In the research, four shading treatments were set, including the treatments with shading degrees at 0, 40%, 60% and 70%, in order to explore storage rate and seedling growth of annual Phoebe bournei. The results showed that the storage rate is growing upon shading degree. In the research, for example, storage rate reached the peak with the shading degree at 70%, and only 42.2% with shading degree at 0. In addition, seedling height and ground diameter showed extremely significant differences among treatments, and the treatment with shading degree at 60% was the best. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to explore growth performance of Phoebe bournei in seedling stage.[Method] Based on 17 superior plus trees of Phoebe bournei,a seedling cultivation test was conducted in Jindong Forest Farm in Yongzhou,Hunan Province,exploring growth indices and analyzing seedling height and ground diameter.[Result] As per the selection rate at 20%,PB17,PB9 and PB12 were selected from the 17 species.Specifically,the seedling height averaged 36.52 cm of the selected three seedlings,which was higher by 16.1% compared with average of 17 species (31.45%).As for ground diameter,the selected species averaged 2.6 mm,which was higher (13.0%) compared with the average level (2.3 mm).[Conclusion]Both of seedling height and ground diameter reached extremely significant differences,which indicated that half-sib families of Phoebe bournei have rich variations,with selection and breeding potential. 展开更多

基于SSR分子标记的闽楠(Phoebe bournei)核心种质的构建 被引量:11

为更好地发掘和利用现有闽楠种质资源,本研究利用7个SSR位点对江西和福建16个闽楠群体的237份材料进行基因型分析,采用逐步聚类(随机取样策略,位点优先取样策略)和模拟退火算法(等位基因数目最大化策略,遗传距离最大化策略)4种取样方法... 为更好地发掘和利用现有闽楠种质资源,本研究利用7个SSR位点对江西和福建16个闽楠群体的237份材料进行基因型分析,采用逐步聚类(随机取样策略,位点优先取样策略)和模拟退火算法(等位基因数目最大化策略,遗传距离最大化策略)4种取样方法构建闽楠核心种质,并将各遗传多样性指标进行分析。结果表明:7个SSR位点共检测到50个等位基因,平均为7.143,平均有效等位基因为2.115,Shannon信息指数为0.778,观测杂合度为0.302,期望杂合度为0.442。基于逐步聚类方法构建的核心种质相较于基于模拟退火算法构建的核心种质各遗传参数指标都相对较高。对其进行t检验后,选择以基于逐步聚类位点优先取样策略在25%的取样比例下选取的种质为核心种质,其等位基因数、平均有效等位基因数、多态性位点百分率、Shannon多样性指数的保留率分别为初始种质的98%、104.92%、90.09%、97.94%。筛选出的59份核心种质材料能够较好地代表闽楠种质资源的遗传多样性,为闽楠的种质资源保存提供科学依据。 展开更多

掌握气候变化对珍稀濒危物种的分布和适应性变化趋势的影响,是开展保护生物学研究的基础。闽楠(Phoebe bournei)是我国东部亚热带森林的优势树种,也是金丝楠木的主要来源树种。它具有重要的经济、园林与生态价值,目前已被列为国家II级... 掌握气候变化对珍稀濒危物种的分布和适应性变化趋势的影响,是开展保护生物学研究的基础。闽楠(Phoebe bournei)是我国东部亚热带森林的优势树种,也是金丝楠木的主要来源树种。它具有重要的经济、园林与生态价值,目前已被列为国家II级保护植物。预测不同气候背景下该物种的地理分布格局可为这一珍贵树种的资源保护、合理利用与开发提供指导依据,同时也为闽楠的起源与地理分化研究奠定基础。本研究基于闽楠的123个分布点信息与19个气候因子,采用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)与ArcGIS空间分析,构建闽楠于末次冰期(距今22000年)、当前(1950-2000年)以及未来(2050年与2070年)相应地潜在分布区格局,并确定未来受威胁的适生区、面积与影响分布的气候因子。结果表明:闽楠的适生区覆盖浙江、福建、江西、广东、广西、湖南、湖北、贵州及重庆,制约闽楠地理分布的气候因子主要是温度季节性变化标准差(Bio4)、最暖月最高温(Bio5)与最干季降水量(Bio17);在末次盛冰期闽楠退缩到我国东部的许多山区,诸如武夷山、浙闽丘陵、武陵山、雪峰山、湘黔桂毗邻的山区;随着全球气候变暖,到2050年与2070年闽楠的适生区有着破碎化甚至丧失的风险。 展开更多

