In order to find the test cube for industrial robots as specified by ISO 9283, a seed cube is grown up in an irregular working space of the robot, provided that the corners of the cube do not exceed the boundary of the working space. All possible cubes are searched, and the cube with the maximum volume is selected. The calculation examples show that the method of growth can be used for a variety of industrial robots. The method of growth can determine the test cube and test points of irregular working space according to ISO 9283, and can avoid blindness and randomness in the selection of test points. 展开更多

This paper describes some research on the flight characteristics of helicopter in Dash Stop. A set of equations which govern the Dash Stop is developed. A method which determines the acceleration and deceleration is proposed. Formulas are then developed which relate the aircraft angular rates and attitudes to flight speed, angle of attack and acceleration or deceleration. Finally the DOLPHIN helicopter is taken as an example to calculate its acceleration/deceleration capability, pilot control and aircraft attitudes in space. This study proposed the newly-designed Pelagic and demersal trawls for the fishing vessels operating in Cameroonian waters in pelagic and demersal fishing grounds. The engineering performances of both trawls were investigated using physical modelling method and analytical method based on the predicted equations. In a flume tank, a series of physical model tests based on Tauti’s law were performed to investigate the hydrodynamic and geometrical performances of both trawls and to assess the applicability of the analytical methods based on predicted equations. The results showed that in model scale, the working towing speed and door spread for the pelagic trawl were 3.5 knots and 1.85 m, respectively, and for the bottom trawl net they were 4.0 knots and 1.8 m. At that speed and door spread, the drag force, net opening height, and wing-end spread of the pelagic model trawl were 36.73 N, 0.89 m, and 0.86 m, respectively, and the swept area was 0.76 m<sup>2</sup>. Bottom trawl speed and door spread were 30.43 N, 0.38 m, and 0.45 m, respectively, and the swept area was 0.25 m<sup>2</sup>. The maximum difference between the experimental and analytical results of hydrodynamic performances was less than 56.22% and 41.45%, respectively, for pelagic and bottom trawls, the results of the geometrical performances obtained using predicted equations were close to the experimental results in the flume tank with a maximum relative error less than 12.85%. The newly developed pelagic and bottom trawls had advanced engineering performance for high catch efficiency and selectivity and could be used in commercial fishing operations in Cameroonian waters. 展开更多

Calculation of fill foundation deformation based on a modified unsaturated soil constitutive model

Deformations in high fill foundations comprising soil–stone mixtures must be accurately predicted to ensure construction quality and long-term operational safety.However,existing computational and analytical methods inadequately capture their complex mechanical behavior.We conducted a series of triaxial tests on unsaturated soil samples collected from a high fill project site in northwestern China under three stress paths.The incremental nonlinear and elastoplastic constitutive models for unsaturated soils were modified,and a calculation method was developed for the vertical and lateral deformations of high fill foundations using the layered summation approach.The results indicate that for soil samples with the same mixing ratio(m)and compaction coefficient(n),the strength of the sample and its tendency to exhibit shear dilation increase with the net confining pressure or matric suction.Additionally,the stress–strain curve of the soil sample gradually changes from the strain-hardening type to the ideal elastoplastic type as the compaction coefficient increases.Moreover,the compaction coefficient is an important factor influencing the magnitude of yield stress and yield suction in soil samples,and the yield points of both are similar in shape to the loadingcollapse(LC)and suction increase(SI)yield lines obtained using the Barcelona model in the net mean stress-generalized shear stress(p-s)plane,respectively.The modified incremental nonlinear instantaneous model simultaneously considers the effects of the compaction coefficient,suction and mixing ratio,and the model parameter can be simplified to the tangential modulus expression in the Duncan-Chang model when the suction is zero.Furthermore,the modified elastoplastic constitutive model,which considers the effects of the net mean stress,suction and partial stress,can be simplified to the elastoplastic constitutive relationship of saturated soil when the suction is zero.The proposed deformation calculation method,based on the layered summation theory,is applicable to both elastic and elastoplastic foundation states,as confirmed through numerical simulations.Our work can be used as a reference for the calculation of foundation deformation in similar mixed material high fill projects. 展开更多

