Intent detection and slot filling are two important components of natural language understanding.Because their relevance,joint training is often performed to improve performance.Existing studies mostly use a joint model of multi-intent detection and slot-filling with unidirectional interaction,which improves the overall performance of the model by fusing the intent information in the slot-filling part.On this basis,in order to further improve the overall performance of the model by exploiting the correlation between the two,this paper proposes a joint multi-intent detection and slot-filling model based on a bidirectional interaction structure,which fuses the intent encoding information in the encoding part of slot filling and fuses the slot decoding information in the decoding part of intent detection.Experimental results on two public multi-intent joint training datasets,MixATIS and MixSNIPS,show that the bidirectional interaction structure proposed in this paper can effectively improve the performance of the joint model.In addition,in order to verify the generalization of the bidirectional interaction structure between intent and slot,a joint model for single-intent scenarios is proposed on the basis of the model in this paper.This model also achieves excellent performance on two public single-intent joint training datasets,CAIS and SNIPS. 展开更多

With the increasing demand for petroleum resources and environmental issues,new energy electric vehicles are increasingly being used.However,the large number of electric vehicles connected to the grid has brought new challenges to the operation of the grid.Firstly,A novel bidirectional interaction model is established based on modulation theory with nonlinear loads.Then,the electric energy measuring scheme of EVs for V2G is derived under the conditions of distorted power loads.The scheme is composed of fundamental electric energy,fundamental-distorted electric energy,distorted-fundamental electric energy and distorted electric energy.And the characteristics of each electric energy are analyzed.Finally,the correctness of the model and energy measurement method is verified by three simulation cases:the impact signals,the fluctuating signals,and the harmonic signals. 展开更多

Elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of hydraulic reciprocating seals have significant effects on sealing and tribology performances of hydraulic actuators, especially in high parameter hydraulic systems. Only elastic deformations of hydraulic reciprocating seals were discussed, and hydrodynamic effects were neglected in many studies. The physical process of the fluid-solid interaction effect did not be clearly presented in the existing fluid-solid interaction models for hydraulic reciprocating O-ring seals, and few of these models had been simultaneously validated through experiments. By exploring the physical process of the fluid-solid interaction effect of the hydraulic reciprocating O-ring seal, a numerical fluid-solid interaction model consisting of fluid lubrication, contact mechanics, asperity contact and elastic deformation analyses is constructed with an iterative procedure. With the SRV friction and wear tester, the experiments are performed to investigate the elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the O-ring seal. The regularity of the friction coefficient varying with the speed of reciprocating motion is obtained in the mixed lubrication condition. The experimental result is used to validate the fluid-solid interaction model. Based on the model, The elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the hydraulic reciprocating O-ring seal are presented respectively in the dry friction, mixed lubrication and full film lubrication conditions, including of the contact pressure, film thickness, friction coefficient, liquid film pressure and viscous shear stress in the sealing zone. The proposed numerical fluid-solid interaction model can be effectively used to analyze the operation characteristics of the hydraulic reciprocating O-ring seal, and can also be widely used to study other hydraulic reciprocating seals. 展开更多

Non-seismically designed(NSD)beam-column joints are susceptible to joint shear failure under seismic loads.Although significant research is available on the seismic behavior of such joints of planar frames,the information on the seismic behavior of joints of space frames(3D joints)is insufficient.The 3D joints are subjected to bi-directional excitation,which results in an interaction between the shear strength obtained for the joint in the two orthogonal directions separately.The bi-directional seismic behavior of corner reinforced concrete(RC)joints is the focus of this study.First,a detailed finite element(FE)model using the FE software Abaqus,is developed and validated using the test results from the literature.The validated modeling procedure is used to conduct a parametric study to investigate the influence of different parameters such as concrete strength,dimensions of main and transverse beams framing into the joint,presence or absence of a slab,axial load ratio and loading direction on the seismic behavior of joints.By subjecting the models to different combinations of loads on the beams along perpendicular directions,the interaction of the joint shear strength in two orthogonal directions is studied.The comparison of the interaction curves of the joints obtained from the numerical study with a quadratic(circular)interaction curve indicates that in a majority of cases,the quadratic interaction model can represent the strength interaction diagrams of RC beam to column connections with governing joint shear failure reasonably well. 展开更多

