In order to search novel p-menthane type monoterpene derivatives in good performance, a series of novel cis-p-menthane type Schiff base derivatives were designed and synthesized. All target products were easily available novel compounds and characterized by FT-IR,^1H NMR,^13 C NMR and ESI+-MS. Their pre-emergence herbicidal activities against annual ryegrass were evaluated. The bioassays indicated that most of the target compounds displayed excellent herbicidal activities in pre-emergence treatment. 展开更多

Composites of a nickel based compound incorporated with graphene sheets (NiBC-GS) are prepared by a simple flocculation, using hydrazine hydrate as flocculant and reductant, from a homogeneous intermixture of nickel dichloride and graphene oxide dispersed in N,N-dimethylformamide. Morphology, microstructure and thermal stability of the obtained products were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis. Furthermore, the electrochemical properties of NiBC-GS, as electrode materials for supercapacitors, were studied by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge]discharge in 2 mol L 1 KOH solution. It was determined that for NiBC-GS annealed at 250 ~C, a high specific capacitance of 2394 F g 1 was achieved at a current density of 1 A g^-1, with 78% of the value (i.e., 1864 F g^-1) retained after 5000 times of repeated galvanostatic charge/discharge cycling. The high specific capacitance and available charge/discharge stability indicate the synthesized NiBC-GS250 composite is a good candidate as a novel electrode material for supercapacitors. 展开更多

Magnetic field induced entropy change was investigated for La-Fe based NaZn13-type compounds with magnetic first-order phase transition. In view of magnetic refrigeration at room temperature, the developing of the materials and the understanding of the entropy change were., reviewed. For La-Fe-Si compounds, the entropy change about 29 J·kg^- 1·K^-1 was obtained at 190 K under the magnetic field of 5 T.While a large entropy change of about 15 J·kg^-1·K^-1 near room temperature under 5 T can be obtained by the substitution of Co for Fe in the compounds. It is found that the entropy change is mainly composed of that contributed from magnetic ordering and crystal lattice. The large entropy change consumed by lattice contribution is mainly due to the magnetic ordering one. 展开更多

We synthesized one novel Schiff-base ligand by modifying the aromatic aldehyde: H2L^1(H2L^1 = N,N?-bis(2-oxy-acetate-3-methoxyl)benzylpropylene(1,3-propane)diamine). [Ni(C(23)H(24)N2O8)]·6H2O](1) ... We synthesized one novel Schiff-base ligand by modifying the aromatic aldehyde: H2L^1(H2L^1 = N,N?-bis(2-oxy-acetate-3-methoxyl)benzylpropylene(1,3-propane)diamine). [Ni(C(23)H(24)N2O8)]·6H2O](1) was prepared by the reaction between H2L^1 and NiCl2·6H2O in C2H5 OH. Compound 1 was structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 1.3952(4), b = 1.3746(9), c = 1.6121(0) nm, β = 112.66(3)°, V = 2.8533(4) nm^3, Z = 4, Mr = 623.25 and Dc = 1.451 g·cm^(-3). The Ni(Ⅱ) atom is hexa-coordinated to furnish a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Lattice water molecules are found in 1, and the H-bonding intersections formed novel water clusters. The IR, antibacterial activity and luminescence of 1 are studied. 展开更多

【目的】在金属材料表面采用热浸镀方法制作纯锌层是一种高效的耐腐蚀保护层制备方法,但在热浸镀锌的生产过程中,由于液态锌具有较强的扩散能力与反应活性,会与沉没辊等构件中的铁元素发生反应,生成铁锌合金脆性金属间化合物,该反应不... 【目的】在金属材料表面采用热浸镀方法制作纯锌层是一种高效的耐腐蚀保护层制备方法,但在热浸镀锌的生产过程中,由于液态锌具有较强的扩散能力与反应活性,会与沉没辊等构件中的铁元素发生反应,生成铁锌合金脆性金属间化合物,该反应不仅会持续消耗构件中的铁元素,被腐蚀掉的铁渣黏结在沉没辊表面还会划伤镀层。【方法】采用等离子熔覆方法在316L不锈钢基材上制备厚约5 mm的两种不同钴基合金熔覆层,并将两种熔覆层置于450℃熔融液态Zn中分别腐蚀72、120、168 h,分析其腐蚀后形貌、产物和元素损失情况,探究钴基合金熔覆层的腐蚀行为与机理。【结果】两种合金熔覆层原始组织中均存在γ-Co和Cr_(7)C_(3)、Cr_(23) C_(6)碳化物,但2^(#)合金熔覆层的碳化物数量相对较多,分布更弥散。1^(#)合金熔覆层的腐蚀方式为均匀溶解性腐蚀,腐蚀过程中出现了具有较多孔隙和横向裂纹的扩散层。由于Zn可与C发生反应,C元素由内向外扩散,导致扩散层和熔覆层表面C含量升高。腐蚀168 h后,热应力作用导致横向裂纹扩展,扩散层最终剥离为上下两层,层间存在Zn的侵入现象。2^(#)合金熔覆层腐蚀过程中同样出现了扩散层,但孔隙和裂纹很少,也未发生扩散层分裂现象。腐蚀过程中Zn先扩散至碳化物与Co固溶体的晶界,随后对Co固溶体进行溶解腐蚀并逐步绕过碳化物相,导致熔覆层厚度逐渐减薄。两种合金熔覆层的耐蚀性能均高于316L不锈钢基材,1^(#)合金熔覆层的腐蚀速度约为316L不锈钢基材的1/3,2^(#)合金熔覆层的腐蚀速度约为316L不锈钢基材的1/4。虽然两种熔覆层组织中碳化物类型几乎相同,且碳化物均不与Zn发生反应,但2^(#)合金熔覆层中碳化物含量相对较多,碳化物能够阻碍Zn的扩散,导致能与Zn反应的Co基固溶体变少,因此,碳化物含量较高的2^(#)合金熔覆层具有较好的耐蚀性能。【结论】在等离子熔覆过程中原位生成的碳化物对钴基合金具有较好的保护作用,且其腐蚀速度随着碳化物形成元素含量的增加而大幅降低。由不同时长的腐蚀结果可知,碳化物含量的增加可以有效提高沉没辊在液态Zn中的服役时间。 展开更多