Yang is a rare and protected plant in China. This study was conducted to determine the phenotypic variation in this species and to document phenotypic variation within and among populations of P. bournei. Nested analysis of variance, coefficient of variation, multiple comparisons, principal component analysis(PCA) and correlation analysis were used to analyze ten phenotypic traits in ten natural populations of P.bournei from both the northeastern and the primary region of the range of this species. Significant differences among and within populations were observed in leaf and seed phenotypic traits. Variation among populations(34.92%)was greater than that within populations(26.19%). The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 53.77% among populations, indicating that variation among populations comprised the majority of the phenotypic variation of P. bournei. The coefficient of variance(CV) of ten traits varied from 6.44 to 18.45%, with an average of 12.03%.The CV of leaf traits among populations(15.64%) was higher than that of seed traits(8.60%), indicating that seed traits were more stable. The results from CV and PCA indicated that leaf area, leaf length and thousand seed weight were the main factors accounting for the observed phenotypic variations. Significant or highly significant correlations were observed among most leaf and/or in seed phenotypic traits, whereas no significant correlations were observed between phenotypic traits and geographic factors.Based on cluster analysis, the ten populations can be divided into three clusters. Light levels determine regeneration in stands and a key concern is how to regulate the light environment of different stand types to the requirements of the understory.In this study,we selected three stands typical in south China(a Cryptomeria japonica plantation,a Quercus acutissima plantation,and a mixed stand of both)and three thinning intensities to determine the best understory light environ-ment for 3-year-old Phoebe bournei seedlings.The canopy structure,understory light environment,and photosynthe-sis and growth indicators were assessed following thin-ning.Thinning improved canopy structure and understory light availability of each stand;species composition was the reason for differences in the understory light environ-ment.Under the same thinning intensity,the mixed stand had the greatest light radiation and most balanced spectral composition.P.bournei photosynthesis and growth were closely related to the light environment;all three stands required heavy thinning to create an effective and sustained understory light environment.In a suitable understory light environment,the efficiency of light interception,absorption,and use by seedlings was enhanced,resulting in a higher carbon assimilation the main limiting factor was stomatal conductance.As a shade-avoidance signal,red/far-red radia-tion is a critical factor driving changes in photosynthesis and growth of P.bournei seedlings,and a reduction increased light absorption and use capacity and height:diameter ratios.The growth advantage transformed from diameter to height,enabling seedlings to access more light.Our findings suggest that the regeneration of shade-tolerant species such as P.bournei could be enhanced if a targeted approach to thinning based on stand type was adopted. 展开更多

Heat shock transcription factors(Hsfs)have important roles during plant growth and development and responses to abiotic stresses.The identification and func-tion of Hsf genes have been thoroughly studied in various herbaceous plant species,but not woody species,especially Phoebe bournei,an endangered,unique species in China.In this study,17 members of the Hsf gene family were identi-fied from P.bournei using bioinformatic methods.Phyloge-netic analysis indicated that PbHsf genes were grouped into three subfamilies:A,B,and C.Conserved motifs,three-dimensional structure,and physicochemical properties of the PbHsf proteins were also analyzed.The structure of the PbHsf genes varied in the number of exons and introns.Pre-diction of cis-acting elements in the promoter region indi-cated that PbHsf genes are likely involved in responses to plant hormones and stresses.A collinearity analysis dem-onstrated that expansions of the PbHsf gene family mainly take place via segmental duplication.The expression levels of PbHsf genes varied across different plant tissues.On the basis of the expression profiles of five representative PbHsf genes during heat,cold,salt,and drought stress,PbHsf pro-teins seem to have multiple functions depending on the type of abiotic stress.This systematic,genome-wide investigation of PbHsf genes in P.bournei and their expression patterns provides valuable insights and information for further func-tional dissection of Hsf proteins in this endangered,unique species. 展开更多

