Digital twin can simulate and monitor the state and behavior of physical entities in the real world,helping enterprises to better understand and manage real-world physical systems,improve production efficiency,reduce costs,and improve safety and reliability.In this paper,we use GTS motion control card and Unity engine to build a digital twin system,and control a virtual industrial automation handling platform including two screw servo axes and multiple sensors through the physical GTS motion control card.The control card program controls the motion of the virtual model through transmission control protocol(TCP)communication,and the virtual model system feeds back the signal to the control card program to achieve the virtual and real synchronous digital twin effect.The digital twin system uses Unity engine to create a highly realistic virtual environment,and can run on multi-platform terminals. 展开更多

目的:探讨秋水仙碱对动脉粥样硬化(AS)小鼠主动脉斑块的干预作用,并分析其对炎症反应、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)/含CARD结构域的凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白(ASC)/含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白酶1(Caspase-1)信号通路的影响。方法:12... 目的:探讨秋水仙碱对动脉粥样硬化(AS)小鼠主动脉斑块的干预作用,并分析其对炎症反应、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)/含CARD结构域的凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白(ASC)/含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白酶1(Caspase-1)信号通路的影响。方法:12只正常小鼠作为空白对照组,48只同品系小鼠随机分为模型组、秋水仙碱-L组、秋水仙碱-M组、秋水仙碱-H组,每组各12只。比较各组主动脉斑块病理改变、主动脉斑块病变程度、非酒精性脂肪性肝病活动度评分(NAS)、附睾脂肪横截面面积及血脂、血糖、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)、炎症指标、氧化应激指标、NLRP3/ASC/Caspase-1信号通路(NLRP3 mRNA、ASC mRNA、Caspase-1 mRNA及蛋白)水平。结果:与模型组比较,秋水仙碱-L组、秋水仙碱-M组、秋水仙碱-H组主动脉油红面积、主动脉窦病变面积、主动脉斑块面积占比、主动脉红染脂质面积占比、肝脏NAS评分及附睾脂肪横截面面积降低,且呈剂量依赖性(均P<0.05);与模型组比较,秋水仙碱-L组、秋水仙碱-M组、秋水仙碱-H组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、AI降低,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)水平升高,且呈剂量依赖性(均P<0.05);与模型组比较,秋水仙碱-L组、秋水仙碱-M组、秋水仙碱-H组NLRP3 mRNA、ASC mRNA、Caspase-1 mRNA及蛋白水平降低,且呈剂量依赖性(均P<0.05)。结论:秋水仙碱对AS小鼠主动脉斑块具有良好的干预作用,可改善AS病变程度,降低血脂、血糖水平,减轻血管炎症反应,缓解氧化应激反应,其作用机制可能与抑制NLRP3/ASC/Caspase-1信号通路活化有关。 展开更多

目的探讨1个NF-κB相关B细胞增殖和T细胞失能性疾病(BENTA)家系遗传学病因,总结其临床特征与基因变异的特点。方法选取2022年3月3日就诊于宁波市妇女儿童医院的1个BENTA家系作为研究对象,收集该家系患者的临床资料,进行全外显子组测序(W... 目的探讨1个NF-κB相关B细胞增殖和T细胞失能性疾病(BENTA)家系遗传学病因,总结其临床特征与基因变异的特点。方法选取2022年3月3日就诊于宁波市妇女儿童医院的1个BENTA家系作为研究对象,收集该家系患者的临床资料,进行全外显子组测序(WES),对候选的基因变异进行Sanger测序验证,并进行系统的文献综述。结果患儿表现为淋巴结大、脾大、反复呼吸道感染、关节痛、皮肤紫癜等。其父亲脾大,多处淋巴结大,易呼吸道感染。WES检测提示患儿携带CARD11基因杂合变异c.368G>A(p.Gly123Asp),Sanger测序验证证实该变异遗传自父亲,致病变异在家系中共分离。根据美国医学遗传学与基因组学学会(ACMG)相关指南,c.368G>A评级为疑似致病性变异(PS2+PM2_Supporting+PM5)。结论CARD11基因的c.368G>A(p.Gly123Asp)变异可能是患儿及其父亲的遗传学病因。上述发现丰富了CARD11基因的表型谱。临床上有B淋巴细胞增多、脾大、反复呼吸道感染的患者需警惕BENTA病,进行基因检测确诊。 展开更多

