Doping effects of manganese (Mn) on catalytic performance and structure evolution of NiMgO catalysts for synthesis of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) from methane were investigated for the first time. Addition of Mn in NiMgO catalyst can greatly improve the MWCNTs yield. Mno.2NiMgO catalyst among the tested ones gives the highest MWCNTs yield as 2244%, which is two times higher than that of the catalyst without Mn. The structure evolution, reduction behaviors and surface chemical properties of MnNiMgO catalysts with various Mn contents were studied in detail. It was found that the stable solid solution of NiMgO2 formed in NiMgO catalyst was disturbed by the addition of Mn. Instead, another solid solution of MnMg608 is formed. More amount of Ni can be reduced and dispersed on the catalyst surface to be acted as active sites. Importantly, the changes of Ni content on the surface are correlated with the Ni particle size and the outer diameter of MWCNTs, suggesting the controllable synthesis of MWCNTs over MnNiMgO catalysts. 展开更多

A series of LaAl 1-xFe xO 3 catalysts prepared with lanthanum nitrate, aluminium nitrate and iron nitrate was investigated in catalytical syntheses of carbon nanotubes with high yields and purity. The properties of carbon nanotubes prepared by the method of CVD(chemical vapor deposition) with n-hexane as the carbon resource were studied and it was shown that the diameter of carbon nanotubes can be controlled by the molar ratio of iron to aluminum in the catalysts and that the diameter of carbon nanotubes changes a little with the decrease of the iron content in the catalysts. From the TEM pictures of carbon nanotubes, it can be found that the LaAl 1-xFe xO 3 catalysts have a significant influence on the wall thickness of the carbon nanotubes, whereas they have little influence on the inner diameter of the carbon nanotubes. 展开更多

In this system, heteropolytungstate [C7H7N(CH3)3]9PW9O34 was used for catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 as the oxidant. The conversion of H2O2 was 100% and the yield of cyclohexene oxide was 87.1% based on cyclohexene. Infrared spectra showed that both fresh catalyst and the recovered catalyst do have completely same absorption peak, indicating the structure of catalyst is very stability and can be recycled. 展开更多

When a small amount of CuCl2/ Me6TREN was added, the controllability of the polymerization over the iron-mediated catalyst was significantly improved(Mw/Mn = 1.23-1.73 ), affording a polymer with a low residual metal via a simple catalyst separation procedure. After suitable regeneration, the supported iron catalyst could also he recycled. UV-Vis analysis showed that the additional copper catalyst could facilitate the radical deactivation process. 展开更多

To have uniform nanoparticles individually dispersed on substrate before single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)growth at high temperature is the key for controlling the diameter of the SWNTs.In this letter,a facile approach to control the diameter and distribution of the SWNTs by improving the dispersion of the uniform Fe/Mo nanoparticles on silicon wafers with silica layer chemically modified by 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyldisilazane under different conditions is reported.It is found that the dispersion of the catalyst nanoparticles on Si wafer surface can be improved greatly from hydrophilic to hydrophobic,and the diameter and distribution of the SWNTs depend strongly on the dispersion of the catalyst on the substrate surface.Well dispersion of the catalyst results in relatively smaller diameter and narrower distribution of the SWNTs due to the decrease of aggregation and enhancement of dispersion of the catalyst nanoparticles before growth.It is also found that the diameter of the superlong aligned SWNTs is smaller with more narrow distribution than that of random nanotubes. 展开更多

为了研究电加热载体(electrically heating catalyst,EHC)加热策略对后处理系统主动再生性能和NO_(x)转化效率的影响,按照当前国家第六阶段机动车污染物排放标准重型发动机台架测试的方法,设计了柴油机氧化催化器(diesel oxidation cata... 为了研究电加热载体(electrically heating catalyst,EHC)加热策略对后处理系统主动再生性能和NO_(x)转化效率的影响,按照当前国家第六阶段机动车污染物排放标准重型发动机台架测试的方法,设计了柴油机氧化催化器(diesel oxidation catalyst,DOC)温升能力测试方案,通过全球统一轻型车辆试验循环(worldwide harmonized light vehicles test cycle,WHTC)测试完成验证。结果表明:采用EHC可以显著提高DOC的温升特性,在更加苛刻的发动机工况下能快速起燃,从而可以优化DOC的体积或贵金属用量。在WHTC冷热态循环测试中,由于EHC的辅助加热作用,NO_(x)尾气排放最多可分别降低59.3%和84.0%。EHC也会带来一定的能耗增加,为兼顾EHC的能耗和后处理系统的NO_(x)排放,合理的加热策略应当是:EHC只在发动机冷起动和发动机负荷突然增加的阶段工作,且以较大功率输出。 展开更多