The artificial afforestation of precious Phoebe bournei has been carried out in China.During the cultivation process,thinning wood will be produced.The properties of thinning wood might vary greatly with matured wood and require evaluation for better utilization.The objective of the present study aims to determine the wood structure,fiber morphology,and physical and mechanical properties of the Phoebe bournei thinning wood to help us understand the wood properties and improve its utility value.Three 14-year-old Phoebe bournei were cut from Jindong Forestry Farm of Hunan Province,China.The wood structure and fiber morphology were observed and analyzed with a light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The physical and mechanical properties were tested according to the Chinese national standards.The results showed as follows:(1)The Phoebe bournei thinning wood has a beautiful wood figure and fine texture,whereas the heartwood has not yet formed.(2)It is a diffuse-porous hardwood with small and less pores as well as fine wood rays.(3)The wood fiber is medium length and extremely thin wall thickness.(4)It is low in density and has excellent dimensionally stability.(5)The wood mechanical properties belong to the low to medium class and the comprehensive strength of wood belongs to the medium-strength class.It is concluded that Phoebe bournei thinning wood is suitable for wood carving,handicraft,high-end furniture,and decorative furniture parts. 展开更多

To study the leaf variation and morphological diversity of Phoebe bournei,the leaves of two leaf types and one wild type in the same growth environment,which were marked as Type A,B,and C with wild type being marked as B,were used as testing materials.40 healthy mature leaves collected from healthy plants were taken as research samples and phenotypic characteristics,such as leaf shape,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,and leaf vein were observed and analyzed.The leaves of Type A were oblanceolate,the base of the leaves was gradually narrow,and the tip of the leaves was gradually sharp.There were white pubescences on the back of the leaves,which were arranged in order.The pubescences were evenly distributed on the mesophyll and vein,in the same direction.The length,width,perimeter,and area of the leaves were smaller than those of the other two types.The leaves of Type B were narrow,oblanceolate,wedge-shaped at the base,long acuminate at the tip,with yellow brown villi on the back of the leaves,mainly distributed along the vein and the grid vein between the veins;the villi on the main veins were longer,and the villi between the mesophylls were less numerous and shorter.The length,perimeter,and aspect ratio of the blade were the largest of the three types and the whole blade was slender.Type C leaves were elliptical with a nearly truncated base and a sharp tip.There were white pubescences on the back of the leaves and less mesophyll pubescence along the veins.The length-width ratio of the blade was small,the width was large,and the whole blade was round.There were significant differences among the three leaf types of P.bournei and preliminary judgement was that Type A and Type C were spontaneous mutants. 展开更多

Terpenoids,including aromatic volatile monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids,function in defense against pathogens and herbivores.Phoebe trees are remarkable for their scented wood and decay resistance.Unlike other Lauraceae species investigated to date,Phoebe species predominantly accumulate sesquiterpenoids instead of monoterpenoids.Limited genomic data restrict the elucidation of terpenoid variation and functions.Here,we present a chromosome-scale genome assembly of a Lauraceae tree,Phoebe bournei,and identify 72 full-length terpene synthase(TPS)genes.Genome-level comparison shows pervasive lineage-specific duplication and contraction of TPS subfamilies,which have contributed to the extreme terpenoid variation within Lauraceae species.Although the TPS-a and TPS-b subfamilies were both expanded via tandem duplication in P.bournei,more TPS-a copies were retained and constitutively expressed,whereas more TPS-b copies were lost.The TPS-a genes on chromosome 8 functionally diverged to synthesize eight highly accumulated sesquiterpenes in P.bournei.The essential oil of P.bournei and its main component,b-caryophyllene,exhibited antifungal activities against the three most widespread canker pathogens of trees.The TPS-a and TPS-b subfamilies have experienced contrasting fates over the evolution of P.bournei.The abundant sesquiterpenoids produced by TPS-a proteins contribute to the excellent pathogen resistance of P.bournei trees.Overall,this study sheds light on the evolution and adaptation of terpenoids in Lauraceae and provides valuable resources for boosting plant immunity against pathogens in various trees and crops. 展开更多