Carbon-fiber reinforced polymer composites have been widely used to achieve the light-weighted design and high performance due to superior performance. Internal defects in the composite materials are the main factors that determine their performance,which makes reliable and effective detection methods of internal defects essential. Nondestructive testing(NDT)methods are the most widely-used way due to their tremendous advantages. Though the theoretical background is found,experimental results could be quite complicated and confusing,especially for composite materials with complex defects characteristics. In this paper,experimental study on internal defects in composite materials based on the time of flight(ToF)are investigated. The Gaussian echo model and the parameter estimation methods are established to build a theoretical model for measurements. Then,the distance amplitude correction(DAC)method is proposed to effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and to reduce distortion of the signal during measurements. Finally,the ToF is adopted to determine depth of internal defects. Experiment study is conducted to investigate the porosity defects and the anti-impact performance of composite materials,as well as defects in objects with various thicknesses. Experimental results show that the proposed method is quite helpful for obtaining the intuition and deep understanding of internal defects,thus contributing to the determination of product performance and its improvement. 展开更多

为研究泥石流冲击对桥墩变形的影响,基于弹性理论及塑性铰极限位移理论,考虑剪切变形影响,建立泥石流冲击作用下桥墩受力全过程变形计算公式。以国道317线汶川至马尔康公路某单柱式桥墩为背景,制作桥墩缩尺模型,进行清水流、飞溅型泥石... 为研究泥石流冲击对桥墩变形的影响,基于弹性理论及塑性铰极限位移理论,考虑剪切变形影响,建立泥石流冲击作用下桥墩受力全过程变形计算公式。以国道317线汶川至马尔康公路某单柱式桥墩为背景,制作桥墩缩尺模型,进行清水流、飞溅型泥石流和爬高型泥石流对桥墩的冲击试验,验证桥墩变形计算公式,分析不同类型泥石流和不同冲击深度下的冲击现象及对桥墩变形的影响规律。结果表明:桥墩变形计算公式能解决墩身发生破坏、截面出现裂缝及截面刚度变化后的变形计算问题,计算结果与试验实测值吻合良好;随着泥石流容重增大,泥石流在运动到桥墩时流速降低,冲击效果减弱,墩顶位移减小;冲击深度越大,桥墩变形越显著;相同类型泥石流和冲击深度下,龙头冲击阶段墩顶位移高于稳定流冲击阶段。 展开更多

从长寿命设计理念出发,考虑新疆地区强紫外线、高热氧环境下的沥青路面在高温、光照、车辙荷载的作用下,出现沥青混合料老化加速的问题,针对此类情况提出了基于抗老化性能的沥青混合料设计方法,确定了沥青膜厚度、空隙率范围等关键指标... 从长寿命设计理念出发,考虑新疆地区强紫外线、高热氧环境下的沥青路面在高温、光照、车辙荷载的作用下,出现沥青混合料老化加速的问题,针对此类情况提出了基于抗老化性能的沥青混合料设计方法,确定了沥青膜厚度、空隙率范围等关键指标,并构建了抗老化性能验证试验体系。结合室内试验及现场调查,运用热氧一紫外耦合老化模拟方法,提出混合料设计抗老化指标值及推荐值,建立从材料选取到性能验证的完整的体系。研究结果表明:使用此设计方法,在设计使用寿命期内,可以对沥青老化损坏的路面进行1次修复,每公里可节省100万元人民币的养护费用,为长寿命沥青路面的设计提供有力的技术支持。 展开更多

基于焦炭综合热性能对高炉用焦的研究

通过对大型高炉用焦炭传统热性能指标CRI/CSR的分析发现,在CRI/CSR指标相对稳定的情况下,部分高炉的技术指标(如焦比、煤比和利用系数等)仍会出现波动较大的现象。在统计期内,随着时间的变化,焦比呈现逐渐升高的趋势,煤比和利用系数呈... 通过对大型高炉用焦炭传统热性能指标CRI/CSR的分析发现,在CRI/CSR指标相对稳定的情况下,部分高炉的技术指标(如焦比、煤比和利用系数等)仍会出现波动较大的现象。在统计期内,随着时间的变化,焦比呈现逐渐升高的趋势,煤比和利用系数呈现逐渐下降的趋势。结果表明,焦炭CRI/CSR指标虽处于较高水平且相对稳定,但并未给高炉带来长期稳定的操作效果。虽然高炉的生产情况与诸多因素有关,但高炉用焦质量评价不准确可能是其中一个非常重要的影响因素,即单纯用CRI/CSR指标评价焦炭质量仍有不足。因此,利用可以模拟焦炭在高炉中溶损行为的综合热性能指标,结合CRI/CSR指标,全面评价高炉用焦炭质量,进一步优化高炉用焦结构,对保障高炉稳定生产、实现降本增效,具有重要意义。 展开更多

Relationship between repeated triaxial test and Hamburg wheel tracking test on asphalt mixtures 被引量:5

