Methods: a retrospective survey and analysis was conducted on the number and mode of blood collection and donation in each blood collection and supply institution in the author's jurisdiction in 2019, 2020 and 2021, and 120 individual voluntary blood donors and 120 group blood donors were screened in the blood collection and supply institutions from 2019 to 2021, and the blood donation knowledge mastery and re-donation compliance of the two groups of blood donors were observed. Results: the individual voluntary blood donation model and the group blood donation model showed an increasing trend in 2019-2021, and the growth rate of the group blood donation mode in 2020-2019 and 2021-2020 was higher than that of the individual voluntary blood donation mode P<0.05, and the disease knowledge mastery and re-donation compliance of blood donors in the group blood donation mode were higher than those in the individual voluntary blood donation mode P<0.05. Conclusion: the group blood donation model is better than the individual voluntary blood donation model in blood recruitment, which can increase the number of blood donations and blood collection volume year by year, improve the blood qualification rate, avoid blood donors falling off, and facilitate the development of blood recruitment.展开更多