闽楠表型性状遗传多样性及其核心种质资源构建

[目的]旨在分析闽楠种质资源的表型性状遗传多样性,并以此为基础比较不同方法构建的核心种质代表性性状差异,优化闽楠种质资源的保存策略,构建可靠的初级核心种质群体,以提升闽楠种质资源的开发与利用效率。[方法]基于来自福建、江西、湖南、浙江、广西的221个半同胞闽楠家系的生长性状和叶部性状,采用欧几里得法(欧氏距离)和马哈拉诺比斯法(马氏距离)计算样本间性状遗传距离,类平均法、离差平方和法、最长距离法和最短距离法进行层次聚类,随机取样法、优先取样法和偏离度取样法进行取样。通过4个核心种质代表性参数对各核心种质进行检验,并进一步比较7个取样比例(10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%),最终筛选出最优取样策略。通过主成分分析和样品分布图比较核心种质与原始种质的代表性。[结果](1)闽楠种质资源中9个表型性状的变异系数范围为23.70%~33.84%,遗传多样性指数均大于1,表明闽楠种质资源具有丰富的遗传变异和广泛的多样性;(2)通过马氏距离—离差平方和聚类—随机取样法(30%取样比例),构建的包含66个家系的闽楠核心种质,其均值差异百分率为0.00%、方差差异百分率为55.56%、极差符合率为96.00%、变异系数变化率为121.00%,能够最有效地代表原始种质群体;(3)原始种质与核心种质的样品主成分分布总体相似,核心种质重叠部分较少,表明核心种质在去除遗传冗余的同时,很好地代表了原始种质的总体遗传特征。[结论]闽楠种质资源各性状表现出丰富的遗传变异,筛选出的66个核心种质能够较好地代表原始种质群体,为闽楠种质资源的保存与优良种质的选育提供了材料基础。 展开更多

【目的】系统鉴定闽楠热激蛋白70(HSP70)基因家族成员,分析其结构特性及高温胁迫下的表达模式,为功能研究提供依据。【方法】基于闽楠全基因组数据,采用生物信息学方法鉴定PbHSP70基因,分析其理化性质、系统进化、基因结构、保守基序、... 【目的】系统鉴定闽楠热激蛋白70(HSP70)基因家族成员,分析其结构特性及高温胁迫下的表达模式,为功能研究提供依据。【方法】基于闽楠全基因组数据,采用生物信息学方法鉴定PbHSP70基因,分析其理化性质、系统进化、基因结构、保守基序、染色体分布、共线性及启动子顺式元件;结合RNA-seq与RT-qPCR技术分析组织特异性与高温胁迫表达特征。【结果】共鉴定56个PbHSP70基因家族成员,编码蛋白多为亲水性不稳定蛋白,主要定位于细胞质,分为DnaK和HSP110/SSE2个亚家族。基因结构保守但内含子数目差异大,成员在8条染色体上不均匀分布。共线性分析发现10对片段重复基因,家族扩张可能主要源于片段复制,Ka/Ks均小于1,表明受到纯化选择。启动子区域富含激素、光响应及非生物胁迫相关元件。表达模式显示该家族具有组织特异性,高温胁迫下12个代表基因均显著诱导表达,其中PbHSP70-40基因响应最为显著。【结论】PbHSP70基因家族在闽楠中进化保守、序列多样,可能积极参与高温胁迫响应过程,PbHSP70-40为关键候选基因,对其深入研究有助于揭示闽楠耐热分子机制。 展开更多

【目的】为促进闽楠幼苗个体生长和植株构型管理提供理论依据。【方法】以2年生闽楠为研究对象,采用3因素完全交互设计,分析土壤类型(S1和S2)、光照强度(25%、50%、75%和100%透光率)和萘乙酸NAA质量浓度(0、25、50和75 mg/L)及其交互作... 【目的】为促进闽楠幼苗个体生长和植株构型管理提供理论依据。【方法】以2年生闽楠为研究对象,采用3因素完全交互设计,分析土壤类型(S1和S2)、光照强度(25%、50%、75%和100%透光率)和萘乙酸NAA质量浓度(0、25、50和75 mg/L)及其交互作用对闽楠生长和构型的影响规律。【结果】1)土壤类型S2处理的闽楠苗高、地径增长速率、地上/地下、干、枝、叶的生物量、冠幅、分枝数、叶片数明显优于土壤类型S1处理。S1中光照强度和激素水平显著影响每一层干生物量、2/4枝生物量、2/4和3/4叶生物量、2/4和4/4分枝数、2/4叶片数。S2中光照强度和激素水平仅显著影响2/4、3/4叶生物量、4/4分枝数、3/4叶片数;2)在2种常见土壤类型中,闽楠幼苗均在适度光照强度50%或75%时表现最好,低光照或者高光照抑制了闽楠干、枝、叶生物量的积累和叶片数量。75%和100%光照强度处理的地上/地下生物量低于25%和50%光照强度处理;3)在同一土壤类型条件下,光照强度和NAA浓度对闽楠生长和构型的影响存在显著差异,但在同一光照强度下,仅NAA的影响差异不大;4)3种因素对闽楠生长和构型的影响中,最显著的是土壤类型,其次是光照及光照和土壤的交互效应,再次是激素、激素与土壤或光照的交互作用,最后是三者的交互作用。【结论】土壤类型S2处理的闽楠幼苗个体生长和植株构型明显优于土壤类型S1。S2中75%透光率+0 mg/L NAA处理的闽楠幼苗生长和构型整体优于其他处理,其中该处理在地径、3/4叶片数,2/4叶生物量表现最好。研究结果有助于筛选出闽楠幼苗适宜的关键栽培管理条件,为闽楠幼苗的经营管理提供科学依据。 展开更多