The resistance loss of transportation was studied and the influences of buoyancy layout,mineral content and elastic modulus of flexible hose were investigated based on three-dimensional finite element model of fluid-solid interaction by MSC.MARC/MENTAT software.The numerical results show that the resistance losses increase with the increase of mineral content Cv and velocity of internal fluid v and decrease with the increase of elastic modulus E of flexible hose.The buoyancy layout and the velocity of internal fluid have greater impacts on the resistance losses than the elastic modulus of flexible hose.In order to reduce the resistance losses and improve the efficiency of the deep-ocean mining,Cv and v must be restricted in a suitable range (e.g.10%-25% and 2.5-4 m/s).Effective buoyancy layout (such as Scheme C and D) should be adopted and the suitable material of moderate E should be used for the flexible hose in deep-ocean mining. 展开更多

Following the discovery of bone as an endocrine organ with systemic influence,bone-brain interaction has emerged as a research hotspot,unveiling complex bidirectional communication between bone and brain.Studies indicate that bone and brain can influence each other’s homeostasis via multiple pathways,yet there is a dearth of systematic reviews in this area.This review comprehensively examines interactions across three key areas:the influence of bone-derived factors on brain function,the effects of brain-related diseases or injuries(BRDI)on bone health,and the concept of skeletal interoception.Additionally,the review discusses innovative approaches in biomaterial design inspired by bone-brain interaction mechanisms,aiming to facilitate bonebrain interactions through materiobiological effects to aid in the treatment of neurodegenerative and bone-related diseases.Notably,the integration of artificial intelligence(AI)in biomaterial design is highlighted,showcasing AI’s role in expediting the formulation of effective and targeted treatment strategies.In conclusion,this review offers vital insights into the mechanisms of bone-brain interaction and suggests advanced approaches to harness these interactions in clinical practice.These insights offer promising avenues for preventing and treating complex diseases impacting the skeleton and brain,underscoring the potential of interdisciplinary approaches in enhancing human health. 展开更多

An integrated fluid-thermal-structural analysis approach is presented. In this approach, the heat conduction in a solid is coupled with the heat convection in the viscous flow of the fluid resulting in the thermal stress in the solid. The fractional four-step finite element method and the streamline upwind Petrov-Galerkin (SUPG) method are used to analyze the viscous thermal flow in the fluid. Analyses of the heat transfer and the thermal stress in the solid axe performed by the Galerkin method. The second-order semi- implicit Crank-Nicolson scheme is used for the time integration. The resulting nonlinear equations are lineaxized to improve the computational efficiency. The integrated analysis method uses a three-node triangular element with equal-order interpolation functions for the fluid velocity components, the pressure, the temperature, and the solid displacements to simplify the overall finite element formulation. The main advantage of the present method is to consistently couple the heat transfer along the fluid-solid interface. Results of several tested problems show effectiveness of the present finite element method, which provides insight into the integrated fluid-thermal-structural interaction phenomena. 展开更多

In order to extend the service life of torque converters, it is essential to predict the pressure condition and improve its weak areas. According to computational fluid dynamics and structural statics, a model of torque converter is constructed using software ANSYS. Then, a fluid-solid interaction(FSI) analysis method is proposed to obtain its stress distribution, in which the fluid pressure is applied to the coupling surface to calculate the interaction between fluid and solid. The results show that the fluid pressure at the inlet of the impeller is maximum and decreases along the flow direction, the pressure at the inlet of the turbine blade is minimum and the outlet pressure is the largest, increasing along the flow direction gradually;the pressure distribution of the impeller is concentrated mainly at the corner, especially between the inner ring and the impeller blades;the pressure of the turbine is concentrated mainly on the connection between turbine and the outer edge of the blade. 展开更多

