An experimental investigation was conducted to study the performance of precast beam-column concrete connections using T-section steel inserts into the concrete beam and joint core,under reversed cyclic loading.Six 2/3-scale interior beam-column subassemblies,one monolithic concrete specimen and five precast concrete specimens were tested.One precast specimen was a simple connection for a gravity load resistant design.Other precast specimens were developed with different attributes to improve their seismic performance.The test results showed that the performance of the monolithic specimen M1 represented ductile seismic behavior.Failure of columns and joints could be prevented,and the failure of the frame occurred at the flexural plastic hinge formation at the beam ends,close to the column faces.For the precast specimens,the splitting crack along the longitudinal lapped splice was a major failure.The precast P5 specimen with double steel T-section inserts showed better seismic performance compared to the other precast models.However,the dowel bars connected to the steel inserts were too short to develop a bond.The design of the precast concrete beams with lap splice is needed for longer lap lengths and should be done at the beam mid span or at the low flexural stress region. 展开更多

The column-to-beam flexural strength ratio(CBFSR)has been used in many seismic codes to achieve the strong column-weak beam(SCWB)failure mode in reinforced concrete(RC)frames,in which plastic hinges appear earlier in beams than in columns.However,seismic investigations show that the required limit of CBFSR in seismic codes usually cannot achieve the SCWB failure mode under strong earthquakes.This study investigates the failure modes of RC frames with different CBFSRs.Nine typical three-story RC frame models with different CBFSRs are designed in accordance with Chinese seismic codes.The seismic responses and failure modes of the frames are investigated through time-history analyses using 100 ground motion records.The results show that the required limit of the CBFSR that guarantees the SCWB failure mode depends on the beam-column connection type and the seismic intensity,and different types of beam-column connections exhibit different failure modes even though they are designed with the same CBFSR.Recommended CBFSRs are proposed for achieving the designed SCWB failure mode for different types of connections in RC frames under different seismic intensities.These results may provide some reference for further revisions of the SCWB design criterion in Chinese seismic codes. 展开更多

Considering the glulam beam-column connection form and the number of bolts,monotonic loading test and finite element analysis was carried out on 9 connection specimens in 3 groups to study the rotational performance and failure mode of the connection.The test results revealed that compared with U-shaped connectors,T-shaped connectors can effectively improve the ductility of connections,and the increase in the number of bolts can reduce the initial stiffness and ductility of connections.By theoretical analysis,formulas for calculating the initial stiffness and ultimate moment of connections were deduced.Subsequently,the moment-rotation theoretical model of connections was established based on the formulas,which were validated according to the test data and simulation results.The proposed model can not only improve the current theoretical system of heavy-duty glulam beam-column structure but also provide a theoretical basis for calculating the mechanical properties of the glulam beam-column connection. 展开更多

基于图注意力网络的多谣言源识别模型

谣言源的准确识别能够抑制谣言的传播扩散,减少谣言对社会公众的影响。目前的谣言源识别模型忽略了节点之间影响力的差异性,导致在聚合邻居特征信息时权重相同,从而降低了谣言源识别的准确性。提出一种基于图注意力网络(GAT)的多谣言源... 谣言源的准确识别能够抑制谣言的传播扩散,减少谣言对社会公众的影响。目前的谣言源识别模型忽略了节点之间影响力的差异性,导致在聚合邻居特征信息时权重相同,从而降低了谣言源识别的准确性。提出一种基于图注意力网络(GAT)的多谣言源识别模型——MRSDGAT。首先,在一个完成谣言传播的社交网络中,利用用户状态、谣言来源突出性和中心性将社交网络中的用户节点表示成向量,通过此向量构建出节点的特征矩阵。然后,通过GAT挖掘节点之间的相互影响力,计算节点的影响力权重,并按照节点间的影响力权重聚合节点特征信息。接着,在注意力层之间引入残差连接以缓解梯度消失问题,提高识别多个谣言源的能力。最后,模型输出的值为每个节点作为源节点的概率值,概率值越大,表明该节点作为源节点的可能性越大。实验结果表明,在Karate数据集上,MRSDGAT模型的F1值比基线GCNSI模型提升了14.09、13.32、13.10百分点,比基线LPSI模型提升了23.41、22.59、24.21百分点,识别性能更优。 展开更多