A series of manganese-promoted MgAlFe mixed oxides, used as sulfur transfer catalysts, were prepared by acid-processed gelatin method and characterized by TGA-DTA, XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and FT-IR techniques. It was found that the sulfur transfer catalysts with 0.5?3.0 wt% manganese showed its good dispersion in the precursor. The novel Mn/MgAlFe catalysts with 0.5?5.0 wt% manganese oxide showed a high oxidative adsorption rate and sulfur adsorption capacity, and 5.0 wt% Mn/MgAlFe sample was superior to the others for SO2 removal. Moreover, the presence of CO had no obvious effect on the adsorption activity of sulfur transfer catalysts for SO2 uptake. 展开更多

The durability of three-way catalyst (TWC) and corresponding close-coupled catalyst (CCC) for Euro Ⅳ stage regulation was investigated through Vehicle Road Running Mode tests, whereas emissions of regulated pollutants of three car fleet were investigated at every 100,000 km miles. The results showed that HC, NOx, and CO emission values could meet Euro Ⅳ regulation limits at every point. The redox properties of TWC and CCC were measured by CO reduction during each isothermal. It was obvious that both aged TWC and aged CCC behaved a good redox property at 673 and 773 K. Based on XRD and BET measurement results, TWC and CCC washcoat were characterized with good thermal stability. 展开更多

目的 探讨在应用主动呼吸控制(Active Breathing Control,ABC)技术的左侧乳腺癌深吸气屏气(Deep Inspiration Breath Hold,DIBH)放疗中,使用光学体表追踪技术监测屏气的有效性和体位的重复性效果,以保证患者在放疗中吸气方式一致和体位... 目的 探讨在应用主动呼吸控制(Active Breathing Control,ABC)技术的左侧乳腺癌深吸气屏气(Deep Inspiration Breath Hold,DIBH)放疗中,使用光学体表追踪技术监测屏气的有效性和体位的重复性效果,以保证患者在放疗中吸气方式一致和体位不变,提高放射治疗的精确性。方法 选取应用ABC技术放疗的23例左侧乳腺癌患者为研究对象,以Catalyst进行治疗中DIBH体位监测,以分次内锥形束计算机断层扫描(Cone Beam Computed Tomography,CBCT)为参考标准,分别记录二者误差数据,应用Pearson法和Bland-Altman法分别评估两组误差的相关性和两种系统的一致性。将光学体表监测值与CBCT配准误差值之间的差值定义为Catalyst体表监测精度。结果 Catalyst监测在左右(x轴)方向、头脚(y轴)方向和前后(z轴)方向误差分别为(0.08±1.04)、(1.44±2.15)、(0.45±1.69)mm,CBCT配准误差分别为(0.15±1.15)、(1.51±2.28)、(0.44±1.81)mm。x轴方向和z轴方向相关系数r值分别为0.60、0.77,呈强相关;y轴方向r值为0.82,呈极强相关。二者95%CI值在x、y与z轴方向分别为[-2.01,1.86]、[-2.69,2.57]、[-2.32,2.34] mm,Catalyst监测精度在x、y、z轴方向分别为(-0.08±0.99)、(-0.06±1.34)、(0.01±1.19)mm。结论 Catalyst可有效监测使用ABC进行治疗左侧乳腺癌患者的屏气状态,能准确且实时监测患者位置,提高治疗精确度,具有临床应用价值。 展开更多

Selective Catalyst Reduction(SCR)Urea Dosing System(UDS)directly affects the system accuracy and the dynamic response performance of a vehicle.However,the UDS dynamic response is hard to keep up with the changes of the engine's operating conditions.That will lead to low NO_χconversion efficiency or NH_3 slip.In order to optimize the injection accuracy and the response speed of the UDS in dynamic conditions,an advanced control strategy based on an air-assisted volumetric UDS is presented.It covers the methods of flow compensation and switching working conditions.The strategy is authenticated on an UDS and tested in different dynamic conditions.The result shows that the control strategy discussed results in higher dynamic accuracy and faster dynamic response speed of UDS.The inject deviation range is improved from being between-8%and 10%to-4%and 2%and became more stable than before,and the dynamic response time was shortened from 200 ms to 150 ms.The ETC cycle result shows that after using the new strategy the NH_3 emission is reduced by 60%,and the NO_χemission remains almost unchanged.The trade-off between NO_χconversion efficiency and NH_3 slip is mitigated.The studied flow compensation and switching working conditions can improve the dynamic performance of the UDS significantly and make the UDS dynamic response keep up with the changes of the engine's operating conditions quickly. 展开更多

