Arrangement of High-standard Basic Farmland Construction Based on Village-region Cultivated Land Quality Uniformity 被引量:22

As an important constitute of land consolidation, high-standard basic farmland construction is an important means to protect the quantity, quality and ecological environment of cultivated land. Its target not only lies in the increase of cultivated land quantity, but also the improvement of cultivated land quality, agricultural production conditions and ecosystem environments. In the present study, the quality evaluation method and construction arrangement of cultivated land were explored to facilitate the process of decision-making and implementation for high-standard basic farmland construction(HSBFC) with administrative village as the unit. Taking the land comprehensive improvement project area in Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province as a case study, the whole process of the study comprised of three steps: 1) establishment of the evaluation model of cultivated land quality uniformity based on regional optimum cultivated land quality, and construction of the uniformity evaluation index system from the aspects of soil fertility quality, engineering quality, spatial quality and eco-environment quality, according to the new concept of cultivated land quality; 2) calculation of cultivated land quality uniformity by grading indicators, assigning scores and weighting sums, exploring the local homogenization characteristics of regional cultivated land quality through spatial autocorrelation analysis, and analyzing the constraints and transformative potential of barrier factors; 3) arrangement of HSBFC according to the principle of concentration, continuity and priority to the easy operation. The results revealed that the value of farmland quality uniformity for the administrative villages in the study area was between 7.76 and 21.96, and there was a difference between various administrative villages. The regional spatial autocorrelation patterns included High-High(HH), Low-Low(LL), High-Low(HL) and Low-High(LH). These indicate that regional cultivated land quality has local homogenization characteristics. The most restrictive factors in the study area were the medium and low transformation difficulty indexes, including soil organic matter content, farmland shelterbelt network density, field regularity and scale of the field. In addition, there were also high transformation difficulty indicators in some areas, such as sectional configuration. The project area was divided into four partitions: major construction area, secondary construction area, general construction area, and conditional construction area. The cultivated land area of each subarea was 1538.85 ha, 1224.27 ha, 555.93 ha, and 1666.63 ha, respectively. This comprised of 30.87%, 24.56%, 11.15% and 33.42% of the total project area, respectively. The evaluation model and index system could satisfy the evaluation of farmland quality and diagnosis of obstacle factors to facilitate the subsequent construction decision. The present study provides reference for the practice of regional HSBFC, and a new feasible idea and method for related studies. 展开更多

Gentiana macrophylla Pall.(G.macrophylla),whose genus and family belong to the Gentianaceae and Gentiana.The main distribution centers of G.macrophylla resources were the Loess Plateau and the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China.G.macrophylla,as a traditional medicine,has a long history and was used in different ethnic medicines.Its roots were used in traditional Chinese medicine,which had the effect of anti-inflammatory,anti-rheumatism,antiviral,promote blood circulation,eliminate swelling and pain,while its flowers were used in traditional Mongolian medicine,which had the effect of removing“Xieriwusu”(“Xieriwusu”means rheumatism),antiviral,reducing swelling.From previous studies,it could be found that there were more than forty components isolated and identified from G.macrophylla.The main chemical components were iridoids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,steroids,phenylpropanoids,and alkaloids.Iridoid terpenoid components represented by gentiopicroside and Loganic acid were the main components of the root of G.macrophylla,which had anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hepatoprotective,analgesic,antibacterial and promote gastrointestinal tract activities.The flower mainly contains isoorientin and isovitexin as the representative of flavonoids.They have anti-tumor,liver protection,heart protection,inhibition of acetylcholinesterase and inhibition of melanin.It could be seen from previous studies that the research on G.macrophylla was mainly focused on the root,and the flower was rarely studied.It was reported that the experimental data of the anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects of G.macrophylla flowers show that its curative effect was very good.Therefore,the flowers of the flower of G.macrophylla can be used as potential medicinal parts for research.Given that flavonoids are mostly found in flowers and exhibit a range of functions,it is possible to investigate the flowers in order to learn more about G.macrophylla’s potential medical benefits.Based on botanical books,Chinese classic texts,medical monographs and academic search engines(Google,Google Scholar,Web of Science,SciFinder,Pubmed,CNKI,Sci-hub,Elsevier and Wanfang),the data and information on G.macrophylla in the past 20 years are inquired and summarized comprehensively.The basic source,traditional use,chemical composition,biological activity,pharmacodynamics and quality control of G.macrophylla was systematically reviewed,in order to provide reliable basis for the subsequent development and utilization of G.macrophylla. 展开更多