Both the repeated triaxial test (RTT) and the Hamburg wheel tracking test (HWTT) are adopted to evaluate the high temperature performance of the stone mastic asphalt (SMA) and the mastic asphalt (MA). The correlation of the permanent deformations of the MA and the correlation of the deformation developments of the SMA between the two tests are analyzed, respectively. Results show that both the two tests can effectively identify the high temperature performance of mixtures, and the correlation between the final results of the two tests as well as that between the deformation developments of the two tests are excellent with R20.9. In order to further prove the correlation, viscoelastic parameters estimated from the RTT results is used to simulate the rutting development in the HWTT slabs by the finite element method (FEM). Results indicate that the correlation between the two tests is significant with errors less than 10%. It is suitable to predict the rutting development with the viscoelastic parameters obtained from the RTT. 展开更多

为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)材料在大跨桥梁桥面板中的适用性,以沾临公路黄河特大桥为背景,对该桥UHPC桥面板抗弯性能进行研究。该桥的桥面板预制工艺试验中的单块UHPC桥面板尺寸为11.64 m×4.5 m×0.17 m,双层双向配置HRB400... 为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)材料在大跨桥梁桥面板中的适用性,以沾临公路黄河特大桥为背景,对该桥UHPC桥面板抗弯性能进行研究。该桥的桥面板预制工艺试验中的单块UHPC桥面板尺寸为11.64 m×4.5 m×0.17 m,双层双向配置HRB400带肋钢筋,采用抗弯性能试验得到足尺UHPC桥面板试件在3种弹性阶段加载工况下的试验现象、挠度及应变分布,并采用有限元建模分析UHPC桥面板在规范工况下的抗弯性能。结果表明:各种加载工况下桥面板仅出现1条最大宽度为0.05 mm、长度为2.5 cm的微小裂缝,不影响其抗弯刚度;UHPC桥面板最大挠跨比为1/1436,最大拉、压应变分别为69.4με和145.9με,小于受拉和受压曲线峰值点应变;在各种规范工况下,UHPC桥面板最大挠跨比为1/977,满足限值要求。 展开更多

对11个大空心率锥形中空夹层薄壁钢管轻质混凝土试件进行受弯试验研究,分析了试件的破坏形态、承载性能、应变发展及挠度曲线。结果表明:各试件破坏形态、弯矩-跨中挠度曲线趋势基本一致,其变形符合平截面假定,且均具有良好的延性。外... 对11个大空心率锥形中空夹层薄壁钢管轻质混凝土试件进行受弯试验研究,分析了试件的破坏形态、承载性能、应变发展及挠度曲线。结果表明:各试件破坏形态、弯矩-跨中挠度曲线趋势基本一致,其变形符合平截面假定,且均具有良好的延性。外钢管径厚比从77增大到154时,无肋和带肋试件的抗弯承载力分别降低34.01%和23.09%;内钢管径厚比从54增大到81时,无肋试件的抗弯承载力降低13.90%。加劲肋增强了内、外钢管与夹层轻质混凝土的协同工作能力,带肋比无肋试件的抗弯承载力提高11.25%~29.66%。采用数值模拟方法对构件的应力发展过程进行分析得出,构件在纯弯荷载作用下的弯矩-跨中挠度曲线可分为三个阶段,即弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和塑性阶段。提出了适用于大空心率锥形中空夹层薄壁钢管轻质混凝土构件受弯承载力的计算方法,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。 展开更多

针对传统Gifford-McMahon(GM)制冷机低温泵测试平台存在的抽气性能诊断手段单一、再生功能有限及测试精度不足等问题,基于JB/T 11081—2011标准设计了一种高精度测试平台。该平台集成温度与真空等关键数据采集与显示模块,并创新性地引... 针对传统Gifford-McMahon(GM)制冷机低温泵测试平台存在的抽气性能诊断手段单一、再生功能有限及测试精度不足等问题,基于JB/T 11081—2011标准设计了一种高精度测试平台。该平台集成温度与真空等关键数据采集与显示模块,并创新性地引入热吹扫加热子系统,同时采用残余气体分析仪(RGA)实时监测被测气体的压力变化。通过理论计算、仿真分析与试验测试,重点对低温泵的氢气抽速性能进行验证。结果表明:所设计的热吹扫装置利用100℃氮气对低温面进行吹扫,可有效满足易燃易爆气体的再生加热需求;试验过程中,降温和真空性能稳定,未出现波动现象;通过采集氢气进气前后的分压变化,得到抽速实测平均值为4291 L/s,与理论计算值(4514 L/s)及仿真结果(4552 L/s)的误差均小于10%,处于允许误差范围内,验证了平台设计的合理性。该平台可为国产低温泵性能优化提供高精度测试手段。 展开更多