During the last few decades, photothermal radiometry(PTR) has been greatly developed and widely applied in the field of nondestructive testing. However, the traditional PTR system employs an expensive lock-in amplifier to detect the weak photothermal signal, which leads to high cost and long test time. In this paper, a fast transmission PTR system based on sampling by using an internal computer sound card was developed to lower the system cost and shorter the test time. A piece of amorphous silicon(a:Si) thin film solar cells with artificial defects was prepared and tested by the system. The results show that the sharpened defects can be identified easily and quickly according to the significant peaks of the original infrared signal sampled by the internal computer sound card. Furthermore, more detailed defects can be investigated by processing the infrared signal. These validate the effectiveness of the proposed transmission PTR system as a low cost and efficient non-destructive test technique. 展开更多

With the increased accessibility of global trade information,transaction fraud has become a major worry in global banking and commerce security.The incidence and magnitude of transaction fraud are increasing daily,resulting in significant financial losses for both customers and financial professionals.With improvements in data mining and machine learning in computer science,the capacity to detect transaction fraud is becoming increasingly attainable.The primary goal of this research is to undertake a comparative examination of cutting-edge machine-learning algorithms developed to detect credit card fraud.The research looks at the efficacy of these machine learning algorithms using a publicly available dataset of credit card transactions performed by European cardholders in 2023,comprising around 550,000 records.The study uses this dataset to assess the performance of well-established machine learning models,measuring their accuracy,recall,and F1 score.In addition,the study includes a confusion matrix for all models to aid in evaluation and training time duration.Machin learning models,including Logistic regression,random forest,extra trees,and LGBM,achieve high accuracy and precision in the credit card fraud detection dataset,with a reported accuracy,recall,and F1 score of 1.00 for both classes. 展开更多

Credit Card Fraud Detection Using Improved Deep Learning Models

Fraud of credit cards is a major issue for financial organizations and individuals.As fraudulent actions become more complex,a demand for better fraud detection systems is rising.Deep learning approaches have shown promise in several fields,including detecting credit card fraud.However,the efficacy of these models is heavily dependent on the careful selection of appropriate hyperparameters.This paper introduces models that integrate deep learning models with hyperparameter tuning techniques to learn the patterns and relationships within credit card transaction data,thereby improving fraud detection.Three deep learning models:AutoEncoder(AE),Convolution Neural Network(CNN),and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)are proposed to investigate how hyperparameter adjustment impacts the efficacy of deep learning models used to identify credit card fraud.The experiments conducted on a European credit card fraud dataset using different hyperparameters and three deep learning models demonstrate that the proposed models achieve a tradeoff between detection rate and precision,leading these models to be effective in accurately predicting credit card fraud.The results demonstrate that LSTM significantly outperformed AE and CNN in terms of accuracy(99.2%),detection rate(93.3%),and area under the curve(96.3%).These proposed models have surpassed those of existing studies and are expected to make a significant contribution to the field of credit card fraud detection. 展开更多

A dandelion algorithm(DA) is a recently developed intelligent optimization algorithm for function optimization problems. Many of its parameters need to be set by experience in DA,which might not be appropriate for all optimization problems. A self-adapting and efficient dandelion algorithm is proposed in this work to lower the number of DA's parameters and simplify DA's structure. Only the normal sowing operator is retained;while the other operators are discarded. An adaptive seeding radius strategy is designed for the core dandelion. The results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance on the standard test functions with less time consumption than its competitive peers. In addition, the proposed algorithm is applied to feature selection for credit card fraud detection(CCFD), and the results indicate that it can obtain higher classification and detection performance than the-state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多