This paper is devoted to the two-dimensional nonlinear modeling of the fluid-solid interaction (FSI) between fabric and air flow, which is based on the Automatic Incremental Dynamic Nonlinear Analysis (AIDNA)-FSI program in order to study the dynamic bending features of fabrics in a specific air flow filed. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model for flow and the finite element model (FEM) for fabric was set up to constitute an FSI model in which the geometric nonlinear behavior and the dynamic stress-strain variation of the relatively soft fabric material were taken into account. Several FSI cases with different time-dependent wind load and the model frequency analysis for fabric were carried out. The dynamic response of fabric and the distribution of fluid variables were investigated. The results of numerical simulation and experiments fit quite well. Hence, this work contributes to the research of modeling the dynamic bending behavior of fabrics in air field. 展开更多

In asymmetric plan tall building the effects of higher modes and torsion are crucial. The consecutive modal pushover (CMP) procedure is one of the procedures that consider these effects. Also in previous studies the influence of soil-structure interaction (SSI) in pushover analysis is ignored. In this paper the CMP procedure is modified for one-way asymmetric plan mid and high-rise buildings considering $SI. The extended CMP (ECMP) procedure is proposed in order to overcome some limitations of the CMP procedure. In this regard, 10, 15 and 20 story buildings with asymmetric plan are studied considering SSI assuming three different soil conditions. Using nonlinear response history analysis under a set of bidirectional ground motion; the exact responses of these buildings are calculated. Then the ECMP procedure is evaluated by comparing the results of this procedure with nonlinear time history results as an exact solution as well as the modal pushover analysis procedure and FEMA 356 load patterns. The results demonstrate the accuracy of the ECMP procedure. 展开更多

The impeller of turbo machinery is a typical nonlinear multi-oscillator system.The vibration of each module is coupling, including fluid-solid coupling of the blade.The subject of our investigation was a KDF-5 mine fan for which we analyzed air vibration signals and axial vibration signals by using correlation dimension analysis under five variable working conditions.The results indicate that their correlation dimension curves show a uniform trend.That is to say, the characteristics of the variation signals of the integral structure are correlated and mutually embodied.It proves that it is possible to monitor the working state of a mine fan by coupling the vibration signals and air vibration signals for these are more sensitive in representing the status of the impeller system. 展开更多

Interactions between two identical monochromatic wave trains with a relative separation angle of 24? were experimentally investigated in a well-designed ‘X' configuration.Wave trains with different amplitudes and frequencies were generated.The results demonstrated that the interaction was strongly dependent on both wave amplitude and frequency.For nonbreaking and lower-frequency cases,the wave trains can approximately reestablish their initial state following the interaction.However,for larger waves,the interaction was enhanced,distorting the surfaces significantly-the wave trains were no longer two-dimensional after the encounter.During the interaction process,there was an obvious increase in wave height,reaching a maximum amplification in the middle of the interaction region that was approximately 1.55 times the initial height.Furthermore,the images captured by high-speed cameras illustrated that two wave trains entered the interaction region at the same time and then merged during the interaction process,resulting in an increase in wave amplitude.The combined wave crest was initially composed of two straight segments with a relative angle of 24? and gradually morphed into a single segment as is evident in the plan view.The wave then broke in the downstream,still within the interaction region,exhibiting a crescent pattern along the crest. 展开更多

Click-streams of online shopping are the tracks/trails of interactions between a customer and a vendor.We observe that it is of great importance both in theory and practice to explore a deep analysis method for analyzing click-stream information of an individual customer in a specific transaction for understanding the bidirectional value transfer within the machine-human interaction of an online store and for its personalization.We analyze the significance,the hierarchical structure and the characteristics of click-stream information and propose that Ricoeur's hermeneutic theory be the foundation of forming such a deep analysis method.Then we use the empirical context information of the click-stream to improve the naive interpretation put forward by Ricoeur.Moreover,we apply the Grounded Theory to extend the deep analysis of Ricoeur's theory of textual interpretation.The improved theory fits well with the needs of interpretation and the analysis of click-stream information.We exemplify and show the feasibility of this analysis method by using data collected(a single case)from a large study of human-computer interaction. 展开更多