高通量工程试验堆(High Flux Engineering Test Reactor,HFETR)因其高中子通量密度,用于生产各种医用同位素。针对HFETR堆芯结构复杂、非均匀性强、辐照环境变化较大的特点,以“确定论燃料管理-蒙特卡罗粒子输运-产额”耦合计算的策略... 高通量工程试验堆(High Flux Engineering Test Reactor,HFETR)因其高中子通量密度,用于生产各种医用同位素。针对HFETR堆芯结构复杂、非均匀性强、辐照环境变化较大的特点,以“确定论燃料管理-蒙特卡罗粒子输运-产额”耦合计算的策略建立了一套适用于不同类型同位素产额精确计算模型及方法。该方法首先通过研究堆专用燃料管理程序完成堆芯装载设计与燃耗计算,获得各时间步的燃料燃耗分布及临界棒位等参数,然后利用自编程序实现自动化全堆精细化建模,并利用蒙特卡罗方法完成输运计算。通过计算获得每一时间步下样品中不同核素与中子的反应率,通过产额求解程序与三维粒子输运蒙卡程序进行耦合,计算出下一个时间步样品内关键核素的含量变化情况,并对换料停堆和从出堆到测量期间的衰变损耗进行计算。该方法综合考虑了HFETR运行期间控制棒变化、燃料燃耗变化及计算燃耗步长的影响,利用HFETR已获得的同位素生产实验结果验证该套计算程序的准确性,对辐照88Sr生产89Sr产额的计算偏差为5.41%,对辐照生产32P产额的计算偏差为4.90%,对辐照生产177Lu产额的计算偏差为5.66%,与实验结果相比同位素产额计算偏差均在6%以内,证明该方法提高了同位素产额计算的精度,能够适用于研究堆生产同位素产额准确评估问题。 展开更多

骑跨式吊索模态分析及索力计算实用公式

为实现实际工程中骑跨式吊索索力的高效精准计算,对骑跨式吊索进行模态分析并提出索力计算公式。通过建立某两跨连续钢桁梁悬索桥单肢长10 m的双肢吊索有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,研究骑跨式吊索抗弯刚度、吊索下锚头与上锚头约束方... 为实现实际工程中骑跨式吊索索力的高效精准计算,对骑跨式吊索进行模态分析并提出索力计算公式。通过建立某两跨连续钢桁梁悬索桥单肢长10 m的双肢吊索有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,研究骑跨式吊索抗弯刚度、吊索下锚头与上锚头约束方式等因素对频率及等效长度的影响,基于吊索等效长度与销铰式吊索索力计算公式之间的规律,提出适用于骑跨式吊索的基于等效长度的索力计算实用公式,采用该公式计算悬索桥吊索索力并与理论索力进行对比,并对单肢长度为3.775 5 m的短吊索进行锤击激励频率测试以进一步验证该公式准确性。结果表明:骑跨式吊索面内与面外模态差异较大;短吊索频率计算受抗弯刚度影响更大,采用频率法测量索力时应尽量采用低阶频率计算;上锚点顺桥向约束、下锚头长度、夹具至上锚点长度等因素影响吊索模态但影响较小;提出的基于等效长度的骑跨式吊索索力计算公式在采用基频时可有效计算吊索索力,公式索力计算结果与悬索桥理论索力及短吊索试验实测索力对比,基频索力误差为8.81%~11.54%。 展开更多

中空夹层钢管混凝土叠合短柱长期变形计算方法

研究中空夹层钢管混凝土叠合短柱的长期性能,为该类叠合柱的设计和工程应用提供参考。基于混凝土湿度分布模型推导出适用于外包混凝土的非均匀收缩徐变预测模型,采用逐步积分法建立叠合短柱长期性能理论分析方法,在理论计算结果与试验... 研究中空夹层钢管混凝土叠合短柱的长期性能,为该类叠合柱的设计和工程应用提供参考。基于混凝土湿度分布模型推导出适用于外包混凝土的非均匀收缩徐变预测模型,采用逐步积分法建立叠合短柱长期性能理论分析方法,在理论计算结果与试验结果吻合良好的基础上,分析含中空夹层钢管混凝土率、空心率、配筋率以及含钢率对叠合短柱长期性能的影响。采用龄期调整有效模量法建立中空夹层钢管混凝土叠合短柱长期变形简化计算方法,并与采用逐步积分法的理论分析结果进行对比。含中空夹层钢管混凝土率和外钢管的含钢率是影响叠合短柱长期变形的重要因素,当含中空夹层钢管混凝土率由0.5增大至0.7,持荷10年的时效变形降低21%,龄期调整有效模量法的预测误差随含中空夹层钢管混凝土率的降低而逐渐提高。通过修正外包混凝土的有效模量而建立的简化计算方法具有良好的预测精度。 展开更多