以杉木林下套种闽楠6种规格容器苗试验林为研究对象,对其造林后1~8 a林分进行动态跟踪,比较闽楠和杉木的地径、胸径、最大冠幅、树高、枝下高及杉木单株材积的差异。结果表明,杉木林下套种不同规格闽楠容器苗,造林当年、2 a、8 a后的闽... 以杉木林下套种闽楠6种规格容器苗试验林为研究对象,对其造林后1~8 a林分进行动态跟踪,比较闽楠和杉木的地径、胸径、最大冠幅、树高、枝下高及杉木单株材积的差异。结果表明,杉木林下套种不同规格闽楠容器苗,造林当年、2 a、8 a后的闽楠Ⅰ级苗地径、最大冠幅、树高均高于Ⅱ级苗;3 aⅠ级苗造林的地径、胸径、最大冠幅、树高、枝下高生长量均最大,其年平均生长量分别达7.16 mm、7.40 mm、35.19 cm、63.20 cm、10.66 cm。造林8 a后,1 aⅡ级苗闽楠容器苗造林地内的杉木地径、胸径、单株材积均最大,分别达44.04 cm、36.53 cm、0.92 m 3,分别比平均值高出11.38%、10.83%、21.05%;2 aⅡ级苗闽楠容器苗造林地的杉木最大冠幅、树高均最大,分别达6.86 m、21.53 m,分别比平均值高出10.47%、3.66%。综合闽楠和杉木的各指标分析,杉木林下套种闽楠3 aⅠ级苗,闽楠和杉木二者的平均综合评分最高,达0.7347;为促进杉木林下套种闽楠幼林的生长,兼顾杉木大径材的培育,建议选用闽楠3 aⅠ级苗进行杉木林下套种,造林效果好。 展开更多

以顺昌洋口、顺昌建西、将乐光明、建瓯东安4个天然居群闽楠种子为研究对象,进行苗圃栽培试验,分析4个居群闽楠种子形态、幼苗生长、根系特征及叶片光合生理特性的差异。结果表明,种子性状中千粒重变异系数最大,达24.15%,种子长径变异... 以顺昌洋口、顺昌建西、将乐光明、建瓯东安4个天然居群闽楠种子为研究对象,进行苗圃栽培试验,分析4个居群闽楠种子形态、幼苗生长、根系特征及叶片光合生理特性的差异。结果表明,种子性状中千粒重变异系数最大,达24.15%,种子长径变异系数最小,为4.76%,种子遗传变异占比在47.09%~99.42%之间。建瓯东安居群与其他居群在种子形态指标及叶片长度存在显著差异(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,种子千粒重与苗高、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05);地径与叶片数量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与净光合速率呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。建瓯东安居群在苗高、叶片长度及根系长度、根系表面积、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度等指标上优于其他居群。建瓯东安居群闽楠种子在生长表现和幼苗生理适应性方面展现出显著优势,具有优良种质潜力,可优先用于遗传改良和定向培育中。 展开更多

