Based on the waterflooding development in carbonate reservoirs in the Middle East,in order to solve the problem of the poor development effects caused by commingled injection and production,taking the thick bioclastic...Based on the waterflooding development in carbonate reservoirs in the Middle East,in order to solve the problem of the poor development effects caused by commingled injection and production,taking the thick bioclastic limestone reservoirs of Cretaceous in Iran-Iraq as an example,this paper proposes a balanced waterflooding development technology for thick and complex carbonate reservoirs.This technology includes the fine division of development units by concealed baffles and barriers,the combination of multi well type and multi well pattern,and the construction of balanced water injection and recovery system.Thick carbonate reservoirs in Iran-Iraq are characterized by extremely vertical heterogeneity,development of multi-genesis ultra-high permeability zones,and highly concealed baffles and barriers.Based on the technologies of identification,characterization,and sealing evaluation for concealed baffles and barriers,the balanced waterflooding development technology is proposed,and three types of balanced waterflooding development modes/techniques are formed,namely,conventional stratigraphic framework,fine stratigraphic framework,and deepened stratigraphic framework.Numerical simulations show that this technology is able to realize a fine and efficient waterflooding development to recover,in a balanced manner,the reserves of thick and complex carbonate reservoirs in Iran and Iraq.The proposed technology provides a reference for the development optimization of similar reservoirs.展开更多

This study uses prefecture-level city statistical data from China from 2000-2022 to measure the supply and demand of livestock manure nitrogen nutrients and calculates farmland livestock carrying capacity using the ni...This study uses prefecture-level city statistical data from China from 2000-2022 to measure the supply and demand of livestock manure nitrogen nutrients and calculates farmland livestock carrying capacity using the nitrogen nutrient balance method.We investigate nitrogen supply and demand and livestock carrying capacity in northeast China by comparing emissions from 2000-2022 over the past several decades.The poultry and livestock industry in northeast China has changed significantly over the past two decades:pigs are now the most bred animal and poultry production has increased dramatically.Regional livestock nitrogen emissions are influenced primarily by the size of the local livestock industry chain.Due to regional differences,each region has unique breeding structures.We also predict the anticipated situation in 2050 using the business-as usual scenario.High-risk livestock carrying capacity areas will be concentrated in the northeast and southeast regions,with significantly increased risk indices,compared with those of 2022,particularly in Shenyang,Fushun,and Tieling.Therefore,promoting farming and breeding,improving livestock manure utilization,and returning manure to nearby farmlands are crucial for meeting agricultural green development goals.展开更多
Promoting regional coordinated development strategy is one of the important strategies in the new period of China.Faced with the reality of unbalanced and insufficient regional development in China,it is objectively n...Promoting regional coordinated development strategy is one of the important strategies in the new period of China.Faced with the reality of unbalanced and insufficient regional development in China,it is objectively necessary to construct one or more main axes supporting the coordinated and balanced development of regions to become the identification line representing the pattern of coordinated regional development.The results show that the Bo-Tai line,the northwest-southeast axis connecting Bole of Xinjiang and Taipei of Taiwan,can be built into national development backbone line and regional balanced development line,just perpendicular to Hu Line.In 2016,the area of southwest half and northeast half of Bo-Tai Line accounts for 60%:40%,while the population accounts for 45%:55%,the economic aggregate accounts for 40%:60%,the per capita GDP ratio accounts for 44%:56%,the population density ratio accounts for 38%:62%,the economic density ratio accounts for 32%:68%,and the urbanization level ratio accounts for 48%:52%.The main average indicators are gradually tending to balanced development pattern.Further analysis shows that Bo-Tai Line is a strategic shoulder pole connecting two core zones of"the Belt and Road",and is the peaceful reunification line of China's national tranquility and Taiwan's return.Bo-Tai Line is also a solid line supported and connected by comprehensive transportation channels and a Pipa type symmetrical line for the development of cities and urban agglomerations.It is the backbone of the two-way opening up and the linkage development line between land and sea.It is also an important dividing line that promotes the coordinated development of the eastern,central and western regions,and addresses the imbalance and inadequacy of regional development.Bo-Tai Line plays an irreplaceable strategic role in promoting the coordinated and balanced regional development.It is suggested that the construction of Bo-Tai Line should be included in the national development strategy,and the development strategic plan of Bo-Tai Line should be formulated to fully release the multiple potential functions.We should build three strategic support points:the northwest endpoint,the central strategic node and the southeast endpoint;carry out a comprehensive scientific investigation of the Bo-Tai Line,and strengthen the scientific cognition and publicity;promote China's development in a higherlevel,higher-quality,more coordinated,safer and more civilized direction.Let Chinese know about the Bo-Tai Line,let the world know about the Bo-Tai Line,and let the Bo-Tai Line truly become the backbone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.展开更多

