AIM: To evaluate the bioequivalence of ranitidine and bismuth derived from two compound preparations. METHODS: The bioavailability was measured in 20 healthy male Chinese volunteers following a single oral dose (equivalent to 200 mg of ranitidine and 220 mg of bismuth) of the test or reference products in the fasting state. Then blood samples were collected for 24 h. Plasma concentrations of ranitidine and bismuth were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICPMS), respectively. The non-compartmental method was used for pharmacokinetic analysis. Log-transformed Cmax, AUC(0-t) and AUC(0-∞) were tested for bioequivalence using ANOVA and Schuirmann two-one sided t-test. Tmax was analyzed by Wilcoxon's test. RESULTS: Various pharmacokinetic parameters of ranitidine derived from the two compound preparations, including Cmax, AUC(0-t), AUC(0-∞), Tmax and T1/2, were nearly consistent with previous observations. These parameters derived from test and reference drug were as follows: Cmax(0.67 ± 0.21 vs 0.68 ± 0.22 mg/L), AUC(0-t)(3.1 ± 0.6 vs 3.0 ± 0.7 mg/L per hour), AUC(0-∞)(3.3 ± 0.6 vs 3.2 ± 0.8 mg/L per hour), Tmax (2.3 ± 0.9 VS 2.1 ± 0.9 h) and T1/2 (2.8 ± 0.3 vs 3.1 ± 0.4 h). In addition, double-peak absorption profiles of ranitidine were found in some Chinese volunteers. For bismuth, those parameters derived from test and reference drug were as follows: Cmax (11.80 ± 7.36 vs 11.40 ± 6.55 μg/L), AUC(0-t) (46.65 ± 16.97 vs 47.03 ± 21.49 μg/L per hour), Tmax (0.50 ± 0.20 vs 0.50 ± 0.20 h) and T1/2 (10.2 ± 2.3 vs 13.0 ± 6.9 h). Ninety percent of confidence intervals for the test/reference ratio of Cmax, AUC(0-t) and AUC(0-∞) derived from both ranitidine and bismuth were found within the bioequivalence acceptable range of 80%-125%. No significant difference was found in Tmax derived from both ranitidine and bismuth. CONCLUSION: The two compound preparations are bioequivalent and may be prescribed interchangeably. 展开更多

New composition perovskite-type compounds with formula Sr0.6Bi0.4FeO2.7,Sr1-xBixFeO3-y(x=0.1 to 0. 9 in interveral of 0.1),and Ba1.5Pt0.5Mn2O6 have been synthsized and structurally characterized.The crystal structure of Sr0.6Bi0.4FeO2.7has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction,and the data of neutron powder diffraction collected at both room temperature and elevated temperature(380℃).The compound Sr0.6Bi0.4FeO2.7 crystallizes in the cubic space group of Pm3m with Z=1,a=3.9330(6) at room temperature,a=3.9498(6)A at 380℃.The magnetic structure from the neutron powder diffraction data collected at room temperature is consistent with a simple G-type antiferromagnetism and has a magnetic moment of 4.98 μB per Fe atom.The structures of Sr1-xBixFeO3-y with x other than 0.4 were also refined from the X-ray powder diffraction data.The data were consistent with a tetragonal cell when x=0.1,a rhombohedral cell when x= 0.9,and a cubic cell for x=0.2~0.8.From single crystal X-ray diffraction data,Ba1.5Pt0.5Mn2O6 crystallizes in hexagonal space group of P63mc with a= 5.7722 (6),c=4.4504(9),V=128.42(2),Z=1.The Sr(1-x)BixFeO(3-y)are found to be a good electronic and ionic conductor. 展开更多

