Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 129 samples of tuberculosis sputum samples in the basic laboratory were included in the study. Smear detection method and GeneXpert PCR detection technology were used to detect and analyze these sputum samples successively, and the positive and negative detection rates of tuberculosis in the two detection methods were compared. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of the two methods were compared. Results: the positive rate of tuberculosis detected by GeneXpert PCR was significantly higher than that detected by smear, while the negative rate was significantly lower than that detected by smear (P<0.05). The detection sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of GeneXpert PCR were significantly better than that of smear (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the laboratory backlog crowd detection work, using PCR detection device instrument technology, can guarantee the overall detection diagnosis to a great extent, improve TB positive and negative detection rate, improve the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, consistency, effective help medical researchers found that people with TB, promote the continuous positive development of the laboratory.展开更多

Methods: fifty-eight nursing students in the open basic nursing laboratory of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different management methods, with 29 nursing students in each group. The control group adopted the conventional management method, and the observation group adopted the nursing community supervision management method, to observe and compare the laboratory management level of the two groups of nursing students. Results: after two groups of nursing students were managed in different ways, the management level of basic nursing laboratory in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the supervision of nursing community can effectively strengthen the management of the open basic nursing laboratory, can effectively improve the nursing students' laboratory management level, and has high promotional value.展开更多
