The high-quality development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities is crucial to improving the quality of higher education.From the perspective of dual-track drive,this paper deeply analyzes the synergetic evolution relationship between institutions and teachers in the development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities.At present,the development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities is faced with such dilemmas as lagging institutional supply,insufficient motivation for teachers’development,and lack of synergy mechanisms.These interwoven problems have formed systemic obstacles restricting high-quality development,which urgently need in-depth analysis and resolution.Currently,only from the perspective of synergistic promotion of institutions and teachers and by constructing a systematic implementation framework can the existing problems be effectively solved.Through three dimensions-goal guidance,resource guarantee,and mechanism optimization-this paper refines nine specific measures,aiming to break the barriers between institutional development and teachers’development,form a joint force,provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the efficiency of grassroots teaching organizations,promote the overall improvement of education and teaching quality,enhance the quality of talent training in universities,and advance the in-depth development of education and teaching reform. 展开更多

Comprehensive promotion of the reform of medical education has become the consensus and trend,which breeds the integrated medical teaching that is based on modules and organ systems. As one of eight integrated modules,the human body structure course of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine introduces morphological structures of normal human organs according to function systems( such as locomotor system,digestive system,angiological system,and nervous system) of human organs and parts of human body. This course endeavors to integrate theories with practices,contents of disciplines of basic medicine,and basic medicine with clinical medicine. This paper first explores the aims, tasks, and content of teaching vocabulary in the context of ELT practice in China. Then the present situation of teaching vocabulary in high school has been investigated through questionnaires and interviews, which is further analysed from the perspective of teachers and students'attitudes, methods and effects about vocabulary learning. It is found that vocabulary teaching in high school is very important, and most students lack good methods of vocabulary learning, and teachers'ways of vocabulary teaching are also limited. Finally three strategies are suggested, i. e. combining pronunciation and form, using prefixes, suffixes and roots, and using graphic organizers. 展开更多

在信息技术与创新领域蓬勃发展的今天,国产处理器的发展日益引人关注。探讨在这一背景下,基于国产处理器的计算机组成实验教学的改革与研究。通过分析当前国产处理器技术的发展趋势和应用现状,结合教学实践经验,提出了一套基于国产处理... 在信息技术与创新领域蓬勃发展的今天,国产处理器的发展日益引人关注。探讨在这一背景下,基于国产处理器的计算机组成实验教学的改革与研究。通过分析当前国产处理器技术的发展趋势和应用现状,结合教学实践经验,提出了一套基于国产处理器的计算机组成实验教学方案。充分考虑了国产处理器的特点和性能,设计了一系列符合教学目标和内容要求的实验项目,旨在培养学生的计算机组成理论知识和实践操作能力。同时,针对传统教学中五级流水线教学难度大,学生难以理解的问题,通过引入基于GEM5的实验项目,使学生能够更加直观理解五级流水线原理。本研究在教学实践中取得了良好效果,得到了学生的高度好评。未来,将进一步完善教学方案,推动国产处理器在计算机教育领域的应用与推广,为培养更多高素质信息技术人才做出贡献。 展开更多

基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式在西医院校中医学教学中的应用——以脏腑辨证为例

目的 探讨成果导向教育(OBE)理念结合BOPPPS教学模式在西医院校中医学脏腑辨证教学中的应用效果。方法选取广西医科大学2021级临床医学本科专业3个班级的学生作为对照组(n=165),采用传统教学模式;选取2022级临床医学本科专业3个班级的... 目的 探讨成果导向教育(OBE)理念结合BOPPPS教学模式在西医院校中医学脏腑辨证教学中的应用效果。方法选取广西医科大学2021级临床医学本科专业3个班级的学生作为对照组(n=165),采用传统教学模式;选取2022级临床医学本科专业3个班级的学生作为观察组(n=163),采用基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式。通过理论知识和临床实践考核以及自主学习能力、教学效果评价及满意度问卷调查进行综合评估。结果 观察组学生的理论知识与临床实践考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),自主学习能力各因子得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),对本组所采用教学方法的教学内容、教学方法和教学效果的评分和总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式能有效提升学生的理论知识与临床实践考核成绩、自主学习能力和教学满意度,提高西医院校中医学课程教学质量,值得推广应用。 展开更多
