Among programming languages,C++programming language is relatively difficult to learn.In order to help students learn C++language better,two solutions is proposed in this paper.The first solution is to introduce the idea of flipped classroom into C++teaching.Because of the many difficulties in C++,students can watch and discuss with their classmates anytime and anywhere through the video explanation of the flipped classroom.Teachers explain the key points and difficulties in offline classrooms,which will help students quickly master C++knowledge points.The second solution is to design a case based on a real project and then integrate the case into daily C++teaching.In this way,students can quickly transition from the level of knowledge mastery to the level of knowledge application,which helps to cultivate students’coding ability based on real project. 展开更多

[Aims]This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of combining Rain Classroom with casebased teaching in improving the educational outcomes of undergraduate interns in gynecological nursing.[Methods]A total of 48 full-time undergraduate nursing interns in the gynecology department of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,from August 2023 to April 2025,were selected and divided into a control group(traditional lecture-based teaching,n=24)and an experimental group(Rain Classroom combined with case-based teaching,n=24)according to the chronological order of their internships.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated based on theoretical exam scores,nursing assignment scores,and student satisfaction.[Results]The results indicated that the theoretical exam and nursing assignment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Furthermore,the combined teaching model effectively stimulated students’interest in learning,improved their mastery of theoretical knowledge,enhanced their initiative and engagement,and increased overall teaching satisfaction.[Conclusions]Integrating Rain Classroom with case-based teaching proves to be an effective strategy for enhancing students’learning initiative,optimizing knowledge acquisition,and supporting the ongoing reform of nursing education. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practical teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students who interned in the Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 18 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model,while the study group used the case-based PBL teaching model.The teaching scores,teaching quality,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:The theoretical score(65.28±2.78),skill score(26.06±2.34),and total score(91.33±3.54)of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(61.67±3.01,22.28±2.49,83.94±3.72,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of students in the study group in terms of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,comprehension ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of students in the study group with the teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the academic performance of interns and the quality of teaching,enhance teaching satisfaction,and thus serve as a powerful auxiliary teaching method in clinical internship education. 展开更多

Purpose:To analyze the role of the seminar teaching method+case-based learning(CBL)teaching method+problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in oral clinical nursing teaching.Methods:13 undergraduate nursing students who entered the department from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the control group,adopting conventional nursing teaching methods;13 undergraduate nursing students who entered the department from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,adopting the seminar+CBL+PBL teaching method.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups.Results:All assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;all teaching satisfaction levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the seminar+CBL+PBL teaching method during oral clinical nursing teaching can improve nursing students’assessment scores,strengthen their core competencies,and enhance teaching satisfaction. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels. 展开更多

This study aims to explore the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors in classroom teaching and their intervention strategies.With the continuous improvement of education quality,novice teachers face increasing challenges in teaching practice.Their inappropriate behaviors not only affect the classroom atmosphere but may also negatively impact students’learning outcomes.Therefore,researching the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors and their intervention strategies holds significant scientific and social value.This study employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavioral patterns of novice teachers in classroom teaching and proposes corresponding intervention strategies.The results indicate that novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors mainly manifest as poor classroom management,monotonous teaching methods,and insufficient interaction with students.Based on these findings,the study proposes a series of effective intervention strategies,including enhancing teacher training,optimizing teaching design,and promoting positive interactions between teachers and students.The conclusions of the study not only provide practical guidance for educational practice but also point out directions for future research,emphasizing the crucial role of teacher professional development in improving teaching quality. 展开更多

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Standardized Patient Scenario Simulation Teaching in Geriatric Medicine Education

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixty-five clinical physicians from other departments who rotated into the Geriatric Medicine Department for training between August 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=33).The control group received traditional centralized theoretical lectures combined with instructor-led clinical mentoring,while the observation group underwent standardized patient scenario simulation training.The two groups were compared on post-rotation examination scores and teaching satisfaction metrics.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher post-rotation examination scores(88.37±3.04)than the control group(80.17±3.29)(p<0.01).Teaching satisfaction surveys revealed that trainees in the observation group demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(p<0.05)regarding the teaching method’s effectiveness in enhancing learning interest,independent learning ability,comprehensive clinical problem-solving skills,patient communication skills,teamwork capabilities,and research conceptualization abilities.Conclusion:Standardized patient scenario simulation teaching effectively improves clinical teaching quality in geriatric medicine,enhances trainees’comprehensive clinical competencies,and holds value for broader application. 展开更多
