At present, concrete bridges mai...With the rapid development of bridge engineering technology in our country, especially in the field of high-speed railway, concrete bridge construction technology has been very mature. At present, concrete bridges mainly include simply supported beams, continuous beams, concrete filled steel tube arch bridges and so on, among which cast-in-place continuous beams are divided into bracket cast-in-place and cantilever cast-in-place methods. Cantilever cast-in-place beams have many advantages, including having the smallest impact on road construction, being suitable for crossing busy roads, being suitable for large-span rivers and special zones. This paper mainly discusses the cantilever cast-in-place construction method, explores and studies the key construction technologies of cantilever casting, discusses the application of key technologies and control measures, etc. In this paper, the hanging basket cantilever casting construction of the (40+56+40)m continuous beam of the Long Qing high-speed bridge over Laixi-Rongcheng high-speed railway is taken as the research object, and the key research and exploration are focused on the technical measures, design checking and control measures in the hanging basket cantilever casting construction.展开更多

With the implementation of the new production safety law, the safety management of high-pier and long-span bridges in mountainous areas should not be underestimated. Based on the cantilever casting construction of hanging basket of three continuous rigid frame bridges of B3 mark of Chengkai Expressway, this paper briefly introduces the design points of hanging basket bottom protection platform. Through calculation, the mechanical properties of hanging basket and bottom structure meet the requirements. The successful application of the protective structure can provide reference for the future high-altitude protection of similar projects.展开更多