【目的】探究人工脱水对闽楠种子生活力和萌发特性的影响,为解析闽楠种子失活和萌发受限机理提供参考。【方法】通过人工脱水处理,分析含水量40%(未脱水)、30%(轻度脱水)、20%(中度脱水)和10%(重度脱水)4种不同含水量种子的生理、生化... 【目的】探究人工脱水对闽楠种子生活力和萌发特性的影响,为解析闽楠种子失活和萌发受限机理提供参考。【方法】通过人工脱水处理,分析含水量40%(未脱水)、30%(轻度脱水)、20%(中度脱水)和10%(重度脱水)4种不同含水量种子的生理、生化和基因表达等,揭示不同脱水程度对闽楠种子生活力和种子萌发率的影响。【结果】闽楠种子生活力随脱水加重先升高后降低,轻度脱水(30%含水量)的种子发芽率最高达93%,甚至高于未脱水种子。重度脱水(10%含水量)导致种子丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,随脱水加重种子膜脂质过氧化程度加剧;过氧化物酶(POD)活性随脱水加重先升高,种子含水量10%时大幅降低。当闽楠种子贮存在25℃高湿环境下,30%和40%含水量的种子发霉率约为58%,重度脱水种子全部发霉。对种子萌发关键基因表达分析发现,随闽楠种子萌发进程负调控转录因子PbABI3均下调表达;PbFUS3、PbLEC2基因在30%含水量种子的胚根萌发初期即显著上调表达,在40%含水量种子中表达未显著改变。【结论】闽楠种子不耐脱水,种子生活力随脱水加重先升高后降低,中度(20%含水量)或重度(10%含水量)脱水种子发芽率大幅降低。重度脱水时种子内POD活性降低并受到氧化损伤。闽楠种子含水量变化能够诱导体内抗氧化酶系统的活性改变,并通过调节种子萌发关键基因PbABI3、PbFUS3、PbLEC2特异性表达,影响种子萌发。 展开更多

【目的】以中国珍稀树种闽楠Phoebe bournei为材料,建立高效且稳定的叶肉细胞原生质体分离与瞬时转化技术。方法】以闽楠幼嫩叶片为材料,对不同酶液质量浓度组合、不同展叶期的叶片和渗透压等3个条件进行单因素实验,明确闽楠叶片原生质... 【目的】以中国珍稀树种闽楠Phoebe bournei为材料,建立高效且稳定的叶肉细胞原生质体分离与瞬时转化技术。方法】以闽楠幼嫩叶片为材料,对不同酶液质量浓度组合、不同展叶期的叶片和渗透压等3个条件进行单因素实验,明确闽楠叶片原生质体的高效分离条件。进一步采用聚乙二醇(PEG)介导转化法,对PEG 4000质量分数、质粒质量浓度和转化温度3个条件进行比较,筛选闽楠叶片原生质体的高效瞬时转化条件。【结果】选用展叶期7 d的闽楠幼叶,并提前浸泡于0.4 mol·L^(-1)甘露醇中20 min,随后使用第2组酶解液(15 mg·L^(-1)纤维素酶R-10+10 mg·L^(-1)纤维素酶RS+10 mg·L^(-1)离析酶R-10+4 mg·L^(-1)果胶酶Y-23+10 mg·L^(-1)半纤维素酶,均为质量浓度),室温避光酶解3 h,能够达到闽楠叶片原生质体分离最佳效果,其产量达7.7×10^(6)个·g^(-1),同时活力可达72%。原生质体瞬时转化采用PEG介导法,以2μg·μL^(-1)质粒浓度与分离出的新鲜闽楠叶片原生质体混合,等体积加入质量分数为50%的PEG 4000溶液并在42℃下孵育15 min,可成功将携带绿色荧光蛋白的质粒p AN580-GFP和Pb TPSa25-GFP分别转入闽楠原生质体中,转化效率达61%。进一步通过激光共聚焦显微镜观察,明确了Pb TPSa25蛋白定位于细胞质中。【结论】选用适宜用于闽楠原生质体分离的幼嫩叶片,通过调整酶液配方以及渗透压进行优化,成功实现了闽楠叶片原生质体的高效分离。在此基础上,通过PEG介导法将外源质粒载体高效地转入闽楠原生质体中,进一步建立了闽楠叶片原生质体瞬时转化体系,为深入开展闽楠基因功能研究与遗传改良提供技术支撑。 展开更多
