The meteorological big data in Beijing area are typical multi-dimensional big data containing spatiotemporal characteristics,which have important research value for researches related to urban human settlement environ...The meteorological big data in Beijing area are typical multi-dimensional big data containing spatiotemporal characteristics,which have important research value for researches related to urban human settlement environment.With the help of computer programming and software processing,big data crawling,integration,extraction and multi-dimensional information fusion can be realized quickly and effectively,so as to obtain the data set needed for research and realize the target of visualization.Through big data analysis of wind environment,thermal environment and total atmospheric suspended particulate pollutants in Beijing area,it was found that the average wind speed in Beijing area decreased signifi cantly in recent 40 years,while the surface temperature increased signifi cantly;urban heat island effect was signifi cant,and the phenomenon of atmospheric suspended particulate pollution was relatively common.The spatial distribution of the three climatic and environmental data was not balanced and had signifi cant regularity and correlation.Improving urban ventilation corridors and improving urban ventilation capacity is a feasible way to improve urban heat island effect and reduce urban climate issues such as atmospheric particulate pollution.展开更多

The paper utilized a standardized methodology to identify prognostic biomarkers in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by analyzing transcriptomic and clinical data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.The approach,whi...The paper utilized a standardized methodology to identify prognostic biomarkers in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by analyzing transcriptomic and clinical data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.The approach,which included stringent data preprocessing,differential gene expression analysis,and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,provided valuable insights into the genetic underpinnings of HCC.The comprehensive analysis of a dataset involving 370 HCC patients uncovered correlations between survival status and pathological characteristics,including tumor size,lymph node involvement,and distant metastasis.The processed transcriptome dataset,comprising 420 samples and annotating 26,783 genes,served as a robust platform for identifying differential gene expression patterns.Among the significant differential expression genes,the key genes such as FBXO43,HAGLROS,CRISPLD1,LRRC3.DT,and ERN2,were pinpointed,which showed significant associations with patient survival outcomes,indicating their potential as novel prognostic biomarkers.This study can not only enhance the understanding of HCC’s genetic landscape but also establish a blueprint for a standardized process to discover prognostic biomarkers of various diseases using genetic big data.Future research should focus on validating these biomarkers through independent cohorts and exploring their utility in the development of personalized treatment strategies.展开更多

Frequent extreme heat events around the world not only pose a major threat to human health but also cause significant economic losses to the livestock industry.The existing management practices are insufficient to ful...Frequent extreme heat events around the world not only pose a major threat to human health but also cause significant economic losses to the livestock industry.The existing management practices are insufficient to fully prevent heat stress with an urgent need to develop preventive medicines.The aim of this study was to develop an antiheat stress Chinese herbal formula(CHF)via big data analysis techniques and to evaluate its anti-heat stress effect and mechanism of action via pharmacodynamic evaluation and network pharmacology analysis.Many anti-heat stress CHFs were collected from the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.Three alternative CHFs were obtained via unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,and the most effective CHF against heat stress,Shidi Jieshu decoction(SJD),was obtained by screening in a mouse heat stress model.In dry and hot environments,SJD significantly improved the heat tolerance of AA broilers by 4-6℃.In a humid and hot environment,pretreatment with 2%SJD resulted in 100%survival of Wenchang chickens at high temperatures.The main active ingredients of SJD were identified as muntjacoside E,timosaponin C,macrostemonoside H and mangiferin via ultraperformance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry(UPLC/MS)and database comparison.The active ingredients of SJD were found to target tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),signal transducer activator of transcription 3(STAT3)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).Finally,the safety of the new formulation was assessed in an acute oral toxicity study in rats.The SJDs developed in this study provide a new option for the prevention of heat stress in animal husbandry and offer new insights for further research on anti-heat stress.展开更多

However, traditional inspectionmethods mainly rely on manual visual inspection, which has limitations such as low efficiency, high cost, and highrisk, making it difficult to meet the demand for efficient and accurate inspection in modern engineering. As an emergingtechnology, intelligent inspection robots provide a new solution for structural health monitoring by virtue of their autonomy,flexibility, and efficiency. This paper systematically reviews the technical characteristics of intelligent detection robots instructural health monitoring and their applications in different scenarios, with a focus on analyzing their performance in actualdetection. At the same time, it summarizes their application progress in sensor technology, fault data processing and analysismethods, and fault localization technology, highlighting their ability to achieve efficient data acquisition, accurate defectidentification, and real-time health assessment in complex environments. In addition, the main technical challenges faced bycurrent inspection robots are summarized, such as stability in complex environments, data processing capability, and autonomousdecision-making level. Finally, the future development direction of inspection robots is outlooked, which mainly focuseson the deep integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the optimization of multi-robot collaborative technology,and the improvement of lightweight and energy efficiency. As an emergingtechnology, intelligent inspection robots provide a new solution for structural health monitoring by virtue of their autonomy,flexibility, and efficiency. This paper systematically reviews the technical characteristics of intelligent detection robots instructural health monitoring and their applications in different scenarios, with a focus on analyzing their performance in actualdetection. At the same time, it summarizes their application progress in sensor technology, fault data processing and analysismethods, and fault localization technology, highlighting their ability to achieve efficient data acquisition, accurate defectidentification, and real-time health assessment in complex environments. In addition, the main technical challenges faced bycurrent inspection robots are summarized, such as stability in complex environments, data processing capability, and autonomousdecision-making level. Finally, the future development direction of inspection robots is outlooked, which mainly focuseson the deep integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the optimization of multi-robot collaborative technology,and the improvement of lightweight and energy efficiency. Through this review, we aim to provide theoretical support andpractical reference for further research and application of intelligent inspection robots in the field of structural healthmonitoring.
