In particular, the total disturbance that includes the effects caused by both aerocoefficient perturbations and disturbances is estimated by constructing an Extended State Observer(ESO) to achieve attitude tracking. Furthermore, combined with the normal acceleration due to the engine thrust, the accelerometer measurement is also compensated to enhance the load relief effect.Secondly, the quantitative analysis of ESO and the entire closed-loop system are studied. It can be concluded that the desired attitude tracking and load relief performances can be achieved simultaneously under the proposed approach. Besides, tuning laws of the proposed approach are systematically given, which are divided into ESO, Proportional Derivative(PD) and Compensated Acceleration Feedback(CAF) modules. Moreover, the performances under CAF-ADRC approach can be better than those under CAF based PD(CAF-PD) approach by tuning load relief gain. Finally, the approach presented is applied to a typical control problem of launch vehicles with wind disturbances and parameter uncertainties.展开更多

This paper formulates an efficient computational model of the combustion of an explosive charge affectedby a bottom gap in the launch environment in the context of the material point method. The current temperatureis computed accurately from the heat balance equation, and different physical states of the explosive charges areconsidered through various equations of state. Microcracks in the explosive charges are described with respectto the viscoelastic statistical crackmechanics (Visco–SCRAM) model. Themethod for calculating the temperatureat the bottomof the explosive charge with respect to the bottomgap is described. Based on this combustionmodel, the temperature history of a Composition B (COMB) explosive charge in the presence of a bottom gap is obtainedduring the launch process of a 155-mm artillery. The simulation results show that the bottom gap thickness shouldbe no greater than 0.039 cm to ensure the safety of the COM B explosive charge in the launch environment. 文摘Research of capture mechanisms with strong capture adaptability and stable grasp is important to solve the problem of launch and recovery of torpedo-shaped autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs).A multi-loop coupling capture mechanism with strong adaptability and high retraction rate has been proposed for the launch and recovery of torpedo-shaped AUVs with different morphological features.Firstly, the principle of capturing motion retraction is described based on the appearance characteristics of torpedo-shaped AUVs,and the configuration synthesis of the capture mechanism is carried out using the method of constrained chain synthesis.Secondly, the screw theory is employed to analyze the degree of freedom(DoF)of the capture mechanism. Then, the 3D model of the capture mechanism is established, and the kinematics and dynamics simulations are carried out.Combined with the capture orientation requirements of the capture mechanism, the statics and vibration characteristics analyses are carried out.Furthermore, considering the capture process and the underwater working environment, the motion characteristics and hydraulics characteristics of the capture mechanism are analyzed. Finally,a principle prototype is developed and the torpedo-shaped AUVs capture experiment is completed. The work provides technical reserves for the research and development of AUV capture special equipment.

文摘In the scenario that a solid-fuel launch vehicle maneuvers in outer space at high angles of attack and sideslip for energy management,Approximate Analytical Solutions(AAS)for the threedimensional(3D)ascent flight states are derived, which are the only solutions capable of considering time-varying Mass Flow Rate(MFR)at present. The uneven MFR makes the thrust vary nonlinearly and thus increases the difficulty of the problem greatly. The AAS are derived based on a 3D Generalized Ascent Dynamics Model(GADM)with a normalized mass as the independent variable. To simplify some highly nonlinear terms in the GADM,several approximate functions are introduced carefully, while the errors of the approximations relative to the original terms are regarded as minor perturbations.Notably,a finite series with positive and negative exponents, called Exponent-Symmetry Series(ESS),is proposed for function approximation to decrease the highest exponent in the AAS so as to reduce computer round-off errors. To calculate the ESS coefficients,a method of seeking the Optimal Interpolation Points(OIP)is proposed using the leastsquares-approximation theory.Due to the artful design of the approximations, the GADM can be decomposed into two analytically solvable subsystems by a perturbation method, and thus the AAS are obtained successfully. Finally,to help implement the AAS,two indirect methods for measuring the remaining mass and predicting the burnout time in flight are put forward using information from accelerometers.Simulation results verify the superiority of the AAS under the condition of time-varying MFR.
文摘In this paper, the method of reliability test profile construction for air-launched spacecraft is analyzed, in order to effectively carry out air-launched spacecraft flight reliability test. The flight mission profile and environment profile of air-launched spacecraft are formed. Meanwhile, the method of temperature stress, vibration stress, electronic stress and humidity stress of external spacecraft under different mission profiles are calculated. Finally, this paper takes an airborne electronic product as an example, and a reliability test profile is designed by correction of the experimental section with measured data.

文摘A fault-tolerant control law based on adaptive super-twisting sliding mode control(SMC)is designed for the attitude command tracking problem of a launch vehicle with actuator faults, considering the uncertainties arising from unknown external disturbances, fuel consumption of the launch vehicle, and the perturbation due to the change in rotational inertia caused by tank sloshing,as well as the potential system model changes due to actuator fault and unmodeled dynamics. This control algorithm integrates the super-twisting SMC,the fuzzy logic control, and the adaptive control.First,a super-twisting sliding surface is selected to mitigate the“chattering”phenomenon inherent in SMC,ensuring that the system tracking error converges to zero within a finite time.Second, building upon this sliding surface, the fuzzy logic control is used to approximate the unknown system function, which includes fault information.Adaptive parameters are used to approach the system parameters and enhance disturbance rejection. The stability and finite-time convergence of the launch vehicle attitude tracking control system are verified by the Lyapunov method.Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed adaptive super-twisting SMC algorithm.
