Green bond is a new bond instrument, and its application aims to ensure that the actual financial needs of green projects can be effectively met. Comparing with ordinary bonds, it can be seen that green financial bonds have their own particularity. They mainly provide financial services for green projects, so their practical value is relatively high, especially their role in promoting sustainable environmental development. This paper mainly analyzes the actual situation of the development of green bonds in depth to understand the advantages of green financial bonds. The key point is to find out the existing constraints, and put forward feasible countermeasures, in order to make the green financial bonds can achieve steady development.展开更多
