Methods: Two classes from the 2012 senior graduating nursing class were randomly selected by a computer to conduct the diversified practical teaching methods based on animal experimentation. A hospital environment was simulated by requiring students to perform different types of injections and practical IV infusion techniques. A comprehensive evaluation of the core professional competencies, as well as other integrated competencies, was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the teaching methods. Results: Two-sampled, pairwise u-tests were performed between the scores of the experimental (nursing class 2) and control (nursing class 1) groups. These findings showed that the overall test scores were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group and that the average P-values for the competencies in various categories were 〈0.01, which indicated statistically significant results. Conclusions: Based on the data from this project, diversified teaching methods for basic nursing training founded on animal experimentation can help nursing students perfect their core professional competencies and improve their overall professional standing. The introduction of animal experimentation requires further verification, and an increased acknowledgement of its benefits through the widespread dissemination of this information.展开更多
Ocean remote sensing satellites provide observations with high spatiotemporal resolution.However,the influence of clouds,fog,and haze frequently leads to significant data gaps.Accurate and effective estimation of thes...Ocean remote sensing satellites provide observations with high spatiotemporal resolution.However,the influence of clouds,fog,and haze frequently leads to significant data gaps.Accurate and effective estimation of these missing data is highly valuable for engineering and scientific research.In this study,the radial basis function(RBF)method is used to estimate the spatial distribution of total suspended matter(TSM)concentration in Hangzhou Bay using remote sensing data with severe data gaps.The estimation precision is validated by comparing the results with those of other commonly used interpolation methods,such as the Kriging method and the basic spline(B-spline)method.In addition,the applicability of the RBF method is explored.Results show that the estimation of the RBF method is significantly close to the observation in Hangzhou Bay.The average of the mean absolute error,mean relative error,and root mean square error in all the experiments is evidently smaller than those of the Kriging and B-spline interpolations,indicating that the proposed method is more appropriate for estimating the spatial distribution of the TSM in Hangzhou Bay.Finally,the TSM distribution in the blank observational area is predicted.This study can provide some reference values for handling watercolor remote sensing data.展开更多

Solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered as the next-generation battery technology,poised to deliver both high energy and enhanced safety.Nonetheless,their transition from laboratory to market is impeded by several c...Solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered as the next-generation battery technology,poised to deliver both high energy and enhanced safety.Nonetheless,their transition from laboratory to market is impeded by several critical challenges.Among these,the solid–solid interfaces within SSBs represent a bottleneck,characterized by issues such as poor physical contact,side reactions,temporal separation,and sluggish charge carrier transfer.Developing key materials to construct the efficient solid–solid interface is critical for building high-performance SSBs.Organic mixed ionic–electronic conductors(OMIECs)have emerged as a promising alternative to conventional conductors in addressing the abovementioned issues owing to their intrinsic properties,including the capability of conducting both ions and electrons,mechanical flexibility,and structural designability.This review will first elucidate the necessity of the integration of OMIECs in SSBs.Next,a comprehensive exploration of the composition,preparation methods,key advantages,and basic characterizations of OMIECs is presented.This review then delves into recent research progress on OMIECs in SSBs,with a special focus on their application in cathode coating layers,the creation of a 3D mixed conductive framework for Li hosting,and their integration as inner layers in Li anodes.Conclusively,potential future applications and innovative designs of OMIECs are discussed.展开更多

There are differences between TCM and chemical drugs. There are differences between TCM and chemical drugs. For TCM, the multiple components in vivo are possibly to be detected; the number of components is relatively restricted; they could represent the therapeutic effect of the parent recipe; the concentrations and pharmacokinetics (PK) could affected by the combination of traditional medicines in recipe; the effects of new bioactive compounds (metabolites) related with those of their recipe; and the PK can be affected by body state in TCM treatment significantly. Therefore, the difficulty and challenge are far greater in PK study of TCMs than the chemical drugs.展开更多
