Advantages and disadvantages of the two modes: C/S and B/S are compared . It is pointed out that at present onefold B/S mode cannot yet fully fullfil th e demands of some complicated data processing, information statistics and analys is, etc, therefore it still awaits further development of technology to achieve 100% Internet. In this paper, a mode of B/S-C/S-blended multileveled architect ure is discussed; the logical levels of B/S mode is studied; Furthermore, combin ing some up-to-date software developing technology, combinatorial design of di fferent database application technology based on B/S is discussed. The expatiati on is made with following points: (1) Organic combination of the network distrib uted object technology of CORBA and the computation technology among different n etwork operating system ─ Java; (2) Organic combination of two modes of ASP and Plug_in; (3) JDBC Server and JDBC Client; (4) An expanded B/S model, i.e. the c lient application of browser communicates directly with Web server, and the serv er application communicates directly with database server through middle ware. 展开更多

This is felt in each and every section of society. Several studies have confirmed and considered information and communication technology’s significance in the field of education. It has not only affected learners but also to the teachers. This paper explores how ICT-based projects affect teachers’ and students’ attitudes. The data was collected through self-prepared attitude scale. It was distributed among the teachers and students of various schools. Two hundred students and one hundred twenty teachers responded to the questionnaire. Analysis was done through the data collected from the teachers as well as from students. The study’s conclusions demonstrated that while there was no significant variation in the attitudes of teachers utilizing different ICT-based programs, there was a substantial difference in the students’ attitude toward learning with different ICT-based programs. 展开更多

Mapping of S-b Locus for F_1 Pollen Sterility in Cultivated Rice Using PCR Based Markers 被引量:13

In cultivated rice ( Oryza sativa L.), F-1 pollen sterility is controlled by at least 6 loci of the F, pollen sterility genes. To map S-b, one of loci, rice variety Taichung 65 (T65) carrying S-b(j)/S-b(j) and its near-isogenic line TIST2 carrying S-b(i)/S-b(i) were used to develop the mapping population. One hundred and fifty-eight microsatellite markers were selected to survey T65 and TISL2. RM13 on chromosome 5 was found to be polymorphic between them. Cosegregation indicated that RM13 was closely linked with locus S-b. Eleven RFLP markers were selected on the corresponding region from the genetic map of Rice Genome Research Program (RGP) of Japan to convert into sequence-tagged site (STS) markers. Amplicon length polymorphism (ALP) was carried out, but none of them was found to be polymorphic between T65 and TISL2. Then PCR-based RFLP (PBR) was done using six 4-nucleotide recognizing restriction endonucleases. Polymorphism was detected when PCR products of R830STS and R2213SSTS were digested with Taq I. Genetic analysis indicated that the distance between locus S-b and markers, R830STS, RM13 and R2213SSTS were 3.3 cM (centi-Morgan), 5.2 cM and 5.5 cM, respectively. These PCR-based markers could be directly used in marker-assisted selection. The technical system combining genetic mapping and PCR-based marker-assisted selection will facilitate the development of molecular breeding. 展开更多

设计合成了一种新型含Tröger’s base(TB)结构的二胺单体—2,8-二氨基-4,10-二甲基-6,12-氢-5,11-亚甲二苯并[1,5]二氮辛(TBDA),并将其与2,2′-双(3,4-二羧酸)六氟丙烷二酐(6FDA)和2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(APAF)共聚反... 设计合成了一种新型含Tröger’s base(TB)结构的二胺单体—2,8-二氨基-4,10-二甲基-6,12-氢-5,11-亚甲二苯并[1,5]二氮辛(TBDA),并将其与2,2′-双(3,4-二羧酸)六氟丙烷二酐(6FDA)和2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(APAF)共聚反应,合成了一系列含邻羟基酰亚胺单元的聚酰亚胺(HPI).在高温下对HPI膜进行热重排处理,获得了兼具TB自聚微孔结构和热重排结构的聚(苯并噁唑-酰亚胺)气体分离膜.研究结果显示,TB自具微孔结构和热重排结构的协同作用抑制了分子链的规整堆砌,使分离膜自由体积增加,从而赋予其优异的气体分离特性.经430℃热重排反应的6FTB1-TR430膜表现出最优异的综合气体分离性能,对CO_(2)、CH_(4)、O_(2)和N_(2)的渗透系数分别为267.6、7.0、57.2和12.5 Barrer(1 Barrer=7.5×10^(−14) cm^(3)(STP)/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),STP表示标准状态,即0℃,1.01×10^(5)Pa),同时,选择性分别达到α(CO_(2)/CH_(4))=38.2及α(O_(2)/N_(2))=4.6.此外,该类分离膜的热分解温度为530~560℃,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)超过400℃,显示出优异的热稳定性.该研究为设计和开发聚酰亚胺类高效气体分离膜提供了新的思路. 展开更多