An efficient method was developed for the conjugate addition of water to various a,β-unsaturated ketones by using bismuth(Ⅲ)chlo ride as a catalyst.The reactions proceeded smoothly in the presence of a catalytic amount of BiCl3(20 mol%)in aqueous media to furnish a variety of synthetically usefulβ-hydroxyl ketones in moderate to good yields.Apart from water molecule,various alcohols could also be employed as nucleophiles to react withα,β-unsaturated ketones,leading toβ-alkoxyl ketones in modest to high yields.In addition,the mild reaction conditions also entailed the conjugate addition reactions to proceed with the tolerance to a range of functional groups. 展开更多

A hexagonal solid-core bismuth-oxide micro-structure fiber is developed to balance its dispersion and nonlinearity.This simulation and calculation results show that the bismuth-oxide photonic crystal fiber(Bi-PCF) has near zero dispersion around 1550 nm.Its dispersion slop in the communication wavelength range is also relatively flat.Moreover,both nonlinear coefficient and model field distribution are obtained.Compared with the experimental results by SiO2-PCF,it can be seen that the Bi-PCF shows excellent characteristics for the optical parametric amplification(OPA). 展开更多

We report a bismuth (III) triflate catalyzed multicomponent synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted imidazoles. Bismuth (III) compounds are attractive from a green chemistry perspective because they are remarkably non-toxic and non-corrosive. Multicomponent syntheses save time and generate less waste. 展开更多

316L表面制备Ni-Al系金属间化合物层的耐铅铋腐蚀性能

利用激光熔覆技术在316L不锈钢表面熔覆一层Ni60合金粉末,采用热喷涂技术在Ni60合金涂层表面制备纯Al涂层,再通过620℃×5 h高温扩散试验,使Ni60合金涂层和纯Al涂层中间生成Ni-Al金属间化合物。最后把制备有Ni60合金和Ni-Al金属间... 利用激光熔覆技术在316L不锈钢表面熔覆一层Ni60合金粉末,采用热喷涂技术在Ni60合金涂层表面制备纯Al涂层,再通过620℃×5 h高温扩散试验,使Ni60合金涂层和纯Al涂层中间生成Ni-Al金属间化合物。最后把制备有Ni60合金和Ni-Al金属间化合物涂层试样置于液态铅铋合金中进行400℃×500 h腐蚀试验。采用SEM,XRD对金属间化合物涂层腐蚀前后的表面、截面的形貌、物相组成及元素分布进行测试,分析Ni60合金涂层和金属间化合物涂层在400℃液态铅铋合金中的腐蚀情况。试验结果表明,经过高温扩散试验,试样表面生成了一层由Ni_(3)Al,NiAl等组成的Ni-Al系金属间化合物;经过400℃液态铅铋合金腐蚀试验,Ni60合金涂层表面腐蚀较为严重,表面大量金属元素被氧化、溶解,在试样表面形成了不连续金属氧化物和腐蚀坑;Ni-Al金属间化合物涂层被氧化成为稳定的金属氧化物涂层,可以有效阻止Pb,Bi,O等元素渗透进入基体,提高316L的耐液态铅铋腐蚀性能。 展开更多

采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、差热分析和热膨胀仪等手段研究了由氧化物粉末(MgO,Al_2O_3和siO_2)制备堇青石陶瓷时,添加Bi_2O_3对堇青石陶瓷相变、相组成和性能的影响。Bi_2O_3在烧结过程中的作用机理是低温产生液相促进烧结。试验表明,在... 采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、差热分析和热膨胀仪等手段研究了由氧化物粉末(MgO,Al_2O_3和siO_2)制备堇青石陶瓷时,添加Bi_2O_3对堇青石陶瓷相变、相组成和性能的影响。Bi_2O_3在烧结过程中的作用机理是低温产生液相促进烧结。试验表明,在1350℃烧结3h,该陶瓷由堇青石和孤立分布的玻璃相组成。随Bi_2O_3含量增加,陶瓷的致密度、弯曲强度和热膨胀系数逐渐升高。Bi_2O_3的添加量(质量分数)大于4%时,原料相石英消失。硅氧网络骨架结合力减小和一定量的玻璃相是引起堇青石陶瓷热膨胀系数升高的主要原因。 展开更多
