Case Method originated in the 1920s and was initiated by Harvard Business School in the United States.At that time,it adopted a unique style of case study,which was based on real situations or events in business management,in this way,it is helpful to cultivate and develop students’active participation in class discussion.For investment students,specialized courses such as Investment Project Evaluation and corporate finance are concentrated in the upper grades,and in the freshman,sophomore phase has completed the Finance,finance,macroeconomics and other basic courses.On the basis of students’existing knowledge structure,the course“Investment Project Evaluation”needs to fully tap students’potential in learning and train students’practical problem-solving ability,to cultivate students’thinking ability of combining theoretical knowledge with practical cases,to avoid the teaching mode of“I tell you to listen”,and to guide students to think,analyze and solve problems actively. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction. 展开更多

The following result is proved. The approximate solution by this method approaches the true solution if the number of the steps approaches the infinity. The Application of Case Teaching Method in the Course of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy

Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibu... Objective: to explore the value of applying case teaching method to the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in colleges and universities. Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion from 2019 to 2020 in our university were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital parity method. During the course of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, routine teaching mode and case teaching method were used to implement the teaching. The differences in teaching effect, students' examination scores and students' satisfaction degree among the groups were counted. Results: the scores of practical ability and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of theoretical, practical and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of teaching contents, teaching methods and teachers' satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: case-based teaching method can effectively improve students' assessment results and comprehensive ability, increase their satisfaction with the teaching model, and at the same time, it can fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect, and is suitable for further promotion and reference. 展开更多

Objective: to understand the application effect of case teaching method in the course of musculoskeletal rehabilitation technology, and to explore the effect of case teaching method on classroom teaching, so as to provide guidance for students to establish clinical logical thinking and enter clinical practice. Methods: a total of 80 students with rehabilitation techniques were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the experimental group adopted the case teaching method on the basis of the traditional teaching method. The experimental data were tested by independent sample t. Results: the case teaching method can increase students' autonomous learning, establish clinical logical thinking, enable students to have clear thinking when facing patients, thus improving students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and can better achieve the teaching objectives and vocational ability training objectives of the course. 展开更多

Innovative Application of Case Teaching Method in Pediatric Nursing Teaching

Objective: to explore the innovation and effect of case teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching. Methods: the nursing students who participated in the practice of pediatrics in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were taken as the research object of this subject, and 64 nursing students were involved in the teaching research. According to the double-blind method, the above-mentioned nursing students were divided into the general group (using the conventional teaching method to teach and train the nursing students) and the innovation group (using the innovative and improved case teaching method to teach and train the nursing students). Results: compared with the nursing students in the general group, the nursing students in the innovation group were more approbated to the quality of teaching and training. Through the examination of the nursing students in the two groups, it was found that the nursing students in the innovation group had better mastery of theoretical knowledge and application in practice (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the study found that nurses are a profession with high practical requirements, which requires practitioners to improve their practical ability on the basis of mastering enough theoretical knowledge. Through the development of case teaching method, the practice nursing students can quickly adapt to the current teaching work, improve the immersion of practice, and effectively improve the quality of teaching. 展开更多

目的探讨翻转课堂结合基于案例教学法(CBL)在神经外科临床教学中的应用。方法选取2023年1月-2025年3月我院120名神经外科实习学生为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各60名。对照组采用传统教学法,联合组在CBL教学法基础上实行翻... 目的探讨翻转课堂结合基于案例教学法(CBL)在神经外科临床教学中的应用。方法选取2023年1月-2025年3月我院120名神经外科实习学生为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各60名。对照组采用传统教学法,联合组在CBL教学法基础上实行翻转课堂教学,共教学3个月,教学结束后对两组学生理论素养与临床实操能力展开评估,并开展满意度调研。结果教学后,两组理论考核成绩均提高,联合组理论知识、理解记忆、知识应用、病例分析得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组实践操作得分均提高,联合组口述流程、解剖定位、器械操作、应急处理得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,联合组知识掌握、学习兴趣、团队协作、记忆理解评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,联合组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合CBL教学法在神经外科临床教学中具有明显优势,可提升学生理论与实践能力、激发学习兴趣、增强团队协作意识及优化教学满意度。 展开更多

The most significant source of dental evidence is oral autopsy applications, which consist of an examination and evidence collection from the oral cavity of a deceased individual. Oral autopsies show variations depending on the age of the person due to rigor mortis. The oral autopsy of a child may require an easier operation than adults, and thus, the procedures are usually simpler for fetus or infant cases. The aim of this study is to propose the theoretical and experimental aspects of an oral autopsy protocol for a special age group of fetus or infant cases, which is a method for extracting tooth germs in their developmental stages for identification purposes and entitled by the authors’ names as the “Aka-Canturk Oral Autopsy Method”. 展开更多