Urban construction land suitability evaluation (UCLSE) is a complex system engineering and the basis for rational use of the limited urban land resources in China. It has an important practical value on urban construction land use planning and management from the angle of methodology. As a widely used technique, traditional multi-criteria evaluation based on GIS (MCE-GIS), is not suitable for UCLSE. This study develops an improved MCE-GIS method which could be more suitable for UCLSE based on urban complex ecological system theory and the summary of the shortcomings of traditional MCE-GIS. The improvements include three aspects: a composite evaluation index system rather than natural indexes alone, an index weight calculated by using fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method rather than the common AHP method, and the integrated overlay rule, which includes selecting the minimum value, weighted linear combination (WLC) and simple summation. The main advantage of this improved technique is that it can make UCLSE more comprehensive, more operational and more reasonable. It can provide a scientific basis for decision making in the planning and management of urban construction land use. The improved MCE-GIS system has been adopted in the New Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. Based on the results of UCLSE in New Hefei, three functional areas including construction-appropriate areas, construction-restricted areas and construction-forbidden areas could be worked out, in which 36.90% of the total study area could be developed as urban construction land and the remaining 63.10% should be protected as reserves land or as ecological land. Furthermore, the results can orovide scientific decision suooort for spatial planning and eco-environment nrotection in New Hefei. 展开更多

Our system is developed on cluster architectures. It has several retrieval. servers to supply the service of content-based image retrieval. It adopts the Browser/Server (B/S) mode. The users could visit our system though web pages. It uses the symmetrical color-spatial features (SCSF) to represent the content of an image. The SCSF is effective and efficient for image matching because it is independent of image distortion such as rotation and flip as well as it increases the matching accuracy. The SCSF was organized by M-tree, which could speedup the searching procedure. Our experiments show that the image matching is quickly and efficiently with the use of SCSF. And with the support of several retrieval servers, the system could respond to many users at mean time. Models of mass transfer kinetics combined with mass transfer differential equation and mass transfer resistance equation were established on the basis of double-film theory. Mass transfer process of H2 S absorption by means of polypropylene hydrophobic microporous hollow fiber membrane contactor was simulated using MDEA(N-methyldiethanolamine) as the absorption liquid and corresponding experiments of natural gas desulfurization were performed. The simulation results indicated that the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide showed positive dependence on the absorption liquid concentration and gas pressure. However, the desulfurization rate showed negative dependence on gas flow. The simulated values were in good agreement with the experimental results. The in-tube concentration of hydrogen sulfide at the same point increased with increase in the gas velocity. Axial concentration of hydrogen sulfide decreased rapidly at the beginning, and the decrease saw a slowdown during the latter half period. Hydrogen sulfide concentration dropped quickly in the radial direction, and the reduction in the radial direction was weakened with the increase of axial length due to the gradual reduction of hydrogen sulfide concentration along the tube. The desulfurization rate under given operating conditions can be predicted by this model, and the theoretical basis for membrane module design can also be provided. 展开更多

After analysis, we propose a method to calculate the Skempton's coefficient B according to the relationship between water level and tidal strain. With this method we can get the value of B without the earthquake occurrence, which can provide the high frequency waves for research. Besides, we can also get the in-suit Skempton's coefficient B without the experiment of rock physics. In addition, we analyze the observed data of Changping station recorded in groundwater monitoring network (abv., GMN) before and after the Wenchuan Ms8.0 with this method, and find out there's a slight change of the value of B after the seismic waves passed by, which implies that the propagation of seismic waves may have brought some variations to the poroelastic medium of the well. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of low surface defect detection accuracy of industrial products, an object detection method based on simplified spatial pyramid pooling fast(Sim SPPF) hybrid pooling improved you only look once version 5s(YOLOV5s) model is proposed. The algorithm introduces channel attention(CA) module, simplified SPPF feature vector pyramid and efficient intersection over union(EIOU) loss function. Feature vector pyramids fuse high-dimensional and low-dimensional features, which makes semantic information richer. The CA mechanism performs maximum pooling and average pooling operations on the feature map. Hybrid pooling comprehensively improves detection computing efficiency and accurate deployment ability. The results show that the improved YOLOV5s model is better than the original YOLOV5s model. The average test accuracy(mAP) can reach 91.8%, which can be increased by 17.4%, and the detection speed can reach 108 FPS, which can be increased by 18 FPS. The improved model is practicable, and the overall performance is better than other conventional models. 展开更多

AIM: To characterize the biochemical and immunological properties of an experimental ISCOMS vaccine prepared from a novel therapeutic polypeptide based on T cell epitopes of HBsAg, and a heptatis B-ISCOMS was prepared and investigated. METHODS: An immunostimulating complexes(ISCOMS)-based vaccine containing a novel therapeutic hepatitis B polypeptide was prepared by dialysis method, and its formation was visualized by electron microscopy and biochemically verified by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Amount of the peptide within ISCOMS was determined by Bradford assay, and specific CTL response was detected by ELISPOT assay. RESULTS: Typical cage-like structures of submicroparticle with a diameter of about 40nm were observed by electron microscopy. Results from Bradford assay showed that the level of peptide incorporation was about 0.33g.L(-1). At the paralleled position close to the sixth band of the molecular weight marker(3480kDa) a clear band was shown in SDS-PAGE analysis, indicating successful incorporation of polypeptide into ISCOMS. It is suggested that ISCOMS delivery system could efficiently improve the immunogenicity of polypeptide and elicit specific immune responses in vivo by the results of ELISPOT assay, which showed that IFN-gamma producing cells(specific CTL responses) were increased(spots of ISCOMS-treated group: 47+/-5, n =3; control group: 5+/-2, n =3). CONCLUSION: ISCOMS-based hepatitis B polypeptide vaccine is successfully constructed and it induces a higher CTL response compared with short polypeptides vaccine in vivo. 展开更多