聚焦国内首个百米级混凝土模块化高层住宅,项目采用“箱模⁃现浇剪力墙”结构体系,将80%的施工工序从工地转移到工厂完成,含内装的模块在工厂一体化生产,在项目现场箱模分别代替叠合楼板和现浇剪力墙的模板,厂地协同的建造工期缩短至传... 聚焦国内首个百米级混凝土模块化高层住宅,项目采用“箱模⁃现浇剪力墙”结构体系,将80%的施工工序从工地转移到工厂完成,含内装的模块在工厂一体化生产,在项目现场箱模分别代替叠合楼板和现浇剪力墙的模板,厂地协同的建造工期缩短至传统方式的三分之一。针对箱模受力关键问题,分别建立考虑和不考虑箱模的计算模型,分析了箱模刚度贡献、抗震性能以及弱连接楼盖和坡地效应等特殊问题。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法系统分析了结构在弹性、非线性阶段的抗震性能。结果表明,多遇地震和罕遇地震下的抗震性能均满足规范要求,箱模使结构刚度提升5%~10%,层间位移角减小4.5%~6.8%,剪力墙内力增加约5%。建议结构周期折减系数取0.8。在设防地震分析下弱连接区域楼盖、连梁和底部楼层局部墙肢属于抗震薄弱区域。建议位于底层模块不考虑箱模受力,以增加结构抗震冗余度,同时增加结构易损伤区域构造和配筋率,提高整体结构延性系数。 展开更多

超高层建筑钢结构连接节点力学特性研究

运行图作为城市轨道交通运营组织的核心文件,其编制质量直接影响运输效率与服务水平。目前业内对运行图质量诊断的研究多集中于后评价环节,针对前评估的技术方法研究相对匮乏。为此,文章基于国家行业标准及企业运营实践,选取首末班车衔... 运行图作为城市轨道交通运营组织的核心文件,其编制质量直接影响运输效率与服务水平。目前业内对运行图质量诊断的研究多集中于后评价环节,针对前评估的技术方法研究相对匮乏。为此,文章基于国家行业标准及企业运营实践,选取首末班车衔接、运营时间、行车间隔、站停时间、区间运行时间、换乘站运力匹配及到发车时间衔接等10项关键评价指标,明确相应的质量诊断规则;通过层次分析法(AHP)构建判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,合理分配各指标权重,最终构建分级量化评分的前评估模型。以天津津滨轻轨9号线为例开展实证分析,结果显示,该线路运行图总体质量评分达到“良好”等级,但在换乘站运力匹配方面仍存在一定短板。所构建的前评估模型为运行图编制质量管控提供标准化解决方案,对提升城市轨道交通运营韧性与效率具有重要实践价值。 展开更多

AIM: To examine the expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), also known as CCN2, in gastric carcinoma (GC), and the correlation between the expression of CTGF, clinicopathologic features and clinical outcomes of patients with GC. METHODS: One hundred and twenty-two GC patients were included in the present study. All patients were followed up for at least 5 years. Proteins of CTGF were detected using the Powervision two-step immunostaining method. RESULTS: Of the specimens from 122 GC patients analyzed for CTGF expression, 58 (58/122, 47.5%) had a high CTGF expression in cytoplasm of gastric carcinoma cells and 64 (64/122, 52.5%) had a low CTGF expression. Patients with a high CTGF expression showed a higher incidence of lymph node metastasis than those with a low CTGF expression (P = 0.032). Patients with a high CTGF expression had significantly lower 5-year survival rate than those with a low CTGF expression (27.6% vs 46.9%, P = 0.0178), especially those staging Ⅰ+Ⅱ+Ⅲ (35.7% vs 65.2%, P = 0.0027). CONCLUSION: GC patients with an elevated CTGF expression have more lymph node metastases and a shorter survival time. CTGF seems to be an independent prognostic factor for the successful differentiation of high-risk GC patients staging Ⅰ+Ⅱ+Ⅲ. Over-expression of CTGF in human GC cells results in an increased aggressive ability. 展开更多

Failure of one or multiple critical nodes may partition wireless sensor networks into disjoint segments, and thus brings negative effect on the applications. We propose DCRS, a Distributed Connectivity Restoration Strategy to tolerate the failure of one critical node. Because of the energy restriction of sensor nodes, the energy overhead of the recovery process should be minimized to extend the lifetime of the network. To achieve it, we first design a novel algorithm to identify 2-critical nodes only relying on the positional information of 1-hop neighbors and some 2-hop neighbors, and then we present the criteria to select an appropriate backup for each critical node. Finally, we improve the cascaded node movement algorithm by determining whether a node can move to another non-adjacent node directly or not to reduce the number of nodes moved. The advances in recent technology have lead to the development of wireless sensor nodes forming a wireless network, which over the years is used from military application to industry, household, medical etc. The deployment pattern of sensor nodes in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is always random for most of the applications. Such technique will lead to ineffective utilization of the network;for example fewer nodes are located at far distance and dense nodes are located at some reason and part of the region may be without the surveillance of any node, where the networks do consume additional energy or even may not transfer the data. The proposed work is intended to develop the optimized network by effective placement of nodes in circular and grid pattern, which we call as uniformity of nodes to be compared with random placement of nodes. Each of the nodes is in optimized positions at uniform distance with neighbors, followed by running a energy efficient routing algorithm that saves an additional energy further to provide connectivity management by connecting all the nodes. Simulation results are compared with the random placement of nodes, the residual energy of a network, lifetime of a network, energy consumption of a network shows a definite improvement for uniform network as that of with the random network. 展开更多