This study reviews the course ...Large regional differences and uneven regional development are fundamental challenges for China. Balanced regional development is an important issue in research on development geography. This study reviews the course of balanced regional development in China and summarizes its characteristics in each period. The results show that inter-regional development in China has undergone successive periods of balanced and unbalanced development. Each period has enhanced social development and contributed to a more balanced regional development. This paper discusses the scientific connotation of balanced regional development, and invokes sustainable development theory to argue that we should pay attention to the differences in resource endowments among regions, and solves the imbalance among the economy, humans, and nature to promote the spatial balance of regional development and green development for better coordination between economy and ecology. The balanced promotion of the well-being of people in each region is the ultimate goal of balanced regional development. We then use concepts from development geography to examine China’s path of balanced regional development from the three perspectives of society, the economy, and ecology. Meanwhile the incomes of the rural residents can be boosted, which denotes the realization of a harmonious society where the achievements of China's reform and development are shared by each citizen. Moreover, the construction of NRCs facilitates the economization of land use and thus improves the overall living standard of the residents, while helping to cut the administrative cost and promote democracy at the primary level. This paper also points out various problems arising during the construction of NRCS in China: blindly following suit in accordance with the modes of the urban communities; lack of funds, which leads to the absence of the supporting mechanisms of NRCs; vague positioning and the ensuing shortage of impetus for continued development. Finally, the paper raises the corresponding measures and suggestions: first, based on reality, make overall planning and scientific arrangement; second, the government should play the dominant role while respecting the principal position of the rural residents and introducing the market mechanism; third, increase science and technology input and attach equal importance to economic and social benefits; fourth, broaden fund-raising channels while completing the supervision mechanism.展开更多

It is established that the vector of real consumption with the minimum level of excess supply is determined by the solution of some quadratic programming problem. The necessary and sufficient conditions are established under which the economic system, described by the “input-output” production model, functions in the mode of sustainable development. A complete description of the equilibrium states for which markets are partially cleared in the economy model of production “input-output” is given, on the basis that all solutions of system of linear equations and inequalities are completely described. The existence of a family of taxation vectors in the “input-output” model of production, under which the economic system is able to function in the mode of sustainable development, is proved. Restrictions were found for the vector of taxation in the economic system, under which the economic system is able to function in the mode of sustainable development.展开更多

As an important path to promote the transmission of international knowledge and technology,the impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on one country's technological innovation efficiency deserves in-depth e...As an important path to promote the transmission of international knowledge and technology,the impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on one country's technological innovation efficiency deserves in-depth exploration.This study uses the fixed effect panel stochastic frontier analysis model and the coupled coordination model to measure the technological innovation efficiency and the two-way FDI coordinated development level of China's 31 provincial administrative regions from 2011 to 2021,and uses the fixed effect panel least squares regression model,the fixed effect panel quantile regression model,the Moran's index model,the fixed effect spatial Durbin panel model and the fixed effect panelβconvergence model to test the impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on technological innovation efficiency.The results show that two-way FDI coordinated development can directly and significantly promote the improvement of technological innovation efficiency in the province,and with the improvement of technological innovation efficiency,the promoting effect of two-way FDI coordinated development has also become stronger.In addition,two-way FDI coordinated development can also indirectly generate significant positive spatial spillover effects on the technological innovation efficiency of neighboring provinces,narrow the technological innovation efficiency gap between regions,and thereby promote the efficient and balanced development of regional technological innovation activities.The research conclusions reveal the positive impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on the efficient and balanced development of regional technological innovation activities,which has enlightening significance for building a strong country in science and technology.展开更多

文摘The principal contradiction facing the Chinese society has evolved to be that between imbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.Given China’s vision for achieving moderate prosperity,it is relevant to conduct theoretical and empirical studies on the nation’s development imbalances.As a quantitative index,the Tsinghua China Balanced Development Index measures the extent to which development is uneven and insuf ficient across regions,re flecting the progress and shortfalls in China’s efforts to promote balanced development.Our findings provide implications for how policymakers may help people’s expectations for a better life materialize by spurring balanced economic,social,environmental and livelihood development across regions.