Background:The incidence of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)is globally high;however,despite the introduction of innovative drug therapies,there remains a lack of effective biomarkers for evaluating treatment response.Recently,Caspase recruiting domain-containing protein 11(CARD11)has garnered attention due to its significant association with tumor development and the immune system.Methods:The expression of CARD11 mRNA and protein in ccRCC were analyzed by public database and immunohistochemistry.The focus of this study is on the epigenomic modifications of CARD11,its expression of ccRCC immunophenotype,and its correlation with response to immunotherapy and targeted therapy.Furthermore,to investigate the mechanism of this molecule’s influence on different biological behaviors of cells,cell tests in vitro have been conducted to observe the impact of its expression level.Results:CARD11 expression was upregulated which may be mainly modified by body methylation and was correlated with poor prognosis in ccRCC.In the tumor microenvironment of ccRCC,CARD11 expression was positively correlated with increased T lymphocyte infiltration and increased expression of inhibitory immune checkpoints.Moreover,ccRCC patients with high CARD11 expression had a better response to immunotherapy and targeted therapy.The knockdown of CARD11 ultimately suppressed the proliferation,migration,and invasion capabilities of ccRCC cells while simultaneously enhancing tumor cell apoptosis.Conclusion:We identified CARD11 as a novel therapeutic biomarker for immunotherapy and targeted therapy in ccRCC. 展开更多

利拉鲁肽治疗NAFLD合并T2DM患者疗效及其对外周血单个核细胞NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC水平的影响

目的研究应用利拉鲁肽治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的疗效及其对外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体家族吡啉结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)、含CARD结构域的凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白(ASC)和半胱氨酸天冬氨... 目的研究应用利拉鲁肽治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的疗效及其对外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体家族吡啉结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)、含CARD结构域的凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白(ASC)和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶1(caspase-1)水平的影响。方法2022年1月~2025年1月我院诊治的106例NAFLD合并T2DM患者被随机分为对照组53例和观察组53例,分别给予二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗或在此治疗的基础上给予利拉鲁肽治疗,观察6个月。采用qRT-PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC mRNA水平,采用ELISA法检测血清丙二醛(MDA)水平,采用紫外分光光度法检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,采用2-硝基苯甲酸法检测血清谷胱甘肽过物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果在治疗后,观察组血生化指标改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR水平分别为(5.9±1.1)mmol/L、(7.3±1.0)mmol/L、(6.2±0.7)%、(9.2±1.8)μIU/ml和(2.5±0.5),均显著低于对照组【分别为(6.5±1.3)mmol/L、(8.7±1.5)mmol/L、(7.0±1.0)%、(13.4±2.3)μIU/ml和(3.1±0.4),P<0.05】;观察组PBMC NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC mRNA水平分别为(1.1±0.2)、(1.2±0.3)和(1.0±0.2),均显著低于对照组【分别为(1.7±0.3)、(1.6±0.4)和(1.5±0.3),P<0.05】;观察组血清MDA水平为(7.3±1.5)nmol/mL,显著低于对照组【(10.2±2.1)nmol/mL,P<0.05】,而血清SOD和GSH-Px水平分别为(134.6±7.5)U/L和(153.7±14.0)U/L,均显著高于对照组【分别为(117.2±8.3)U/L和(129.1±13.9)U/L,P<0.05】。结论应用利拉鲁肽治疗NAFLD合并T2DM患者近期疗效显著,可能与调节了PBMC NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC水平有关。 展开更多

背景:近年多项研究证明NOD2/CARD15基因序列的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与西方白种人克罗恩病(CD)明显相关,其中3个SNP(R702W、G908R和3020insC)与CD的相关性尤为显著。目的:探讨NOD2/CARD15基因SNP与中国人CD发病的相关性及其与CD临床特点... 背景:近年多项研究证明NOD2/CARD15基因序列的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与西方白种人克罗恩病(CD)明显相关,其中3个SNP(R702W、G908R和3020insC)与CD的相关性尤为显著。目的:探讨NOD2/CARD15基因SNP与中国人CD发病的相关性及其与CD临床特点的关系。方法:选取临床资料完整的CD患者48例、溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者和健康对照者各50例,提取人血白细胞基因组DNA,经聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增NOD2基因全部12对外显子,纯化后直接测序,根据结果分析其突变与CD病变特点的关系。结果:CD组、UC组和健康对照组均未检出3个西方人常见的NOD2/CARD15基因多态性位点。CD组的P268S突变率显著高于UC组和健康对照组(P<0.05)。5例P268S突变的CD患者病变均位于回肠(P<0.01),4例发病年龄≤20岁(P<0.01),且均并发肠腔狭窄(P<0.01)。结论:中国人CD患者中存在NOD2/CARD15基因P268S突变,且与患者的发病年龄、病变部位和并发症相关,有必要对其功能作进一步探讨。 展开更多
