Methods: 76 patients with senile heart failure accepted by the hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 38 cases) and control group (n = 38 cases). The control group was treated with routine medical therapy, and the observation group was treated with emergency comprehensive therapy. After treatment, the clinical treatment effect of the patients was evaluated, and the changes of cardiac function related indexes and the proportion of excellent and good effects of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in BNP and LVEF between the two groups (P > 0.05);After treatment, the BNP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the LVEF value was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the excellent efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the use of emergency comprehensive treatment in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure can effectively reduce the value of brain natriuretic peptide, improve left ventricular ejection fraction, improve cardiac function indicators, improve the excellent treatment effect of patients, improve clinical adverse symptoms and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of popularization and use.展开更多
