The purpose of teaching is achieved through the gradual iterative case-driven model. 目的:探讨基于临床案例的渐进式任务驱动教学法(Progressive Task-Driven Teaching Method Based on Clinical Cases,简称PTDM-CC)在《刺法灸法学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法:以针灸推拿专业的59名本科生为研究对象,随机分为常规组和...目的:探讨基于临床案例的渐进式任务驱动教学法(Progressive Task-Driven Teaching Method Based on Clinical Cases,简称PTDM-CC)在《刺法灸法学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法:以针灸推拿专业的59名本科生为研究对象,随机分为常规组和试验组。常规组接受传统实训教学,试验组则采用PTDM-CC教学法。课程结束后,通过形成性评价、终结性评价、课程总评成绩及课堂实训效率等多个维度指标对两组的教学效果进行对比分析。同时,通过问卷调查方式收集学生对PTDMCC教学法的满意度反馈。结果:试验组的总评成绩、形成性评价及终结性评价均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),且试验组在课堂实训效率方面也明显优于常规组(P<0.01)。课后教学满意度调查结果显示,学生对PTDM-CC教学法给予了高度评价。结论PTDM-CC教学法能显著提高《刺法灸法学》实训教学质量,有效提升学生实践操作能力。因此,该教学法值得在中医相关实训教学中推广和应用。展开更多