The process of contaminant transport is a problem of multicomponent and multiphase flow in unsaturated zone. Under the presupposition that gas existence affects water transport, a coupled mathematical model of contaminant transport in unsaturated zone has been established based on fluid_solid interaction mechanics theory. The asymptotical solutions to the nonlinear coupling mathematical model were accomplished by the perturbation and integral transformation method. The distribution law of pore pressure, pore water velocity and contaminant concentration in unsaturated zone has been presented under the conditions of with coupling and without coupling gas phase. An example problem was used to provide a quantitative verification and validation of the model. The asymptotical solution was compared with Faust model solution. The comparison results show reasonable agreement between asymptotical solution and Faust solution, and the gas effect and media deformation has a large impact on the contaminant transport. The theoretical basis is provided for forecasting contaminant transport and the determination of the relationship among pressure_saturation_permeability in laboratory. 展开更多

肾脏超声影像检查是IgA肾病重要的临床无创诊断方法,可以避免不必要的肾活检,尤其对患者长期病程管理至关重要。但是超声影像解析与肾活检病理分析仍具有巨大知识鸿沟,导致临床上难以直接通过超声影像解析进行精准的IgA肾病病理分级,其... 肾脏超声影像检查是IgA肾病重要的临床无创诊断方法,可以避免不必要的肾活检,尤其对患者长期病程管理至关重要。但是超声影像解析与肾活检病理分析仍具有巨大知识鸿沟,导致临床上难以直接通过超声影像解析进行精准的IgA肾病病理分级,其诊断仍然高度依赖于IgA肾病病理的分析。融合卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)和Transformer设计了一种CNN-Transformer交互模型,通过肾脏超声影像的自动解析,实现IgA肾病病理分级预测,辅助医生对疾病进行诊断。在该交互模型中,为了模拟医生阅片观察肾脏皮髓质区的局部纹理形态,融入可变形卷积设计了CNN结构流提取肾脏局部特征;为了模拟医生阅片观察肾脏整体组织形态,融入空间偏置注意力设计了Transformer结构流提取肾脏组织全局关联关系;为了模拟医生阅片反复交替观察各组织形态进行综合评估的过程,提出了一种中期特征交互策略和一种终端自适应融合策略,全面揭示超声影像蕴含的医学信息。实验结果表明,所提出的CNN-Transformer交互模型能够有效地通过肾脏超声影像进行IgA肾病病理分级,准确率达到0.842,灵敏度达到0.833,特异性达到0.876,AUC达到0.931,优于多个现有超声影像深度学习方法。 展开更多

针对蚁群算法收敛速度较慢、蚂蚁灵活度差以及易陷入局部最优解的问题,提出了一种双向交互多步蚁群算法(bidirectional interactive multi-step ant colony algorithm,BI-MSACO)用于路径规划研究。构建正向与反向双种群使用双向蚁群探索... 针对蚁群算法收敛速度较慢、蚂蚁灵活度差以及易陷入局部最优解的问题,提出了一种双向交互多步蚁群算法(bidirectional interactive multi-step ant colony algorithm,BI-MSACO)用于路径规划研究。构建正向与反向双种群使用双向蚁群探索,采用自适应步长策略,解决算法陷入局部最优和蚂蚁灵活度不高的问题。使用自适应蚁群种群数量策略和改进启发式函数对算法进行优化,用双向蚁群的节点距离指数来指导算法节点转移,加快算法收敛速度。经实验仿真数据表明,该研究的双向交互多步蚁群算法在路径规划问题上,不仅可以全局快速收敛,而且具有高度稳定性和更短的运算时间,得到的解的质量和收敛速度相较于参考文献中对比的改进蚁群算法、基于终端距离指标的多步蚁群算法更具优越性。 展开更多
