮等类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量较高。 展开更多

综合运用各种色谱手段,分离纯化了乳白肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton glaucum的化学成分。结合波谱数据、文献数据对比和理化性质等,从中共分离鉴定了9个西松烷型二萜类化合物,分别是sefsarcophinolide(1)、(+)-isosarcophine(2)、sarco-milita... 综合运用各种色谱手段,分离纯化了乳白肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton glaucum的化学成分。结合波谱数据、文献数据对比和理化性质等,从中共分离鉴定了9个西松烷型二萜类化合物,分别是sefsarcophinolide(1)、(+)-isosarcophine(2)、sarco-militatin D(3)、sarcophytonolide J(4)、(1S,3E,7E,13S)-11,12-epoxycembra-3,7,15-triene-13-ol(5)、sarcophytonin B(6)、(-)-eunicenone(7)、lobophytin B(8)和arbolide C(9),其中化合物1为新化合物。生物活性测试结果表明,化合物2~6显示出微弱乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,化合物5对肿瘤细胞K562具有微弱的细胞毒活性。 展开更多
