At present, humans still fail to cure diabetes, and the treatment goal of diabetes should not only control blood sugar, but also prevent and control complications. As one of the national basic public health services projects, health education has played an extremely important role in chronic disease control and health promotion. This study takes community diabetes patients as the research object to explore the impact of strengthening health education mode on the lifestyle and blood glucose control effect of elderly diabetes patients, in order to provide a basis for the optimal diabetes management in the community. Objective: to analyze the value of health education assisted behavior management in diabetes prevention in community elderly. Methods: 70 pre-cases of diabetes admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to February 2021 were included. The randomized digital table was divided into research group and control group. 35 cases each were given routine intervention of the predisease case. The study group carried out health education assisted behavior management at the same time, and compared the intervention effect between groups. Results: post-intervention self-management ability, ESCA scale score were higher than control group, the overall disease prevention efficiency was higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: health education-assisted behavior management has been highly effective in diabetes prevention in community elderly people, and can effectively improve patients' self-management ability and self-care ability.展开更多

When the supplier considers distributional fairness of loss aversion and extra-gain guilty, extra-gain guilty concern reduces the optimal wholesale and retail price, and improves supply chain performance. When the first or the second retailer considers distributional fairness and peer-induced fairness, extra-gain guilty concerns decrease the optimal wholesale and retail price but increase the profit of all supply chain members only when the level of loss aversion is large enough and the level of extra-gain guilty is less than 1/2. However, when the level of loss aversion is small and the level of extra-gain guilty is less than 1/2, extra-gain guilty has no influence on supply chain performance. The analysis reveals that the supply chain performance can be further improved by considering fairness of extra-gain guilty.展开更多