目的提高双深度四向穿梭车仓储系统出入库作业效率,降低设备的空载率。方法针对多设备的加减速特性、并行作业的特性,以及出库作业中可能触发倒箱作业的概率性场景,以最小化出入库任务分配方案的总完工时间为优化目标,剖析多个四向穿梭... 目的提高双深度四向穿梭车仓储系统出入库作业效率,降低设备的空载率。方法针对多设备的加减速特性、并行作业的特性,以及出库作业中可能触发倒箱作业的概率性场景,以最小化出入库任务分配方案的总完工时间为优化目标,剖析多个四向穿梭车和多个提升机的复合作业流程,构建相应的数学模型,并提出一种多策略改进哈里斯鹰优化算法来求解该模型,利用离散事件仿真来记录各穿梭车作业总完工时间,通过Python进行过程仿真分析,来获取最优任务分配方案和最短总完工时间。结果选取3种不同规模的任务算例,将文中所提的多策略改进哈里斯鹰优化算法,与标准哈里斯鹰优化算法、遗传算法、粒子群算法的求解表现进行对比。结果表明,在不同规模任务案例中改进算法的求解质量均最优。结论文中提出的复合作业任务分配方法能够有效提升双深度四向穿梭车仓储系统的作业效率。 展开更多

4种白芸豆复配乳的风味研究

为探究白芸豆复配乳具有清淡牛奶风味的原因,并确定白芸豆复配乳的较优配方。以感官评价得分和复配乳稳定性为评价指标,首先优化白芸豆复配乳的辅料种类及比例,得到了配方较优的4组白芸豆复配乳,并测定其营养成分。再以纯白芸豆乳、全... 为探究白芸豆复配乳具有清淡牛奶风味的原因,并确定白芸豆复配乳的较优配方。以感官评价得分和复配乳稳定性为评价指标,首先优化白芸豆复配乳的辅料种类及比例,得到了配方较优的4组白芸豆复配乳,并测定其营养成分。再以纯白芸豆乳、全脂牛奶为对照,对4组配方较优的白芸豆复配乳的挥发性化合物进行SPME-GC-MS分析,确定白芸豆复配乳的挥发性化合物种类,发现6组样品中均检出的成分是壬醛和苯甲醛。然后通过ROAV法确定白芸豆复配乳的主要风味化合物,在4组白芸豆复配乳中,1-辛烯-3-醇的ROAV值均较大,其中2,4-癸二烯醛是A组[m(白芸豆)∶m(小米)∶m(燕麦)=3∶1∶1]和B组[m(白芸豆)∶m(小米)∶m(薏米)=3∶1∶1]样品中的重要风味化合物,主要表现出鱼腥味;但是C组[m(白芸豆)∶m(燕麦)∶m(薏米)=3∶1∶1]和D4组[m(白芸豆)∶m(小米)∶m(薏米)∶m(燕麦)=9∶4∶1∶1]降低了该异味化合物对风味的不良影响。2-辛酮具有奶香味和奶酪味,在B组、C组、D4组和牛奶组中都存在且含量较高,对其风味有修饰作用。最后,借助风味剖面图确定了4组白芸豆复配乳的香气特征和风味差异,发现4组白芸豆复配乳相较于纯白芸豆组,谷物香、乳香、果香和清甜香均有所提升。其中D4组的乳香和脂香味相对突出,可能因其2-辛酮含量较高。希望研究可为构建更接近于牛奶风味的植物乳体系及实现植物基风味精准调节提供理论参考。 展开更多