The main objective of this study is to develop levels of quality in the construction industry through the use of the seven basic quality control tools. Such tools are extremely crucial tools which are used worldwide in the industries for continual improvement. The seven basic quality tools are Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Control Chart, Flowchart and Scatter Diagram. They were implemented in various steps of the process in order to define the problems, measure its impacts, find out its root causes and solve these problems to ensure the production of non-defective items. The study shows how the seven basic tools of quality are very useful and effective in identifying and removal of defects from the manufacturing process. These tools are helpful in every stage of the defect removal process. This study was conducted on Cleopatra Group Company. Sample investigation and evaluation of the water quality in aquaculture ponds around the basic farmland protection areas in Foshan city

To investigate the water quality of sampling in aquaculture ponds around the basic farmland protection areas in the five districts of Foshan city, and use the environmental pollution index to evaluate the condition of water quality. The results indicated that water temperature and pH of aquaculture ponds cound meet the requirements of fish normal growth,and dissolved oxygen was rich, but the water quality was over fertilized generally. In 20 investigation spots of the five districts, the content of CODCr, NH4^+-N and TP exceeded 90%, 30% and 85% respectively. The pollution degrees of the water quality from high to low in aquaculture ponds were Chancheng district,Nanhai district, Sanshui district, Shunde district, Gaoming district. The comprehensive quality index of aquaculture ponds was 1.44 in Foshan city, the water quality was polluted severly as a whole. The share rate of pollution load of TP was the highest, the second were CODCr and NH4^+-N. On the whole, the pollution of organic matter was very prominent in the water quality of aquaculture ponds around the basic farmland protection areas in Foshan city that had been eutrophicated. 展开更多

The evaluation of rock mass quality and its mechanical properties is crucial for tunnel construction.The basic quality(BQ)method is the national standard for rock mass classification in China,with the BQ value determined by the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)and the integrity index(Kv).However,traditional rock mechanics testing methods have inherent limitations,which complicate the rapid evaluation of rock mass quality at tunnel sites.Digital drilling process monitoring(DPM)offers a novel approach for evaluating rock mass quality and its mechanical properties.A hydraulic rotary drilling rig,equipped with the DPM system,was used to conduct digital drilling tests at the tunnel face.The DPM data for the net drilling process and each sub-process were then analyzed.The correlations between DPM parameter indices and rock mechanical parameters were investigated.Finally,the rock mass quality and its mechanical properties along three boreholes were evaluated.The results indicate that drilling speed in the linear zone(V_(DPM))is quantitatively correlated with rock UCS.Higher UCS values of the drilled rocks correspond to lower V_(DPM) values of the drilling rig.The variability in specific energy is associated with structural disturbances within the rock mass.There is an approximately linear relationship between the standard deviation of normalized specific energy and rock mass K_(v) across the three boreholes.The rock mass quality along drilling depth generally ranges from good(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)to poor(Ⅲ-Ⅴ).This digitalization method provides more detailed information for tunnel stability analysis and design optimization than geological survey data. 展开更多

正确评估破碎岩体注浆加固后的强度对于岩石工程设计十分重要。基于莫尔库仑强度准则,建立了注浆前后破碎岩体强度增长理论,推导出单轴抗压强度增长率、单轴抗拉强度增长率、内摩擦系数增长率和内聚力增长率之间的关系方程。根据已有的... 正确评估破碎岩体注浆加固后的强度对于岩石工程设计十分重要。基于莫尔库仑强度准则,建立了注浆前后破碎岩体强度增长理论,推导出单轴抗压强度增长率、单轴抗拉强度增长率、内摩擦系数增长率和内聚力增长率之间的关系方程。根据已有的基于BQ的岩体内聚力和内摩擦角的经验公式,推导出注浆后破碎岩体内摩擦系数增长率和内聚力增长率随岩体质量指标增长量(?BQ)变化的表达式。再根据已有的注浆后破碎岩体单轴抗压强度增长率的经验公式和各强度增长率之间的关系方程,得到隐含?BQ的非线性方程,可通过数值解法求出了?BQ的值,进而很容易求得各强度增长率的值。分析表明,随着岩体质量指标由小到大变化,注浆后强度增长率开始较大,并很快减小,而后趋于平缓;一般情况下,内聚力增长率约为摩擦系数增长率的2~5倍,单轴抗压强度增长率约为单轴抗拉强度增长率的2~3倍。 展开更多

