The ultimate goal of college personnel training is "comprehensively implementing quality-oriented education and cultivating innovation-oriented personnel". The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sports dance teaching of general colleges can help theoretically analyze the teaching process of existing sports dance actions and reveal the main reason for the gap with the goal of "comprehensive harmonious development", and also can verify the theoretical analysis results. Therefore, using teaching experiment method, experiment class and control class were selected for implementing two different teaching methods. Difference T test of small samples average was made on the acquired data for revealing the teaching effect difference between two different teaching methods. The result shows that the difference between two teaching methods was significant. The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sports dance teaching of physical education of general colleges plays a certain positive role in training the comprehensive and harmonious moral, intellectual and physical developments of college students. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels. 展开更多

Observation on the Application of Case-based Three-dimensional Teaching Method Guided by Evidence-Based Thought in the Teaching of Intern Nurses in the Rehabilitation Department

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference. 展开更多

With the development of society and the times, the traditional English teaching model can not meet the needs of students. They urgently need to learn academic English knowledge for the future professional learning and research in the basic culture of academic quality. On the current status of teaching academic English at home and abroad, the author proposes a set of academic English writing class build system, and by way of comparative tests to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the system. Following some of these methods, the learners can get more knowledge, be more interested in English, study harder and obtain the achievements easily, while the teachers can improve their teaching according to them. This study investigated the application and the effect of Group Investigation(GI) in the College English Program in a Chinese University. A qualitative case study method was used to understand the GI system used by Chinese instructors as well as the achievements acquired and challenges met by the participants. Three instructors and fifteen second-year-undergraduates taking a course titled Sources of European Culture participated. Interviews, observations, and documents were used to collect the data. Data analysis showed Chinese instructors applied a GI technique similar to that discussed by Johnson and Johnson(1999); however, GI in the Chinese context demanded more effort from the teacher for designing tasks and provided help in modeling uses of English and in preparing visual, especially Power Point, presentations. Although participants used their mother tongue at some stages, their autonomy over English learning was activated, and horizons in the course content were broadened. 展开更多

Background/Need for innovation: Undergraduate students in Otolaryngology are on the lookout for easy modes of learning which can help them understand concepts better as well as score more in examinations. A need was hence felt to introduce a new learning resource to supplement traditional teaching-learning methods. Methods: Digital, case based self–study modules were prepared using all open source technology and validated by experts in the specialty. The modules were uploaded on a website specifically created for the purpose. They were pilot tested on twenty consenting third year undergraduate (MBBS) students using a crossover design. Post test comprising of multiple choice questions was administered to the students after a period of two weeks. Feedback was obtained from faculty and students. Results: Test scores were found to be significantly higher amongst students who used the learning modules as a supplement to regular bedside teaching (p < 0.001;Wilcoxon signed rank test). Majority of students agreed that the modules helped them gain confidence during internal assessment examinations and would help revision. Conclusions: Online, case based, self-study modules helped students to perform better when used as a supplement to traditional teaching methods. Students agreed that it enabled easy understanding of subject and helped them gain confidence. 展开更多

目的探讨传统教学法、“在线直播+自学”法、混合式教学法在医学影像学本科教学中的教学效果。方法采用回顾性分析法将2019年3月—2021年3月在吉林大学第二医院进行医学影像学理论课学习的临床医学五年制学生,分为三组。A组为2016级学生... 目的探讨传统教学法、“在线直播+自学”法、混合式教学法在医学影像学本科教学中的教学效果。方法采用回顾性分析法将2019年3月—2021年3月在吉林大学第二医院进行医学影像学理论课学习的临床医学五年制学生,分为三组。A组为2016级学生,共66人,采用传统教学法授课;B组为2017级学生,共72人,采用“在线直播+自学”法授课;C组为2018级学生,共69人,采用线上线下结合的混合式教学法授课。通过对期末理论考试成绩进行分析评价教学效果。结果三组期末理论课考试成绩B组成绩明显高于A和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A组与C组成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“在线直播+自学”的教学方式更利于学生掌握影像学的理论知识。 展开更多

基于循证医学PICOS模式的CBL教学对耳科医学教学质量的影响

目的探讨基于循证医学PICOS模式的案例教学法教学在提高耳科医学教学质量中的作用及应用实践。方法以随机抽样的方法共纳入郑州大学第一附属医院2022级的60名医学生作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其平均分为两组,对照组采取常规教学模式... 目的探讨基于循证医学PICOS模式的案例教学法教学在提高耳科医学教学质量中的作用及应用实践。方法以随机抽样的方法共纳入郑州大学第一附属医院2022级的60名医学生作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其平均分为两组,对照组采取常规教学模式,研究组采取基于循证医学PICOS模式的CBL教学模式。比较两组教学质量、学生成绩以及学生满意度情况。结果相比对照组,研究组的理论知识成绩(94.23±2.88 vs.84.59±2.77)、技能操作成绩(93.86±2.41 vs.86.20±2.78)均较高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,研究组的教学内容理解(15.12±1.03 vs.12.43±1.20)、教学方法认可(16.02±0.82 vs.12.43±1.20)、教师认可(16.48±1.32 vs.13.55±1.45)以及教学课程期待(17.65±1.09 vs.13.11±1.20)等教学质量评分更高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较对照组,研究组学生对增强分析能力(96.67%vs.73.33%)、促进重难点知识掌握(90.00%vs.66.67%)、加强理论知识记忆(93.33%vs.70.00%)、开拓眼界(96.67%vs.73.33%)、激发学习兴趣(100.00%vs.76.67%)、提高学习效率(96.67%vs.73.33%)6个方面的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论基于循证医学PICOS模式的CBL教学应用于耳科医学教学中可明显提高教学成绩和教学质量,学生对该教学模式的满意度较高,应用价值理想。 展开更多

目的:研究神经内科临床实践教学中采用情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学的带教优势。方法:选取2022年12月至2023年12月期间在永州市中心医院神经内科临床实习的学生268例,各134例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规教学模式,观... 目的:研究神经内科临床实践教学中采用情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学的带教优势。方法:选取2022年12月至2023年12月期间在永州市中心医院神经内科临床实习的学生268例,各134例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规教学模式,观察组采取情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学模式,对比两组带教效果。结果:观察组教学效果显著优于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组教学满意程度显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组思维开放测试评分显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组学习能力评分显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论:对神经内科临床实习学生进行情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学带教,教学效果较好,能够提高学生满意程度、开放学生思维,提高学生学习能力,值得临床推广。 展开更多