文摘Large regional differences and uneven regional development are fundamental challenges for China. Balanced regional development is an important issue in research on development geography. This study reviews the course of balanced regional development in China and summarizes its characteristics in each period. The results show that inter-regional development in China has undergone successive periods of balanced and unbalanced development. Each period has enhanced social development and contributed to a more balanced regional development. This paper discusses the scientific connotation of balanced regional development, and invokes sustainable development theory to argue that we should pay attention to the differences in resource endowments among regions, and solves the imbalance among the economy, humans, and nature to promote the spatial balance of regional development and green development for better coordination between economy and ecology. The balanced promotion of the well-being of people in each region is the ultimate goal of balanced regional development. We then use concepts from development geography to examine China’s path of balanced regional development from the three perspectives of society, the economy, and ecology. Suggestions are also provided for the balanced development of China’s regions and the improvement of public well-being.
文摘On the basis of offering a definition of New Rural Communities (NRCs), the paper analyzes the values of New Rural Communities and argues that the construction of NRCs is able to contribute to the enhancement of the comprehensive agricultural production capability as well as the development of social productivity. Meanwhile the incomes of the rural residents can be boosted, which denotes the realization of a harmonious society where the achievements of China's reform and development are shared by each citizen. Moreover, the construction of NRCs facilitates the economization of land use and thus improves the overall living standard of the residents, while helping to cut the administrative cost and promote democracy at the primary level. This paper also points out various problems arising during the construction of NRCS in China: blindly following suit in accordance with the modes of the urban communities; lack of funds, which leads to the absence of the supporting mechanisms of NRCs; vague positioning and the ensuing shortage of impetus for continued development. Finally, the paper raises the corresponding measures and suggestions: first, based on reality, make overall planning and scientific arrangement; second, the government should play the dominant role while respecting the principal position of the rural residents and introducing the market mechanism; third, increase science and technology input and attach equal importance to economic and social benefits; fourth, broaden fund-raising channels while completing the supervision mechanism.
文摘To implement the previously formulated principles of sustainable economic development, all solutions of the linear system of equations and inequalities, which are satisfied by the vector of real consumption, are completely described. It is established that the vector of real consumption with the minimum level of excess supply is determined by the solution of some quadratic programming problem. The necessary and sufficient conditions are established under which the economic system, described by the “input-output” production model, functions in the mode of sustainable development. A complete description of the equilibrium states for which markets are partially cleared in the economy model of production “input-output” is given, on the basis that all solutions of system of linear equations and inequalities are completely described. The existence of a family of taxation vectors in the “input-output” model of production, under which the economic system is able to function in the mode of sustainable development, is proved. Restrictions were found for the vector of taxation in the economic system, under which the economic system is able to function in the mode of sustainable development.

文摘From the perspective of balancing urban and rural development,this article researches the factors influencing the consumption level of rural residents in China.I select the relevant data concerning per capita net income of rural households and annual per capita consumer spending of rural residents for living in the period 1985-2008,establish the regression model of per capita net income of rural households and per capita consumer spending of rural residents for living,and conduct regression analysis and error correction model test using the measurement software.The analysis results show that there is not only long-term equilibrium relationship between rural residents' current consumption and rural residents' current income,between rural residents' consumption in lag period 1 and rural residents' income in lag period 1,but also short-term equilibrium relationship;current income is the main reason for determining the current consumption).Corresponding proposals are put forward to promote the level of rural consumption in China as follows:propel agricultural modernization;actively develop specialized cooperative organizations of rural residents;improve rural land transfer mechanism;promote the level of public services in rural areas;accelerate the transfer of rural surplus labor.

On the basis of the concept and theory of balancing rural and urban reform, the two national pilot cities Chengdu, Chongqing and several provincial pilot cities including Ningbo, Yangzhou, Shaoxing and Zigong are compared. 文摘As an important path to promote the transmission of international knowledge and technology,the impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on one country's technological innovation efficiency deserves in-depth exploration.This study uses the fixed effect panel stochastic frontier analysis model and the coupled coordination model to measure the technological innovation efficiency and the two-way FDI coordinated development level of China's 31 provincial administrative regions from 2011 to 2021,and uses the fixed effect panel least squares regression model,the fixed effect panel quantile regression model,the Moran's index model,the fixed effect spatial Durbin panel model and the fixed effect panelβconvergence model to test the impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on technological innovation efficiency.The results show that two-way FDI coordinated development can directly and significantly promote the improvement of technological innovation efficiency in the province,and with the improvement of technological innovation efficiency,the promoting effect of two-way FDI coordinated development has also become stronger.In addition,two-way FDI coordinated development can also indirectly generate significant positive spatial spillover effects on the technological innovation efficiency of neighboring provinces,narrow the technological innovation efficiency gap between regions,and thereby promote the efficient and balanced development of regional technological innovation activities.The research conclusions reveal the positive impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on the efficient and balanced development of regional technological innovation activities,which has enlightening significance for building a strong country in science and technology.