随着工业文明的迅速发展,能源消耗和环境污染问题日益突出,其中CO_(2)的过量排放导致的环境问题对全球的经济造成很大的损失。如何减少和更高效的利用CO_(2)成为全球的焦点,在此背景下,CO_(2)催化加氢制甲醇技术因其“碳循环闭合”特性... 随着工业文明的迅速发展,能源消耗和环境污染问题日益突出,其中CO_(2)的过量排放导致的环境问题对全球的经济造成很大的损失。如何减少和更高效的利用CO_(2)成为全球的焦点,在此背景下,CO_(2)催化加氢制甲醇技术因其“碳循环闭合”特性备受关注。铜基催化剂在CO_(2)加氢制甲醇领域具有广泛的工业应用潜力,在传统的铜基催化剂中,金属铜作为活性位点分散于金属氧化物载体表面。近年研究表明氧化物载体不仅是金属活性成分的惰性基底,还能够直接参与催化反应。为了系统的了解金属氧化物种类对CO_(2)加氢制甲醇的调控机制,采用有序大孔模板法制备了一系列的大孔Cu负载常见金属氧化物的催化剂。通过SEM和TEM观察到每个催化剂都具有三维有序大孔结构,孔径大小为220 nm。XRD显示催化剂中的铜元素由CuO被还原为金属Cu,经过反应100 h之后铜元素还是以金属Cu的形式存在,且金属载体Cu颗粒略微变大,说明催化剂的结构稳定。通过XPS去了解催化剂表面的表面结构特性,结果显示,分散在载体Cu上的小颗粒金属氧化物呈现出与块状金属氧化物不同的结构特性。通过CO_(2)-TPD和NH_(3)-TPD表明,在ZrO_(2)-9Cu催化剂中存在强碱性位点,其抑制了活性中间产物的吸附,从而导致甲醇选择性最低(63.8%),在Cr_(2)O_(3)-9Cu催化剂中存在过多的强酸性位点,其抑制了甲醇的产率,导致甲醇的产率最低(66.58 gMeOH/(kgcat·h)),其中Al_(2)O_(3)-9Cu催化剂的甲醇产率最高为270.64gMeOH/(kgcat·h),表明适量的酸碱性位点以及适中的温度有利于提高甲醇的产率。通过FT-IR探究了CO_(2)加氢制甲醇的反应路径,其中ZrO_(2)-9Cu、ZnO-9Cu、Al_(2)O_(3)-9Cu、Cr_(2)O_(3)-9Cu的反应路径为甲酸盐路径,而CeO_(2)-9Cu遵循RWGS+CO加氢路径。 展开更多

羟基酯作为结构可控的碳合成子,通过离子液体对其反应性的功能性调控,可以用于一系列N-杂环分子的制备.具体而言,含有磺酸官能团的离子液体可以有效催化α-羟基酯与芳香胺的脱氢和脱羧环化反应.相比之下,对于羧酸基团取代的离子液体,许... 羟基酯作为结构可控的碳合成子,通过离子液体对其反应性的功能性调控,可以用于一系列N-杂环分子的制备.具体而言,含有磺酸官能团的离子液体可以有效催化α-羟基酯与芳香胺的脱氢和脱羧环化反应.相比之下,对于羧酸基团取代的离子液体,许多带有季碳中心的环胺类结构是通过脱氢环化反应制备的,而其中的脱羧反应通常都会受到抑制.本研究通过功能化离子液体调控的α-羟基酯的串联脱氢环化反应实现了生物质基N-杂环的可控制备,所述方案具有转化多样、原料可再生、催化体系绿色且可循环、产物选择性高、底物范围广以及易于放大等诸多优点.反应机理研究表明,体系中的氢键效应、阴离子和阳离子的协同性以及酸性官能团等多种作用的结合在促进脱氢、环化以及脱羧过程中表现出多重作用.尤其重要的是,两类催化剂的酸性差异是影响产物选择性的首要因素. 展开更多