高放废物深部地质处置目前受到世界各国的高度重视,处置库围岩岩体质量评价是高放废物处置库选址的关键问题之一。文章基于BQ系统对我国高放废物地质处置库阿拉善预选区巴彦诺日公NRG01号钻孔进行了岩体质量评价。NRG01号孔钻孔资料丰富... 高放废物深部地质处置目前受到世界各国的高度重视,处置库围岩岩体质量评价是高放废物处置库选址的关键问题之一。文章基于BQ系统对我国高放废物地质处置库阿拉善预选区巴彦诺日公NRG01号钻孔进行了岩体质量评价。NRG01号孔钻孔资料丰富,采用岩芯编录、波速测井、水压致裂地应力测量及岩石波速测试、单轴压缩试验等多种方法手段相结合的方式获取了BQ评价系统中的各个参数。评价过程中,综合考虑了岩体坚硬程度、完整程度及地下水、软弱结构面、初始地应力等因素对围岩稳定的影响。根据计算的[BQ]值对岩体质量进行评价并与RQD评价结果进行对比。评价结果表明,NRG01号孔岩体质量较好,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级岩体占90%,410~500 m的岩体范围可作为处置库建设的目标岩体。[BQ]值与RQD值所得的岩体质量评价结果一致性良好,但由于BQ系统考虑的影响因素更为全面,评价结果更为精细。本次评价可为巴彦诺日公地段高放废物地质处置库场址比选及处置库目标岩体选择提供依据。 展开更多

【目的】探究健脾补肾益肺方联合布地格福治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的疗效及其对血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、环加氧酶2(COX-2)的影响。【方法】选取2022年2月至2024年1月北京中医药大学东方医院收治的肺脾气虚... 【目的】探究健脾补肾益肺方联合布地格福治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的疗效及其对血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、环加氧酶2(COX-2)的影响。【方法】选取2022年2月至2024年1月北京中医药大学东方医院收治的肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者138例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各69例。2组患者均给予加强营养、康复锻炼及避免有害因素等常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予布地格福吸入气雾剂吸入治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合健脾补肾益肺方治疗,疗程为3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后肺功能、血气指标、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及血清bFGF、COX-2水平的变化情况,比较2组患者的临床疗效,分析血清bFGF与COX-2水平、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))的相关性,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的影响因素。【结果】(1)疗效方面,治疗3个月后,试验组的总有效率为94.20%(65/69),对照组为78.26%(54/69),组间比较,试验组的疗效明显优于对照组(χ^(2)=6.103,P<0.05)。(2)血清bFGF、COX-2水平方面,治疗后,2组患者的血清bFGF、COX-2水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且试验组的降低幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)肺功能方面,治疗后,2组患者的呼气峰流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且试验组的升高幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(4)血气分析指标方面,治疗后,2组患者的PaCO_(2)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),PaO_(2)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且试验组对PaCO_(2)的降低幅度及对PaO_(2)的升高幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(5)生活质量方面,治疗后,2组患者的SGRQ评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),6MWD均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且试验组对SGRQ评分的降低幅度及对6MWD的升高幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(6)相关性分析方面,经对年龄、病程、烟酒史、糖尿病史、性别等校正后,血清bFGF与COX-2、PaCO_(2)呈正相关(P<0.01),与PaO_(2)呈负相关(P<0.01)。(7)肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的影响因素方面,多因素Logistic回归结果显示:bFGF、COX-2、PaCO_(2)、SGRQ评分为保护因素(P<0.01),PEF、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PaO_(2)、6MWD为危险因素(P<0.01)。【结论】健脾补肾益肺方联合布地格福治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者疗效确切,能更有效地改善患者肺功能和血气指标,提高患者生活质量,降低血清bFGF、COX-2水平。 展开更多

通过建立的渭河关中段水质水量响应关系程序,对渭河关中段不同代表年丰、平、枯水期水质水量响应关系进行了定量化分析研究。结果表明:现状年丰、平、枯水期化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH3-N)浓度在林家村断面至常兴桥断面相对较小,低于地... 通过建立的渭河关中段水质水量响应关系程序,对渭河关中段不同代表年丰、平、枯水期水质水量响应关系进行了定量化分析研究。结果表明:现状年丰、平、枯水期化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH3-N)浓度在林家村断面至常兴桥断面相对较小,低于地表水环境质量标准Ⅴ类水标准。从兴平断面污染物浓度开始升高,兴平断面至咸阳断面污染物浓度增幅较大,至沙王渡断面污染物浓度开始降低。不同代表年COD和NH3-N浓度变化规律大体相似,无论丰、平、枯水期,同一断面污染物浓度从小到大排序为:P=25%、P=50%、P=75%、P=95%,污染物浓度在丰水期时相对较小,其实是在平水期,枯水期污染物浓度较丰水期和平水期时增幅较大。 展开更多
